Myself parshan sharma and my problem was that my wife took postpaid sim and use for 3 years when we want to deactivate the sim the ask to mail to vodafone customers care after we did not message for 2-3 month and in 4 month call come from vodafone and said you have due for rupees 2k and some change i said we already mail your company to deactivate the sim then they said i don't know but bill for this must of amount came...

I had taken connection on date 23/05/2017 phone number [protected]. At the time of new sim connection thry told me that i will get 4g full signal at both plant & colony. I am sai kumar, i want to give a complaint. This is ridiculous, just to give a complaint i tried hundreds of times calling vodafone care and going to vodafone store. They gave me 666 plan for 333 for 6 months. And without letting me know when it will expire they changed my plan and charged me 935 rupees. Now two bills generated for more than 2000. No one informed anything about the plan. Right now you stopped my services....

As per my previous call to customercare/complaint to vodafone regarding exhaustive mobile bill, no any satisfactory answer by you against my complain. The reasons are following :-
1) that when i go to bangkok then my credit limit was rs.3000/-.

We are from bellary, karnataka. April 29th we bought a dongle for the sake of my son's enterence tests.. Not at all worked, and they took it back. But now they are not responding... Very bad service at bellary. They should return our amount, rs.2300/- but they are not responding.

Once i recharge my vodafone number my balance getting deducted automatically. The customer care people says i subscribed to something. But i haven't. This happened more than 10 times. It is seriously something wrong with the service provider. Without our knowledge how can see subscribe to those services? I can see similar complaints and may be this guys are sleeping and don't care about customers....

My vodafone number has been deactivated by trai for sending some commercial messages to some dnd numbers which i have no idea. I am using this number for last 8 years and i have given this number to my family and friends. I have not send any messages. It will be very much difficult for me to change the number please reactivate my number. [protected]

Always deducting amount from my balance, now this sometimes other names. These companies are looting peoples balance . such craps must be notified & stopped. without my permission or knowledge how could they deduct my balance ....

My internet data was deducting without using... So i called to customer care... The executive's talking sense was not like a literate person... He was not listing to my problem. I didnt like his behaviour... These kind of persons must not be allowed in such professions.. I didn't remember his name but as a customer i am not satisfied with his answers & his behaviour......

I am postpaid vodafone customer. Vodafone have charged value added subscriptions without my consent. They are doing this for every month cycle. For last month bill, they have charged rs.340 as vas charge and rs.111 tax instead of rs.60 tax.

I need refund and i should not get any kind of this charges to happen again
