Dear sir,

It’s with unpleasant experience, i am compelled to write to you about this episode.
As previous i already raise do many complained against vodafone fake commitment and not able to do there service on time. This is a clear case of cheating the consumer. I'm pursuing a legal option to take this up in the consumer court to fight this as this is completely false commitment being levied to my corporate company.
I decided to port my both no to vodafone. I contacted vodafone customer care on my office and talked to mr. Subod. He offered a plan of rs. 499 red plan for both my vodafone no with unlimited calling and 21 gb data with 2gb high speed 4g data for lifetime billed per month.

I agreed, executive hence came to my home the same day. To my surprise, the executive informed that they r offering 15 gb data only for 3 months, and hence i called back the customer care and tried to confirm again the bill plan. Another surprise came my way, this time a lady with name neha told me that only 6 gb is offered in this plan.

Three personnel from the same company with three different sayings. I was shocked. After that i raise a consumer complaint
After 5 min. Another call came from vodafone and expressed apology and said that it was executive mistake. So i asked once again about the plan. This time, the same plan became of rs. 399. What the # these vodafone people do. I was furious but felt laughing on their reponses. Totally unprofessional, foolish customer care service.

    1) i got a message on my phone about the recharge benefits of rs.352 that
    Were 28 days unlimited calling and 1 gb 3g/4g data per day but soon after i recharged i got talktime of rs. 352 only and no other benefits that were
    Promised in the message.
    2) when i called complaint center i was given the info that the offer is not valid on my no., also on asking about other offers i was told by the 198 executive of vodafone complaint center, ms. Kavita, that i can recharge with rs.446 on my no. To get unlimited calling and 1 gb data per day for 84 days and when i recharged with rs. 446, i was again forged and given the talktime of rs. 446 but no benefits promised by the company executive which is my claim for false information.
    3) i made a complaint on the 198 compaints no. About the above misinformation and i was assured that the problem will be resolved within 4 hours but nothing happened after that. The company didn't called and blocked my no. From talking to the 98 executive.
    4) today on 27 june 2017 i am charged for rs. 49 at 2.5 a. M. For a sevice which i didn't requested for and i cant help myself i have been blocked by the company complaint service to call them.
    This shows the monopoly of the company and helplessness of the consumer. I would like to ask for a refund and benefit tranfer from the company.

    In my notified offers for Rs.146 i was told in the message about 2gb internet but provide with 500 mb only
    I feel completely fed up with the lies and forge this company does to its consumers.

      Hi,

      My no is [protected]. I had recently subscribed to vodafone's international i-roam pack to uk and italy from 4th june to 19th june 2017. The offer clearly stated that the pack was at 1 rupee for out going calls and 1 rupee per mb, yet i was charged by vodafone for 2g data consumption a ridicoulous amount of inr 1.10 lakhs for something which was not even consumed. This is a clear case of cheating the consumer. I'm pursuing a legal option to take this up in the consumer court to fight this as this is completely false data charges being levied to my bill.

      The fact that your complaint portal reflects a 23% customer satisfaction is enough to understand why iam a dissatisfied customer. I was facing issues with your net connectivity and had called 198 for help. All they could do was sent me a 'link' after a second call made after waiting for half an hour. It didnt resolve my problem. Really disgusting.

        Frequently VFCARE activating value added service and deducting heptic amount from the balance. No request from Vodofone. Also, unable to de-activate by SMS. Deducted amount is not deposited, if we de-activate by calling customer care.

        How to claim all amount and how to stop further once for all.

            Dear sir,

            Its with unpleasant experience, i am compelled to write to you about this episode.
            I lost my mobile hand set on friday 23rd, morning while travelling in a train. I immediately called customer care and deactivated my mobile no. [protected]. After coming back on saturday i approached your vodafone store near natubhai circle vadodara at 5.11 pm and requested for a new sim and also activation of this mobile number. After getting a sim, i was told to my surprise that it will get activated in 4-6 hours. I requested the store authority to activate on priority as i am an orthopedic surgeon and all my patients including operated patients at various hospitals need to remain in my touch in case of any major problems. I was given assurance that it will be tried out.

            To my surprise and frustration, my mobile was not activated till 11.15 am on monday.in between from saturday night to sunday night, i contacted customer care executives and was once told that your mobile is active and i need to take out sim and re insert. I tried, but failed.. Second time i was told that i need to contact vodafone store as my sim is invalid. I personally visited vodafone store today at 11.15 am and to my another surprise, i was told that necessary administrative action is not taken because the request form was misplaced somewhere. After they found the form lying is one of the desks, i was told again that now we will take action and your mobile will get activated in 4 hours.

            This is sheer negligence on your side and for no reason of mine, me and all my patients were tortured for almost 40 hours. My seriously operated patients were in panicky as they couldn’t contact me. I may face serious negligence issues from any of my patients and your irresponsible attitude is a reason for it. This kind of negligence and irrational approach can never be pardoned. Had it been in uk or other country, you can be sued for millions of dollars compensation. What i need from you is acceptance of this grave mistake and negligence and apology from your office. Loyalty in business is mutual and that only builds relationship. Your mere existence is because of loyal customers. You can’t take customers for granted. Cliental dissatisfaction is like just one spark which destroys the whole forest. As a citizen of india vodafone a uk based company has to respect indians. I am serious and i need acceptance of your mistake and a written apology and assurance that such incidence will not be faced by any of the clients of vodafone. I will not hesitate to take this matter to the highest authority in the ministry of tele communication and trai if you fail to accept this negligence on your part.

              I activated the offer of 8 gb/ month for three months. I used 256 mb extra and for that they charged more than 1000 rupees (4 rupees for each mb). Since using 4g it's very difficult to control how much extra mb used. Since providing 8 gb free offer and then charging very high usage charge is not ethically correct. I complaint several times using mail and call but they just informed how they charged the extra amount.

                I have given the request for closure of my number [protected] at vodafone store anjar kutch. It's sr no is[protected] on the 12th june. I have paid rs 230/- as i was instructed by the lady officer. But till date my sim is not closed. When i called at call centre they informed that my sim is active. Got information that i want to retained the number. I have never ever told any one to retain the sim.

                I have already paid the bill, not please confirm that who will pay the bill of this days i. E
                From 12th to 26th june.

                  Hi,

                  I, saravanakumar k having a postpaid connection on vodafone with number [protected]. I am not using the service for the past three months reason begin am out of the country. I have complaint vodafone for disconnection they charged me 745 for which i have never used. I am not happy with that type of charge anyways i have paid the same. Even after paying that my connection is not disconnected. They are extending the days and getting money for the unused service. This is really a worst corporate behavior and no ethical way of charges. Also they are activating something and saying i am using some value add service. I am not using that sim at all. Can the consumer complaints team help me in this type of money fraud.
                  Any unused service cannot be charged is what i believe.

                    I am an airtel corporate customer. I decided to port to another network for the reason that i found airtel expensive now a days as compared to its own prepaid plans. I contacted vodafone customer care and talked to mr. Rohit. He offered a plan of rs. 329 with unlimited calling and unlimited data with 2gb high speed 4g data for lifetime billed per month.

The reason why i am deactivating my number is that i don't use my sim anymore. I went to the vodafone store also but they are unable to do it.                             I am trying to port out of vodafone since 3 weeks. After i send port out message i receive call from vodafone to convince me, not to leave vodafone and assuring to give best offer. Two times i received same call from them but they are making false commitments to prevent me from leaving vodafone. Still i haven't received any offers. If you don't want to give offers atleast help us in leaving vodafone. Very upset with overall experience of porting out and with customer care.

                              My phone number was overcharged by vodafone due to their own mistake. Even after accepting the mistake, vodafone charged us the entire amount. After we refused to pay the entire bill, we got a call from vodafone collection giving us a wavier and settled the account in 9000 rs.

                              Even after paying the settled amount, our account has not been updated.
                              Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                              Suddenly money got deducted from my number and I didn't even take any service. I want my money back.

                                My vodafone number [protected]- international roaming was activated without any request from our side and simply a msg was sent which got ignored. When i travelled to china, my phone was charged 18000 rs which was a total shock to me. After repeated complaints for the charge incurred nobody helped us. I did not use the phone even once and since mobile data was on. It got charged by itself.
                                Vodafone employees have admited that they activated roaming and sent the mesg themselves but no body is ready to help on the same and forced us to pay the bill. Feeling highly cheated from the company whom we have been using from the past 15 years.

                                  As per the text written to vodafone but not being resolved despite so many complaints and visits to vodafone stores. - (Dear concern, please be informed that i have bought a new connection no.[protected] from your store go mobile, nehru place delhi. The recharge was done for rs. 449 and the plan is 1 gb data and unlimited calling for 70 days. But the data service has been stopped and another message for recharge has been sent to continue the service where as the said connection has been purchased few days back only.
                                  I request you to resolve the issue as soon as possible other wise i will soon be approaching to the consumer forum/consumer cell because my complaint is not being resolved despite my complaint to customer care and vodafone store.)

                                    As per that i am using postpaid vodafone no : [protected].

                                    Suddenly, i get an bill amount rs 3820/-. If my previous month bill is rs. 920.05/-

                                    As per my current bill cycle is from 24 may to 24 june : today i got an bill of rs 3820/-. Cycle date is not completed.

                                    How could vodafone team do this and suddenly send bill before date.???

                                    As per bill cycle hardly my bill will be 699 + tax and previous balance rs. 920.05/- = rs. 1700/- approx this bill i will pay and removing from post paid to pre paid that i can get prefer better. You people can make your own changes send to bill us.

                                    I have given 1 complaint from oct month against to detective my both plan i. E. 450 + 250 + tax. But now own has taken my complaint when i am continuously making call to your team that time they have deactivated both plan. From oct to may almost 8 month. It was auto renewing means rs. 800 x 8 months = rs. 6400/- i paid to vodafone. So, many time i called with other no but you call center employe not taken my proper complaint not deactivated my both plans from oct. When i am continuously making call in this month that time it was deactivated.

                                    You people can manage my bill on given above complaint current i am not paying extra amount rs. 2900/- which vodafone team suddenly add to my bill. And current bill also you people can mange into above amount rs. 6400/-.

                                    Its and directly double from my current bill. All my previous bills are clear on given no.

                                    I want reduction on my bill as per my bill plan i. E. 699 + tax and 920/-.

                                    Toady when i was get an new bill for june month they given again 450 + 250 charges add on packages i was already deatived that packages and their exectuve said that you could not be get any charges in current bill...

                                    I was paid feb and march bill : rs 4300/- on 6 apirl
                                    Apirl : 1500 on 15 may
                                    May bill given complaint with reducation rs 800 they given total bill rs. 920/-
                                    Again same thing done on june month they agian charged me rs 450+ 250

                                    I am not paying this bill hole bill rs. 5489/-

                                    Why i paid this bill already paying them rs 6400/- extra without using add on packages charges. I am giving complaint from oct to till month.

                                    They are not providing what they promised I gat msg that that they will give me 1 gb data daily but now thay are no picking my call and they are saying In 4 house then after thay say next day but thay are not doing at all,

                                      I have been charged for using data, more than 400 rupees for approx 100 mb. The problem is that, the customer service guy told me that upto 122 mb free for that bill cycle and there is no need to activate any pack. I called customer service twice to verify the same which they confirmed. Now i see that amount is getting reflected on bill. I don't want to pay for that. If i was given wrong information, that is your problem. Please check the call recordingso if you have it. I want to get it resolved asap or please deactivate the service (Deactivate the sim card). Your service is pathetic and everyone in india should know it.

                                      This was my secondary number so it was not a difficult task to deactivate this. Problem solved.

                                        I have been trying out to port out from vodafone and twice my request has been rejected without any specific reason.
                                        For the first time i was been told that i am having un-billed amount for which due date was next month, though they never intimated me that i need to pay the bill before it.
                                        Second time on next day i paid my bill and requested for porting again and it was been rejected again and the reason was told to me that there is an outstanding amount, it is showing 0 to me. As per customer care i need to calculate my monthly rental and pay it how this process works. And i paid in advance all the amount for the next bill yet to generate.
                                        They are just trying to irritate the customer i need to loge a case against vodafone as they have been pushing me not to port out by rejecting it again and again.
                                        Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                        Vodafone is Blocking to send SMS on 1900 .
                                        I am not able to send sms to PORT my number .
