My self P Saravanan. My Vodafone mobile number [protected]. I have register the complain to [protected]@vodafone.com on 01 June 2017. My complain is I could not able to send SMS to any mobile number. I call to customer care again and again. I do all the setting in my hand set, every thing is right but till now my problem is not solve.(My problem not solve to last 10 months). Kindly take necessary action to activate...

I have this issue in my every second bill, its automatically add service charges like value added, free roaming outgoing charge service which i don't need these services are useless for me. I speak to customer care many times for this but they did not resolve this issue they told me that their senior will call back but i dint get any call from them this is really too irritating to call customer care again n again feel like i m doing calling...

If you want to get a company from a company company, then you will not be able to get an unlimited number of packs from the Unlimited pack, 28 days from the date of the phone, so that you can contact the person at the center of the phone, so that you do not know where to go....

I have done a recharge yesterday but the amount was wrong. Please do the needful to cancel that recharge and compensate that amount for the right recharge

I am Nirmit Bhatt from Gujarat and I got simcard number for postpaid [protected] but getting simcard from store then its 3 days passed but still sim not activated by Vodafone. I was initially suggested with 345 data plan for 1GB everyday and 300 minutes of calling free. I used this plan for 2 months. In the 3rd month, the plan was listed as 347 with the same description. However after I charged, I get to know that it is 1GB for an entire month. They should have mentioned this clearly in the description

Hi. This is raghul. My number [protected]. I'm very good customer but suddenly i got a bill for 4500rs for internet charges.
I was keep on tracking vodafone app for my usage. Everything goes but the biller charged me.
So guys, dont ever believe app. Find a alternate.
Also i raised a complaint for waver of internet charges. But thy never listen.

There is no easy option for customer care exective in ivr. Very very bad network. Whenever you call someone it shows network busy. Call connects after 20 to30 time dailing. I have been facing the network problem for 4 to 5 days. Now tell me who is responsible for this harassment. Vodafone has activated 3 VAS without my consent back to back within short time Screenshots are attached - check timings of activation too.

It's a cycle of activating VAS (without consent) after deactivating each time.

CC executive repeats the same answer every time I call to complain.

This is to inform you that I requested for circle change (Vodafone Kolkata to Vodafone Delhi) of my MDN [protected] on 27th May 2017 but after that I received message "' Hello! Your Porting Request VK172461 dated 31May17 has been approved by your current operator. We will communicate the porting date and time shortly." But on 31st May my sim suddenly stopped working and when I changed the sim with new one my number not started. Getting error...
