Dear vodafone team,
My name is tushar srivastava and my voda no. [protected].
Near about 1 month before i had port my no. From air tel to vodafone but from 10 days my services are blocked at vodafone side due to address verification. Since three time i had visited vodafone store and call on their customer care no. Lot of time but they didn't help me out. They are always giving a day and hours.
I am fed-up from vodafone client handling services.
Plz register my complaint against vodafone team.

    I was given my request for port my mob no from bsnl to vodafone on 29/05/2017 as per vodafone care centre.
    Till yet my mob no is not port in vodafone and today i was went on vodafone store rewari branch and meet to mr hariom for the same. He was check in system and reply me that your no port request is in process and not giving me satisfactory response for my problem.

    I want to know that how much time will take for port my no. If vodafone team is not able to port my no invodafone from other network so, please tell me i will choose other network and 2nd time i have bad response from vodafone team.

      Vodafone company not changing my postpaid connection to prepaid connection
      I already visited the vodafone store at kurnool at 6th june and requested for vodafone postpaid to prepaid connection.
      I got an automated message from vodafone on 7th june you have requested for conversion for postpaid to prepaid, we will complete this by on 9th june but which has not happened but that service request has been closed
      Again i raised request for same

        Sir i have two postpaid no. Of voda but before 2 days my number was barred suddenly during a connected call and call was also disc.
        When i called to helpline 199 mr. Prasad kumar have misbehaved with me and when i req. Him for transfer call to senior regarding his rude behave then he speak loudly that what can do seniors, senior can not pay your bill you should pay your bill self.. And disconnect call and my number is also not continued till today my outgoing is also not working either my no. S bill already cleared and company is not giving the permission of portout mme also as i have upc code and i have applied with other operator also.. Plz resolve my prpblem my no. Is [protected]

          My vodafone no. [protected] which i'd requested to be cancelled during my telecon with their customer service, was not honoured. I also made the due payment on feb 18th 2017 towards the same. However, when vodafone started calling me to make payment towards the act., is when i realised that they'd not cancelled it at all. They kept asking me for payments and i kept insisting that it's been incorrectly charged and i would like to dispute it. I sent them an email, as requested for, to cancel my services on april 22nd for which i got a reply that the cancellation request will be processed within 48 hours. I again sent an email to the corporate assist team as i'm being harassed by their incessant calls. They replied saying i've been using their services and hence i will have to pay. It seems ive used the card for 3 secs in may 2017, which is a ridiculous allegation. Please help me fix this once and for all. Thanks.

          My initial request for cancellation of my Vodafone services [protected], was in Jan 2017. I made a payment on feb 18th for due amt which was approx. Rs. 800/- odd.

              75 rs has been deducted from my number [protected] without my permission. It was for some topdoctors online. I have been using this number for more than 10 years now. I should expect some loyalty from your side and need this useless and annoying service to be stopped immediately and want my hard earned money refunded...

                Sir,
                I am ayub mohammed, kripa nilayam, r/o, h. No 6-1-127, beside: maxcare hospital, hanamkonda, warangal district, regular post paid customer of your vodafone since more than the period of a decade, if my memory is correct, bearing the mobile no [protected], do hereby invite your attention on the issue which is unbearable for me caused by your company for its redress at earliest.

                1. I used the net data connection for a short period of 2-3 weeks, when i was admitted in hospital through my mobile phone bearing the number [protected] in browsing and for some other purpose of making myself available online for few friends. I frequently received the sms from vodafone company informing me of the usage of the data in mbs in numbers only that i could not understand its cost of single mb. At last yesterday, on 30th april, 2017, my service to mobile number was understood withdrawn and reminder was also attached to it whenever i try to make a call to somebody, claiming that i used 2315.42 mb and wanted to pay rs 9000.00 or even more.
                I requested the executive of the company at hyderabad through customer care no for restoration of my service till i pay the mobile only only after 1st of may month and she also positively responded and restored my service to mobile by my company.
                2. Now my request is that i would never be able to pay that much of bill for the usage of 2315 mb for which u charged is highly fraudulent, mischievous, illegal in comparison with other companies which are providing the data services to its customers.
                3. What messages your company has sent to my mobile are available in my mobile in which no where cautioned me of such huge charges that your was going to impose upon me in hidden way. No amount was stated in any of frequent messages your company has sent to me for the usage of each mb from time to time.
                3. It was your primary duty to inform about the rate of single mb and mbs with amounts from time to time according to my usage of data through my post paid number. To me.
                4. Your company executives used to call me for once or twice in a month to know about the services provided to me as a customer as feed back, to whom in my response i said always the fact that "i have no complaint against the company which is doing well in all the time".in this way, it is not a matter for your company to make a call in similar way to know about my feelings and knowledge in the data connection subject's usage with its charges for post paid customers as a matter of intimation/caution notice to me about the plans and non-plans of your company providing to the post paid customers. But your company intentionally maintained silence over the data usage in post-paid service and kept me in dark till the credit limit of rs 6500.00, your company has provided to me since
                Long back, which is highly objectionable.
                5. Moreover, sending the messages frequently without mentioning the cost and charges on the usage of each mb, in english language is exploitative one to the uneducated common customer having post paid service who is in confidence that your company would never cause any financial damage and loss to the regular customer.
                Hence, i request to continue my mobile number uninterruptedly without withdrawing your mobile service to my number in the name of non-payment of the bill of the net data, and please do not let me knock the door of court for action against your company, in which all your top officials to local out let managers would be a party in committing fraud intentionally to the regular customer and breached my the trust that we build in a decade against each other.

                  I am using my postpaid vodafone number from last 10 years. From last 6 years i am in usa and still paying monthly bill. My number is registered in all the places including banks. I paid my last bill on may 2017. But vodafone has deactivated my number. I can't lose that number as i need that number for my bank transactions from usa. It is not possible for me to come to india to activate my number. I need to activate my number asap.

                      Dear team,
                      I am facing one problem from last more than 45 days, as one of your executive promised me for waver for rs1231 and from last more than one month they have not given as they have promised. When i asked them about waver mail than they said sir we are unable to send the mail due to server issue. But is this issue still going on in this huge company called vodafone, the same issue has happned with me 3 years back also thats the reason i asked them about waver mail. Which they have not sent till date. And they have barred my no as well due to that waver amount which is a fault of your team not mine. And due to intrupted service i have faced many problems in last one month.

                      Request you to please restore my services asap. And resolve my problem on urgent basis. This kind of behaviour shows how much unprofessionals are working in brand like vodafone.

                      If you required i can provide you the name and no of that person who have promised me that waver.

                        I have called vodafone at their call centre, tweeted, visited their customer service but to no avail. I still am unable to port out of vodafone. This is a low and illegal way to retain customers in face of competition.

                        It has been a month since i initiated this port out request. I have spent hours with their call centre.. I have tweeted incessantly and also spent an hour just waiting for my turn at their customer service store. To date i have not received a port out number.

                        I wish to be compensated for this behaviour and have my last six bills refunded. Please help.

                          This is manjunath i’m a government employee working in isro.
                          My mother using vodafone postpaid connection for more than 5 years now and i have paid all my bills on date till now.
                          My current plan is 99rupee and usually will get a bill of 150 to 250per month.

                          Last april month i got a vodafone bill of rs 4200/- and was really shocked to see this much amount. Since i m sure that my mother had not used so much, i called cc of vodafone they said will check and get back within 3 working days. And today when again i called they confirmed that it was a valid call and an isd call was done which was charged for rs 4200 for 35mins.
                          Since my mother never do any isd or even std call i asked them for the details, i’m mentioning the details in the last.
                          Then when searched my mother call log nothing was there bcoz it's a basic mobile, after twice i requested vodafone care they sent itemised bill then i came to know isd call number in the bill.
                          Now after doing some research i came to know that this is some hacking thing done by some fraud ppl for money.
                          Now i have a question, how this is a valid call? How can a call be charged for 4200 rs for 35mins?

                          Since it is a fraud call, these kind of calls should be blocked or added to the spam list from network company (Vodafone).
                          I’m not ready to pay this extra amount (4200), as my mother not done any mistake to pay this much amount for a fraud call.

                          Can you please provide me a solution to handle this situation?

                          In case if i have no other option other than to pay the entire bill amount, i would be very much happy to disconnect this vodafone connection and will never use it as this is not at all safe (Remember people like me might not be aware of the fraud numbers and it is the responsibility of the company to take care of this. Or incase if mistake like this happens then that amount which ever has been charged should be waived off)

                            I keep receiving message saying services are active on my mobile which i had never asked for. And it says type stop to deactivate the same to 155223. And everyday i will get minimum of 4 services. It is irritating to send mesaages to stop. And if i ignore, it will add up to my bill amt. If you don't stop this i will go to consumer court. Please stop this nonsense immediately.

                              I went into a vodafone store last week to deactivate my phone number. I did not receive any paperwork confirming deactivation, they just told me my phone will stop working on monday or tuesday. I called the same day to verify that my line will be cut off because i do not want t pay for another month and the operator said that it will be deactivated next week. I called into vodafone today to confirm that my line will be deactivated and they said they saw no request for deactivation, so i have told them i want it deactivated. I asked for a confirmation for deactivation and the operator told me i will get one through sms. Instead i received an sms saying that i'm signed up for a special offer. Can someone please tell me how i can deactivate my number? I will be moving out of the country and need to deactivate this line.

                              Also, i did not authorize for click nation to be active on my phone and have had to deactivate that as well.

                                  My mobile number is [protected]. I noticed today that i received multiple sms from vk-vfcare in last few days stating that "games pack" and "mobile apps club pack" has been activated on my mobile and a total rs 105 (35*3) has been charged. I never requested these services and its totally unfair to charge customers for services they have not ordered. Please revert this back at the earliest.

                                    This is in reference to my mobile number [protected], I had an issue with my bill for April cycle, I raised a query regarding this, the issue as in progress I didn't got any resolutions but I got call from a third party collector who tried to threat me and my friend. I spoke to Vodafone regarding this, at the end I had to pay the total bill what was pending but once after that also I did not got the proper resolutions on the case, Vodafone executives said the call was not from Vodafone but they had all my information including my billing details and friend's number which was updated as reference in Vodafone. The support executives does not talk properly and are negligent to provide solutions. I spoke to the executive about the may month bill, she confirmed that it will be only the rental and taxes which should be just Rs.570 but now I got the bill of Rs. 980. Please help me with a proper action.

                                      Please resolve the issue of access fee. I am attaching pics also.
                                      I recharged for rs.30.. And i get talk time of less than 10paise, how is this fair. What is even access fee? After deducting service tax, u deduct access fee and leave us no talk time. Everytime you keep deducting money for the reason i don't even know... And there is no way one could know even they try

                                      First resolve the matter of access fee and give my money back. Or talk time.

                                        Vodofone deducted irs 75 from my account claiming they have clipskaart on my request. I have not knowingly done so, neither do i know what cipskaart is.

                                        It is really unacceptable from vodofone to deduct any amount with or without any specific confirmation from me, and such confirmation should include the both name of the service i authorize and the charge i agree to pay for that service. Equally objectionable is habit of automatically continuing a service once authorized, unless it is again authorized during following periods.
