I have been repeatedly sent mails by vodafone who have been repeatedly charging me for subscriptions i had not consented to use (Mails sent on 31 may, june 8, june 12). They have been harassing me with these legal notices, even after replying to them and asking them to check on the subscriptions that have been wrongfully charged to me.

My complaint against vodafone company. I have recharge rs.344 for 1gb /day and 300 minute calling/day for 28 day. I do my office work daily near about 9 hours and after office work i see my net uses near about 350 to 450 mb. But on 16th june'2017 i start my office work near 11 am. And got two message vodafone care that one i have use my 50% data at 12.54pm. And another at 4.52pm my uses 90% of data. But i don't download any type of video....

My mobile number [protected] is blocked by the company without any notification.
Firstly unnecessary services was being activated continously on my number sinve one month without my knowledge and extra amount is added to my billing amount then i got a call from the company to pay the bill but i told them the issue of extra charges added to my bill, then the person said you will get a callback from our side soon but i didn't get any...

I called 198 from last 1 months, they told me 4g network is available in my area! But they told me, there is problem into your mobile setting & your sim card!
I go to our vodafone mini store office, vodafone executive told me there is no 4g network available in our area
After 1 month today they told me there is no coverage of 4g into your area!!!
What can i do now???...

My vodafone number is [protected]. After converting to post paid my number was blocked for 1month due to negative verification. Once the number activated i haven't used properly but when i saw bill i was shocked the vodafone company is charged me huge amount. But i never called to special numbers then how this happen.
Please resolve this i need waiver this company is cheating customers please take action & do need full....

This business no.[protected] last night i lost my phone toady i visted vodafone store in mayur vihar ph1 delhi but nobady give me response regarding that i talked with store manager (Palak) and her qulik sagar
I lost my buiness near about...in lakh just i want to ask who is responsible...

On may 29, 2017, my mobile number ([protected]) had been ported from airtel operator to vodafone. My previous plan with airtel was of ₹349 in which i get unlimited local/std calls, roaming free, 100 sms per day and 24 gb monthly data. Few days back, i got call from vodafone service center, that we have special offer for you in which you will get 28gb 4g data i[censored] have 4g compatible handset and unlimited local/...

Some dotbot service is activated by vodafone which i never requested and charged me with rs 75, this is the second time vodafone charged me with some vas service first they charged me with rs 45.
And the funniest part is i contacted customer service they don't even know what is the use of this service. Please vodafone stop this nonsense and start practice like a good company....

I brought a iphone 6 from him bt he give me copy of this phone and he run away.
Please give me full information and adress of this nomber.plz give me information of this number as soon as possible.

I received my second bill after port to vodafone for the month of may 2017
I was surprised that i have been charged for number 51717 that i have never called. I see that there was two days call are mentioned for this special number and charged me 1500 rs.
When i called customer care they were advising for reducing credit limit, but not providing solution, when i asked to register complaint told me that will receive call in 24...

The vodafone company charged a bill of 37714 rupees without informing us for international roaming. They also mentally harassed me. They also blocked my network and outgoing calls through which l lossed my many businesses communication. Now they are forcing me to pay the bill and threatening me that they will put a case on me if i don't pay the bill. They also charged the bill beyond the limit of the bill....

Vodafone India has deducted Rs25 for some dotbot subscription which I never did. Even I wasn't notified before the deduction was done. I am a student and such subscription is an added cost for me and my parents. Vodafone I m begging you all not to do such deduction because we can't afford it. Otherwise I have to port....

I used vodafone network last 8 years. My pre-paid number is [protected]. My network was deactivate and disconnect the service on 14th of june 2017 afternoon.

Also i spoke to customer care and paid the post paid outstanding amount directly rtn-vfs-coimbatore town hall office, (Receipt no: rtn112c[protected]Rs.775/-).

The major problem in my side is without any intimation my number is deactivate and disconnect...

75 rs from my balance have been deducted on the name of some vodafone dotbot.
I have not applied for any such nonsense services from vodafone.
I am highly dissatisfied with the # services vodafone provides.
Every other day there is some drama going on.
Balance gets deducted for incoming calls in the local network, customer care abuses.
And now this nonsense deduction.
I do not have time to entertain...
