This is with reference to my permanent deactivation request for the number [protected] sent on february 19, 2017 that you had responded to on february 20, 2017. I have written 2-3 emails to the concerned email id with proper documentation attached.
Post my email and payment from my end of the outstanding amount of approx rs. 398 (Which was done on february 25, 2017), within 7 days my number should have been deactivated, however that has not happened, my number is still active and i am still receiving bills that have been generated for march april may and june.

Kindly note, i have not used the number during this period and since i had already requested for the deactivation, i will not be paying the bills that have been generated.

I am a long standing customer of vodafone, my current personal number is also vodafone however i am thoroughly disappointed with the service provided to me in this matter. I have been receiving calls regularly for the payment. It is very embarrassing to explain to people everyday that i am not supposed to pay. I feel mentally harassed by the calls. Initially i thought that it is a technical error which will get sorted over time however sadly that was not the case.

I will have no option but to escalate if this does not get sorted within time or if i get one more phone call from an executive demanding payment.

Hoping for a quick and painless closure of this issue.

      Once i recharge my vodafone number my balance getting deducted automatically. The customer care people says i subscribed to something. But i haven't. This happened more than 10 times. It is seriously something wrong with the service provider. Without our knowledge how can see subscribe to those services? I can see similar complaints and may be this guys are sleeping and don't care about customers.
      Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
      Since last three days I request for postpaid to prepaid but they give me some excuse . My Vodafone no is [protected]. If my problem is not solve within 24 hours I will take officially action against your company.store located on jhansi rani square Nagpur

      Sir I paid 348 rs for 3gb data of 3g but I got only 50 mb. Phone number is [protected] please check it sir
      Company's offer is 1GB data on mobile phone for Rs. 147/- for 4G compatible SIM and phone. Since last 2 charges, second one on 10.7.2017, only 500MB is being supplied. Two conversations with customer care have not offered any solution.
      Whenever i recharge my vodafone number my balance getting deducted automatically. The customer care people says i subscribed to something. But i haven't. This happened more than 10-15 times. From last 2months I am facing same issue.It is seriously something wrong with the service provider.
      Vodafone deducting my main balance even when I'm subscribed to monthly plan of Rs.349 with free calls in home network with 1GB data daily. I seriously request a reason, why Vodafone do so? After every call I make and nothing else used on their network... ????
      I had been deducted twice at the same time I didn't ask for any subscription how can they be deducted than amount from me. I thought Vodafone we're best. I am beginning to hate it. So recharge the same amount to my number
      After recharge Balance getting deducted automatically no data pack activated. It's a normal phone 800 rs wala

        My vodafone number has been deactivated by trai for sending some commercial messages to some dnd numbers which i have no idea. I am using this number for last 8 years and i have given this number to my family and friends. I have not send any messages. It will be very much difficult for me to change the number please reactivate my number. [protected]

        Customer care executives use abusive slang to customer.i called today they treated me like a hell.
        Does the company pay them for these actions.

            My internet data was deducting without using... So i called to customer care... The executive's talking sense was not like a literate person... He was not listing to my problem. I didnt like his behaviour... These kind of persons must not be allowed in such professions.. I didn't remember his name but as a customer i am not satisfied with his answers & his behaviour...

              I am postpaid vodafone customer. Vodafone have charged value added subscriptions without my consent. They are doing this for every month cycle. For last month bill, they have charged rs.340 as vas charge and rs.111 tax instead of rs.60 tax.

              I need refund and i should not get any kind of this charges to happen again

              I have sent mails to vodafone customer care, but no reply from their side.

                  I M using a vodafone no. In which I M facing many issues regarding my services which got blocked every after 2 days from last 3 months . I already mailed to corporatecare.del so many times but no one resolving the issue. this is very poor experience with vodafone, , if i m not able to use my services which were alloted to me as per my plan rental then there is no such importance of giving payment, , CREDIT LIMIT OF MY NO. IS RS.4500, but they block every time when it crossed Rs.1000., if i m using a corporate no. then provide me the same services, , they gave call around 7 to 8 times a day, it happens when other network providers are giving the same services in just Rs.500 monthly rental, , still i m paying more than Rs.1500, then atleast keep the promise of giving best services, , I clearly refuse to pay the bills if i did not get the response or solution on the same query, , within a day, ,

                    Description: they messaged me on my mobile from "im-vodaof". Message contained you've won 25000 and bravia 32 inch led tv. For getting this prize i have to be an m-pesa customer. Then they asked me to go to mpesa site and load money option with my number and in between this i got an otp they told me that this is offer code so they got this from me (Regret).
                    After adding 5000 in my account i waited for there offer and they told if i want an iphone in place of 25k (I got lucky) so i said yes. Within seconds i got sms regarding my m-pesa debit and i was stunned. (I think they used my otp and got logged into my mpesa then after i loaded money they transferred it.)

                    I want my money to get returned in my bank account. I don't want to use my m-pesa account as i still think they can access my account and send money again.

                      I have been repeatedly sent mails by vodafone who have been repeatedly charging me for subscriptions i had not consented to use (Mails sent on 31 may, june 8, june 12). They have been harassing me with these legal notices, even after replying to them and asking them to check on the subscriptions that have been wrongfully charged to me.

                      In the month of february, i called their customer service center asking them why they had charged me for value added service subscriptions when i had not asked for those services. The value added services charged to my account were:

                      Indiagames buzz
                      Indiagames wwe zone
                      Mobilemela m
                      Zeen supermodel
                      The total amount charged to my account was rs 330/- for the month of february. The only services i had used in the month of february apart from phone calls that are part of the plan were two 3g data pack top-ups amounting to rs 700/-, which i told them i would oblige to pay for once we reached a consensus on deducting these services that have been charged on my bill.

                      After calling their customer service executive, they said they would close the subscriptions (Asked them to go through their telephone records). Sadly they din't bother to close it and i was charged for the month of march and april. This made me incredibly furious and i vouched that i would never choose vodafone services once again, let alone pay the bill unless they reverted.
                      Their executive claimed it wasn't possible to revert back the subscription, i told him why should i be paying for the subscription i haven't downloaded, let alone use.

                      Then in the march bill, i'm charged rs 626 as value added subscription charges for some bizarre services and rs 750 for vas charges in the february bill and rs 700 as content charges. Subscriptions that i had neither enrolled or used during these months.

                      These are all fraudulent charges put on my bill that i do not comply with since i have never used them neither have i downloaded them. I have talked to their customer service executive to no avail.

                      I will not with paying my bill once these charges have been revoked. I have requested them to not send me emails unless you have complied with these demands, since i will appeal to consumer court in case they keep sending these mails.

                        My complaint against vodafone company. I have recharge rs.344 for 1gb /day and 300 minute calling/day for 28 day. I do my office work daily near about 9 hours and after office work i see my net uses near about 350 to 450 mb. But on 16th june'2017 i start my office work near 11 am. And got two message vodafone care that one i have use my 50% data at 12.54pm. And another at 4.52pm my uses 90% of data. But i don't download any type of video. I think vodafone do cheating with me. Their internet connection is very very bad and disconnected many time.

                        Please kindly solve my problem asap.

                          My mobile number [protected] is blocked by the company without any notification.
                          Firstly unnecessary services was being activated continously on my number sinve one month without my knowledge and extra amount is added to my billing amount then i got a call from the company to pay the bill but i told them the issue of extra charges added to my bill, then the person said you will get a callback from our side soon but i didn't get any call. Moreover my number is blocked this morning without any notification and when i call to customer care from another number the customer care executive talked in a very bad language and when i told him that i want to talk to your senior he simply refused to do so and said i am the senior her.
                          His name is devinder. I am facing huge loss in my business due to this issue because my number is blocked since morning but this company doesn't care at all. So i request you to take strict action against it and kindly resolve this issue as soon as possible as i am facing huge loss.

                              I called 198 from last 1 months, they told me 4g network is available in my area! But they told me, there is problem into your mobile setting & your sim card!
                              I go to our vodafone mini store office, vodafone executive told me there is no 4g network available in our area
                              After 1 month today they told me there is no coverage of 4g into your area!!!
                              What can i do now???

Once the number activated i haven't used properly but when i saw bill i was shocked the vodafone company is charged me huge amount. But i never called to special numbers then how this happen.

                                      On may 29, 2017, my mobile number ([protected]) had been ported from airtel operator to vodafone. My previous plan with airtel was of âΓ‚β€š¹349 in which i get unlimited local/std calls, roaming free, 100 sms per day and 24 gb monthly data. Few days back, i got call from vodafone service center, that we have special offer for you in which you will get 28gb 4g data i[censored] have 4g compatible handset and unlimited local/ std calls. Now, they port my mobile number to vodafone and activated âΓ‚β€š¹499 pack with 3gb data on my phone without informing me instead of âΓ‚β€š¹399 plan which u promised. Yesteay, when i contacted ur helpline number they told me that they don't have information regarding what u promised earlier before porting my number.

                                      If a person was getting 24 gb data and unlimited std/local calls, why he/she would port his mobile number to other operator who provided fraudlent information and forcely ported his number and reduced internet data from 24 gb to 3gb and increases rental from 349 to âΓ‚β€š¹499.

                                        Some dotbot service is activated by vodafone which i never requested and charged me with rs 75, this is the second time vodafone charged me with some vas service first they charged me with rs 45.
                                        And the funniest part is i contacted customer service they don't even know what is the use of this service. Please vodafone stop this nonsense and start practice like a good company.
