Recently i changed from other service provider to vodafone, last night around 9 pm got a message saying miniflex is been activated as requested, and 150 will be charged for 30 days. As it was not requested by me, contacted vodafone customer care and irritated by their irresponsible comments, he told that i have requested for this service, hence its been activated. I tried my best to explain that it was not my fault and i did do that any such request, but he did not listed to that and kept on saying i have to pay this amount, which would be added to my next bill. I asked him to deactivate this service and he did that. But still this will be added to my next bill, which they expect me to pay. Why should i pay for something for which am not responsible? Why the companies are cheating their customers like this? Can you show the logs to proof that i have done this? He said i have initiated this request at 9.08 pm, but i did not use my phone from 8pm till another 9.36 pm, how come this could happen. I am not going to pay my bill until this issue has been addressed and waive off this amount from the bill. Very disappointed to choose vodafone though there are lots of operators who offered better plans.
Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
