Vodafone had charged me for non subscribed services for the month may'17 and have informed them to cancel the same but till now it's not yet done.
Vodafone is charging for the non subscribed services.
I have the recording of the customer care and same will be submitted in consumer court for the complaint.
Same was informed to vodafone supervisor and it as informed to me that they will call me back on monday but no response.
Vodafone is fooling the customers and charging for the services which customers have not opted for.

Such a waste network. Would prefer to change to other service provider like airtel. But will not pay a single pie unless the excess amount is deducted from my month bill. Will fight in consumer court. I have the recordings of 10th feb'17 as well as 3rd jun'17 where i had discussed with vodafone supervisor

Extra Rs 230 has been charged as VAS to my latest bill .I never activated any VAS service to my mobile number. But, dont know why they have charged extra 230 . Its really painfull . Please, do some thing.

    All Vodafone executive always transfer my problem from one to other but no one want to solve it, I am very tired to go Vodafone stores, mini store and talk to customer care, every time I told him my problem one by one, but every executive say that, sorry sir I have no answer of your problem, he say that ki meri terf SE aapki jankari Puri ho chuki h, but he dont, and I want to talk senior but he can't transfer my call to senior. All Vodafone store like paniet store GT road opposite hdfc bank and near angile mall in Haryana he put my documents and passport pick but the couldn't solve my problem. I am very disturb and ireted from Vodafone, this company is very bad company, I want to live it, my sim is damaged and I also submitted my documents to receive new Sim and I also received a sim but it's not working from starting from 10days. I told this problem to Vodafone executive form starting, but they couldn't solve my problem..

      Hi vodafone,
      This is ca deepanker goel
      Since last 3 months, i am facing issue that is basically activation of various types of service & i have not too much time to chase for deactivation of services & request to get back my money.
      And second issue is that when i try to reach customer care, they tell us that they are unable to connect to customer care executive.
      It's humble request to vodafone to resolve my issue since i don't want to quit from vodafone.
      If my issue does not get resolved within next 15 days, i will have to move from vodafone to other network.

      Falta is a rural part of bengal, it is situated near about 40 km from the kolkata, but the service of vodafone of some part of this block is very poor in respect of cneativity or network availability.so please look into the matter soon other wise the day will come when there will be no customer of vodafone.

        My vodafone number is [protected]. I don't know why but whenever i change my network to 4g it bounces back to 3g h+ network thought everything is perfectly configured with a completely upgraded handset, i'm unable to use 4g. I've to mention that i have good 4g coverage in my area and vodafone earlier sent me a message that i get 4gb data for upgrading my handset but they charged me 56 rupees for 13mb data. I want my money back! I've been conned!😠gimme my money back you fraudulent.

          I work overseas and vodaphone suspended simcard even when it has been old and associated with bank. I was recharging it with more than requitedoney even when being abroad not using much but for getting bank messages and otp. I was customer of bsnl and i switch to vodafone hoping better service. However it's totally disappointing. My number is [protected].

            Hi team,

            I am availing the vodafone services by using mobile number [protected]. I have noticed some false charges (Roaming) in my current bill. I have also called the customer care but ended up with empty hands.

            Core issue:- my current bill show a roaming charge of rs. 410.80, which seems to be incorrect as i haven't visited any other state out of my home state i. E. Maharashtra. For your information, when i ported in into vodafone services, i was advised that no roaming charges will be applied in maharashtra.

            Request you to look into this.

              Dear sir,

              Recently i migrated from postpaid to prepaid. While migrating i paid the entire amount (Rs.287.00) of outstanding. However, earlier few months ago i applied for auto pay option from one of my credit card ending 5765, every month its automatically pays the vodafone bill. Similarly this month as well it paid the amount of rs.247.49 automatically.

              So, request you to please reverse the amount and credit back to my credit card.

              Note: i do not stay anymore in the address which was updated in the vodafone bill.

              The above matter had been emailed to vodafone care on 18th may 2017 with a docket #[protected]. Even after repeated emails and chasers i didn't get any response, the only response i get is 'we will resolve your issue within 24 hours', which hasnot happened ever after it almost a month now.

              Surprisingly now on 6th june 2017 i got an email of billing for my prepaid number. Not sure whats wrong happening with vodafone, wherein they adjusted my auto debited amount from credit card to billing amount.

              Request you to please take necessary action against this issue and resolve it.

                I use vodafone sim card (Prepaid) with number [protected] for my 4g handset. I do recharge for 4g internet. But the speed of internet is very slow and even less than 2g speed. I am staying in margao city of goa and works at verna industrial estate in goa. But at both the places the speed of internet is very slow.
                Company is unable to provide the speed as per their claim but charge the amount same as 4g.
                They don't have right to charge for 4g if they are unable to provide 4g services.
                I have attached herewith the five screenshots in which the maximum speed is 33 kbps which can be seen in the uppermost side of screenshots.
                This speed is very less as compared to reliance jio.

                  Hello,

                  I've applied for port from vodafone to airtel. Its been more than 10days that i've applied for port. But still they are not releasing my number. I've tried to reach customer care multiple times but they are not giving any information. When ever i called them they were saying you will get the call from my back officer in an hour to discuss on the port. I am not interested to continue with vodafone network, i don't understand what the hell that they will discuss with me.

                  Please kindly do the needful.

                    I went to the vodafone store to upgrade my sim from 3g to 4g.
                    Despite of the old sim loosing network, the new 4g one din't gain any network.
                    I have been calling customer care, but they denied to deal these issues and asked me to go back to the store!
                    Are the customer care siting just to list to our consent?
                    Now when i again visit the store they have been doing many trials with no results!
                    I don't understand who is the right oneto look into this!

                      My number is [protected]. Since last six months vodafone is activating one or the other vas services on my number without my authorisation & deducting rs35 every time. No sooner do i deactivate one service than vodafone activates another service and deducts rs 35 from my balance. This is a stern warning to vodafone to stop this illegal practice else i would be forced to take the matter to the consumer court. Be warned that if even a single vas service is activated on my number then be prepared for the consequences.

                        I am vodafone customer since last 4 yrs. Its a pleasant time to deal with vodafone for 4yrs but these days i am quite unsatisfied with the service provider and executives.
                        Whenever i browse my internet or any app on my phone, always there have been a deduction of some amount against activation of some services which i have never requested for.
                        Its too frequent and i am complaining for it more than 8 months. It goes with too much wastage of my time and money.
                        Today i ask customer care executive about mnp service and after that they made me unable to get code in response or port request.
                        Then i again call customer care and ask why i am not able to send any sms to any no. Then he replied
                        "sir,
                        Aap message kya bhejna chahte h???
                        Port ka message nahi ho parha h kya apke no. Se???"

                        Its quite amazed for me how he know whats in my mind even before my words goes out of my mouth.
                        Then its sure for me that they disable this option of mnp for me as i checked later that i can send sms to any no. But its not able to sending port request on 1900. Which i have sent successfully from my next vodafone no. And its successfully requested.

                        Kindly pay attention towards this kind of response in todays world of extreme telecom service provider's competition.

                          I had recharge my internet mobile 4 g data pack of 1 gb daily download but vadafone services is now showing data pack is over. These pple told me you recharge wrongly. Last month it was worked. Initialy it was very lowest speed... Then i talked with customer care then it was working. Once i had changed my card with 4 g. Then it should be work with that way only... And vadafone shld the message related to 4g mobile only. It's diff of 1 rupee 348/ and 349/- but vadafone shld message me that way. One can use 1 gb daily data with 348 - recharge and other only 1 gb for 28 days in 349/- in short it is very very ridiculous... It's only loot of public money... There is no support from vadafone pple...

                                    Hi all,

                                    My issue was i going out of india on a work and applied for safe custody of my account and number in the vodafone store adjacent to venkateswara temple, himayat nagar branch, hyderabad, telangana.

                                    The vodafone customer care professional at the store requested for my identity and i had given him my id proof and he said rupees 50/- for each month for 6 months. So i paid rs 359/- towards the safe custody of my number for 6 months and left india their in after i dint use any vodafone services.

                                    But i see that bill is generated every month and i am receiving emails from debt agency? Vodafone debt agency are torturing to pay the amount for the months which i haven't used.

                                    I called customer care they say please speak to vodafone store and solve we cant help?
                                    What is the need of a customer care when vodafone store profestional and mobile customer care dosent have any sync???

                                      We recharge 354 plan for 28 days on 13/05/2017 at 4:00AM . So it expired on 10/06/2017 3:59:59AM as per recharge time. But he reduce one day and close service on 9/6/17 at 3:59:59 which is against term and promise as 28days . We try to his agents for resolving its but he refused. So please help me and protect consumer rights. [protected]

                                        I got msg from vodafone that some dotbot service is activated which costs 75 rs and will add to my bill
                                        I have not applied for any such nonsense services from vodafone.
                                        I am highly dissatisfied with the services vodafone provides.
                                        Every other day new drama going on. Even they had activeted some video content service by their own and charged me 35 rs for that.

                                        I am holding a Vodafone Prepaid account, bearing number [protected]. My SMS outgoing gets Barred every now and then, without any valid reason, though i have contacted the customer care about this issue couple of times but no action has been taken
