    Dear team,
    I am facing one problem from last more than 45 days, as one of your executive promised me for waver for rs1231 and from last more than one month they have not given as they have promised. When i asked them about waver mail than they said sir we are unable to send the mail due to server issue. But is this issue still going on in this huge company called vodafone, the same issue has happned with me 3 years back also thats the reason i asked them about waver mail. Which they have not sent till date. And they have barred my no as well due to that waver amount which is a fault of your team not mine. And due to intrupted service i have faced many problems in last one month.

    Request you to please restore my services asap. And resolve my problem on urgent basis. This kind of behaviour shows how much unprofessionals are working in brand like vodafone.

    If you required i can provide you the name and no of that person who have promised me that waver.

      I have called vodafone at their call centre, tweeted, visited their customer service but to no avail. I still am unable to port out of vodafone. This is a low and illegal way to retain customers in face of competition.

      It has been a month since i initiated this port out request. I have spent hours with their call centre.. I have tweeted incessantly and also spent an hour just waiting for my turn at their customer service store. To date i have not received a port out number.

      I wish to be compensated for this behaviour and have my last six bills refunded. Please help.

        This is manjunath i’m a government employee working in isro.
        My mother using vodafone postpaid connection for more than 5 years now and i have paid all my bills on date till now.
        My current plan is 99rupee and usually will get a bill of 150 to 250per month.

        Last april month i got a vodafone bill of rs 4200/- and was really shocked to see this much amount. Since i m sure that my mother had not used so much, i called cc of vodafone they said will check and get back within 3 working days. And today when again i called they confirmed that it was a valid call and an isd call was done which was charged for rs 4200 for 35mins.
        Since my mother never do any isd or even std call i asked them for the details, i’m mentioning the details in the last.
        Then when searched my mother call log nothing was there bcoz it's a basic mobile, after twice i requested vodafone care they sent itemised bill then i came to know isd call number in the bill.
        Now after doing some research i came to know that this is some hacking thing done by some fraud ppl for money.
        Now i have a question, how this is a valid call? How can a call be charged for 4200 rs for 35mins?

        Since it is a fraud call, these kind of calls should be blocked or added to the spam list from network company (Vodafone).
        I’m not ready to pay this extra amount (4200), as my mother not done any mistake to pay this much amount for a fraud call.

        Can you please provide me a solution to handle this situation?

        In case if i have no other option other than to pay the entire bill amount, i would be very much happy to disconnect this vodafone connection and will never use it as this is not at all safe (Remember people like me might not be aware of the fraud numbers and it is the responsibility of the company to take care of this. Or incase if mistake like this happens then that amount which ever has been charged should be waived off)

          I keep receiving message saying services are active on my mobile which i had never asked for. And it says type stop to deactivate the same to 155223. And everyday i will get minimum of 4 services. It is irritating to send mesaages to stop. And if i ignore, it will add up to my bill amt. If you don't stop this i will go to consumer court. Please stop this nonsense immediately.

            I went into a vodafone store last week to deactivate my phone number. I did not receive any paperwork confirming deactivation, they just told me my phone will stop working on monday or tuesday. I called the same day to verify that my line will be cut off because i do not want t pay for another month and the operator said that it will be deactivated next week. I called into vodafone today to confirm that my line will be deactivated and they said they saw no request for deactivation, so i have told them i want it deactivated. I asked for a confirmation for deactivation and the operator told me i will get one through sms. Instead i received an sms saying that i'm signed up for a special offer. Can someone please tell me how i can deactivate my number? I will be moving out of the country and need to deactivate this line.

            Also, i did not authorize for click nation to be active on my phone and have had to deactivate that as well.

                My mobile number is [protected]. I noticed today that i received multiple sms from vk-vfcare in last few days stating that "games pack" and "mobile apps club pack" has been activated on my mobile and a total rs 105 (35*3) has been charged. I never requested these services and its totally unfair to charge customers for services they have not ordered. Please revert this back at the earliest.

                  This is in reference to my mobile number [protected], I had an issue with my bill for April cycle, I raised a query regarding this, the issue as in progress I didn't got any resolutions but I got call from a third party collector who tried to threat me and my friend. I spoke to Vodafone regarding this, at the end I had to pay the total bill what was pending but once after that also I did not got the proper resolutions on the case, Vodafone executives said the call was not from Vodafone but they had all my information including my billing details and friend's number which was updated as reference in Vodafone. The support executives does not talk properly and are negligent to provide solutions. I spoke to the executive about the may month bill, she confirmed that it will be only the rental and taxes which should be just Rs.570 but now I got the bill of Rs. 980. Please help me with a proper action.

                    Please resolve the issue of access fee. I am attaching pics also.
                    I recharged for rs.30.. And i get talk time of less than 10paise, how is this fair. What is even access fee? After deducting service tax, u deduct access fee and leave us no talk time. Everytime you keep deducting money for the reason i don't even know... And there is no way one could know even they try

                    First resolve the matter of access fee and give my money back. Or talk time.

                      Vodofone deducted irs 75 from my account claiming they have clipskaart on my request. I have not knowingly done so, neither do i know what cipskaart is.

                      It is really unacceptable from vodofone to deduct any amount with or without any specific confirmation from me, and such confirmation should include the both name of the service i authorize and the charge i agree to pay for that service. Equally objectionable is habit of automatically continuing a service once authorized, unless it is again authorized during following periods.

                        Vodafone had charged me for non subscribed services for the month may'17 and have informed them to cancel the same but till now it's not yet done.
                        Vodafone is charging for the non subscribed services.
                        I have the recording of the customer care and same will be submitted in consumer court for the complaint.
                        Same was informed to vodafone supervisor and it as informed to me that they will call me back on monday but no response.
                        Vodafone is fooling the customers and charging for the services which customers have not opted for.

                        Such a waste network. Would prefer to change to other service provider like airtel. But will not pay a single pie unless the excess amount is deducted from my month bill. Will fight in consumer court. I have the recordings of 10th feb'17 as well as 3rd jun'17 where i had discussed with vodafone supervisor

                          All Vodafone executive always transfer my problem from one to other but no one want to solve it, I am very tired to go Vodafone stores, mini store and talk to customer care, every time I told him my problem one by one, but every executive say that, sorry sir I have no answer of your problem, he say that ki meri terf SE aapki jankari Puri ho chuki h, but he dont, and I want to talk senior but he can't transfer my call to senior. All Vodafone store like paniet store GT road opposite hdfc bank and near angile mall in Haryana he put my documents and passport pick but the couldn't solve my problem. I am very disturb and ireted from Vodafone, this company is very bad company, I want to live it, my sim is damaged and I also submitted my documents to receive new Sim and I also received a sim but it's not working from starting from 10days. I told this problem to Vodafone executive form starting, but they couldn't solve my problem..

                            Since last 3 months, i am facing issue that is basically activation of various types of service & i have not too much time to chase for deactivation of services & request to get back my money.
                            And second issue is that when i try to reach customer care, they tell us that they are unable to connect to customer care executive.
                            It's humble request to vodafone to resolve my issue since i don't want to quit from vodafone.
                            If my issue does not get resolved within next 15 days, i will have to move from vodafone to other network.

                            Falta is a rural part of bengal, it is situated near about 40 km from the kolkata, but the service of vodafone of some part of this block is very poor in respect of cneativity or network availability.so please look into the matter soon other wise the day will come when there will be no customer of vodafone.

I don't know why but whenever i change my network to 4g it bounces back to 3g h+ network thought everything is perfectly configured with a completely upgraded handset, i'm unable to use 4g. I've to mention that i have good 4g coverage in my area and vodafone earlier sent me a message that i get 4gb data for upgrading my handset but they charged me 56 rupees for 13mb data. I want my money back! I've been conned!😠 gimme my money back you fraudulent.

                                I work overseas and vodaphone suspended simcard even when it has been old and associated with bank.                                   I am availing the vodafone services by using mobile number [protected]. I have noticed some false charges (Roaming) in my current bill. I have also called the customer care but ended up with empty hands.

                                  Core issue:- my current bill show a roaming charge of rs. 410.80, which seems to be incorrect as i haven't visited any other state out of my home state i. E. Maharashtra. For your information, when i ported in into vodafone services, i was advised that no roaming charges will be applied in maharashtra.

                                  Request you to look into this.

                                    Dear sir,

                                    Recently i migrated from postpaid to prepaid. While migrating i paid the entire amount (Rs.287.00) of outstanding. However, earlier few months ago i applied for auto pay option from one of my credit card ending 5765, every month its automatically pays the vodafone bill. Similarly this month as well it paid the amount of rs.247.49 automatically.

                                    So, request you to please reverse the amount and credit back to my credit card.

                                    Note: i do not stay anymore in the address which was updated in the vodafone bill.

                                    The above matter had been emailed to vodafone care on 18th may 2017 with a docket #[protected]. Even after repeated emails and chasers i didn't get any response, the only response i get is 'we will resolve your issue within 24 hours', which hasnot happened ever after it almost a month now.

                                    Surprisingly now on 6th june 2017 i got an email of billing for my prepaid number. Not sure whats wrong happening with vodafone, wherein they adjusted my auto debited amount from credit card to billing amount.

                                    Request you to please take necessary action against this issue and resolve it.

                                      I use vodafone sim card (Prepaid) with number [protected] for my 4g handset. I do recharge for 4g internet. But the speed of internet is very slow and even less than 2g speed. I am staying in margao city of goa and works at verna industrial estate in goa. But at both the places the speed of internet is very slow.
                                      Company is unable to provide the speed as per their claim but charge the amount same as 4g.
                                      They don't have right to charge for 4g if they are unable to provide 4g services.
                                      I have attached herewith the five screenshots in which the maximum speed is 33 kbps which can be seen in the uppermost side of screenshots.
                                      This speed is very less as compared to reliance jio.

                                        I've applied for port from vodafone to airtel. Its been more than 10days that i've applied for port. But still they are not releasing my number. I've tried to reach customer care multiple times but they are not giving any information. When ever i called them they were saying you will get the call from my back officer in an hour to discuss on the port. I am not interested to continue with vodafone network, i don't understand what the hell that they will discuss with me.
