This is anmol shinde, using vodafone service since last year.
I took vodafone mi-fi device dongle and vodafone sim cards on 18th jan 2017 from samarth communications, vishrantwadi pune (Contact person - dilip bhole [protected]).
Executive from same office (Kaustubh) has shared me some plans. So i took plan of 3499 which was prepaid plan, which includes mi-fi dongle and 30 gb for next 3 months. ([protected])

I am using vodafone prepaid Sim, different VAS has been activated in my number and without getting confirmation from me. I never requested for such kind of packs it's fourth time vodafone cheating me. they took my 200 rupee.
They are activating so many value added services without my knowledge....

I have paid my dues of earlier service provider vodafone, but they haven't informed to my new service provider idea, and so idea has restricted my services, which is coasting me badly in business and during emergency calls..
Vodafone is taking revenge, as i have ported to other service provider. Which is humiliating and affected my business work and for emergency calls.....

I have purchased rs.100 top up voucher but it damaged when it scratched the same. It becomes damged because of the too big hard scratching. I have the serial number of the card in my hand. So please give me the secret pin number of the card by sending it to my email.

This complaint is against billing issue. Every month some vas gets activated on my number and i have log a service request to the vodafone via mail/customer support call centre. And after they allow me a waiver of vas.

Near to rs. 2000 has been extra charged to the number till date.

Is this type of service valid? Really unhappy with the service provider....

From last six months, i am paying more than usage. This time also same thing happened. I got 5100 rs as bill and after discussion with customercare they gave me waiver of rs. 2000 which is although not enough but right now my phone services are stopped but to activate my phone again i am ready to pay 2500 as bill which it should be as per my estimate

In the past 1 week, i have been losing a lot of money on my prepaid vodafone connection as vodafone activates multiple packs without my knowledge or consent and am left with no currency. I have lost close to rs. 200 in the past 1 week and all calls to the vodafone customer support are not truly helping us.

My mobile no is [protected] yesterday i had recharged with 353 for unlimted class nd interenet offer after 2 hours when i made a call they deducted my balance when i asked for the reason they are telling till now the call offer has not been activated after 12 hours when i called today still the says the same last week without a reason they deducted 10 rs from my balance and when i asked they refunded it and till now they dont have the answer...

I recharge for rs.345 for my number, before a week. The offer consists of 1gb, 4g data per day for 4g handsets and free local and std calls.. But i just only receive 1gb data per day,.. I didn't get the offer of free calls.. So kindly check this and take some valuable action and reply me. Orelse i may force me to change the network from vodaphone...

Dear sir,
I am having vodafone number [protected] and i am not satisfied with vodafone service so i tried to port my number in airtel. When i sms to vodafone at 1900 for port number they blocked sms service to 1900, i called them at customer care 6 times in last 36 hours and send 2 of complaints at there portal and my self went to there office in yamunanagar. But they are harassing me and not want me port my number to other carrier....

I recently did rs 448 recharge which suppose to offer me unlimited calling (Local+std) and 1gd/day data.
Similar offer is provided by other competitive telecom companies with no hidden information.
So, when i changed my home circle to another states vodafone circle they initially didn't charge me but later on hefty call charges were implied.

I have dialed [protected] from my mobile [protected], they have deducted rs 8/min charge. I have also tried to call customer care and ask them to register complain but they refused to take complain every time vodafone is cheating with their customers. I would suggest dont use vodafone....
