Dear team,
I had requested for port out upc code from my vodafone haryana number [protected] on 9th july as i was getting better offer from airtel,
Upon which i got call from vodafone customer care from +[protected], who told that they are giving me special offer of 396 in which i will get 1gb per day for 70 days and unlimited calling, which i have recharged but i dint get pack activated istead i got 332 rs talktime, please help me with same urgently and activate my pack.

    My contact number is [protected] from punjab, and i am currently residing in noida from more than an year and using my number in roaming.

    From few days i am not able to send any sms even i have checked my sms center number [protected] is correct according to punjab circle, but i am receiving all the sms.

    Please help me to resolve this problem asap.

    Some one called me this morning as 6:15 AM, said "he is calling from Vodafone India and please tell me the problem you are facing", and then he asked about my recharge frequency and last recharge

    Finally he said " DO YOU HAVE ANY CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD WITH YOU RIGHT NOW, THEN SHARE THE DETAILS"
    I said, "NO I DO NOT HAVE ANY CARD"
    he said "IF YOU WOULD HAVE ANY CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD, THEN WE CAN SOLVE THIS PROBLEM RIGHT AWAY"
    I said "NO I AM NOT USING ANY CARD"
    he said "OK SIR CALL ME WHEN YOU WILL GET A CARD WITH YOU, WE WILL SOLVE THE PROBLEM"

    I found this was not the call from Vodafone, So would like to inform to Vodafone this number +91-[protected] is trying to do fraud by using Vodafone's name, Please take action against such people.

        I am Nikhil Bhawsar, an MBA student from SIESCOMS, Nerul, was interning with a real estate company where i got the data to call on and explain my company's project.
        The list had Mr. Alok's number and I didn't know that his number is on DND mode and he has complained against my number, which has been blocked by Vodafone in direction from TRAI.
        The only resolution is that, if Mr. Alok withdraws his complaint but he do not pick up call from any number I try to reach him, I live in Mumbai as a student and that number is associated with my bank account plus Mumbai University, Placement committee and many other places.
        I feel so helpless in Mumbai now, I cry my heart out everyday.
        I have tried every way to resolve this but i am unable.
        Mr. Alok is so proud of his action when I talked to him for the first time after this happened.
        I called him only once and he complained.
        Even Vodafone did not help me with this and the outlet manager made fun of me.
        Please help me with this issue.

          I have shifted to delhi from mumbai and so wanted to change my prepaid circle to delhi from mumbai but whenever i am
          sending SMS to 1900 for Porting I get failed msg, "message Could not sent" I tried more than 20 times from yesterday but no success.On speaking to executive at vodafone store they sent email yesterday but no result so far.

                  Last month I had changed my Vodafone postpsid sim to prepaid account after paid a huge amount. But this month they send a message of latest bill for this month. This month I already paid the amout for all recharge. But not understanding why not they stopping the Biling after the sim changed to prepaid. Please ensure vodafone to regulate it service normal way in india and make good relationship with customers.

                    I have a vodafone post paid number and recently migrated to prepaid but i keep getting emails every month from vodafone to pay my post paid bills. I have cleared all the post paid bills before migrating to prepaid. I don't understand it all, if i am not using post paid sim at all, then why are they sending me bills to my email id? I want vodafone to stop sending me emails as i have cleared all the outstanding bills on post paid. It is very annoying as they charged me high rates for using post paid service and that was the main reason why i switched to prepaid, but still the customer support of vodafone was pathetic so i stopped using vodafone prepaid number also. I want to close all connections with vodafone and request them not to annoy me by sending emails to pay bills when i m no longer using any of their service

                        On the 4th of June 2017 I wanted to activate the Rs. 150 International Roaming plan on Vodafone site and after requesting some plan I was not sure of on the Vodafone site I called to confirm with their customer care regarding which plan request had gone through. The customer care representative told me that I had not activated any plan since he cannot see any request that has gone through.

                        After I was misled that there was not request that had gone through the customer care asked me if he could activate the Rs. 150 roaming plan to which I was okay with since I wanted that plan only. The following month when I receive the bill details I noticed that I am being charged Rs. 500 and another Rs. 150 for activating 2 different roaming plans which is really unfair since I had mentioned to their customer care that I wanted to activate the Rs. 150 plan only.

                        After a few complaints with vodafone against this Rs. 500 charge I get the response that they couldn't see the request initially because it is visible to them after 30 mins after it has gone through. If the request is visible after 30 mins why was I not asked to call back after 30 mins? Why was I misled that I had not activated any roaming plan on their site?

                        Despite multiple complaints vodafone says that they cannot reverse these charges, some of the customer care execs just did not understand the scenario and kept blabbering weird excuses on phone for not reversing this 500Rs charge.

                        I too had a similar experience with Vodafone. I had activated the roaming pack of INR 149 which allows one to get incoming messages whenever one goes abroad. This is a monthly charge which gets billed only if I roam abroad. When I was abroad I got multiple messages that showed that the bill was rapidly climbing and that services would be restricted even though I did not make or receive a single call or message. I was using a feature phone with no data packs. Even after returning they were sending messages with progressively increasing amounts and was saying that I am exceeding the credit amount. I finally got a bill over 1800 though my usual bills are in the low 450 range.
                        Over email, the operator persistently claims that it is voice charges when abroad and did not give me an itemized bill. I requested for the itemized bill so that they can prove that I made the calls. But they did not provide. I think they must be deliberately doing this or there is a genuine mistake in their billing system. The worst part is that I could not get any incoming message (except one lone message) while abroad defeating the very purpose of taking the incoming-message roaming part.
                        I have asked them to resolve the issue over email. Do you think I can seek redressal in a consumer protection forum if they do not correct the issue?

                          I have been offered a Vodafone plan (Super 349) with 4 GB data by retention team but the same plan has been offered to some other customer with 10 GB data plan. I again checked with Nodal officer as well but they are saying this plan has been withdrawn long time back from the market. But I am still not sure why the same has been given to other customer and not to me. Please help on the same. Service Request raised for this issue with Vodafone is [protected].

                            Hi. I am using Vodafone service from Jharkhand.

                            The internet and paytm both show 'free UL L+S+500MB 2G data' for rs. 149. However, on recharging by paytm, I received only free V2V calls and 500MB. I do not have many vodafone contacts and this is only a waste of Rs. 149.

                            I feel cheated. Please refer to this and if possible, I would like my money to be refunded.

                              I am using vodafone postpaid services from last 4 to 5 months now i have given them documents to port my number in to prepaid.
                              But they are not giving me proper answer. When i call them on their customer care number, they tell me to visit vodafone store after that i have visited vodafone store 4-5 times.
                              Now scenario is that my permanent postpaid number has been blocked. My prepaid number is still not activated.
                              I am not even getting satisfactory replies from their executives.
                              I have 10 postpaid cards, i want to port all of them, they told me that
                              Porting all of cards at the same time is not possible u have to port 3 cards at a time. I am being charged for my other 7 cards.
                              Please consider my request.

                                  Vodafone offered 3 months free internet and activated in last week of April 2017. Company charged me at 35 rs per mb which is rs 35840 per gb data . This rate is highly inflated when compared to market. Vodafone refuses to waive these data charges on [protected]. Number. Hence this complaint is lodged. The matter brought to customer care by email 4th July chat on 7 the and to appellate authority Vodafone by mail on 7 July . So far bill not rectified
