Unfair deduction around rs. 10 in the name of call forwarding charges while this setting is disabled in my phone and after deduction didn't send any message for the same. I called to customer care services but they are not refunding my amount and told me that you have activated this setting in your phone as per showing in our system and we have also sent you a flash message for deduction might be which you had delete. So please take action against vodafone and refund the amount. Thanks name - pankaj dhanuka complaint agst. Vodafone no. [protected]

    I complaint about network issue in my area that is krupanagar shirshirem borim ponda goa, 6 months back... But till date no action is taken from vodafone. I am not able to call from my phone [protected]. Network issue, internet not working. Vodafone goa & maharashtra team no action taken till date. Kindly let me now if you are able to solved the problem or not? Otherwise i have to port my number to others operators..

      This is for your kind information that i got a call from vodafone by a lady saying to me congrats, that i got selected as one of the customer to convert the connectivity from prepaid to post paid, she talked in telugu and converse with her in english. She told me about the plans this happen on 24th may 2017. She made a reminder calls if i am interested then she made me to her higher up manager then he was also insisting me to take the plan. At last i said ok, he told me that an executive will come and collect the documents like photo and aadhar card they told me to pay also rs 300 as deposit fee. Again they called me on 27th may 2017 to ask if i am ready with documents, then i was busy i told it is not possible. Then they called me in the morning the in the first hour to ask my residence address and collect the documents, i gave the documents and paid rs.300, i asked the executive for the identity card he denied saying that he joined recently so he made me to talk to his executive also she said that he had joined recently, i believed her. The executive handed me over a sim card, and said within 24 to 36 hrs it will be activated. But after 48hrs also it did not get activated, so i visited the vodafone shop at secundrebad manohar theater area, and told about this they flatly denied saying that vodafone people do not call and ask for the post paid connectivity. I was schoked about this i got angry also, i said they are from vodafone, i gave the number from which they called me, so lucky one of the executive at the shop got the number of that third party number his name is feroz and is number is [protected]. So the next day they called asked whether i paid the money and given the documents, i shouted at that guy, and he immediately cut the phone, i try to call back the same number it was telling please check the number, like this things are happening with in purview. So i kindly request u guys to solve this and try that is not repeted again. Vodafone is a mnc company people are spoiling your company name. I even try to contact that guy mr. Feroz still not comming in contact, i asked his address he said it is rtc cross roads in hyderabad.

          I am a chennai vodafone customer. From my mobile approxrss.300/- is deducted since today stating some vf with different names is activated. Sometimes during midnight it is activated and money is deducted. Rd.150/-, rd.45/-, re.35/-... It goes on. Each time i need to call vodafone customer service to give back the amount and to talk to the vodafone personnel, i need to pay 50paise per second and re.5 to 10 rs deducted at that time. Why does vodafone deduct my hard yearned money. Every month this happens. Please take some action to stop vodafone from deducting money from customers for some or other vf activation about which the customers are unaware. Before deducting they don't ask the customers' consent. They must ask permission from customer to deduct even a rupee. Sir kindly take action against this theft by vodafone from his customers.

            This is regarding my concern for sim activation.As on 31/05/17 I bought 2 New vodafone prepaid Connection from one of your respective Vodafone mini store (HB Telecom-Islampur, Sector-38, Gurgaon).

            Since it's been 1 week sim has not activated yet.Have tried visiting the store for the same but with no resolution.As the store person is in no action saying it will be activated soon.Is this is your service towards the customer.Never expected such by Vodafone as you claim to be one of the leading company in the country.

            It totally frustrated me and I am stuck now.Kindly check the details and get the things done ASAP.

            Note: Please do not allow anyone to become the Dealer.As they are spoiling the company's Background.Need quick action for the same.

                From yesterday, i was not able to call customer care since the ivr does not give me an option to talk to the agent. I was trying for hours and then when i tried 199 with my wife's number, it works like a charm. Later i figured that my sms service is also blocked. I wonder why! This is happening for me first time in my life. Never had issues with airtel. A complaint is registered and i hope they fix it soon. It is quite unprofessional of vodafone to revoke services without notice. Since i don't use sms that much. Not a big deal for me. But it sure hurts when you know that your operator can backstab you anytime.

                  I am using vodafone for a year _postpaid connection.
                  The plan was 349 then it will be around 405 rs. Per month
                  Now my bill was 933 due to the value added service they activated, this amount they have refunded me for the past 2 mnths. Now they are not ready to refund, thus cheating me after providing some hope for 2 months. Now they are not ready to revise the bill. What can I do with such a telecom giant?

                    I am vodafone coustmer. I am facing network problem for a long time. Till this problem occurs do my rent half. I think it is my right because u are not giving proper network to me so u have no right to take full rent of plan. Do this rent half till problem remains same. After solution of network problem take full rent. Poor service half rent good service full rent.

                      Dear sir/mam,
                      In april 17 my cell pone got lost along with vodafone sim having no. ([protected]) then after i have issued duplicate sim from vodafone store (Shakarpur, delhi) they have even recharge rs.50/- by saying it required as balance is low. After that they have issued sim and subsequently it has been activated. After activation recharge amount not shown as balance which they said will show after activation. Since then i was trying to recharge my no. But unable to recharge. Today (04.06.2017) when i approached vodafone store (Shakarpur, delhi) to complain the same they have informed service of this no has been bared due to non-recharge since last 6 months although one recharge is done by them in april 17 (Which i never got) only also i did recharge before that. Now they are insisting to convert it to postpaid no. Else no. Will be barred permanently. It is kind of blackmailing as i am still using that no. (In coming continue) not able to do out going due to non-balance. Please help to resolve the same.

                        I got charged wrongly rs 25 in previous bill i complaint about it they replied me by mail that 25 will be reverted back in my account but they didn't.

                        And the height is they again charged me wrong and this time double rs 50

                        So total of rs 75 charged by vodafone but they call center executive did not listen this time and if i requested to them to tramsfer the call to seniour or other esacaltion team they are just say ok and put me on hold for more than 30 min and this happens more than 4 to5 time

                          I am anjum from kadegaon, sangli, maharashtra. My vodafone number is [protected]. I have already registered my complain about recharge. I am writing this because i want to send screenshots for your reference because vodafone customer care people are saying offer is not valid for my number.
                          I am trying to recharge my mobile for 448 rs (Offer is 70gb, unlimited calling for 70 days). This offer is showing in *111*1# for my number. But i am unable to recharge this. This offer is showing in "my best offer' section. Only for this offer i have recharged my mobile number with 450 rs. If recharge is not done from my mobile balance then it is totally waste. It is your fault that offer is showing in for my mobile. But your executives are saying that their system is not showing offer for my mobile.
                          Please find attached screenshot of offer showing on my mobile for your reference. If recharge is not done from my mobile balance then i want my money back to my bank account. Otherwise i want offer of 448 done through my mobile balance because i have recharged my mobile only to avail this offer.

I will not pay charges of data after my free usage. Set my no on this setting. While i am using data on top floor of my home. Strong ur network to satisfy cnsumer. I am not satisfy with vodafone services. Very poor network with very poor services.

                                I am in big problem due to vodafone poor network. I have to go to top floor for doing my data work. I mailed many times ti appellate but they did not solve my problem. Have u any way to solve my problem sothat i can do my data work properly without any harashment. Everytime they said that they are working but no solution of problem on ground level. If they work problem should solved.

                                  I am facing network problem since feb2015.But vodafone have not any solution of it.at this time problem of network is same.i have to go on top floor at night to work of data.solve my problem at priority base.i complained many times to vodafone but they said that they are solving problem.i think if they work on my network complaint the complaint should be solved.

                                    This is to inform you that due to very poor internet connectivity issue in my home i approached the nearest vodafone center for disconnection.
                                    Upon suggesstion to ocntact customer care, i placed request for disconnection by paying all the pending dues.
                                    Suddenly one call from the cust. Care to hold my decision for disconnection & there was a technical error in the connection & a technical resource will attend to my compliant.
                                    I clearly stated that i will not pay any further bills if the problem is not resolved within 15 days.
                                    Even to this date, after 4 months of this conversation, nobody has contacted my to esquire about the problem.
                                    Suddenly i receive bill for rs. 2803 & followed by demand notice on 2nd june, 2017.
                                    Even after this compliant if the bill is not waived & my connection is taken out, i am placing the consumer court compliant against vodafone.

                                      My balance of ₹180 has been deducted in following ways for VAS of which I haven't activated
                                      Vodafone automatically active anything and charge me for it.
                                      150₹ 31-5-17
                                      25₹ 02-6-17
                                      6₹. 02-6-17

                                      Even after calling 6-7 time to customer care, and even writing them mail, my balance is refunded.
                                      Customer care people say it will be done in 24hrs, and twice they hung up when I asked for complaint number, they aren't giving me complaint no. also.

                                        I got the above said message today. I never asked for any such services. Its not my first time regards this type of issue from vodafone. Vodafone is robbing me everyday (Today 75 rupees) this is the real organised loot.

                                        I lost rupees 35 today for a service which I'm not requested to activate. Day by day vodafone deducting my balance if I use my internet pack morethan 500 mb. (I have already recharged for rupees 353 for the allowance of 1 gb data/day). And also i can't contact vodafone customer care service too.

                                        " Hello!                                         I would like to get my money back. And i hate to continue in vodafone service.

                                        My personal​ Advice to vodafone, "it's better to appoint some people as employees and give them a knife and say them to rob people in street by showing knife."
