I am using my vodafone current postpaid number from last 7 year.
2 weeks back i bought a new vodafone postpaid for my parents. Which got deactivated stating there is some outstanding on my 5 years older number which i'm not using anymore.

I paid that bill last time (5years back) when my current no was deactivated. Today they want me to show the proof or a recipiet of that bill. Come on guys nobody keeps 5 years older bills with them. Try to understand the fact if i wouldn't have paid that bill how my current number was activated and i was able to use this number. I have done above 20 calls to vodafone about this issue. Someone told me to visit store they will help me and when i went to store they asked me to call call centre because they can not find anything. I spoke to several supervisors or managers everyone assured me a call back or solution in 24-48 hrs no one helped me or called me as promised. Today i had a final conversation with mr mukesh from their escalation team who said i never paid it i will have to pay or they will disconnect my this current no also. Come on guys this is not done.
I am highly disappointed bcz of the problem i have from you guys. I have already requested my bank to send me all my older bank statements if i find the transaction for the same i will see i in court for giving me such a hard time.
If you guys did not update your systems for my paid amount it's not my problem why i am suffering for all this.

This services is pathetic and disappointing

    Hi,

    I was charged 499 rs extra in my bill of may 2017. Customer care departments have been contacted several times and they are stating these charges are correct.
    While previously i was told not to make payment since the additional payment has been charged.

    In a plan of 349 rs monthly with unlimited calling and 10 gb+3gb data i was charges extra 499 without use.

      I have ported my mobile from idea to vodafone and i have given all the documents which were asked at the time of new connection.
      Then for the verification one of the person from vodafone came on sunday dated 18th june and literally in a very rude manner talked with my sister. And then i don’t know why he has given false report on the physically verification.
      I complained about that to vodafone at the same day but no response from their side.

      Then again verification done from the vodafone side and it got positive and the person from vodafone nodal office (Deepak - [protected]) talked to me that i will help you in making your number to be postpaid and resolve all you query and he and other executive all told to me that not to worry and your number will not be discontinued as i was in continue touch with nodal office till 6 pm and all are giving me positive response.
      But just after half an hour the services of my number has been barred.
      I don’t know how are they working and just to make a new connection they are just fooling customer and make false commitment.
      And now after i told them that it is your fault and i will go to court they are giving me 200rs compensation.

        मैं सुरेश कनबी, मेरे पास वोडाफोन का पोस्ट पेड मोबाइल कनेक्शन है, जिसका नम्बर [protected] है, मेरी शिकायत यह है कि में 6 जून से 12 जून के दरम्यान सिंगापूर गया था ओर मेरे मुंबई छोड़ने के साथ ही मेरा फोन out of service हो गया था, इस दौरान मैने 7 जून को my vodafone Application में international roaming के बारे में जानकारी प्राप्त कर रहा था और मुझे Rs, 500 में 24 घंटों के लिए unlimited intnational incoming, outgoing ओर data के बारे जानकारी प्राप्त हुई और मेने वह पैक एक्टिंव किया, मेरे द्वारा पैक एक्टिव करते ही तुरंत ही मेरा फोन जो आउट ऑफ सर्विस था वह चालू हो गया, मेने इस दौरान दूसरे किसी पैक की रिक्वेस्ट नही की थी ओर 8 june को मेने देखा कि मेरा फोन फिर से out of service हो गया था तो मैंने फिर से Rs 500 का pack एक्टिव किया, जो 9 जून तक चल रहा था, फिर में 12 जून को मुम्बई आ गया था और यहा आते ही मेरा फोन की out going सुविधा बंद कर दी, कारण जानने पर मुझे यह पता चला कि मेरे फोन का bill Rs12000 आया है,
        मेने कस्टमर केयर से बात करने से यह मालूम हुआ कि मेरा सिर्फ Rs149 का international roaming पैक activat हुआ है जिसके वजह से इनकमिंग ओर आउटगोइंग के चार्जेस लगा है, परन्तु मेंने Rs500 का किया था, यह स्पष्ट रूप से एप्पलीकेशन में दिखाया गया है और एप्लिकेशन में Rs 149 का पैक है ही नहीं, तो मेरे द्वारा149 का पैक कैसे एक्टिव होगा,
        यह स्पष्ट रूप से वोडाफोन वालो की गलती है,
        तो कृपा करके आप कुछ कीजिए,

          Dear sir/ madam

          I am using your post paid connection having a plan i. E. 199/- p. M.. I decided to port my number to idea because my billing amount was so high and they were providing me good plan then yours but your customer service agent called me up and they gave me waiver of 300 rs./- and requested me to pay my bill with in 48 hours. But now i got a message from your side that my 300 rs. Is still pending and when i called to your customer care center they said they got the mail of rs. 200/- waiver only.
          If you people wont able to give waiver then why you made wrong commitments.
          I hereby request you to look into the matter expeditiously to resolve the matter

            The service at the customer care center, at reliance trade center, margao, goa is very eratic and unreliable.in the past 1 week i have had to return back 3 times without having my issue dealt with. Each time i was told rather rudely by the store worker that the internet connection was down and that i would have to return some other time. This is very unprofessional and i wonder if they cannot provide reliable internet connection in their own office then how do they expect customers to believe in their product and avail of their broadband/mobile internet service.

              This is to the above mentioned subject that we are very much annoyed with the vodafone services. At the time of activation the retailer has given us the fake information and now not responding over phone calls too. Some of our numbers are got deactivated due to wrong plan activation

              This is my humble request to the vodafone team that to help us to come out this worst situation and take some harsh action such blunts.

                I ported my airtel number to vodafone. The agent provided me wrong sim. Now i am unable to contact the agent. Customer care number has always has a queue of not less than 15 minutes. Now, i donot have any number. This number is registered in my office and i am unable to log in to some sites which require otp. I am unable to do any bank transactions because i cannot receive otp on the number. The number is activated but i am not able to use it because of the poor service provided by vodafone and useless careless vodafone agents.

                  I'm shyamendra nd i'm a vodafone postpaid customer no.- [protected]
                  Relationship no.[protected]
                  I have been charged for data usage (Bill no.[protected] for the bill period -20.05.17-19.06.17 since i have a data pack and the vodafone app and vodafone website (Screenshot attached) was showing that i didnt consume my all the data so i use the internet services and they charged me rs.499.26 for it.
                  And in the bill i have been charged for my data consumption on[protected] while they didnt charged me for data consumption on[protected].
                  Then i chat to vodafone executive they said to me, "i am unable to solve your problems since the bill had not generated at that time, and if it is a mistake it will be solveout when the bill generated".
                  And yesterday in the evening they barred my services without any notice since the credit limit crossed for my no.

                    Vodafone employee aarti from vodafone office gandhibag, nagpur; sold me unlimited calling plan for number porting from airtel to vodafone. I told her that i'm in mumbai from last 3 yrs still she gave me nagpur's connection and now according to customer care executive i'm in roaming and i have to pay roaming charges. I bought a plan for unlimited calling and now they charged me for calling. Who will pay those charges? Without intimating me vodafone guys turned off my connection as well. I want my number to be switched on again, switch me to mumbai circle and waved off my roaming bill, coz that was due to misleading information from vodafone employee. My vodafone number - [protected]

                      I never sought any value added service for my telephone no. Xxxxxx331, however vodafone has started sending post paid bill for rs. 150 from april bill. I had already called to its call centre to deactivate the service, which i have never been used nor never sought. The call centre employee said that this service (Some kind of flim channel) is being removed from my accounts. However, this was only a conned reply. They did not remove and again they have sent the bill with adding rs. 150/- for value added services. This is a day robbing by the vodafone. This is not the fair business practice and this is cheating. I have already put my compliant to vodafonecare. [protected]@vodafone.com however i do not expect them to rectify the fault in bill. There is no any complaint email address in trai web page. Which is really intriguing.

                        Last week had applied for porting from reliance to vodafone and it has been successfully done. And had applied the docs through vodafone online link and someone had call me and said to submit the docs through whatsup number. And said simcard will be delivered to courier till nw i haven't receive any sim card and have tried to call on this number. The number is switch off. And already have receive msg for televerification its almost 4 days ago.

                        However have visited ti vodafone bhayander store for this issue and they have given a new sim card and they said this card will be activated once your docs get update in filenet application till that time simcard will not get activated then i ask hw many days it takes. She said may be 1 week or 20 days no idea. Then i ask hw i come to know that docs get updates in system and she said you need to do the followp alternative 3 or 4 days. What a service of vodafone.

                        Even though i had call customare care and they said visit store that's it.

                        Request you to please shutdown store and customer care service if you are not helping out.

                        What a horrible service provided if this will not going to resolved then i m going to port all my family vodafone number to other operator.

                        And also pls change the logo instead of happy to help you pls mention as happy to kick you.

                        I cant login to my instagram account using mobile data. But i can login with other carriers and even other wifi connections. So it is clear that its problem with this carrier so please fix it as soon as possible

                          On june 22, 2017, click nation pack was activated even though i never requested for it. I have been a loyal customer to this network (Vodafone), but this kind of cheap tactics was not expected.

                          So i want a refund of 35 rupees in this number ([protected]) asap.
                          As there are many other players in this field, i wont hesitate to switch my network if this kind of incidents happen again.

                                I had migrated my total 5 mobile numbers from airtel to vodafone a month back. All these numbers are under cug plan.
                                I did this porting when your executive gave me below said plan.

                                As per his commitment plan was as below

                                Rental/month: 99.00/-
                                With this rental
                                - cug free
                                - all local calls (Vodafone to other local): 225 minutes
                                - all local messages (Vodafone to other local): 100
                                Thereafter charges
                                - vodafone to vodafone local: 0.20 / call
                                - vodafone to other local: 0.30 / call
                                - vodafone to std/landline: 0.50 / call

                                But when i received the bill i got to know that plan given to me is completely different than what he has committed.

                                Given plan as per bill is

                                Rental/month: 99.00/-
                                With this rental
                                - cug free
                                - all local calls (Vodafone to vodafone local): 100 minutes
                                - all local messages (Vodafone to local+std): 200
                                Thereafter charges
                                - vodafone to vodafone local: 0.50 / call
                                - vodafone to other local: 0.50 / call
                                - vodafone to other std: 0.60 / call
                                - vodafone to landline local: 0.50 / call
                                - vodafone to landline std: 0.60 / call

                                I am asking him to answer the same from the date i received this bill i. E. From 3rd june till date. He always asked me to wait for 2 days then after wait for 2 more days and so on….
                                After following him and not getting any satisfactory response, i raised issue in vodafone customer care, then to appellate email.
                                Unfortunate everywhere i got negative response.
                                Attached is the screenshot of email conversation between vodafone executive and his higher authorities who sanctioned this plan for me and using this only that executive (His name is sandip jadhav +91 [protected]) convinced me to port it out from airtel to vodafone.

                                Same happened with me also. I ported form Idea to Vodafone. Now I am calling him but he is not picking up my call. I send him messages & asked him to send his office address/contact details of his senoirs. But my calls & messages are not answered.
                                Vodafone need to take action against him.

The retailer says that the sim will activate in 3 days but now it wlll not activate and the retailer will not take any actionmy number is [protected].                                       Sir, i am a vodafone prepaid mobile customer from majuli island, assam. The vodafone mobile network coverage area in the natun kamalabari satra is not available. We are from a government of india office situated in the satra premises. Due to no network - both mobile & internet, we are unable to communicate with our head offices. Kindly improve the network which is only 2 km away from kamalabari chariali.

                                        I am a vodafone mumbai consumer - no. [protected]. I have moved to maharashtra recently and wish to port my no from vodafone mumbai to vodafone maharashtra. I tried alot to send the message for upc code to 1900, all in vain. The customer service disappointed me by saying go to mumbai back to send the message as u r in roaming right now!! This is just so ridiculous, i have moved out to a new place and i need to port my no. Thats it, why am i bein harrasses so much for this? I have the sim, all the documents, still so many problems??? Please help.
