I raised a request for porting code on vodafone so that i can switch to any other network, and after that every hour i have been receiving call (6 times in total) from customer care, asking about my problem, and whenever am about to relay my problem, they are disconnecting the call. I have attached a screenshot of the same.

Moreover, on 31st apr, 2017, i raised similar porting code request, and submitted my documents to my new to-be-activated service provider, but as vodafone did not release me, i was not accepted by my new service provider.
At that very time too, i received calls asking about my issue, and i explained each and everything, but still my number was not released. For that very reason i again raised a portability request, on 17th-apr, 2017 after which the above issue began.

I am facing alot of network connectivity issues in bhubaneswar from vodafone, and other rural areas around, where i go travelling.

Please look into the request.

    And mental harrazment is more happen in the same case
    Vodafone has comitted me on 30 march they will do take action on this till date i have not receive any action

      On 17th of april 2017 at around 03:05 pm vodafone india deducted 150 rupees unnecessary for the service which i did not subscribed (service name - TV all channel pack). I want my money to be refunded as soon as possible. There are many similar complaint as i have seen on the complain box. Vodafone India should look into this matter seriously as there are many similar complaint which is not expected from your company, otherwise you loose your customers.

      worst service, still i havent got any reply from your side, thinking to switch with another company which provide me good service

        As shown in the image below when I dial *111*2*2# this message comes everytime. Even data remaining is not shown in my vodafone application. I even talked to vodafone helpline number but they says that it might be some server down error. This problem is consistent since one week now. Are your server down so long? My other vodafone number shows data available. My vodafone number with the mentioned problem is [protected]

          Vodafone Wrong number recharge by mistake i want my money refunded

          Dear team,
          15 day back i convert my vodafone prepiad no.to postpaid vodafone no.(port in ) from pune location circle.
          Now a days unbiled amount automatically incread up to ruppe 230 with activating any vas services by me.

          If this is the way of your company for chargeing unofficial amount which we are not using.

          This type of fraud by charging extra amount is not exceptable.

          I already called so many time to the customer care but they are not ready to.listen my complain .

          Please find the ss mention in the attachment.and please deactivate my account i m.not continue with this type of fraud telecom provider company.

          Dear sir,

          It’s with unpleasant experience, I am compelled to write to you about this episode.
          As previous I already raise do many complained against Vodafone Fake commitment and Not able to do there service on Time. This is a clear case of cheating the consumer. I'm pursuing a legal option to take this up in the consumer court to fight this as this is completely false commitment being levied to My Corporate Company.
          I decided to port My both no to Vodafone. I contacted vodafone customer care on my Office and talked to mr. Subod. He offered a plan of rs. 499 Red plan for both my Vodafone no with unlimited calling and 21 GB data with 2gb high speed 4g data for lifetime billed per month.

          I agreed, executive hence came to my home the same day. To my surprise, the executive informed that they r offering 15 gb data only for 3 months, and hence i called back the customer care and tried to confirm again the bill plan. Another surprise came my way, this time a lady with name neha told me that only 6 gb is offered in this plan.

          Three personnel from the same company with three different sayings. I was shocked. After that I raise a consumer complaint
          After 5 min. Another call came from vodafone and expressed apology and said that it was executive mistake. So i asked once again about the plan. This time, the same plan became of rs. 399. What the # these vodafone people do. I was furious but felt laughing on their reponses. Totally unprofessional, foolish customer care service.

            I am regular user of above sim since last three month. On 16th april 2017 i had borrowed an loan of rupees 10. Out of these 10 rs. I had spent hardly rs.2-3. The balance of rupees has been deducted from my sim in an unauthorized way. On enquiry of the same i was not given an satisfactory reply by the vodafone customer care. Pl investigate the same

              I have shifted my 10 yr old post-paid no to pre-paid one in 10th dec'16. 10th of every month was my bill generation date, but the bill was not showing in the system, so whatever due it was showing, i had to pay the total.

              On 16th jan, i received following:
              Monday, january 16, 2017 5:06 pm
              To: debasree das
              Subject: refund notification

              Dear customer,
              This is with reference to your vodafone postpaid mobile number [protected]with relationship number[protected].

              It’s been a pleasure having you as our valued customer. We would like to thank you for giving us an opportunity to serve you.

              Your refund for the mentioned postpaid mobile number has been processed. The net amount payable to you has been arrived as follows:

              A. Total deposit paid by you: 0

              B. Less balance amount due from you: -159.[protected]

              C. Less other adjustments/cancellation fee: 0

              D.net amount payable to you: 159.[protected]

              Your refund details:

              Cheque no: 0, cheque amount: rs. 159.[protected], cheque date: 1/16/2017 drawn on: standard chartered

              You should receive the cheque within 10 working days.

              Neither i received the cheque, nor it was ever en-cashed! I have written 7 emails to customer care & no response till date!

              You do not value your customer. Not that rs 159 matters to me or you.
              This is theft & fraud.

              I need an action urgently!
              I will certainly quit all 3 vodafone nos now, which is being used by my family!

                Pathetic customer services.

                The system keeps barring of the number even if you were not successful in reachout to the customer care.
                Once barred had to wait for weeks to gether to get unbarred
                Cannot reachout to the customer care at all

                I can reachout to customer care from anther phone i.e., as Airtel or other services opting the option of new connection request. Only then they respond and we can catch the customer care. Pathetic services

                Even when we call them, their response is pathetic. They never try to understand the customers. The escalation matrix kept is waste. They are even more a bigger Idiots.

                i'm STRUGGLING to get my Postpaid no converted to prepaid ([protected])

                No help from Customer desk in spite of repeated follow up email to corporatecare.[protected]@vodafone.com

                No help either to provide nearest Vodafone store address location.

                  I converted my prepaid sim to postpaid on 07.04.17. The sim got activated but from 10.04.17 im not getting internet facility. Sine then i have been calling ur customer care but not getting any positive reply from them yet.

                  The only reply which i get is that internet facility is unavailable due to some technical reason. Your executive ms. Ankita & vaibhav assured me that it will get activated within 24 hours but its been a week now neither i received any call form your side nor did the internet facility got activated.

                  Why the hell do you provide such kind of service??? You can contact me on [protected]. Hope some positive reply atleast here

                    My Number is[protected] and a loyal customer for years.
                    Vadofone activated somethinh callled Value added Service and I didn't notice my bill for years.This has been going on years and looted lot of monet from me. I never asked for VAS, but customer Service gave some wiered reason of visiting some sites for activating this.

                    I need all my refunds and and apology for making a loyal customer fool over years.I also think this is a scam. I called the Customer Service Team and asked to create a ticket for the same, which they didn't.
                    Respond quickly.

                    Hi my number is [protected]. Vodafone has charged me over 100 rupees for value added services for the month of march and i have paid it. However they some how spammed my number with their messages and for the month of April I have been charged over 500 rupees. When i call they provided me a reason stating Java script running in my phone but however i have a secondary sim for data and i never even used vodafone for calling purpose.

                    Please note my base plan is 199 and i have been charged over 800 out of which over 500 rupees is VAS. I want them to rectify this problem if not i am sure i will go to all public forum with the appropriate proofs and make people aware of their unethical business model (Feel betrayed for being a loyal customer to Vodafone)
                    I have been looted by Vodafone too in the name of value added services. They slide in these unknown charges in the bill which customers tend to ignore for a very long time, but how can service provider who’s been around for so long cheat customers by doing such petty things. Such a shame.

                    After 15 years of service with Vodafone I decided to move on to other providers after I noticed this scam.

                      Hello, I lost my Mobile having Vodafone Postpaid Plan SIM number [protected] which was registered at Vodafone service center Chandanagar, Hyerabad, Telanagana.

                      As I am out of city, please deactivate SIM which is lost as i will not use that contact number any more.

                      Please do it asap to avoid any outgoing calls from that number.

                        I have made a data recharge of Rs255 for 6 GB's of Internet for 28 days. Surprisingly it isn't working well where i live inspite of having full network access, when I am calling Vodafone customer care, in reply, it said that we aren't able to connect the call with our executive. Now in conclusion, the days are passing without using better internet.

                          After cancellation of service vodafone is still mailing me bills and the funny part is the mail states we tried reaching you on the number 9742*%&#$% (Which is the deactivated number)

                          All mails send across to vodafone are only acknowledged by a system generated mail and a fresh mail is send by some new department or person, it has now reached a legal situation were they have sent me some legal mails (Which i don't know how far is true)

                          This is very disturbing i have all the details pertaining to cancellation of service.

                              I have been wrongly charged 672 rs. For calling 51717 by vodafone india which actually i dont make that call. They said i called 48 min. On this no. Which actually unbelivable. Other side they refused to accept that is vodafone service no.

                                I was using Vodafone contact number [protected]..But due to service issue I have asked them to deactivate my service.but they told me that you can continue your existing plan lifetime which was valid only for 3 months.

                                After completion of 3 months I had stopped using my plan but Vodafone even charged my rental plan of rs 399 per month and now bill comes up to 3000rs I have not used single rupee service of them. Now they have sent me letter from high court. how do I file complaint against them.

                                  I sanjeev malhotra [protected] being with vodafone from 10 years but from last so many times ther customer care executive behaviour and nature is very rood and unacceptable. They hung on customers and never helpful and out of 10 people 1 will transfer the call to superviosr. They have no intention to help the customer and always behave very roodly. I am upset about this and would definately change my service provider.

                                    I'm Vodafone customer since 2004.

                                    Last year, I've changed my Vodafone circle from Vodafone Ahmedabad to Vodafone Mumbai. I'm staying in Thane & I'm house wife.

                                    My no is +[protected]

                                    I have seen my last three bills today and surprisingly I came to know that I'm being charged for national outgoing roaming charges. When I checked it in detail, I came to know even if I was at my home at Thane, though it was showing that my phone calls were done from M&G (Maharashtra & Goa) circle.

                                    I have two kids who have exams in last month. So I have not even moved out of Thane, though I was been charged for National Roaming Charges

                                    When I called Vodafone call center, calling executive was not sure about solution. I told him clearly that I have not gone outside. He was consistently saying, check in our Vodafone App for M&G area definition. I asked him to put me to senior who understands the problem and give solution. It's been 6 hrs, I'm still waiting for them to call me back

                                    My complaint request no is[protected]

                                    My husband uses Vodafone too - +[protected] .

                                    It is surprisingly to see that his number also has same problem - National Roaming charges from M&G circle

                                    I would like to see how and when will Vodafone resolve my problem

                                    Hi Vodafone colleague,

                                    I got a call from someone (who was mentioning, he was from Vodafone). He asked to me to give my ATM card details so money can be reverted back.

                                    I understood that this is hoax call. I gave it to my neighbor who is in legal dept. He asked him to give his Vodafone ID details, but caller was fake so he immediately spoke rashly and cut the call.

                                    I'm not sure how does this complaint details reaches to hoax within a minute of submitting complaint, instead of Vodafone dept.

                                    If I keep on getting this kind of trouble, I will have no option but to take help from legal dept
