I am having multiple Vodafone Postpaid connections in my family. Without my knowledge the company is activating value added services. I was blindly paying the bills until my nephew verified the billing amount. I was been charged for BBM service since 1.5 years where i am not even using the BB device.

Today also got a new VAS renewal for DotBot pack. I didn't activated such pack and I don't even know what does the pack does.

Literally heights of cheating!!!

I lost my mobile phone today while coming to office and it is having two sims, kindly deactivate my vodafone postpaid mobile no. [protected] as soon as possible so that no one can misuse my phone number.

    i faced some bad issue of the vodafone 2g services .i need 3G services in my location -
    A/p biloni, Taluka- Vaijapur Dist- Aurnagabad -431116
    please take action .
    I refilled 501 recharge pack on [protected] yesterday I.e on 26th June. And our debit card shows the amount being deducted but there is no balance shown on our number. What am I suppose to do.. Already 501 has been deducted my debit card. Please look into it. Online recharge seems senseless now. And waste of time

      My vodafone no. is [protected], I have given my phone under safe custody on 10thJan., 2017 for 6 months and paid Rs.300/- for the safe custody charges. For my last bills Oct.2016 Nov., 2016, Dec., 2016 I have contacted your Andheri West Red Shop and the person in charge (Manager) Madam always say you pay this month next month will adjust. and atlast the amount she told be I have deposited as final payment. I am not getting the bill at my address. Atleast, 17 complain was lodge. Now, I have received a call from call centre to pay the bill amount. I do not understand how you are creating a bill. I understood, the incharge of Red shop (Madam) at S.V.Road, Andheri (West), was caught Red handed for some mischief and she was transfer to Gurgaon. I bunch of letters are lying with her and no one is taking trouble to search for the same. Please let me know what I should do. I am very keen to take a legal action. ...Deepak Varma

        To the smart people of Vodafone take this as a fare warning to stop looting people by all the tech. Means and support you guys have. Myself Ketan choudhary my number [protected] I'm not getting message that I have consumed my data. And services are getting activating on their own. This time bollywood party pix pack got activated which cost my 21rs, i have not signed for this service please deactivate it and refund my balance at the earliest and please start behaving like responsible company and stop this practice of looting.

          Without my confirmation the miniplex service activates and its not the first time that happened.I have deactivated these service multiple times but it doesn't work, every time I have balance it would activate by itself and deductes my balance.I don't want any of these kind of situation in future please.So if could help anything regarding these problem of mine that would be a great help.

            I've made a mobile recharge from my credit card but as of yet the payment has not yet been updated my account balance is zero, I've informed to the customer care they asked for transaction reference id it is I quote'575499' the amount has Ben debited from my Cc account, but my bank informed me u guys have not accepted the payment, I'm calling regarding this issue for the 4th time . If I don't get a positive response by tomorrow I'll escalate this to all the social media pages so help me with this as soon as possible regards -very dissatisfied customer ..

              Bonus card offers not given on my number e. g 346/-data plus call and 194/-data plus call on other vodafone numbers this offer is there but not in my number i. e [protected] and no other best offer provided by vodafone in my number only 3 offers are in the vodafone app please provide best offer in my number otherwise i will port it to other companies

                We write here to inform you that kindly stop putting unwanted heavy subscription charges without any debitting permission of customer otherwise either we have to go legally or more than that we have to quit your service and switch to another network.                   Company is doing cheating... One of our family number [protected] has charged for ISD.. As per them 5-10seconds call has done 14 time in 3-4 days... Fake company charging these kind of charges.

                  As there is no person in foreign n this mobile handset unable to do redial also

                  I the call could done.. M. Adding mobile screen pic also where it is clearly showing this mobile reflect no number while reading dialing...

                    Dear Team,

                    I have a vodafone Maharashtra sim card with number : [protected]
                    Last year I have travelled to USA and now I need to go back to India due to personal reason. When I came to USA that time I was getting signal/network coverage in my vodafone but recently I checked again and didn't get any coverage. Please suggest me what to do. I will be needing this number once I landed in India. Please note that I have not done any international roaming packs before travelling to USA.

                      The company is doing fraud with me. I have been recharged my number with 347 plan of free unlimited phone calls and 1 gb data a day. But still when i make calls the balance got deducted from my main balance. I have made a complaint to the vodafone india service centre but they didn't respond proper and lied to me and now when i dial the complain number 199 then there aren't coming any option to talk their complaint representatives.
                      Kindly help me out from this fraud made by vodafone

                        My Name is durgesh, I was Using the no [protected] since 2012, past 2 months I could not use it due to some reason, when i try to use it again it was disconnected from service, I contacted the vodafone service store But the Executive said that the Prepaid sim has been deactivated so if you want to use you can buy in Post paid connection the same number, I agreed and finished all documentation on the same day i.e on 30.06.2017, But till now it is not activated.

                          I had gone to Vodafone store on 30th June 2017 for changing of my Vadfone no from postpaid to prepaid segment & they told me that the same would be done within 48 hrs but today on 3rd July 2017 72 hrs have been passed but then too my request hasn't been completed.

                          This is very very poor customer service from Vodafone.Not upto the mark.

                            I don't know how your esteemed company can do this..

                            You barred my incoming calls since 1 week telling submit adhar card (No one can call me as they get busy ton & i am not able to get it)... Ok acceptable... But when i went to vodafone gallery they informed that my number, which i am using from last 7 years... Is not on my name... Its too shocking...

                            (I had personally given verification for this number in 2010 & submitted my documents to start vodafone. Also again i think in 2013 or 14 you asked to submit kyc documents in vodafone gallery because you asked it from everyone).

                            Since 2010 till may 2017 i am only the person who is talking, receiving calls from this number. So how my number could go on others name... Where is that all previous data about my callings my recharges.. You can check that all done by me, you can verify that from me... Please explain first why do i fight for the number which is only mine...

                            Your executive at gallery & customer care on phone failed to give me solution... Is this a solution which you are suggesting that... To port my number from prepaid to post paid?? This is completely not acceptable...

                            In postpaid plans, your 1st executive was suggesting rs 300 plan... When i refused for high price he told vodafone is offering rs 149 plan... & if i agree to get 149 monthly rental postpaid plan they will do it immediately... My number will get book on my name/address again & also it will start immediately... Ha ha..

                            If you people can do my number in postpaid on my name, then why not on prepaid???

                            I am retired 63 years old & i have linked this number for almost all wherever required.. Like my pension bank, adhar card, etc...

                            I know my regular monthly 50 rs recharge is not fulfilling your business & due to which you did this to get more money from me...

                            This is not the way to behave with customers... I need your kind help..

                              As I am currently running a plan of rental 160 on my number [protected] in delhi circle. But now I have shifted to lucknow, UP circle . So here I am not being provided to get the same plan. so kind request yo to please deactivate my this account at earliest as I don't want any new bill generation . I have gone to Vodafone stores to many times and called up Vodafone customer care but I am not getting any help and I am getting generated a bill every month insetead I am also not using it, so I don't want any further generation of bill on this number, please do it asap as it is now becoming a frustrating experience.

                                Submitted an MNP request owing to bad network coverage and slow data speeds.

                                My MNP request from VD to Airtel has not been approved yet, been 48 hours since docs were forwarded.

                                MY request was submitted on tuesday. Airtel confirmed docs were sent out on saturday to Vodafone. I havent received any info about status after that.

                                I received a call from Vodafone about the request and I had informed them to approve it.

                                  There has been an unauthorized deduction of Rs.10 from my account with my request and i also received a message stating that further deduction will happen from my balance once i recharge. I have not opted for this DOTBOT service or whatever that is. i really want my Rs.10 back in my account and i do not want any further deductions in that regard. Hope it gets clarified soon enough.

                                      With due respect I want to say that I am a retailer ( Wadhwa telecom) from panipat (Ret. id [protected], pos at mahavir colony, behind kishore sangeet cinema). on 22 june 2017 salesman arvind came and said that its an order to upgrade our DEALER CARD from 3g to 4g sim. He upgraded the sim and said it will start working in one or two hours. But it didn't start working. I call him in evening and told about the problem. then he said he will solve it tommorrow. Next day he came and told the problem to his manager mr. kuldeep. he also send sim no. and retailer id to him and went away. The sim didn't start then also. next day also the same procedure they follows.
                                      on last monday I talked to mr. Kuldeep. He again demanded the sim no. and told me a msg to send. that I do, simply futile. nothing happened..
                                      on tuesday arvind came and take away my sim card with him. and from that day he didn't even come to supply recharge coupons or sim cards. today 3rd of july, I call him and he told me that he will try to refund our value (INR) back and the sim will not start. from the last 10 days these both are befooling us and neither of them take any action to start the card resulting in revenue loss as well as defamation to me.
                                      plz take a suitable action towards these persons and arrange a sim card so that i can continue selling vodafone flawlessly.

                                        Despite not subscribing to the services, i'm being automatically provided with it. unnecessarily, deducting Rs. 25 every week. this has happened several times and all i could do is deactivate it. i want such kind of nuisance to stop immediately and i want all my money refunded. this is day light robbery made by Vodafone company from all its customers.
