I receive numerous calls from vodafone regarding bill payment for a stranger though i have informed them that i am unaware of such person and requested to delete my number. Alas, i have to face the problem till now.

    For current month bill there is major issue on the monthly billing charges for [protected], 6 & 7 which has been increased from 299/ to 400/- to be waived and sorted else we will not make payments for below nos.
    Also there are additional charges with conference call charges applied despite we are in CuG, there is no sense for you charging on this aspect:
    charges on conference call @ Rs, 59.60 for [protected] which should not be applicable for CUG nos.
    charges on roaming @ Rs. 80.75 and on conference calls it is 70.40 for [protected] which should not be applicable between CUG nos.
    charges on roaming @ Rs. 29.02 for [protected] Is in roam like home and is in MH circle at Pune, we are time and again reminding and following with you...

    Biggest blunder from your team is on billing charges of Rs. 924.23 for [protected], towards internet - Gprs without any actual usage, which has been personally shown to your executive Mr. Rameshwar Gupta during his-visit to our office. Also this handset does not have provision and no. is not subscribed for internet. if at all we were to use internet, we would have subscribed a plan rather incurring such exorbitant charges which has been falsely claimed and billed by you, we require complete waival of internet charges on this account.

    We are forced to activate porting /migrating out of all our nos because of your nonsensical attitude with abnormal and false billing repetitively and we are also fed up following up with you time and again. We now urge you to revise the bills with up to date for us to make full and final payment/settlement and if you do not rectify and are not willing to provide waival on your false/ wrong billing, we are not liable to make any payments and take legal action.

    We hereby advise you to cancel all our corporate connections of [protected] - 9 with immediate effect. We will retain our earlier ported no. [protected] on prepaid/port out to other operator.

    PS* dear team please remove/surrender the vodafone corporate connection sims for us to disconnect vodafone connections right away...

      We are fed up of your repeated wrong billing as i have personally checked my team member's mobile no. [protected] and there is no usage of internet i am not sure how you keep on harassing pestering and plundering the corporate customers with post paid connection. Now to get rid of this never ending nuisance from your erranious billing team, we have decided either to port out or migrate to prepaid connection.

      Prior to which we want the billing of all our company nos to be rectified for us to make the payment and settle the accounts if you continue substantiating with wrong billing and accounting, we will be forced to initiate legal action on your wrong and unethical practices.

      We intend to migrate and need to settle the accounts in next days, your nominated Customer care person does not bother to pick/answer our calls and hence suggest that your sales team member Mr. Rameshwar the representative of your company who has bagged this contract and marked in cc need to visit and settle and sort the your wrong billing matter soon.

          I have choosed a postpaid plan with vodafone with 375 rs. - 100 discount rental lifetime plan. My monthly billing was in between 300-350 including taxes. Now the company have changed it without information and billed me 487rs.

              I was using Vodafone's post-paid connection for almost 1 years from 2015. Like any other mobile service providers in India Vodafone was never behind in the race of charging customers for services which they never asked for. I somehow managed to continue with my post-paid connection even after facing such problems multiple times.

              In January 2017 when Vodafone made a mistake in my bill and even after providing them enough evidences on the extra amount that I was charged for Internet usage they were adamant to revert back the charges and send my an updated bill.

              But Vodafone kept on sending me bills every month with late payment charges on the balance amount. By this time my Vodafone connection was deactivated and I was not able to make calls.

              The mistake in my January month’s bill – they charged me for internet usage at 10p/10KB rate, Note: I had a 499 plan (which had unlimited internet, 1GB 4G speed, then restricted) activated at that time and I received message stating increase 1GB net just @51 rupees, which i activated. This service replaced my old activated plan on my number & it became 2GB data only, no unlimited after that (which was previously promised). This i realised after receiving invoice.

              I was suggested by a Vodafone representative to wait until I get the February month’s bill and then call up Vodafone customer care to sort out the problem and get and updated bill. They did send me an updated bill afterwards but the correction in the amount was not what it should have been and I was still being charged for something which was a mistake from their end! I refused to pay the bill.

              After 4 months now in April 2017, I got a letter from High court advocate (Harish S Gore) which says that his Client, Vodafone will be taking legal action against me if the outstanding amount is not paid ASAP. I am still not going to pay a penny to Vodafone India Limited. If they plan to take legal action, I am prepared and ready to provide details on all communications with customer care during that period.

              Just wanted to warn and inform everyone about the ill practices of Vodafone India Limited which entered India back in 2007 by not paying capital gain tax of Rs. 11, 200 Cr to GOI, which has now grown up to Rs. 20, 000 Cr.

                Today In my best offers section they show that if i recharge with 70₹ i could get a talktime of 140₹. But i received only 60₹. On calling their customers representative they mention that u were supposed to receive between 50 and 140.. Why this minimum value was not mentioned in the offer. This is clearly fooling customers and is a case of fraud. Companies like these have been manipulating information and making huge sums of money. This has to be stopped.

                  I have submitted document for mobile portability of the Vodafone Mumbai Number [protected] to Vodafone Bangaluru on 15/04/2017. I have received a text message on 19/04/2017 at 10:30 PM that the portability is successful.
                  So to activate, I called 59059, the IVR asks me to select the correct language & once I have selected the right language, the IVR disconnects the call.
                  I have made calls to [protected], their customer care executive asks me to call Mumbai region Vodafone number [protected]. I called on this number, but the customer care asks me to call 199 & hangs up the call on the face.
                  Please note I have called 199, it does not work for me there as well. I have called the relationship manager, but no response from there as well. I waited for 40 long minutes, but no luck there as well.

                    Hello,

                    This is dhawal here and i am using vodafone postpaid number [protected] (Pune) for a long almost 10+ years; last friday i. E. 14th april 2017, while changing sim from a phone to another i damaged the sim and contacted to pimple saudagar vodafone store, pune. They asked a id proof and gave me a new sim saying that it will mapped with existing no and will be activated in 4 hours, somehow i am still not able to use the sim. I spoke with customer care executives but they could not resolve my issue. I tried to contact on call to appellate office and nodal office but call is getting on hold for more than 30 + minutes.

                    Since friday itself, i am travelling out of town and customer care executives are asking to visit store which is not possible for next 1 week or so.

                    One of worst service i am getting from the vodafone. If you can't care about old customer then how can you give service to other.

                    Why the wrong commitment made from the vodafone store guy? Why customer care executives are not able to resolve my issue.

                    Current status is, while registering on network getting a message "your sim doesn't allow connection to this network" and "cannot register to the selected network".

                    "happy to help you" is it a joke going on.

                    Could you please resolve my issue on priority if not then will move to another service provider and will go to court also for bad service you are providing.

I have a security deposit of 3500 Rs with vodafone which has not been refunded to date, Though i was told by the vodafone staff that it will be refunded within 90 days. I have visited the local vodafone outlet numerous times with no success. I need immediate redress.Awaiting early action from your end.

                        Vodafone service is not good, they deducted my balance & activated service automatically by themself, I had recharge with 176 for 2GB 3G data pack, but it vanished automatically, as I had only used 250MB data, other 1800 MB data is not known, 'where it is gone, when I called Vodafone agents for reddressal but they have blocked by phone 📱 to call them.                           Hello,
                          This is siddharth Anand and i am using vodafone poatpaid number [protected] for a long; in last few days i saw that my friends are availing such services below Rs. 350 in prepaid for those i am paying more then Rs.650 in postpaid.
                          So i called customer care of vodafone for migration request from postpaid to prepaid else better to port some where if i am using it for so long and still being over charged.
                          The customer representative requested me to wait for 4 hrs. that within this time i will call you back and will give you same facilities in same amount as in prepaid and after that its been several weeks and i didnt get any call from vodafone and so i didnt pay the bill as i was waiting for the call from that side with a solution

                          Now I can't even call the customer care as you people already restricted my outgoing too.
                          I mailed several times through my vodafone app where you people say that WILL REACH YOU WITHIN 24 HRS. ...but even after several mails didn't get any reply or solution.
                          So now look into my situation and show me the way, what should i do ??

                            This is not fair as per norms you provided during postpaid conversion.
                            Also the network coverage is not at all good in our area pune (Rahatni).

And i askes them that your what is the scheme of 348 recharge they told me that in 348 u will get unlimited calling and daily 1 gb 4g data per day... But now i got only 1gb data month... I calles cuatomer care again n now they said that i[censored] purchases you new mobile handset then u will get... Cheater fauders i really disappointed... I will never take any vodafone connection n i port this 1 to airtel.. Nn u know i have a recording ol think... N if its possible i will take strict action against vodafone

                              I have been unfairly charged Rs. 2414 in my last bill. Here is the history of my interaction with Vodafone and multiple failures at their end to deal with my issue.

                              I had a Vodafone Red plan for iphone which was ending on 11th March. I proactively called them on 8-9th March to change my plan but I was informed that please take 4G card first before changing the plan. I was told the card will reach you within 2-3 working days- the card never arrived. I was also told that you can change your plan later and the bills will be adjusted as per prorated basis.

                              I could have been easily warned that I need to change the plan before 11th as my existing plan cannot be prorated. No such information was given.

                              All of sudden I started getting data usage alerts from 11th March, I ignored it at first but concerned I called them again on 17th March. I was told not to worry the plan was active and we will send you the SIM card soon.

                              This proves that no plan was active on my number and I was being lied to on call.

                              On 24th I get a message that my internet usage charge has hit Rs. 500 and hence my speed has been downgraded. I went on to Twitter to complain about this. I receive a call form someone named Rahul who investigated and told me on the call that no plan is active on my Vodafone number. I became furious as this was in complete contrast of what I was being communicated since past 15 days.
                              I was given an ultimatum by Rahul to change my plan by 27th to avoid any charges, he said he will ensure that if you change the plan by 27th I will not be charged any other charges. As instructed I went to Vodafone store, got 4G SIM and changed my plan.

                              A vodafone representative has accepted on an official call that the plan was not active, also I was rushed to change my plan by their representative. Also their representative assured that I will not be charged anything. hence the bill is in complete contrast of what has been committed to me.

                              After this a bill gets generated and I am charged a bomb which includes full rental of my earlier plan and rental of my new plan.

                              Few basic questions:
                              1. If there was no plan active on my number as communicated by Vodafone, how can you charge a single penny as rental for 1799 plan
                              2. If that plan was active, why was a request for a new plan taken and why was I not informed that a plan was already active on my number and it cannot be prorated. Also why was I receiving alert for data usage and why was my speed downgraded after I have consumed Rs. 500 worth of data.

                              Tired of dealing with your customer care who has no answers to my question, when I called up Nodal office the answer given to me is this is reflected in the system and we can not do anything. Also I am being told that there are no call records.
                              Is Vodafone deliberately trying to cheat a consumer? This looks like a pre-planned scam and not manual errors by bunch of your guys.

                                Dear Sir, I am using Vodafone corporate CUG few number Postpaid sim and I have the problem that Value Added services is activated automatically which I don't activate. too many times services had been activated automatically. They apply the charges on bill when I complaint customer care for it they told me that there is the new rule of his company from May not to waive the charges on bill.I had a complaint in every month for this complaint 6 to 7 times for this.In this month I again faced the same problem. I request to take surrender request. but they didn't take the request. very worst service from vodafone. am planning my complete family and friends(30+) number going to switch another network because of this issues.

                                    I purchased vodafone mrp 353 unltd pack on 03.04.2017 as per the offer the validity is 28 days and local+std calls+daily 1 gb free .But after 16 days i received an sms from vodafone stating that mrp 353 unltd pack is expired, call and data charges will apply.This is a clear cheating .I called the customer care and the executive said the validity will be extended to 01.05.2017.

                                      I have visited vodafone store on[protected] at trichy cantonment branch for migration my sim from postpaid to prepaid, (Previously i have visited two times).

                                      I have submitted following interaction id[protected] along with request letter, id proof & passport size photo to them, after this they have denied my request to migrate my sim from postpaid to prepaid. They are force to me threatening continue as postpaid otherwise they will disconnect my no, they have recently disconnected my no on 18-04-17 after this i have reactivate my no, for your ref : reactivate sr no :[protected].
