My Name is durgesh, I was Using the no [protected] since 2012, past 2 months I could not use it due to some reason, when i try to use it again it was disconnected from service, I contacted the vodafone service store But the Executive said that the Prepaid sim has been deactivated so if you want to use you can buy in Post paid connection the same number, I agreed and finished all documentation on the same day i.e on 30.06.2017, But till now it is not activated.

    I had gone to Vodafone store on 30th June 2017 for changing of my Vadfone no from postpaid to prepaid segment & they told me that the same would be done within 48 hrs but today on 3rd July 2017 72 hrs have been passed but then too my request hasn't been completed.

    This is very very poor customer service from Vodafone.Not upto the mark.

      I don't know how your esteemed company can do this..

      You barred my incoming calls since 1 week telling submit adhar card (No one can call me as they get busy ton & i am not able to get it)... Ok acceptable... But when i went to vodafone gallery they informed that my number, which i am using from last 7 years... Is not on my name... Its too shocking...

      (I had personally given verification for this number in 2010 & submitted my documents to start vodafone. Also again i think in 2013 or 14 you asked to submit kyc documents in vodafone gallery because you asked it from everyone).

      Since 2010 till may 2017 i am only the person who is talking, receiving calls from this number. So how my number could go on others name... Where is that all previous data about my callings my recharges.. You can check that all done by me, you can verify that from me... Please explain first why do i fight for the number which is only mine...

      Your executive at gallery & customer care on phone failed to give me solution... Is this a solution which you are suggesting that... To port my number from prepaid to post paid?? This is completely not acceptable...

      In postpaid plans, your 1st executive was suggesting rs 300 plan... When i refused for high price he told vodafone is offering rs 149 plan... & if i agree to get 149 monthly rental postpaid plan they will do it immediately... My number will get book on my name/address again & also it will start immediately... Ha ha..

      If you people can do my number in postpaid on my name, then why not on prepaid???

      I am retired 63 years old & i have linked this number for almost all wherever required.. Like my pension bank, adhar card, etc...

      I know my regular monthly 50 rs recharge is not fulfilling your business & due to which you did this to get more money from me...

      This is not the way to behave with customers... I need your kind help..

        Hi,

        As I am currently running a plan of rental 160 on my number [protected] in delhi circle. But now I have shifted to lucknow, UP circle . So here I am not being provided to get the same plan. so kind request yo to please deactivate my this account at earliest as I don't want any new bill generation . I have gone to Vodafone stores to many times and called up Vodafone customer care but I am not getting any help and I am getting generated a bill every month insetead I am also not using it, so I don't want any further generation of bill on this number, please do it asap as it is now becoming a frustrating experience.

          Submitted an MNP request owing to bad network coverage and slow data speeds.

          My MNP request from VD to Airtel has not been approved yet, been 48 hours since docs were forwarded.

          MY request was submitted on tuesday. Airtel confirmed docs were sent out on saturday to Vodafone. I havent received any info about status after that.

          I received a call from Vodafone about the request and I had informed them to approve it.

            There has been an unauthorized deduction of Rs.10 from my account with my request and i also received a message stating that further deduction will happen from my balance once i recharge. I have not opted for this DOTBOT service or whatever that is. i really want my Rs.10 back in my account and i do not want any further deductions in that regard. Hope it gets clarified soon enough.

                With due respect I want to say that I am a retailer ( Wadhwa telecom) from panipat (Ret. id [protected], pos at mahavir colony, behind kishore sangeet cinema). on 22 june 2017 salesman arvind came and said that its an order to upgrade our DEALER CARD from 3g to 4g sim. He upgraded the sim and said it will start working in one or two hours. But it didn't start working. I call him in evening and told about the problem. then he said he will solve it tommorrow. Next day he came and told the problem to his manager mr. kuldeep. he also send sim no. and retailer id to him and went away. The sim didn't start then also. next day also the same procedure they follows.
                on last monday I talked to mr. Kuldeep. He again demanded the sim no. and told me a msg to send. that I do, simply futile. nothing happened..
                on tuesday arvind came and take away my sim card with him. and from that day he didn't even come to supply recharge coupons or sim cards. today 3rd of july, I call him and he told me that he will try to refund our value (INR) back and the sim will not start. from the last 10 days these both are befooling us and neither of them take any action to start the card resulting in revenue loss as well as defamation to me.
                plz take a suitable action towards these persons and arrange a sim card so that i can continue selling vodafone flawlessly.

                  Despite not subscribing to the services, i'm being automatically provided with it. unnecessarily, deducting Rs. 25 every week. this has happened several times and all i could do is deactivate it. i want such kind of nuisance to stop immediately and i want all my money refunded. this is day light robbery made by Vodafone company from all its customers.

                    I was travelling to China from the 17th to the 22nd of June 2017. Prior to departing for the trip, I had activated iRoamfree 2500 as a 5-7 day package through the My Vodafone app. This has been verified by your Vodafone Customer Care executives.

                    From the time I landed in China to the time I returned, I was unable to latch onto any network. There are 3 networks in China that possibly I should have been able to connect to - China Unicom, China Mobile, and China Telecom. While scanning for the networks, these 3 networks showed up in the list, but on trying to manually select any of the networks, (or while trying to auto-select), I never received service, and my phone constantly showed 'No Service'. I managed to use an associate's phone (who was on Airtel thankfully), and asked my wife to register a complaint as well, which was duly done twice.

                    As I am a tech entrepreneur, I was aware that I need to remove my SIM, restart my phone, manually select the network etc, and inspite of trying all the troubleshooting methods, I was unable to get access to any network. This can also be verified due to the lack of incoming and outgoing calls from the 17th to the 22nd.

                    Immediately on my arrival in India, I lodged a complaint with Vodafone, on the 23rd of June 2017. Despite this, I was billed INR 2500 + taxes for the iRoamfree package. So, to cut a long story short, expecting me to pay for services not rendered, is a bit ridiculous. As a matter of principle, I refuse to pay for the poor network, tech, as well as support received from Vodafone.

                    Disconnect my Vodafone postpaid number [protected] and all its services. Vodafone is a greedy company. I am being billed despite not using the service.
                    Please get it disconnected soon and rid me of your services. Please disconnect this number permanently.
                    It's 1 year since this complaint and I have the exact same problem even now. Can't get connected at all. The Vodafone customer care does not even bother to emails and complaints.

                        I am a subscriber of Vodafone Mob No [protected]. On 23rd June 2017, I received an SMS saying I was charged Rs. 35/- for Fun Store Pack for my mobile No [protected] which was not requested by me. Today at about 9.11 am I have received another sms advising me that an amount of Rs. 150/- has been debited from my balance towards Vodafone TV All Channel pack which again was not requested by me. Kindly note that these services are being forcibly put on me without even requesting for the same. Despite my advising that I am not interested in these services and without my permission services are being activated. Kindly look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest.

                              Hi, I am a vodafone prepaid user. Recently I recharged my no. with Rs 500. 7 days back I recieved an SMS claiming that my SIM card will be expired on[protected] if I do not upgrade to a 4g SIM, but I didnt upgrade it as I ws out of town.Then too I ws able to call and use data. But yesterday I received an SMS regarding a topdoctorsonline pack and Rs 150 has been deducted from my account without my consent. I never requested for such kind of service. Also another such pack had been activated without my consent of Rs 100 called Fashion video pack. I request u to refund Rs 250 on my account

                                    Dear team,

                                    I have launch complaints to your customer care dated on 15-jun-2016
                                    For the unbilled amount messages is received for the usage for twice and your executive is inform to me do not worry if, you consume data is higher then as per your plan then we will activate the addon
                                    Package of 1gb for rs.250/-.

                                    Yesterday, i have received the bill from vodafone an amount of rs.
                                    3934/- and as per the bill they have charge the additional usage of
                                    649 mb for rs.2657/- (Criminal charges from the customer for 1 gb).

                                    I have again raised the complaint to your customer executive twice
                                    Yesterday and already inform them i have used this number last 10 to
                                    6 to 8 years and my corporate plan is activated around more than a 7 to 8
                                    Years old and at that point your customer executive is informed us in
                                    Rs.99/- 2gb for 2g plan and after the completion of 2gb your net
                                    Service will slow but we (Vodafone) will not charge any extra amount
                                    From customer.

                                    If, you see me history i have paid the your every bill on time and
                                    This time you have done the very pathetic job after raising the
                                    Customer complaints you have do not take any actions and you have wait
                                    For the bill generattion and after bill generation you will said that
                                    Now you have to pay for the same, since you have used that. Then why
                                    Your executive is inform me add addon package to your plan so you will
                                    Not get any extra charges.

                                    I already said the yes for that then also bill is generated and for
                                    649mb you will charge to me rs. 2657/- plus 15% service charge
                                    (Rs.2657.75+rs.398.55=rs.3056.3/-).

                                    Request you to please do the the needful and rectified the bill
                                    Amount and resend again.

                                    Please let me know, now a days who will charge for 649 mb an amount of
                                    Rs.3056/- (Criminal charges from the customer). Please let me know and
                                    Note that i will not pay this charges - whatever amount is actual i

                                        I had made cancellation request after making postpaid vodafone data card payment in month of april, 2017. Still they are generating bill since april and not taken my cancellation request. They keep saying their own procedure. This is really ridiculous. I again made payment of 1000 rs. And they are saying it will get reflected in 2 hrs. And cancellation will be done. Still i cant understand their process

                                        Vodafone customer support had called me and apologized for inconvenience caused. They agreed to wave off Rs. 500 from my Vodafone monthly bill. Thanks for listening to my complaint.
