All Vodafone executive always transfer my problem from one to other but no one want to solve it, I am very tired to go Vodafone stores, mini store and talk to customer care, every time I told him my problem one by one, but every executive say that, sorry sir I have no answer of your problem, he say that ki meri terf SE aapki jankari Puri ho chuki h, but he dont, and I want to talk senior but he can't transfer my call to senior. All Vodafone store like paniet store GT road opposite hdfc bank and near angile mall in Haryana he put my documents and passport pick but the couldn't solve my problem. I am very disturb and ireted from Vodafone, this company is very bad company, I want to live it, my sim is damaged and I also submitted my documents to receive new Sim and I also received a sim but it's not working from starting from 10days. I told this problem to Vodafone executive form starting, but they couldn't solve my problem..
Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Extra Rs 230 has been charged as VAS to my latest bill .I never activated any VAS service to my mobile number. But, dont know why they have charged extra 230 . Its really painfull . Please, do some thing.
