Vodafone employee aarti from vodafone office gandhibag, nagpur; sold me unlimited calling plan for number porting from airtel to vodafone. I told her that i'm in mumbai from last 3 yrs still she gave me nagpur's connection and now according to customer care executive i'm in roaming and i have to pay roaming charges. I bought a plan for unlimited calling and now they charged me for calling. Who will pay those charges? Without intimating me vodafone guys turned off my connection as well. I want my number to be switched on again, switch me to mumbai circle and waved off my roaming bill, coz that was due to misleading information from vodafone employee. My vodafone number - [protected]

I buy a 3g net pack to vodafone. but it have not 3g speed. network is poor. the page is loading slowly.

    Dear sir (Vodafone, chennai circle)

    I never sought any value added service for my telephone no. Xxxxxx331, however vodafone has started sending post paid bill for rs. 150 from april bill. I had already called to its call centre to deactivate the service, which i have never been used nor never sought. The call centre employee said that this service (Some kind of flim channel) is being removed from my accounts. However, this was only a conned reply. They did not remove and again they have sent the bill with adding rs. 150/- for value added services. This is a day robbing by the vodafone. This is not the fair business practice and this is cheating. I have already put my compliant to vodafonecare. [protected]@vodafone.com however i do not expect them to rectify the fault in bill. There is no any complaint email address in trai web page. Which is really intriguing.

      Hi,

      Last week had applied for porting from reliance to vodafone and it has been successfully done. And had applied the docs through vodafone online link and someone had call me and said to submit the docs through whatsup number. And said simcard will be delivered to courier till nw i haven't receive any sim card and have tried to call on this number. The number is switch off. And already have receive msg for televerification its almost 4 days ago.

      However have visited ti vodafone bhayander store for this issue and they have given a new sim card and they said this card will be activated once your docs get update in filenet application till that time simcard will not get activated then i ask hw many days it takes. She said may be 1 week or 20 days no idea. Then i ask hw i come to know that docs get updates in system and she said you need to do the followp alternative 3 or 4 days. What a service of vodafone.

      Even though i had call customare care and they said visit store that's it.

      Request you to please shutdown store and customer care service if you are not helping out.

      What a horrible service provided if this will not going to resolved then i m going to port all my family vodafone number to other operator.

      And also pls change the logo instead of happy to help you pls mention as happy to kick you.

      I cant login to my instagram account using mobile data. But i can login with other carriers and even other wifi connections. So it is clear that its problem with this carrier so please fix it as soon as possible

        June 22, 2017 submit a complaint

        On june 22, 2017, click nation pack was activated even though i never requested for it. I have been a loyal customer to this network (Vodafone), but this kind of cheap tactics was not expected.

        So i want a refund of 35 rupees in this number ([protected]) asap.
        As there are many other players in this field, i wont hesitate to switch my network if this kind of incidents happen again.

              I had migrated my total 5 mobile numbers from airtel to vodafone a month back. All these numbers are under cug plan.
              I did this porting when your executive gave me below said plan.

              As per his commitment plan was as below

              Rental/month: 99.00/-
              With this rental
              - cug free
              - all local calls (Vodafone to other local): 225 minutes
              - all local messages (Vodafone to other local): 100
              Thereafter charges
              - vodafone to vodafone local: 0.20 / call
              - vodafone to other local: 0.30 / call
              - vodafone to std/landline: 0.50 / call

              But when i received the bill i got to know that plan given to me is completely different than what he has committed.

              Given plan as per bill is

              Rental/month: 99.00/-
              With this rental
              - cug free
              - all local calls (Vodafone to vodafone local): 100 minutes
              - all local messages (Vodafone to local+std): 200
              Thereafter charges
              - vodafone to vodafone local: 0.50 / call
              - vodafone to other local: 0.50 / call
              - vodafone to other std: 0.60 / call
              - vodafone to landline local: 0.50 / call
              - vodafone to landline std: 0.60 / call

              I am asking him to answer the same from the date i received this bill i. E. From 3rd june till date. He always asked me to wait for 2 days then after wait for 2 more days and so on….
              After following him and not getting any satisfactory response, i raised issue in vodafone customer care, then to appellate email.
              Unfortunate everywhere i got negative response.
              Attached is the screenshot of email conversation between vodafone executive and his higher authorities who sanctioned this plan for me and using this only that executive (His name is sandip jadhav +91 [protected]) convinced me to port it out from airtel to vodafone.

              Same happened with me also. I ported form Idea to Vodafone. Now I am calling him but he is not picking up my call. I send him messages & asked him to send his office address/contact details of his senoirs. But my calls & messages are not answered.
              Vodafone need to take action against him.

                The retailer are said day by day that it will activate today..but the sim is not activate.uf anyone is misuse my docs then who will be responsible for it.please take action on it.i hope that you will reply my complaint as soon as possible.

                    Sir, i am a vodafone prepaid mobile customer from majuli island, assam. The vodafone mobile network coverage area in the natun kamalabari satra is not available. We are from a government of india office situated in the satra premises. Due to no network - both mobile & internet, we are unable to communicate with our head offices. Kindly improve the network which is only 2 km away from kamalabari chariali.

I tried alot to send the message for upc code to 1900, all in vain. The customer service disappointed me by saying go to mumbai back to send the message as u r in roaming right now!! This is just so ridiculous, i have moved out to a new place and i need to port my no. Thats it, why am i bein harrasses so much for this? I have the sim, all the documents, still so many problems??? Please help.

                        I am writing this complaint to inform you that 5 days ago my sim was blocked due to an unknown reason. When i contacted vodafone care then said to generate a new duplicate sim card without telling me what the problem was. I did the same as they told and purchased a new duplicate sim card with same number from a vodafone store. But now my problem is that my duplicate sim card is not activated since last 5 days and all my works are pending due to that. I tried to contact at service centres and many more place but got no response. It is very hard to do my job work without that number. Kindly take an action very soon so that my problem is get solved.                           Yesterday i. E 20th june i went to vodafone store-malad west opp infinity mall to get a new sim card for the no. I am using, your executive informed me that since the no. I am using is not on my name so i have to take a post paid connection which i agreed to.
                          Then i said her that i need a minimal rental plan as i am already using a post paid connection which i am happy with and this no. Is just for keeping as i'm using this no. From a long time and all my bank details are linked with this no.
                          They said they will give 99 plan which i ws ok with and i came home back today when i checked my plan details it was 399
                          What is this now??
                          Its fraud, are you people going to pay the bill that you are putting me on your plan acc to your wish
                          Highly disappointed!!!
                          Then i called on the customer care no. They said 99 plan is not in use at the moment by vodafone so she put me for 199 plan
                          .
                          Kindly look in to the matter when you people are investing in your infrastructure you should also invest into training & learning of your employees.. God knows what they are doing sitting in the store giving wrong info to customers..

                              A bad experience:
                              I travelled to the united states recently and availed of a 30 days pack which allowed me to enjoy unlimited data & calls in the usa. The pack also had a feature of extending beyond 30 days @ rs. 500/day.

                              My network started only a day after reaching the us and that too after a lot of follow up thru international calls with a long hold time listening to all the promotional stuff.

                              I returned after 34 days and on landing in india found the outgoing calls barred.

                              Reaching out to a representative at vodafone was the next big challenge and after several attempts the standard answer was "we are extremely sorry for the inconvenience". I was also told that i need to pay an outstanding amount of over rs. 55000/- for restoring the outgoing facility and wait till the 28th of june for getting any break up.

                              Have been a customer of vodafone for over 25 years and extremely disappointed with their high handedness with no fault of mine.

                              Can someone from the senior team of vodafone reach out to me and do something about this as baring outgoing call is a huge inconvenience.

                                I have been recently transferred to bangalore from mumbai. My wife is using vodafone number [protected] till now. I went to vodafone centre, new bel road for changing the old sim to nano sim on 16 jun 17, i was told by mr naveen that since the sim is of mumbai i should come on 20 jun 17 for the new sim.

                                Today on 20 jun 17 i was attended by one service engineer and mr chandra shekhar and told that the sim has not come. I asked him to port my sim for bangalore in that case. Both agreed to do it.

                                But was surprised to see that this simple thing could also not be done by them. Technical excuses were given by chandrashekhar.

                                I consequently having waited for more than 35 minutes and thereafter left the vodafone showroom disappointed.

                                The bad service rendered at this service centre is very appalling.

                                May i kindly request you to take necessary action and arrange for the nano card at an early date.

                                    I've got constant sms alerts about sim uprgradation and that my sim will expire if i don't upgrade from 3g to 4g is that mandatory to do? What if my phone does not supports 4g? Are every 3g vodafone sims beings upgraded to 4g in entire india? Are we not supposed to know the reason behind it? Just sending an alert that sim will expire is sufficient? What if the person doesn't wants to experience the 4g offers? Atleast one message stating the issues had to be sent you people can sent millions of messages stating that sim will expire if we don't upgrade but not the reason behind it? Will vodafone not provide the 3g services in india or what is the reason? Can you plz look after it?

                                      A vas has been activated without my knowledge. And i have been trying to deactivate it for quite a while. It hasn't happened. Customer care seems to be saying the same thing instead of addressing my problem. The vas does not get deactivated. I have tried deactivating it many times. So please do not tell me how to deactivate it and enrage me. Deactivate that service which i am not interested in. I do not need dotbot. I don't really understand the play that you guys are making. People have enough problems already. Resolve my issue soon. And again i don't need instructions telling me to send 'stop' to some number. I have tried.
