My issue was i going out of india on a work and applied for safe custody of my account and number in the vodafone store adjacent to venkateswara temple, himayat nagar branch, hyderabad, telangana.

The vodafone customer care professional at the store requested for my identity and i had given him my id proof and he said rupees 50/- for each month for 6 months. So i paid rs 359/- towards the safe custody...

We recharge 354 plan for 28 days on 13/05/2017 at 4:00AM . So it expired on 10/06/2017 3:59:59AM as per recharge time. But he reduce one day and close service on 9/6/17 at 3:59:59 which is against term and promise as 28days . We try to his agents for resolving its but he refused. I have not applied for any such nonsense services from vodafone.
I am highly dissatisfied with the services vodafone provides.

On june 6th, 2017 (Evening), a "games centre pack" service was activated on my vodafone number "[protected]", for that they deducted rs. 49 from my balance. When i talked to a vodafone cc person, they told me that my money will be refund. But i got only rs. 6 back as service data wavier!

My main balance 267 rs at 6 hum 2017. When next day morning i have checked my ac i am shoked because without any uses (My no all calls and net free for next 28 days) my balance stepdown at 136 rs from 267rs.
After that i was try many time to contect custmer care exucative but we dont take any responce form that.

Vodafone - internet charges wrong 1 review add a comment on 5 june. My mobile number is [protected]. I called to vodafone customer care and and told him to active 199 plan 2g. But he active1299 i am shoked i don't understand what's going on. When i complaint about this vodafone care told me its resolve this problem when your bill generate but its not resolved so i call them and request that plz close my internet pack i am not interested in...

This is the second time i'm complaining, i am really not understanding what is vodafone is up to. Last time i had complained reading follo pack and after that they deactivatied it but the amount wasn't refunded

Vodafone is charging me for vas services for which i never opted i called up customer service everytime i see activation message they deactivate it and again after an alternate day they again activate some other vas services on my number and deduct money, this is seriously ridiculous how can they deduct my without my consent? They say i have requested them through third party vendor for this service.. But why will i activate such a lame service?...

We have submitted a request for porting in vodafone. And clear our outstanding payment on dated 29 may, 2017. (My outstanding payment was rs -23.00 as per vodafone message on dated 29 may, 2017). While vodafone has rejected my porting request on dated 01.06.2017 due to outstanding payment.

They are also not submitting my complaint by costumer care.

Recently I received a message saying that Vodafone [protected]@it has been activated on my mobile and 15 rupees have been deducted from my balance.
I don't even know what this [protected]@it is. I have been charged for something I do not know and there was no intimation that the specific amount will be deducted from my balance. This is unfair and unacceptable....
