I have a vodafone post paid number and recently migrated to prepaid but i keep getting emails every month from vodafone to pay my post paid bills. I have cleared all the post paid bills before migrating to prepaid. I don't understand it all, if i am not using post paid sim at all, then why are they sending me bills to my email id? I want vodafone to stop sending me emails as i have cleared all the outstanding bills on post paid. It is very annoying as they charged me high rates for using post paid service and that was the main reason why i switched to prepaid, but still the customer support of vodafone was pathetic so i stopped using vodafone prepaid number also. I want to close all connections with vodafone and request them not to annoy me by sending emails to pay bills when i m no longer using any of their service

    I am currently using a mobilenumber of vodafone mobile network. [protected] in maharashtra and goa circle, i have another mobile number also with vodafone [protected] for both the mobile number vodafone is charging extra amount in every monthly rental plan, for this issue i have complained to vodafone so many times, but i am not getting solution for the same.

      On the 4th of June 2017 I wanted to activate the Rs. 150 International Roaming plan on Vodafone site and after requesting some plan I was not sure of on the Vodafone site I called to confirm with their customer care regarding which plan request had gone through. The customer care representative told me that I had not activated any plan since he cannot see any request that has gone through.

      After I was misled that there was not request that had gone through the customer care asked me if he could activate the Rs. 150 roaming plan to which I was okay with since I wanted that plan only. The following month when I receive the bill details I noticed that I am being charged Rs. 500 and another Rs. 150 for activating 2 different roaming plans which is really unfair since I had mentioned to their customer care that I wanted to activate the Rs. 150 plan only.

      After a few complaints with vodafone against this Rs. 500 charge I get the response that they couldn't see the request initially because it is visible to them after 30 mins after it has gone through. If the request is visible after 30 mins why was I not asked to call back after 30 mins? Why was I misled that I had not activated any roaming plan on their site?

      Despite multiple complaints vodafone says that they cannot reverse these charges, some of the customer care execs just did not understand the scenario and kept blabbering weird excuses on phone for not reversing this 500Rs charge.

      I too had a similar experience with Vodafone. I had activated the roaming pack of INR 149 which allows one to get incoming messages whenever one goes abroad. This is a monthly charge which gets billed only if I roam abroad. When I was abroad I got multiple messages that showed that the bill was rapidly climbing and that services would be restricted even though I did not make or receive a single call or message. I was using a feature phone with no data packs. Even after returning they were sending messages with progressively increasing amounts and was saying that I am exceeding the credit amount. I finally got a bill over 1800 though my usual bills are in the low 450 range.
      Over email, the operator persistently claims that it is voice charges when abroad and did not give me an itemized bill. I requested for the itemized bill so that they can prove that I made the calls. But they did not provide. I think they must be deliberately doing this or there is a genuine mistake in their billing system. The worst part is that I could not get any incoming message (except one lone message) while abroad defeating the very purpose of taking the incoming-message roaming part.
      I have asked them to resolve the issue over email. Do you think I can seek redressal in a consumer protection forum if they do not correct the issue?

        I have been offered a Vodafone plan (Super 349) with 4 GB data by retention team but the same plan has been offered to some other customer with 10 GB data plan. I again checked with Nodal officer as well but they are saying this plan has been withdrawn long time back from the market. But I am still not sure why the same has been given to other customer and not to me. Please help on the same. Service Request raised for this issue with Vodafone is [protected].

          Hi. I am using Vodafone service from Jharkhand.

          The internet and paytm both show 'free UL L+S+500MB 2G data' for rs. 149. However, on recharging by paytm, I received only free V2V calls and 500MB. I do not have many vodafone contacts and this is only a waste of Rs. 149.

          I feel cheated. Please refer to this and if possible, I would like my money to be refunded.

            I am using vodafone postpaid services from last 4 to 5 months now i have given them documents to port my number in to prepaid.
            But they are not giving me proper answer. When i call them on their customer care number, they tell me to visit vodafone store after that i have visited vodafone store 4-5 times.
            Now scenario is that my permanent postpaid number has been blocked. My prepaid number is still not activated.
            I am not even getting satisfactory replies from their executives.
            I have 10 postpaid cards, i want to port all of them, they told me that
            Porting all of cards at the same time is not possible u have to port 3 cards at a time. I am being charged for my other 7 cards.
            Please consider my request.

                Vodafone offered 3 months free internet and activated in last week of April 2017. Company charged me at 35 rs per mb which is rs 35840 per gb data . This rate is highly inflated when compared to market. Vodafone refuses to waive these data charges on [protected]. Number. Hence this complaint is lodged. The matter brought to customer care by email 4th July chat on 7 the and to appellate authority Vodafone by mail on 7 July . So far bill not rectified

                  International roaming charges for missed calls

I have already spoke many times to the customer care and even lodged the complaint but nothing happens. I was out of country and was not using this number.                       Dear Sir/Ma'am,

                      Unable to send PORT SMS from my vodafone number [protected].
                      I tried daily from last 7-8 days but not able to send port msg to 1900.
                      I thought May be there is network issue but today i send test sms to my another mobile number n sms sent successfully.
                      Vodafone doing something wrong with customers.
                      Pls resolve this problem ASAP.

                        I am yet another victim of hige bill due to these sites, i havent even gone online to them yet every month i am charged extra of rs 1500, this is frustrating, vodafone is not even helping refund the amount. Urgently call n help.

                          Hi,
                          I recharged of INR 349 on [protected], as per the scheme I should get free calls and 1GB Internet. There has been no mention, that this recharge is applicable only for the Mumbai circle (As registered mobile number is of Mumbai). I am in Bangalore, and this scheme is not working here. As per customer care person, it is not necessary to mention where scheme is applicable, where as a customer I should be aware whether scheme will be applicable at all places. I would like my recharge amount back in case, they cannot give me the solution.

                              I have to say his company custmor care last two months wrongly bill but still i have paid his bill in my card .

                              But his company last 5 june to 5 july month bill generated 901 rs. I have say his company my Vodafone no. deactivate so i have not use this number, not outgoing call any othet but his company generate my this month bill such bad service this company very very bad service so please look in to matter and save my money

                                Dear sir my no [protected] download vodafone app here showing in 348 rupees offer in this offer show 1 gb data got per day but when recharge this then company say this recharge only valid on 4 g sim but this terms and condition not showing anywhere other hand mobile operator say take information before rechage and company is not responsible for this.

                                  My name is srikar and i wanted to bring to your notice that i had recharged an amount of rs. 1000 for the number [protected] with payment no. Jcmp[protected] on[protected]:16:07. But later realized i had entered a wrong number at the time of recharge where i was supposed to recharge [protected]. I have the receipt for the same.
                                  What is the possible to reverse this transaction? If you have any further questions feel free to call me on [protected].
                                  Though it is my mistake and i request you please arrange for a refund.

                                  I was cheated and lost my money...
                                  I had raised a complaint expecting the problem would be taken to the notice of Vodafone, but instead its been taken care by a fraudster/cheater.
                                  Added to this complaint, as soon as I raised a complaint on this portal within no time I got a call saying the caller was from Vodafone. He said his name was Rahul. He told it was a process to get my refund back which needs to be processed by RBI. He had given me the web address (https://www.rbipaymentauthorisation.com) and once I opened the web address it was asking me all the details like my mail id, card number, cvv, and the OTP. Once I entered the OTP it said I was not authorized for further access. So the called suggested me for an alternative bank account after which I had provided one of my friends details and entered the details and the OTP as well. But i had the same response that i was not authorized for further access. So the caller told me that there was some problem with the payment gateway and told he would call me back the following day. Immediately with seconds my card blocked and my friends account has be debited with Rs. 20000. I was shocked and it took about 5 minuted for me to understand what was happening. Later the caller has switched his number off from which he had called me.
                                  All this happened as this portal has access to fraudsters as well. I am now escalating to the local police station.

                                    Hello. I am using this no. [protected], however it was switched off for some time . When i switched on my number i found that My sim has been deactivated. And someone else is using the no.My no. Was a prepaid connection. It was linked to many business contacts .
                                    I want to reactivate my no since it is important for me to retrieve this no.I have been trying to contact Vodafone since long but no solution was provided.
                                    Please look into this as my Whatsapp and other apps is linked to that no.
                                    Without that, access to all of it would be a problem!

                                    Please find a solution to this.
                                    This is highly unfair.

                                      I will complaint network regarding 12 May 2017 but till date not shoul i am goving to store not proper answer other wise i will very upsate i will going other company.

                                      I am this complaint again and again but is are not shoul he was ingnor it..

                                      I am last trying to consumer and support.

                                      1st time VODAFONE call him and asking your home address network problem issue and company provid network antenna free your home and second time call him and asking network team checking and proper network so not issue network antenna.
