Recently I received a message saying that Vodafone [protected]@it has been activated on my mobile and 15 rupees have been deducted from my balance.
I don't even know what this [protected]@it is. I have been charged for something I do not know and there was no intimation that the specific amount will be deducted from my balance. This is unfair and unacceptable.
not resolved even after 3 years!!

    It's very painful experience with vodafone because I am continuesly face data speed related issue from November 2016 and I am making complain every month but the vodafone has given me 15 march 2017 deadline and say that after that I will never face this issue but I had face same issue after the deadline and again they have given me date 30 April 2017 but till now I am facing same issue and again vodafone has given me the deadline that is 20th may 2017 so I am being harassed from vodafone they have making me from 15 march to 20th may 2017 apart from that I am paying regularly to vodafone for that services which I have not been used properly.
    So I need the full reimbursement for the 3 month rental which I have paid to vodafone other wise I will go in consumer forum and lounge the complain for this dissatisfied service and making false commitment for resolving my solution.
    I am using thee numbers so I will close my all my three number of vodafone.
    I have made the complain for the number of [protected].

      'Not registered on network' is the message I am getting for the past 15 days I have emailed three times, but no response. Contacted vendor at outer ring road, Bellandur, Bangalore, he said that a cable is cut and will be restored soon. Now it is 10 days, no communication. If not attended within a week we will be severing the connection and complain to TRAI and claim damages.

      We have made complaints but no response. Why Jio is giving new connections if they cannot maintain the network. There have been many messages from friends not to go for Jio due to poor service and heavy complaints. Not expected of a reputed Co. like Reliance. Better they handover to some other efficient companies like Airtel etc. It is free upto July 17 for prime members. But we get message that there is no balance and hence recharge. Most the time network is busy and we don't get the line even after several hours.

        Hi vodafone, you are deducting balance from my prepaid account from past 2-3 weeks. The services which i never ever activated you are deducting my balance for those. I have already called your customer service multiple times, i cannot keep on doing this over and over as i have to work and make money to pay your bills. I have been a customer with vodafone for very long time, but if vodafone wants to kick me out there are more decent ways of telling it and i can switch to another provide. Do let me know. Do let me know if you need my number to talk, i cannot provide it on open forum. But i can provide in email or other secured channel.

          I have been receiving frequent calls (4 times) to check if the due has been cleared or not.

          Last call from number :[protected]

          I have already paid the amount of rs 1033.80.
          Also the new bill has been generated.

          Do let me know for how long do i have to sustain this?
          I have even received confirmation in email that the bill has been paid.
          No one seems to pay any heed to the customers.

            Vodafone always cheet costmor. 27 day's provide service in place of 28 days. We moved complaint but without resolving problems....
            Why cheet service provider vodafone. Our complaint not registered by costmor care. We recharge 354 on 13/5/2017 for 28 days as till 9/06/2017 at 11:59:59 midnight. But why he stop as per masses at 3:59:59 am. After 27 days stop why one day before. Services is unsutisfectory. Option only consumer forums / trai if he reduced our one day.

              I recently ported my prepaid number to postpaid and submitted my docs, they called me asking that my name is different from my fathers name as my father name is Arun Kumar Sharma but I use Kapil as my last name in all my documents. I explained them this and they acknowledged.

              But when i got my first bill they have mentioned my name as Mrs. Akanksha Kapil Arun kumar Sharma.

              All my documents states that my fathers name is Arun Kumar Sharma I don't know why they have added 'Mrs' followed by my fathers name in my bill.

              When i complained thay asked me to submit my docs again as i have asked them to update my name in their records.

              Why will i submit the same documents again.

              Please help me with this correction as this is related and linked to my CIBIL score too.

                Sir my sim ([protected]) was blocked by puk no.
                I told about this to my nearby vodafone care center.. D customer care person said dat she will give new sim in replacement of dat n she filled replacement form n asked me to sign n i signed it... I paid all my postpaid internet plan amount due...
                I told her i don't want present net plan n stop my previous internet plan on my vodafone no.... She didn't told me dat she is activating previous postpaid internet plan is on my new number... N on 3nd june i received another bill... I told about this to vodafone care center.. D replacement sim is not activated yet n d new bill is created on what basis.. I haven't used net... I get poor response from vodafone service center.. Is it not there responsibility to tell wht services they r giving on new sim...
                I m not going to pay any money as it's not my fault... Kindly deactivate my vodafone sim...

                  What kind of service is this everytime after 10-15 days one new service is automatically subscribed and my balance is deducted.
                  Today also a dotbot service is activated and my 75 rupees is deducted
                  How can a service be activated on my phone without my permission.
                  Is this the way to deal with the customer.
                  Please resolve the problem as soon as possible

                    Cell 9 tube pack has been activated, i have not requested any such pack on my vodafone number [protected] through internet and message. So today i called to customer care 199 to deactivate this above service he told me that service has been activated by me on 30 may 17
                    And 35 rupee charges were deducted twice first on 30 may and second on 6 june. Kindly work on this, it will not good for u n to ur clients who trusted you and migrated from other mobile service providers... Very bad guys

                      Some random Value added services are being activated automatically consecutively

                      Again i have to come back to complain against the same issue. I'm highly disappointed now with vodafone.

                      I am a loyal vodafone postpaid customer since july 2013. I haven't expected this from vodafone what i had faced recently.

                      Starting from this month, some random value added services are being automatically activated on my mobile number which i had to deactivate every time.

                      Services like datapacks were as shown in the attached picture but services enabled by the company were different, which leaded to loss of money and time.
                      As per their instructions, i contacted to their respective customer agent but instead of comfprting me with solving the problem, he quarreled with me.

                          This is for ur kind information, i met the people of the vodafone store at station road, in secundrebad. I raised the complaint regarding this, the official mr. Shiva told that he delete the latter one and put the fresh one, i gave all the documents to him still it is not done. He gave me a fresh post paid sim card, he said he will call me still he did not call me, in fact i called him but he said to me that he will come back, till now he did not call me.
                          Being a good service why so lagging in this work.
                          I like you guys to resolve it sooner please.
                          Vodafone is good company, your younger guys are spoiling the name ok.

                            Iam able to do calls but iam not getting any incoming calls and messages. Iam unable to send messages also. I tried calling customer care but that is not connecting your staff it is keep on repeating the menu. I want to resolve this asap as i gave my number for degree counselling. Already i submitted the essential documents. They said it will take 2 days, i waited 2 days but still no response from your end, iam actually very much frustrated because of sim blocking as i gave this number everywhere. Please resolve it asap. It is matter of my brother life as i gave my number for his counselling and all otp's, messages related to that will come to my number.

                              This complaint is regarding an unresolved issue related to 3g data recharge done by me
                              I mailed vodafone thrice to get this issue resolved, 3 people called me from vodafone but none of them called back again and none of them resolved my issue.
                              I am thoroughly disappointed with such open fleecing of customers, it has been 3 weeks already and vodafone seems least bothered about solving my issue.
                              They do know that my issue is genuine and i have given them proper proof but they just do not seem keen to refund me my balance.
                              I recharge with the rs 186 pack every month for internet which initially was 400mb day and 400mb night which has changed to 1gb for day and 200 mb for night from this month.
                              I lost my night data balance inspite of recharging before the expiry date
                              I had recharged on 15th may 2017 after which the balance displayed was 4929.62 mb for the day pack but night pack is only 200mb now, i had 4190 mb when i had recharged on 18th april 2017
                              So where did my 4 plus gb of night data go?? Vodafone cannot just remove it, this is open cheating of a customer, they have no value for the money customers put for recharges
                              I have been recharging before expiry all these months and due to lack o[censored]sage my net pack has been building over the months.
                              I hope immediate action is taken this time
                              I am attaching the requisite screenshots for your reference regarding the sms received from vodafone on 15th may and 18th april after recharging for those respective months.

                                Hi team,
                                I am not able to send the port message to 1900. I have raised several complaints via vodafone store and vodafone customer care number 198/199.
                                Every time the executive would apologize and raise the complaint number. On the due date of the completion of request, i would receive a message stating that have been provided the interim solution for the request.

                                As a consumer i tried to call customer care to reach to vodafone customer care executives but they blocked my access to customer care executive through irv.

                                I also raised complaint about network but they told me its resolved but its not resolved. Facing too many call drops issue.

                                Very bad experience with vodafone. That's why i want to port my number but they also dont allow me to port.

                                In the end i am the one who is suffering and paying for that too.
                                Hence raising the complaint at this forum.

                                  Hello team,
                                  Every month some value added services automatically activated in my mobile no. [protected] which i had to deactivate every time. Then after bill generation i had to call for charges reversal of these services.

                                  This activation happens around 5-6 times in a month. Every time i called to customer service number they always told me that whenever i used internet these services are activating. I am using whatsapp only and no other internet services like reading news and so on.

                                  In past, customer care officer reversed those vas charges however from last couple of months they are denying to reverse the same. Even, i have become irritated to call customer care for stopping these services and later for bill reversal.

                                  This is really a mentally harassment and should be stopped asap.
                                  Kindly raise this matter with concern team and resolve as soon as possible.

                                    Dear concerned i am not able to make voice calls or either access the inetrnet on my voda no : [protected].

                                    I am a resident of e 51, karampura, new delhi. I called up on 6th june 2017 at 1500 hours to 198 to my surprise the executive was not at all ready to take complaint against my network problem.

                                    Once being insisted to make me speak to his senior he kept the call on hold and afterwards disconnected the call.

                                    Seriously vodafone is going to take the network issue seriously else within next few months the vodafone would be forced to close its operations in india,

                                      Since your signal is very poor in our area and also charges are very high. Right now we are getting unlimited calls and 9gb date at rs.400 rupees. But your plan providing 1100min calling and 700mb data only. Several times tried to reach you. And no one responding. Please enable porting facility

                                      Hi This is a rather shameful move taken by Vodafone..!! Vodafone is blocking SMSes to 1900. Whenever one tries to send 'PORT' to 1900, an error message is received "Unable To Send SMS" or "Message Sending Failed". This is being done to prevent the customers from porting out of Vodafone. You will be able to send SMS to all other nos but 1900...!!!
