    I have recharged my vodafone with best offer (Unlimited all calls + 1gb data... Screenshot attached) validity 28 days charged rs. 148 but the offer is for vodafone to vodafone which is not mentioned in offer so please arrange to refund my rs. 148 (Which is charged at 14:59 hrs. By paytm today,) because i have added rs. 275 at 15:48 hrs. By paytm today.

      In my current bill of june, 2017, of my vodafone no.[protected].in my bill no.[protected] dated 27.06.2017 i found there are additional rs. 226/- for value added services which i never activated. Those services are
      1. Wwap_vtv0150_030_apa01504003_a,
      2. Rozgar_seva_ppu_10,
      3. Sanketik_aworld,
      4. Sym_scombo_w_35.
      It is unfair. I need deductions of this amount.
      Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
      Vodafone is dacoit ! THey have done same for me any many other customer. I've ported out for Airtel.

      You will receive a code within minute. Go to any other service provider & get new sim card with same number.

          We have been charged rs. 1200 for a call made to 51717. Which is not true as non of the call happened from our end.
          This is a false entry and vodafone representatives are not accepting the false entry and they are forcing us the make the payment.
          As we have not made this call and this is a false entry we request you to kindly remove this from our total due amount at the earliest.

                It has been months we are coordinating with vodafone mum regarding service related issues, they are not ready to meet discuss about plans, network and data issues, we have sent request for porting many times but rejected, and sending several mails regarding meeting, but reluctant to meet, running away from situation, worst service pathetic attitude???

                  I have an ongoing plan of 1gb/day and everyday internet balance renews at 12 am. Yesterday balance renewed at 12.30 am and suddenly without any internet usage from my phone all the allocated internet balance as well as my core balance of rs.300 also got deducted. I also complained at call center but as usaul they put my on hold for about 30 minutes and at last had to disconnect the call. Please help me with my issue. My contact number is [protected].

But at the time o[censored]sing ut deduce 52.32 rs as internet charge. But i was well bellow daily limit. When i contact with vodafone complain centre they first told me i have cross my daily limit. But when i say more firmly they told me another unsatisfactory story considering the previous on as a mistake by them.

                      Please help me to get my money back.

                          I have been using vodafone mobile network for more than two years, initially a prepaid service which i had converted into a post-paid connection. It is a very frustrating experience that value added services are repeatedly activated without my consent. These useless vas charges cost me more than double my usage charges. When i go to the retail store all the person in charge knows is how to look at the details of my bill and try to deactivate those services which were already done by me. Four times, he has promised me that it will not happen again which is so not true. He is as helpless as i am as deactivation of vas doesn't refund the charges imposed. Since customer care is totally helpless i want this kind o[censored]nfair practice by vodafone never to happen again, i am going to take the matter to the law if i do not receive positive result immediately

                            Vodafone has been deducting my balances as soon as i recharge by activating these vas services without my consent. On 28th june they activated some life styl pack, on 24th june some service got activated that deducted 75 rs from my balance without my permission. I have attached screenshot.
                            I have to call customer support and ask for a refund. These has been repeated several times

                            Its a malpractise that they have been following for a long time and still we cannot do anything about it.

                            I want my number in the vas blacklist. I dont want to wast my balance on such services.

                                  1. I have taken this add on number for my Mother who is 80 years old.
                                  2. Average Bill for this add on number for past 1-2 years is not more than 200/- which is still lower during recent months.
                                  3. Voice services are being blocked whenever payments are not made within 1-2 months from due date.
                                  4. As stated in your mail for so called VAS and other services the outstanding payments shooted up even more than 5000/- also and still it was not blocked. However for Voice calls pending payment is done.
                                  5. As I was told that these payments are for third party services which is being paid to them and collected from customers.
                                  6. The methods / for activating such services are purposely kept such a way that customer by mistake do this and service providers gets amount from customer forcefully.

                                  This will be my last request from Vodafone to revert all charges EXCEPT FOR VOICE CALLS for which this add on connection has been taken by me.

                                  If the same is not reverted immediately, I will file a case under CONSUMER COURT and fight for same.

                                  ALSO I AM READY TO PORT MY NUMBER (including My 13 years old number main number)

                                  I DONOT WANT THIS VODAFONE NUMBER TO REACTIVATE TILL MY ABOVE MENTIONED REQUEST IS ADDRESSED.

                                        Vodafone customer care service is worst then any other network service. They are not ready to take call, keep us on hold for hours. Executive not ready to take call and solve our problem. Whenever i want to have any important information or query then only this problem arises. I'm extremely unhappy with their service.
