I have visited vodafone store on[protected] at trichy cantonment branch for migration my sim from postpaid to prepaid, (Previously i have visited two times).

I have submitted following interaction id[protected] along with request letter, id proof & passport size photo to them, after this they have denied my request to migrate my sim from postpaid to prepaid. They are force to me threatening continue as postpaid otherwise they...

I m complaining about weak network connection in my village. There is no proper network connection in my villege. So please give your best sevice in my village. Here net connection is not much better. In this 4G generation we are using net connection because of in this era in village people are not much literate.. and almost all young generation want to know more and more via 4G network.. so pls do your best for our village.....

I am suffering because of poor service of Vodafone network.
I paid for 3G service but it is not available since the period I quoted above.
I register my complaint on 13th of this month but till now nothing seems as moved ahead.
Very irresponsible behavior from VODAFONE....

Need to change my email address from [protected]@yahoo.com to [protected]@gmail.com.I tried doing it and contacted vodafone customer care no help.Hence please change it to [protected]@gmail.com and also please send my bill from March till date to my mail id....

I am a customer of yours. My number is [protected]. Whenever i work in net some value added packs are activated unwillingly. I remain quite unaware of the fact of activation. And my balance is subtracted from my number. If this continues i will not be able to bear your service any lounger. It has been more than 2weeks i am calling vodafone customer care everyday, have also visited their stores many time to solve my problem.
I m using 3 different numbers of vodafone, I had problem with 2 numbers.
1. I had to change tariff plan of one of the numbers. I was assured by store manager it will be activated in 2hours, when i was not done I called CS they said it will take 4hours, when it was not done i kept calling CS everyday...

28 dec 2016 my tata docomo number port frm tata to vodafone on call of vodafone customer care ex as per ex per month plan 299/ only 800min & 10gb monthly plan. When i started with vodafone next day 29dec 2016 i got 1 msg regarding plan. I feel something wrong with me i approach costumer care i regd complain about wrong information provide on firdt approach. Their after i always regd complain regarding my no.[protected] to revise and settlement...

Please arrange a call from senior executive or any senior person who will help me because every time I
am facing the same problem. Yesterday I talked with mr. Nikhil he told me that he arrange a call from
billing department but still I am waiting, no response from your side, my registration no is

I have port my number [protected] from idea to vodafone on 10th april 2017.

I have use it around 7 days & why you have disconnect my all services.

I have very bad experience with vodafone.
Kindly resolve it urgent....

Vodafone provided me offer for plan revision on my vodafone postpaid number: [protected] and the revised plan will be applicable from the next bill cycle i.e 15 april. now when I have checked the plan is not revised and on talking to customer care, they said this offer is not valid now.

But I had applied for plan revision when there was a valid offer.

This is very inauthentic and I will report the issue to TRAI....

My mobile no. [protected] got lost yesterday, please block it. Yesterday i lost my cell phone along with that i had lost my vodafone no. [protected]. It was taken from bangalore vodafone store. Kindly block it as soon as possible so that other people might not use it. Also please not that any calls made after 6:15 pm yesterday are not mine since i lost the phone then...

I have paid my bill on 29th march 2017 and its been 20 days vodafone is not updating my bill payment because i have requested to port ! i have filed complain over 100 times with all the proof like my transaction id, bank statement through mail and call . Visited vodafone stores, called nodal desk, vodafone gujarat head office and customer care but even after 20 days there is no solution ! and now they will discontinue my services !...

He is calling peoples and using the words which are against the constitution of India. Kindly block him as soon as possible.
He is getting the account details of the bank of their customers and calling them and asking their pin codes etc. Also he called me and i lost 10000 in my account...

I have been visiting Vodafone store, taking over phone with Vodafone customer service, sending endless emails to Nodal office and corporate mail id since last 4 months.
Despite of several request this ppl are not even bothered to revert back. Charging for unnecessary bill.

I have been using Vodafone service from last 10 years with number [protected].

1.I have given a number to port out request on[protected]

2.In gallery on[protected] Leader inform me about special offer for the number at 349 rs all calls free and 8gb data a month

3. After no receipt of feedback i have been to Vodafone gallery whereby I was informed that first request needs to be made for change then...

Value added services 376 rupees + taxes added on my number. These services are automatically generated on my number. I really disappointed about this. Please refund my money back as soon as possible .and please resolve permanently. I already once face these type of problem that time I got 1600 bill but Vodafone care members are resolve my problem. Every month I get these charges, please check it once....
