My vodafone no is [protected].
On 17th april i had about 520 mb data in my account. Before the expiry of the plan i did a recharge of rs 27 which is 75 mb. But my previous data balance was not carried forward. After the recharge my data balance showed only 75mb left. 520mb data was gone after the recharge. Please help me as i have not got any proper response from the customer care.

      Bill already paid but showing pending

      As i port my mobile no [protected] in jan 2017 and complete pending bill has been submitted before switching to other.
      So many calls received from vodafone customer care too & same time issue has bee sorted out with customer care personal and he confirmed that now no bill is pending from my side (As he also confirmed that vodafone didn't update my my paid bill in his portal or site).
      Now again so many msgs are frequently coming.br...

      I have been chasing this case since a long time but I still haven't got any satisfactory resolution. We are not expecting this kind of service from you people.

      The customer care executives have no idea what the case history is and what the resolution has been provided.

      The case is being randomly closed without any confirmation or resolution, this is very irritating and unprofessional behavior.

      Please look into this at the earliest or else I will have no other option than to complaint to the consumer court.

          Vodafone 's embarrassing service-
          I've been with Vodafone for a long time. I had been impressed with their flex ads and decided to switch to flex. I came to know they had a similar plan of Rs.345 to their rivals. First I was told that I could not transfer my flex to the main balance and I had to wait for the flex period to expire. On 20th April 2017, I opened my Vodafone app and could not see flex balance and an option to switch to flex, which confirms the expiration, I went ahead and recharged with credit card Rs.345, nothing reflected on my account, I was told to try the next morning without a clear explanation, I recharged Rs. 345 on 21st April again, still no reflection on my Vodafone account but Amount debited. Since then I've been contacting the customer service, placed on hold for 25 odd minutes, spoken to so many agents. I've handled sarcasm, was given false assurance and guidance. I'm left without service from 21st April till present. I'm trying to recharge every single day and I'm fed up! Please take action!

            I am a post paid customer of Vodafone for almost an year. My mobile no. is [protected]. I had a credit limit of Rs.8, 000/-
            Recently i had opted for International roaming scheme, since i am on deputation for few months by the company. Suddenly my services were bared by the company and on enquiring i came to know that my bill were reached up to Rs. 27, 000/- with out any notification or SMS.

            How such kind of bill will be provided when credit limit was set and always there is an option of SMS allerts.

            Please resolve my issue

                Last recharge rs. 344/, after that the speed of browsing & downloading is 9-25 kbps, where the other co. give 120- 350kbps. When I launch a report about that, the official Mr. Amir Goni neither solve my problem, but he ask me to change my network, whether I'm a Vodafone customer since 2002. Is it ur policy to talk with ur customer?? Or U R willing to solve my problem??

                  Dear team,

                  I have done the recharge of rs. 348 on my vodafone number [protected]. After doing the recharge i came to know about the terms and conditions that vodafone internet services available with only 4g enabled phones. I have called the customer care executive regarding the issue but he said he is helpless with the issue and will not be able to solve the issue. There was no mention in the recharge tab that the said services are available for only 4g enabled phones. Also i am currently using 5 numbers with vodafone like [protected], [protected], [protected] and [protected]. Being a loyal customer i was expecting solution for the problem but didn't get any relief. I am really hurt with the behaviour of vodafone for the whole issue. I have already applied for porting on my 2 numbers still didn't get any reply from vodafone. It's really frustrating being so loyal with a company despite the available distractions like jio and other networks. Hope to get a resolution for my problem.

                    This is with reference to Bill for month of April 2017 where I have been charged Roaming Charges of Rs. 2985/- for International roaming for the 2G data charges. I am a frequent international traveller and always keep the Mobile data off when I am on International travel. This time I was charged Rs. 2985 for Data which I have not used since my Mobile data was off. I did travel from 21st (Landed in Dubai at 11:30 pm local time) to 23rd March 2017(Landed in Mumbai 11:00 pm local time) to Dubai but never used Mobile data on my number [protected].

                    As per the below and attached screen shot through Vodafone mobile app taken on 24th March 12:43 am I have used total 3.64 mb on 21st March while roaming in Dubai which should not be the case since my Mobile data was off. Also when I spoke to Call Center Vikas, he told me there is usage of 5.23 MB which is not matching the screen usage from Vodafone Mobile app.

                    I had called Vodafone call center from Dubai on 22nd March 2017 when I got initial SMS, email for my Data usage in roaming informing that my Mobile data was off in Dubai, that time I was told to raise a request when the billing is done as per plan on 1st of month.

                    I request Vodafone to reverse the data charges of Rs 2985/- for which there is no usage of Mobile data on 21st March from my phone [protected]. As even the Bill consumption as per the Bill and the Vodafone is wrongly shown/ calculated.

                    After the reversal of Rs 2985/- and tax, this will help me pay my bill before the due date of 19th April 2017.

                      I port my number from idea to vodafone.[protected]. After 5 days vodafone suddenly disable my number without any prior notice i have very urgent work but i am unable to contact anyone. When i call customer care he said verification incomplete and how you say this when flipkart and amazon deliver their product in same address. And they does not contact me when they has issue and disconnect my number

                        Respected sir,
                        Myself dr. Amit b. Nahar had called vodafone customer care centre and
                        Requested for new 4g sim in dec 2016. My request was received, address
                        Was taken and i was told that i will receive a new sim card via courier within 7 working days. After calling many times and escalating the issue,
                        Vodafone didnt send me the new sim card and finally i was told
                        To collect the simcard from vodafone store in ichalkaranji.
                        Finally i visited vodafone store, at kolhapur road ichalkaranji on 18
                        March 2017 and requested them to provide me with new 4g simcard and
                        Also to convert my postpaid card to prepaid.
                        The costumer care executive who attended my request called to
                        Vodafone manager in sangli and asked me to talk to her. The manager on call
                        Bargained me regarding extra amount of data vodafone can provide me if
                        I dont convert my postpaid to prepaid. First she said she will provide
                        Me 8gb data in 499, then she said she will make a new plan available to
                        Me which will cost me 350 rs per mnth and with 8 gb internet. I finally
                        Aid that i am not intrested in any of postpaid plan and i want my
                        Number be converted to prepaid. Then they asked me to fillup a form for
                        Conversion to prepaid, took one photo and xerox of my adhar card.
                        They asked me to pay rs 570 which was due of feb bill and also
                        Collected rs 50 for conversion of my postpaid no. To prepaid no. So i
                        Paid total 620 rs on 18 march 2017.
                        They gave me a simcard with number[protected].
                        Ir, till now my number has not been converted to prepaid. They are
                        Asking me to pay the bill till today (22/4/2017) they are saying that i
                        Continued using my no. Till today.
                        Ir i am a doctor by profession, how can i stop using my contact number untill vodafone activates my new card.
                        Why should i pay the bill till 22 april 2017? If had cleared my due on
                        18th march 2017.
                        (I was not asked to pay due of duration 5th march to 18th march,
                        Otherwise i would have paid it on 18th march itself when i visited
                        The store or according to trai instructions they should have deducted the due from my deposit amount). Even if my request was rejected they should have informed me via msg, mail or a call.
                        This is my worse experience with vodafone.
                        Even i have recordings of customer care number where each time they
                        Used to say that issue has been escalated and my problem will be
                        Olved in 48 hrs. But this 48 hrs never came.
                        Also sir if vodafone cannot process my request in middle of month then
                        Atleast they should have converted my no from postpaid to prepaid at
                        The start of april bill cycle. Even vodafone didnt do this. Today
                        Afternoon (22/4/2017) i received call from customer care executive
                        Where i told her everything and she was going to take local vodafone
                        Tore manager in conference but was unable to connect and she told me
                        To pay the dues.
                        And now they are saying to pay dues and they will transfer my no. From prepaid to postpaid. But my point is i have paid all dues 1 mnth back and if something was remaining i would have paid 1 mnth back only atleast they should have said me for that.
                        I request u to kindly see in this matter and do the needful.

                        Ir i will sum up the 2 issues
                        1. I am unable to use 4g sim even after waiting for 4 mnths
                        2. My postpaid no. Is not converted to prepaid even after visiting
                        Vodafone store, doing all formalities which where asked to be done on
                        18th march 2017.

                        Its disgusting that vodafone is unable to process my request from last 1 mnth while today (25th april) afternoon my wife received a call whether she is intrested in converting her prepaid no. To postpaid no.. It means they can convert a number from prepaid to postpaid in middle of the mnth u cant do it in reverse order.

                        now they are saying that i should clear billed and unbilled amount with pro rated rental (monthly plan rent from last bill generation to till date on per day basis)for succesful migration.
                        why they do not tell me this on 18 th march when i visited vodafone store for migration.?why they collected documents and charges for migration?whos fault is this?
                        why should i pay for their fault?

                        no help from vodafone people.
                        again they have mailed me the same thing that they have rejected my request because o[censored]npaid due.
                        but the point is they should have atleast told me what is the due amount on 18th march itself or atleast messaged or mail me that my request is cancelled.
                        who is responsible for this delay in processing my request?

                          I have been receiving bills from Vodafone regularly, asking to pay the amount in time. To be frank I do not even own a single mobile number from Vodafone.

                          I requested them several times through social media and also through emails but I did not get any response from them. The last email I got from them is on 22 Apr 2017 from Vodafone.[protected]@vodafone.com. And this repeats every month.

                          Request you to please take proper action not to send unnecessary emails to others who do not even own the number. (Please change the email id of the person who owns the number in attachment)

Maine kiya aur fone karib 15 minute baad kisi hasan ji ne pick kiya. 15 minute bad, ye service hai aapki. Is spardha k zamane mein. Main to service vadalne ki soch raha hoon.                               Yesterday i. E.24th april 2017 through net banking of hdfc i have recharged an amount of rs.342/- after receiving an offer message in my above phone. To my utter surprise i have got a message confirming my transaction and also intimating that an amount of rs.332/- or so was deducted as acceptance fee which may be clarified to me as an amount of rs.10/- was showing as balance.

                              What is this acceptance fee why should i pay

                              I want a clarification from your side immediately as i do not want to pay any acceptance fee.

                                  Hello,

                                  My vodafone number is [protected] and monthly rental plan is of rs. 299. I am writing this complaint because i want to permanently deactivate my vodafone number. The reason for this is i faced a lot of network issues after activating my no. The area where i am living currently have very poor vodafone reception. As soon as i reach my home the vodafone network shows no service. It remains same till i come out of my home to a certain distance. Also during registering i was not informed anything about personal verification for address. And i received a phone call for submitting the address proof photo on whatsapp for verification within 48 hrs. Due to some reason i could not send them the address proof that they itself. But they deactivated my services next day itself even when my 48 hrs time limit was not over. The services were restarted after few days when there verification was over. Till that i could not use my vodafone no. Even after providing all the identity proofs during registration.
                                  Taking into account all these issues i have decided to deactivate the number. So i request u to consider my issue and fulfill my request.

                                      after using few months, Vodafone has blocked my outgoing calls .
