We are facing network problem since long time but vodafone have not any solution of it.may be vodafone have not expert team to solve it vodafone is not a good service provider.vodafone is not a good company in network.its network is so poor.we can not use vodafone service properly but vodafone have no problem.vofafone have not expert staff team who can solve network problem.we said them to install a booster but they refuse to install booster.they do not want to solve our problem.

    Hi,
    My name is sachin kumar.
    I recharged in my vodafone sim card and got a message saying that the dotbot have been activated for 5 days and 25 repees have been deducted.
    I had not requested for any such vas so kindly stop this service and refund my money or i will port my number or break this sim card and throw somewhere in the garbage plus i will also complain in consumer court for such chiep happening..

      Why do you keep staff like this to harass customers? Am already registered for dnd
      Please take action again vodaphone for disturbing me and violating dnd

        I have purchased a vodafone mobile router router on 9/2015 and the wi-fi number is [protected] and since there was a red light showing on the router we went to the gallery and they said it is a network problem and till now everyday the internet is not working properly and i put a recharge of rs.697/- validity 28days i want you'll to look into this matter seriously otherwise if it is not possible then please give me the name email address and mobile number of the highest authority who can take up this matter seriously

          My vodafone no is [protected]. Converted it from postpaid to prepaid few months back. Not able to recharge since then. Pls rectify my problem at the earliest. I tried to recharge using both easy recharge and online but failed. I called up one of the customer care centres they told to do 96 and 7 recharge but i and not able to do that too. I want to retain this no. Kindly make some arrangements - balamanikandan

                Someone registered my no as alternate contact for [protected] (Manoj Patil). And Vodafone continueously sending sms everyday. They are calling everyday 2-3 times from [protected] for recovery of payment. I have informed on call this no is unknown and I don't know any person with Manoj Patil several times. Still these Vodafone customer care people don't understand and call me everyday for recovery.
                I don't understand why can't they verify alternate contact no before providing services to users. If they can't manage their services properly, then please stop your services and harrassing other people.

                  Dear Sir / Mam,

                  I have not seen such a worst customer care service anywhere in my life time. I run a company named "Tradation Integrated Solutions Company", which is related to trading and my contact number is [protected] (CUG number). I'm using this number for my official purpose, so most of my customers know this number only. I was using basic mobile for this number so took the plan "349" which is unlimited talk time plan. Later when i started using Smart phone on March 28th 2017 i rang up your customer care people and asked to change the plan which comes with internet option. They suggested me to go with "499" plan which is also an unlimited plan and i too agreed with it. After getting the next month's bill i was shocked to see my bill amount as Rs.800 and Rs.1600. So when i called customer care to know the reason im bombshelled to know that i was in "299" plan. So because of that i have got such an uplifted bill. So from that time i use to call chennai customer care people to rectify the issue. Every day some new person will pickup the phone like Aishwarya, Uma, Shwetha, Hema and maany others and i will tell the same story to them and ask them to rectify it. As like computerized voice they use to give same answer "We are sorry for that and we will definitely callback to your number within 4 hours". This became usual and i will never get any call and one day i got fedup and asked for Manager or Supervisor to talk. One person named Glory claimed her as Manager and spoke to me and to my surprise she gave the same answer. I too waited as like every day and i never got any call. This issue was happening more than a month and Ms. Glory (Customer care manager) told that she doesnt know about this issue at all. I dont know then why is she sitting in that post. So till now my problem is not resolved. I dont know who will take action against this. Im totally fedup with chennai customer care and i know very well that they will never take any action. Till now i have not taken any legal action for this issue. For the past 20 days im not using that number, as my outgoing was barred, so i have lost most of my business also. So i request some body from customer care to take proper action for this issue.

                      My name is Bipin Kesarikar and hold mobile Number [protected] (Relationship Number[protected]. I migrated to a new Bill Plan Red4Business on 27th Feb 2017. This plan gives me unlimited calling facility along with 3GB 3G data per month. However since the plan got activated, VAS services were getting auto activated for which each time I have written to customer care. Upon the generation of first bill post new bill plan activation which was on 18th March 2017, I was given reversal for the auto activated VAS charged in the bill and we sorted out. The VAS services continued to get activated even after that. The next bill was generated on 18th April 2017 and again charges for Auto Vas activated were levied. When I contacted the customer care I was told that these get activated because I have GPRS activated on my phone and hence downloads are happening. I need to deactivated/delete GPRS and then these will stop. They also said that they will not do the reversal. I agreed with the lady and said I will pay the additional charges this time as their is an element of doubt from my end as well. So I paid the bill in full. Then I went to your Vodafone Store on Paud Road, Pune and got the GPRS settings and Vodafone Live settings deactivated. Still the Auto Activation of VAS services continued. The next bill was generated on 18th May 2017. However your Team promptly gave me a credit reversal for the charges that were levied. So again I paid the remaining amount and we got it settled. Auto Activation of VAS services still continued and this time they were again charged in the bill generated on 18th June 2017. An amount of INR 521 was to be put on the bill for VAS services however one of your representative Mr. Sushil Deshmukh was convinced that these are incorrect charges therefore reversed INR 96 out of them with reference number[protected]. However the remaining charges of INR 425 have been billed to me and denied by your Team to be reversed. One of your Team Member Shammoor even passed a good will gesture credit of INR 100 which god knows were it is reflecting. On 22/06/17 I spoke with one lady Vidya who nicely heard me out and thought she has understood the situation because she said she will check with her seniors and get back to me. However very politely she has sent me a mail 10 minutes after we spoke which is basically a standard draft copy and pasted. Same with the lady Priyanka with whom I spoke on 23/06/2017 morning. Therefore I say that you people are contradicting each other. Also the people currently interacting with me on mail/phone are hardly trying to resolve the situation. They are just doing their job and nothing more. Once upon a time your customer service was highly appreciated but now it pains to interact with people who are least bothered to resolve situation. I have been with VODAFONE since 2009 and never will you see I paying up bills late or any other such thing. Its only since Feb 2017 that I am facing these problems.                       I received a call from Vodafone representative Priyanka Ichake on 28/07/2017 and she understood the problem. Post which she arranged to reverse all the charges levied in my Invoice for the Auto VAS Activated. All the charges were reversed subsequently and confirmed by email sent from Id [email protected]. Thank You Priyanka for your help and support!

                        I am holding a corporate number- [protected] over a ten years and I am regularly pay the bill on time at my own. the mode of payment has been set through my HDFC Bank Credit Card by Auto smart pay system.

                        On dated 11.06.2017 my bill was generated only Rs 600.30 while vodafone has charged Rs 3289.05. I told to customer care for this and they asked me to write the email at- 'corporatecare.[protected]@vodafone.com' which i did on 23.06.2017. after a couple of hour I got as call from vodafone from the number- +[protected] and give me options i.e. 1) Either they will adjust the excess amount in coming months or 2) I will pay Rs 600.30 only then they can refund the full amount of Rs 3289.05 in next 48 hours.

                        I choose the 2nd option and immediately paid Rs 600.30 and send email today to 'corporatecare.[protected]@vodafone.com' with the acknowledgement of the Receipt of the payment of Rs 600.30 for the full refund of Rs 3289.05.

                        I shocked, when I got the reply on email from 'corporatecare.[protected]@vodafone.com' by saying that please ask your company's authorised signatory to confirm the same for the refund.

                        I am paying my bills at my own and vodafone had never asked my company to charge extra amount of Rs 3289.05 then why the consent of my company required to give me my refund of Rs 3289.05

                        I request you to help me to get my refund without any delay.

                          I have moved to prepaid from postpaid vodafone they said we sent you the cheque of security amount within 60 days but still they don't sent it to me. This is totally wrong thing they did please consider my complain they do fraud to there customer. All bills and taxes are been kindly filled on time to vodafone but doing irresponsible thing to there customer make upset to us if they will not refund by amount i will prefer to mnp to other carrier vodafone always do such types of poor service.

                            Someone named sathyaraj has taken a mobile phone number [protected], but didn't pay his dues. He has given my email id. Now, vodafone has been sending payment dues to request to my email id, inspite of mailing them multiple times to legalcollection. [protected]@vodafone.com (11/2/16, 27/2/16) and speaking to the numbers given in their email[protected], i'm still being harassed. Call center has no clue on this.

                            Please help resolving the same.

                              I have been trying out to port out from Vodafone and twice my request has been rejected without any specific reason.
                              For the first time i was been told that i am having un-billed amount for which due date was next month, though they never intimated me that I need to pay the bill before it.
                              Second time on next day i paid my bill and requested for porting again and it was been rejected again and the reason was told to me that there is an outstanding amount, it is showing 0 to me. As per customer care i need to calculate my monthly rental and pay it how this process works, how can i keep real time check on the bill.
                              They are just trying to irritate the customer i need to loge a case against vodafone as they have been pushing me not to port out by rejecting it again and again.

                                  This is to bring your kind attention to the fact that we have taken Corporate numbers from Vodafone ie [protected] and other numbers also and the same was taken care by Mr. Harpreet from vodafone team contact number [protected].
                                  He has told us about a plan of Rs. 999 for Unlimited Calls i.e, LOcal or STD or Roaming Incoming or Local Outgoing all shall be free under this plan, we gave our consent to activate the same verbally on phone call on about 1st or 2nd April 2017. he has delayed the activation till 25th April and on that day he has activated plan of Rs. 999 via some Request ID[protected] but he has commited a mistake which he has accepted on phone call also that he has done this by mistake and due to wrong plan being activated by him, roaming charges are being charged in our bills in last 3 bills of vodafone numbers we have taken.
                                  Even after complaining a lot to him he just replies that its in process and he has mailed. You will get refund, many times he dont even pick up calls. Its about one month that we have raised this issue.
                                  We want action on this immediate basis otherwise we shall be forwarding this concern to our legal consultant to take action.

                                    My name bhawanjeet singh. I went on vacation abroad. There i lost my mobile. I informed immediately to vodafone by mail.

                                    On my return back i found vodafone has delivered new sim at my address. I was really happy at it.

                                    But shock of my life came when vodafone gave me a bill of rs one lakh thirty four thousand for internatioal data only roaming in few hours between when i informed them and by the time they blocked my sim shocking!!

                                    I think it was a grave mistake on my part to have informed vodafone about my loss and thereafter they have put up these cooked charges

                                      I am a post paid customer of Vodafone, India for over 10 years now. I have had several issues with the billing received previously from vodafone and had reoprted my concerns regarding the same then.

                                      However, I have faced the worst of all situation at present. I am an international traveler since a couple of years now, and have been using the roaming packages by Vodafone.

                                      As always, before leaving the country, I had called into the customer care to know the roaming offers that I could activate and it was attended by a customer care executive. I do not wish to name the person. I was asked to hold on and the person came back to me with an international roaming special offer where I would get an year's free outgoing and incoming calls plus 3G or 4G data, if I pay an advance of INR 5000/- for an year. I had asked to repeat the offer and I had even confirmed with the person two to three times if it is an year or month or day. I was told its an yearly package. As a customer I was very much satisfied and delighted with the offer and had asked to activate the same to the customer care executive.

                                      I left the country and had started using the offer. Later I noticed that I have not received 3G offer. Due to my busy schedule it was hard for me to call and check regarding the matter. However, I called into the international customer care and spoke to them regarding the offer and the net issues. I was told by them, that they did not have such an offer. I had asked to check the calls I had made to the previous customer care executive. They said they will check and get back to me. I did not receive any calls from them for 3 to 5 days and I placed several calls to them after that, but nobody responded properly.

                                      After few weeks, I was able to connect to a senior executive and he said there is no such offer and apologized for the same. I told him I was offered this special offer and I had confirmed many times before activating.

                                      I got to know that the package activated by Vodafone is of INR 500/- per day, while they offered me a package of INR 5000/- for an year. I have never asked to activate such an offer. Currently the bill issued against my Vodafone number is INR 20, 000/-. I have always been prompt on paying my bills and never cross checked much on the amount before payment. A few times I had issued complaints against my bill as I was charged for data package etc while was out of country, which I had never activated prior to my any travel.

                                      I am hereby requesting you to kindly look into the matter and charge me for what I was told initially by the customer care executive, that is, INR 5000/-. My number is barred as of now and I am suffering huge loss in my filed as am not able to attend or make my important calls. Please look into the matter as soon as possible and kindly remove the barring from my number.
