I got a message saying "mobile apps club" has been activated on your mobile and rs 35 has been deducted. I never subscribed to any such thing and the customer care person is unable to even give an explanation as to how this got activated.

This is extremely fraudulent and illegal as per trai regulations.

I am going to file a complaint in the consumer court if this amount is not reversed...

I have been using Vodafone and legacy cellular services from past 16 years.

I had plans to travel to USA hence I had visited Vodafone store in Baner, Pune. I was informed that I can continue using the postpaid service however deactivate the mobile internet and plans for your number so avoid heavy bills which otherwise would be anticipated.

In last 6 months, this is the 4th time facing the same balance deduction for unnotted and unattended incoming call, this time the deduction was for rs. 100.

I have been charged numerous times without my permission for something that I haven't activated. I spoke to a representative in the customer care and he confirmed nothing would be activated further and yet again some other pack is activated and the amount has been deducted. I can't tolerate this anymore as things which are unnecessary are being deducted and when tried to call the customer service after holding for a long time the line goes...

The barred all my outgoing calls and sms because of failed verification. They put in their system that they tried to reach me in my home but I was not there while I was surely present the whole day. Nobody came and I didn't even receive any calls saying that they are waiting. And then, without any intimation, my calls were barred. I had recharged my phone a month. Yesterday my balance was 22.72 and today it is showing 0 balance and i had not open my data. Please solve this complaint because it has happened 2-3 times. Please see to it that you solve my issue as fast as possible and why does this happen. This has happened to many people. I hope you will take action against this.

I am having savings bank account with bank of india. I got one debit recently, pos transaction:

1. *boi star sandesh* rs 1000 has been debited to your account xx0237 from pos-mpesa on[protected]. (Transation number: bdipg/ib[protected]/mpesa)

I want to inform you that this transaction is not done by me. Whoever has done this transaction have done through your pos. I need the details...

I had taken international roaming on my 15 year old post-paid connection [protected] for 4 days when i went abroad. The connection did not work and within 24 hours my phone was deactivated (While abroad) that my bill has crossed my credit limit. When i came back and protested my incoming was restored but after 4 days, my bill reached rs 25000 (Without any outgoing) and again after 4 days it reached rs 33000.

Unfair deduction around rs. 10 in the name of call forwarding charges while this setting is disabled in my phone and after deduction didn't send any message for the same. I called to customer care services but they are not refunding my amount and told me that you have activated this setting in your phone as per showing in our system and we have also sent you a flash message for deduction might be which you had delete. I complaint about network issue in my area that is krupanagar shirshirem borim ponda goa, 6 months back... But till date no action is taken from vodafone. I am not able to call from my phone [protected]. Network issue, internet not working. Vodafone goa & maharashtra team no action taken till date. Kindly let me now if you are able to solved the problem or not? Otherwise i have to port my number to others operators..

This is for your kind information that i got a call from vodafone by a lady saying to me congrats, that i got selected as one of the customer to convert the connectivity from prepaid to post paid, she talked in telugu and converse with her in english. She told me about the plans this happen on 24th may 2017. She made a reminder calls if i am interested then she made me to her higher up manager then he was also insisting me to take the plan....

I am a chennai vodafone customer. From my mobile approxrss.300/- is deducted since today stating some vf with different names is activated. Sometimes during midnight it is activated and money is deducted. Rd.150/-, rd.45/-, re.35/-... It goes on. Each time i need to call vodafone customer service to give back the amount and to talk to the vodafone personnel, i need to pay 50paise per second and re.5 to 10 rs deducted at that time. This is regarding my concern for sim activation.As on 31/05/17 I bought 2 New vodafone prepaid Connection from one of your respective Vodafone mini store (HB Telecom-Islampur, Sector-38, Gurgaon).

From yesterday, i was not able to call customer care since the ivr does not give me an option to talk to the agent. I was trying for hours and then when i tried 199 with my wife's number, it works like a charm. Later i figured that my sms service is also blocked. I wonder why! I am using vodafone for a year _postpaid connection.
The plan was 349 then it will be around 405 rs. Per month
