Money was deducted from my account during the bill payment of my post paid number for May month and payment process got failed. I have tried again the payment process and finally it got succeeded and money got deducted for the second time.

Since payment was not succeeded and money got deducted in first attempt I have raised a concern/complaint to vodafone and for past one and a half month they have asked me multiple times the details of payment and deduction and not yet initiated the payment process.

    I have been the Vodafone corporate customer for last 6 years in Mumbai region. I have moved to Canada 2 years ago. Since then I am not using the Vodafone number. Therefore, I had asked them numerous times to cancel my number by calling over the phone from Canada. Unfortunately this came to pass last month only. I had paid all the pending amounts including the additional SIM card charges, which was their fault for not cancelling the SIM card while closing the account. Then after calling to Vodafone Customer care for the unexpected bill, the manager didn't agree to waive off the amount. So I had to pay that amount as well. After unnecessarily paying the Vodafone bills for last 23 months, the Vodafone didn't have courtesy to waive this little amount for their mistake. To your astonishment I would also like to add that I HAD LOST MY SIM on Sep, 2016 and I had mailed them for that and no action has been taken. My SIM has been blocked last month which I did myself by logging into my Vodafone account with my instinct due to frustration, NOT WITH THE VODAFONE SUPPORT. In my last conversation I had openly told them I must not get any further bill and also asked them to send me an email for the same. They haven't sent me any email. Now I have lost all my patience by seeing the new bill sent to me. I am getting mentally harassed and tortured. I literally in the state of either killing someone from Vodafone now. This is intolerable now. I'm literally not going to stop now. I'm going to file a case of being tortured for last 2 years from Vodafone for not providing proper service to the onsite clients. I'm already going through the health issues over here and now will also include the reason of Vodafone for all those I had suffered in last 2 years. NO MORE BILLS, I am getting crazy now. I have almost become crazy. PLZ ANYONE STOP THIS.

      I have no idea about lifestyle pack, but i just got 50rs deducted from my balance. In the past I had complained about deductions of stuffs which I have never subscribed for in the Vodafone office and the reply was that I browse the net so by default some website gets you registered.

      Please help resolve this issue of mine and help me get reimbursed for these nonsense.

          Vodafone retention department does wrong promises to the customer. their retention department promised me to provide 4GB data in 349 and provided only 1 Mb data, after that they started charging me for for the data used @50ps/Mb. on Calling their customer care the says somehow another plan has been activated in place of plan promised, please buy and add on pack to use data until this plan does not get activated.
          why should i pay for a mistake done by the company and should buy data plan.
          it has become a practice of vodafone to make false promises.

            Hello customer care team, i had migrated from prepaid to postpaid. It's services are now stopped with reason "address verification failed". Today that verification guy came. I asked him if he need any document or anything but he told not required. Still its failed. I was personally present. Please help. This is so annoying i have a lot more important stuff to do.

                I have an post paid connection with vodafone. For last few months vodafone has charged me contain download charges where as on my no. ([protected]) i do not have any data connection. I had made several complaints but they denied to refund charges laid on my no. Saying that u had download contains. I don't know how they people download contains without data pack or net.

                  I received bill of july-17 from vodafone showing subjected charges. I tried to make cc execs. A lot that this is not possible as my mother in law who is using this phone is not able to make such calls and that too for 57 mins which is almost immposible. It seems fake charges and has to be reveresed, also please order telecom cos. To stop such illegal services which is an unneccessary burdons on consumers that first pay illogical bills, then fight for it to get revresal. Where customer satisfaction remain there then. Why these cos activate such service on calls without customer confirmation. Customers wants to call and receive call through services and not want such service which always make him/her embarras. Please look into and help me getting these illogical charges reversal..

                    I am having multiple Vodafone Postpaid connections in my family. Without my knowledge the company is activating value added services. I was blindly paying the bills until my nephew verified the billing amount. I was been charged for BBM service since 1.5 years where i am not even using the BB device.

                    Today also got a new VAS renewal for DotBot pack. I didn't activated such pack and I don't even know what does the pack does.

                    Literally heights of cheating!!!

                    I lost my mobile phone today while coming to office and it is having two sims, kindly deactivate my vodafone postpaid mobile no. [protected] as soon as possible so that no one can misuse my phone number.

                      I refilled 501 recharge pack on [protected] yesterday I.e on 26th June. And our debit card shows the amount being deducted but there is no balance shown on our number. What am I suppose to do.. Already 501 has been deducted my debit card. Please look into it. Online recharge seems senseless now. And waste of time

                        My vodafone no. is [protected], I have given my phone under safe custody on 10thJan., 2017 for 6 months and paid Rs.300/- for the safe custody charges. For my last bills Oct.2016 Nov., 2016, Dec., 2016 I have contacted your Andheri West Red Shop and the person in charge (Manager) Madam always say you pay this month next month will adjust. and atlast the amount she told be I have deposited as final payment. I am not getting the bill at my address. Atleast, 17 complain was lodge. Now, I have received a call from call centre to pay the bill amount. I do not understand how you are creating a bill. I understood, the incharge of Red shop (Madam) at S.V.Road, Andheri (West), was caught Red handed for some mischief and she was transfer to Gurgaon.                           Dear many times deduct my balance but I make no issue but this time three times Balance deduct this time I can't afford please give me refund for this otherwise I change the oprater..
                          To the smart people of Vodafone take this as a fare warning to stop looting people by all the tech. Means and support you guys have. Myself Ketan choudhary my number [protected] I'm not getting message that I have consumed my data. And services are getting activating on their own. This time bollywood party pix pack got activated which cost my 21rs, i have not signed for this service please deactivate it and refund my balance at the earliest and please start behaving like responsible company and stop this practice of looting.

                            Without my confirmation the miniplex service activates and its not the first time that happened.I have deactivated these service multiple times but it doesn't work, every time I have balance it would activate by itself and deductes my balance.I don't want any of these kind of situation in future please.So if could help anything regarding these problem of mine that would be a great help.

                              I've made a mobile recharge from my credit card but as of yet the payment has not yet been updated my account balance is zero, I've informed to the customer care they asked for transaction reference id it is I quote'575499' the amount has Ben debited from my Cc account, but my bank informed me u guys have not accepted the payment, I'm calling regarding this issue for the 4th time . If I don't get a positive response by tomorrow I'll escalate this to all the social media pages so help me with this as soon as possible regards -very dissatisfied customer ..

                                Bonus card offers not given on my number e. g 346/-data plus call and 194/-data plus call on other vodafone numbers this offer is there but not in my number i. e [protected] and no other best offer provided by vodafone in my number only 3 offers are in the vodafone app please provide best offer in my number otherwise i will port it to other companies

                                  We write here to inform you that kindly stop putting unwanted heavy subscription charges without any debitting permission of customer otherwise either we have to go legally or more than that we have to quit your service and switch to another network. Please kindly stop all kind of subcription which i had never subscribed or finally i have to quit your network.

                                    Company is doing cheating... One of our family number [protected] has charged for ISD.. As per them 5-10seconds call has done 14 time in 3-4 days... Fake company charging these kind of charges.

                                    As there is no person in foreign n this mobile handset unable to do redial also

                                    I the call could done.. M. Adding mobile screen pic also where it is clearly showing this mobile reflect no number while reading dialing...

                                      I have a vodafone Maharashtra sim card with number : [protected]
                                      Last year I have travelled to USA and now I need to go back to India due to personal reason. When I came to USA that time I was getting signal/network coverage in my vodafone but recently I checked again and didn't get any coverage. Please suggest me what to do. I will be needing this number once I landed in India. Please note that I have not done any international roaming packs before travelling to USA.

                                        The company is doing fraud with me. I have been recharged my number with 347 plan of free unlimited phone calls and 1 gb data a day. But still when i make calls the balance got deducted from my main balance. I have made a complaint to the vodafone india service centre but they didn't respond proper and lied to me and now when i dial the complain number 199 then there aren't coming any option to talk their complaint representatives.
                                        Kindly help me out from this fraud made by vodafone
