    I didn't activate vas services automatically activated without my consent so pls give it to back 150 rs deducted and Vodafone customer care number not working so what the hell r u giving this type of services till my issue not slove I get only 50 rs back out of 150 so pls remaining get back to me my no is [protected] so pls give me as soon as possible

      Sir/Madam, I am a Vodafone customer
      Complaints;
      1.In Tirupati stores I have submitted the migration form on06/04/2017 upto now that is 15/04/2017 they did not do any process for migration again they are asking to pay us the bill.
      2.The Tirupati stores is so much horrible they are inducing customers to postpaid and they are telling that upto 6 months we have to pay the bills of postpaid bill not only me this is a very serious problem for so many customers they are fighting for this particular issue you can yourself spy and check as like a customer.
      3.we have upto now gone to store for 5times they have given the prepaid SIM but they did not process it again they are asking us to pay the bill

          Dear sir, for the last couple of times i recharged with vodafone flex. Which means i do not need any other data pack for internet acess or calls expt. Int. calls.Evrything was fine till 23th april 2017. Suddnly in the morning my main balance of rs 31 was eaten up due to Net use of few mb and all my flex balance vanished.Upon complaing i got all my flex balance of 399 back in my ac. and cud make calls. But still cud not acess the Net despite so much flex left.Upon mailing to Nodal office kolkata i recd. a ignorant reply from Mr. maity as if he did not know abt vodafone flex recharge.Very disappointing as i still cant acess the Net as promised on their website-https://shop.vodafone.in/shop/prepaid/prepaid-offer.jsp
          I request u to look into my complaint.

              I am bringing to your notice my vodaphone no.[protected] name of vikram saini taken from vodaphone store last few year. My vodaphone no.[protected] transfer to another person by vodaphone store without information. So you are requested please provide me my vodaphone no name of vikram saini with amount and take hard action against reissue vodaphone store and reissue person. This is illegal.
              Further you are requested please me compensation for financial, socially, mentally torcher by vodaphone at urgent basis.

                I have been trying to port my number from postpaid to prepaid for the past 2 months. They just keep on ignoring my concerns. Last week they even upfrontly told me that they can't help me out on anything.

                I have been with Vodafone for last 8 yrs. They can't seem to care about my concerns. This is the worst case of service I've ever encountered.

                Please help me get out of these scenario or atleast help me out with some suggestions.

                It's very frustrating and they have been asking for around 1000 rs including my past months bill (~450) to get the port from postpaid to prepaid done. Please request some to help me out on this.

                I've also lodged a complaint explaining the entire scenario to their costumer care executive but I never received a call back from them.

                This is the message I received from them:

                Hello! Your service registration number[protected] is registered on 09-APR-17. We shall respond to your query by Monday 10-Apr-17 06:00p.m.

                But never got an actual response from them. :(

                  On 10th of april 2017 at around 12:34 am vodafone india deducted 75 rupees unnecessary for the service which i did not subscribed (service name - Roots Musicale). I want my money to be refunded as soon as possible. There are many similar complain as i have seen on the complain box. Vodafone India should look into this matter seriously as there are many similar complain.

                    Sir mera voda no [protected] hai maine aaj ek service ka labh lene ke liye STOP likh kr 1925 me forward kiya lekin company ne mera internet pack hi deactivate kr diya firstly maine 8-10 baar customer care me call kiya but mera call senior ko transfer krne ke naam pe disconnect kr diya gya baar baar aur meri complain hai ki agr maine kisk service ke liye Recharge kiya hai aur to company kaise woh benefits cut kr skti hai agr mere stop likhne par agar company mera pack deactivate krti hai to mere dobara START krne par usko Suru bhi krna chahiye. Agr maine kisi service ke liye paid kr chuka hun to company ka koi right nahi bnta mere paid kiye huyi service ko deactivate krna unke rules mai to mujhe problm hai rule se kyunki mujhe mere Mere recharge ke according benefits mile aur meri second baat hai personally harassing ko leke mai pics attached kr raha hun har baar mujhe presaan kiya gya mujhe mere Internet pack dobara activated chahiye otherwise mujhe iske against jaaunga

                      I had recharged my Vodafone no. with 347/- which was "..offering 28 GB 4G data with unlimited local and STD voice calling for 28 day..". However Vodafone conveniently did not mention that this will work only from home circle. My home circle is Kolkata and I'm travelling in Bangalore right now. All my calls are being charged even after recharging. Only after calling to Vodafone customer care, they informed me calls have to be made from home circle only. THEN WHY WAS DETAIL OMITTED FROM THE SCHEME DATAILS? This recharge is absolutely useless to me now, and an utter wastage of money. Such incomplete & misleading details of recharge scheme must be reviewed and stopped by Vodafone.

                        Please block my sim. Number I don't know. It lose 2 months ago. Never used. I brought it as corporate sim for my father due to they told it will be free from my phone to his. He never used it. But previous month bill amount is as they told 1170 agin it grow to 3700. But how it is possible where sim is not in used. I will launch a complain in consumer forum.

                                On 13/04/17 When i was just open a internet for a 20 sec Rs.40 has been deducted and again 14/04/17 when just open for a movie downloading site Rs.35 has been deducted and a message came that it's AVG Antivirus pro pack is now active. I don't need all these things I just want my money back to my account.
                                Try to solve as soon as possible it happened already four times but they not solve it so i request you to solve this time.

                                I mailed this earlier on dated 14/04/2017 but no reply came from Vodafone India.It is embarrassing o[censored]sing Vodafone sim.If this time my complaint and money of Rs.75 not get return to my phone number account I will change the sim company to other mobile sim.

                                  I sent a text to 1900 to port my number to some other network.
                                  In the evening, the vodafone executive called me and asked the reason for change. He provided me some offer and i rejected his offer.

                                  The other day i.e Friday 7th April, i got a call from number +91-[protected] (Vodafone executive), offering me (4GB data + 2GB wifi data) in Rs349.
                                  and what they provided me was (2GB data + 2GB wifi data) in Rs349.

                                  I called customer care and even talked to their Relationship Manager, they assured me that i'll get that remaining 2 GB data.
                                  But, I received nothing till tuesday 11th April 2017.

                                  I called customer care again, what i got in response was we cant provide you this offer. Please put a mail on Corporate.[protected]@vodafone.com.

                                  I sent a mail on above mentioned email ID, and as per auto acknowledgement, I waited for 48 hrs. NOT RECEIVED a single piece of response from their side.
                                  Literally making fool of customers.
                                  Highly disappointed.

                                  Customer care suggests me to call back on the same number which i got call from +91-[protected] (Vodafone executive).
                                  The executive named Sanjay, once received the call, assured me to wait till evening, saying i'll get my 4 GB data thing resolved.

                                  Waited alot, but got no response.
                                  Tried calling him again, he never picks up the call from my number.
                                  Tried calling from another number, picks up immediately.
                                  Literally Fraud company

                                      Dear,

                                      i have been trying to activate the above said number which was temporarily disconnected one sudden day.

                                      As mentioned above i have been in possession of the said premium paid number for quite sometime now, one sudden day my phone said sim card not detected on calling on helpline number I was said it is disconnected due to non usage of the the number for more then 3 months which is not the fact I have been using it ones a month without fail and also I have don’t it to prepaid from postpaid in February 2017 so it doesn’t become 3 months either. I was advised to see Vodafone gallery and resubmit the documents and the card will be activated but when I approached Vodafone gallery near my residence I was said card has been churned and some more technical words which being common man I failed to understand but I had no such informations via sms or call or any other means. Having said all these I want my connection to be back to me. Details of my connection is herein below:

                                        I HV a vodaphone post paid no [protected] .I use this from last few months .I HV lot of prob with this connection .at 1 st many unknown fake call I HV to get through this no and SMS also .2nd I HV to received too much bill amount in this no .which is more than its plan value. So I want to deactivated this no.kindly do an urgent step immediately .and deactivated my no [protected].
