I sent a text to 1900 to port my number to some other network.
In the evening, the vodafone executive called me and asked the reason for change. He provided me some offer and i rejected his offer.
The other day i.e Friday 7th April, i got a call from number +91-[protected] (Vodafone executive), offering me (4GB data + 2GB wifi data) in Rs349.
and what they provided me was (2GB data + 2GB wifi data) in Rs349.
I called customer care and even talked to their Relationship Manager, they assured me that i'll get that remaining 2 GB data.
But, I received nothing till tuesday 11th April 2017.
I called customer care again, what i got in response was we cant provide you this offer. Please put a mail on Corporate.[protected]@vodafone.com.
I sent a mail on above mentioned email ID, and as per auto acknowledgement, I waited for 48 hrs. NOT RECEIVED a single piece of response from their side.
Literally making fool of customers.
Highly disappointed.

Updated by Jatin Dhamija Customer care suggests me to call back on the same number which i got call from +91-[protected] (Vodafone executive).
The executive named Sanjay, once received the call, assured me to wait till evening, saying i'll get my 4 GB data thing resolved.
Waited alot, but got no response.
Tried calling him again, he never picks up the call from my number.
Tried calling from another number, picks up immediately.
