Hello !
I am using vodafone prepaid SIM. As we use whatsapp always, SMS is used rarely, but I needed to send an SMS recently. But as I tried to send an SMS it always gets failed. Then I sent SMS with SIM2 which is Reliance and SMS was sent successfully. So I thought my balance may be zero in vodafone and I recharged with Rs. 20. Then tried again to send SMS but failed again. Now no balance problem, no network problem, outgoing calls are running well but SMS sending failed always.
What to do? Help please.

    I am vodafone user since 2008, doing service in defence, last posted in kolkata and now posted in punjab.I want to port my no in punjab circle, as per retailer's advice o send msg for UPC code but everytime msg getting failed .
    And for the aids of this problem i call to customer care executive, kolkata, west bengal, punjab, but they only neglect my call and can't help me.
    Its last request to you plz provide me necessary info...Thank u

      Hi.
      I have a vodafone number[protected] which belongs to Karnataka circle as I had not used it for some time the sim went grade 15 as stated by customer care people and they had told me torecharge it with Rs 30 which I did and after 1 hour I called them up and they stated that my sim is in active and within 2 hrs the signal will come but it is more than a week abd still there is no signal. Meanwhile I went on calling them repeatedly abd the answer was same. Neanwhile 3 days back they told me to get a replacement sim from Bangalore and its not possible as I have relocated to West Bengal when asked if I can get a replacement sim from West Bengal they said yes and I tried to get a replacement sim from various stores in Kolkata but they are saying as thete is no tower and also as an automated voice is saying that calls to Message[protected] has been diverted nothing can be done. But I need to retain this number as its linked with my bank accounts, office, adhar card etc. I don't want to port this number also. Kindly help me. If needed you can contact me on [protected].

      I don't know what vodafone is doing although I have lodged On 02/07/2017 no one from Vodafone has contacted me to solve this issue. I don't what they are doing.

        Sir,
        I have this problm from almost one month.
        When i port my number from airtel to voda before that i have told to have 23 gb data every month without any limits, but when i made this happen.
        Now i only recieve 13 gb data. I have cplaint so many times but there is not a single person who understnd my prblm nd make me have the reason why this happened.
        If there was not such plan, with such data. So, why your employ offers me that one.
        Even after several calls to ur customr care there is no solution.
        As i asked to them also that is there somethng mentioned that i have 23 gb data in my plan some of them told me that yes sir its mentioned with us that u have 23 gb data as per ur plan.
        Nd within 24 hrs u will get that too.

        Within this weak around 28 june i have recieved a call that sir we have pland to give u 25 gb data for next 3 bill cycle.
        Nd after that when today i went to ur app its only 15 gb shown there.
        But that time on 28th its around 25 gb.
        Whts this hell happening to me
        Is this the way to deal with ur customers

        I only want u to make my number back to airtel
        Otherwise i will not pay any amount to u as bill..
        Nd even i will make a complaint against u.
        For misguiding me and not providing me the apropriate information.

          Just now I recieved a sms regarding my nation pack is activated. Now this done without my consent nor I have requested for this kind of pack. This is a very cheap way to extort money from customers who is attached with this network for around 15 years or may be more. I request to refund rs. 35 to my balance or else I shall bound to join network provided by other players.

            Today I have recharged 100 online in [protected]. GST has been deducted 15% but after that you are deducting Rs 3 as access fees. Why? After GST, it should be one tax. No other tax. Please reply on urgent basis. This total thing is confusing to me. I think, vodafone will reply as early as possible

              My number is [protected]. Today within a span of 3 hours you wiped off Rs 125 from my account and now I have a negative balance. I was charged Rs.49 for a Bollywood Tadka video pack and a Roots Musicale service without asking for it and no refund even though I cancelled it within minutes of the notification. If I am not credited by tomorrow morning, you can kiss my account goodbye and I am moving to Jio. Please refund the money immediately.

                  Customer care executive not available to take calls. I requested for DND service about 20 days before but not activated yet. From that day my customer Care number 199 not working properly. Then I am reach to a Vodafone mini store at suratgarh city but no one help me for this quite. Now I am unable to contact to customer care executive at 199 because my call not forwarded to executives. Please help.

                      On 24 June 2017 I did two recharges for my phone no.[protected] by using credit card.
                      1. Rs.1150/- (Transaction ID is 021612)
                      2. Rs. 297/- (Transaction ID is 018039)
                      Both these transactions are not credited to my account but my credit card shows these have been transacted.
                      As per my earlier conversation with you I waited for 5 working days. But nothing has been done.
                      So kindly do the needful.
                      Either add this to my account or refund it.

                        Worst experience with vodafonne.
                        my office address 905 9th floor. GDITL Tower, B-08. netaji subhash palace.

                        internet not working at 4g .3g. 2g.
                        no network coverage after paying high value plan in front of jio free offers.
                        lot of call drop. Always no is not reachable .we have 3 post paid voda connection and last week going to convert 4th no of airtel to voda.

                        but same no network coverage is avilable some time. office work is held up.
                        your enggineer said process under developments. what about we paid you for every second . with your high value plan.

                        we are not in position to wait.

                          I have to complain against your Vodafone Employee
                          Sir i had to take a prepaid number
                          But your staff forcefully Give me a postpaid number by saying that you are getting a VIP number and you get prepaid after one month.

                          So I was thinking of taking a number by thinking of a month and gave my aadhar and PAN card.

                          Then she told that tomorrow your boy will be verified by Vodafone.
                          Then I said that our flat number has changed and no problem
                          She said that when the boy calls you, then say that you are at home and say that your joint is a family and both are flat..

                          But still the verification was negative, like that happened 2 times, I told her that you please give me the number in prepaid...

                          He gave me a new SIM and told me how to get the verification last time, if the number goes then it is not okay if your prepaid number is activated...

                          My number has not been activated even after 25 days have passed,
                          Then again (28 june) went and asked again this time my identity card and said that prepaid starts at 48hrs...

                          Today is July 1 but the number has not started yet..

                          250 / - for postpaid number
                          And 100 / - for prepaid
                          I have been taken from me and I have not been given a bill and payment slip.

                          Also work from 10:30 to 7:30 and I do not have so much time that I can hit so many times for a number of times.
                          If the number can run then it is fine, otherwise there is more company in the market. Please pay attention

                            At 7:30 am on 1st july 2017, i received a message stating that "Unlimited at 30 PACK IS NOW ACTIVE ON YOUR NUMBER, AS REQUESTED. THIS SERVICE IS VALID TILL[protected] AND A 1 DAYS RENTAL OF RS.21 HAS BEEN DEDUCTED."

                            I have not activated these services from my number.

                            Everytime it happens when i recharged my number. This is not right way to deduct the balance from customers.

                                Vodafone sales executive called me to port from other service provider to Vodafone offering me 18 GB data per month. After porting I found it was only 3 GB per month. Complained several times but up to no use. Seems now they are least bothered. I asked for giving me any reference number or how to contact higher authorities for complaint but they don't give any details and disconnect the call. I warned them that I'll not pay the bill and port out the number. They still seems to be least bothered about it.

                                  I have loss my mobile on 28th june 2017 then i call to customer care stop the no & issue new duplicate sim customer say me deliver on address after receive the sim i call the customer care sim c c care says sim will be activated in 2 hrs
                                  i logging the compain 30.06.2017 time clock in evening after that no is activated till no vodafone services is very very poor no customer statisfaction from vodaphone services

                                    I had purchased a rental 673 pack for Singapore from my cellular data service provide Vodafone IN. as soon as I landed in Singapore it got activated when I changed it from 4g to 3g. in the plan I got benefits of incoming and outgoing calls at a stated rate but I was never alowed to call during my trip. also I could not my mobile even for once. the sim just had got disconnected as soon as I reached Mumbai. with me buying the international roaming plan I could not make any call or use mobile data. This is a complete CHEAT.

                                        As per my current bill and vodafone customer care team member, i've been charged wrongly for dialing special number 51717 on 22 jun 2017 at 6.20 pm.

                                        This is busiest hours for my business i have been called many of my customer and according to vodafone i have talk on this special number more than one hours.

                                        Request you to look into this matter. I can see many have been cheated like this by vodafone.
