My mobile no. [protected] got lost yesterday, please block it. Yesterday i lost my cell phone along with that i had lost my vodafone no. [protected]. It was taken from bangalore vodafone store. Kindly block it as soon as possible so that other people might not use it. Also please not that any calls made after 6:15 pm yesterday are not mine since i lost the phone then

    I have paid my bill on 29th march 2017 and its been 20 days vodafone is not updating my bill payment because i have requested to port ! i have filed complain over 100 times with all the proof like my transaction id, bank statement through mail and call . Visited vodafone stores, called nodal desk, vodafone gujarat head office and customer care but even after 20 days there is no solution ! and now they will discontinue my services !
    Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

    If you request not solved yet means take up the matter to TRAI with all documentary proof and claim some monetary benefit from them. Mail id for complaint against service provider / carrier is "[protected]@trai.gov.in" (TRAI mail id).

    Even after sending a official mail to vodafone, after settling all the outstanding amount, vodafone is still continuing the bill generation process. We have got official confirmation from vodafone that our connection will be disconnected as response to the mail Which we sent for disconnection.
    I came across some problem of deduction of balance from my account. Unnecessarily VAS has been activated to my number and then balance is deducted continuously . I did not applied for any value added service.
    Around Rs. 250 has been deducted from my number without intimation.

      He is calling peoples and using the words which are against the constitution of India. Kindly block him as soon as possible.
      He is getting the account details of the bank of their customers and calling them and asking their pin codes etc. Also he called me and i lost 10000 in my account

          Dear JP Mundkur,

          Requesting you to help me to resolve this problem
          I have been visiting Vodafone store, taking over phone with Vodafone customer service, sending endless emails to Nodal office and corporate mail id since last 4 months.
          Despite of several request this ppl are not even bothered to revert back. Charging for unnecessary bill.
          I am tired now, pls help. They have barred my outgoing since last more than a month, incoming has been barred, getting thousands of calls for making bill payments, I have explained this issue to more than 50 ppl in last 4 months and sent more than 100 reminder mails, what should I do to get it resolved.

          This is the final email I am sending for settlement of this dispute, if you are not able to resolve pls take this as a request to discontinue my all 6 connection of Vodafone.

          It’s not my mistake if you guys do not have proper system and for god’s sake pls stop harassing customers for no reason. Its more than 3 months I am facing this issue but there is no sign of relief.

          I was committed by Vodafone staff in our premises that you will not be charged post consumption of 2GB data your speed will be reduced so from 250 bill I started getting 2500 bill. I was shocked and surprised I had to take a half day from office to visit Vodafone gallery cuz you ppl can’t resolve anything on phone, after spending 2 hours in gallery, I was promised I will not be charged for any access amount, your 98 Rs plan will be continued and got reversal of some charges, next month same thig happened and again got bill of approx. 2000 had to visit gallery they gave some reversal and promised it won’t happen again, after that again repeated the same mistake and then for entire 1 month I kept sending emails on corporate.Assist Id, more than 25 reminder I sent, no proper response.
          Again had to visit gallery and now they said they we have already given you reversal twice now we cant give any reversal.
          I had deactivated my internet plan despite of that you ppl are charging 299 Rs rental, isn’t in insane?

          Is this my mistake if you ppl are charging unnecessarily, he accepted also that mistake is from our end but we can not give any reversal, what the hell it is?

          Whats goin on I am unable to understand.

          I was told at the start that after 2 gb I will not get charged for the extra data used
          But then too I have been getting charged for the same . I had already raised the dispute previously in your store
          They had reversed the amount twice and was told that now I wont be charged but then too have charged for the same .

          I have been sending mails on Corporate. Assist daily for a month but no response, I am sending mails to nitin since last one week but as always no response. We visit galleries and staff will commit things which is not at all possible for them to deliver at least in this birth .
          Such a pathetic and poor service provider Vodafone is and specially its staff.
          Why do you ppl take salary for free when you don’t even work.

          My out going service is deactivated, what the hell it is? Should we do our work or just follow up with you guys???

            I have been using Vodafone service from last 10 years with number [protected].

            1.I have given a number to port out request on[protected]

            2.In gallery on[protected] Leader inform me about special offer for the number at 349 rs all calls free and 8gb data a month

            3. After no receipt of feedback i have been to Vodafone gallery whereby I was informed that first request needs to be made for change then only special offer plan will start. I made a request again then after 48hrs time they had told me it will get done ie by[protected].

            4. On non receipt of any feedback i mailed to nodal officer and from him received a mail confirming that your request had been processed and plan change effective from[protected] which i regret and told to undertake effect from[protected] but after some negotiate they had only waived rental part for such days.

            .5. Still i was ok but when i saw in Vodafone app with details of my plan it showed me 399 double dhamaka plan switch for which i haven't requested at all. i had reagain send a request to nodal official and awaiting reply.

            345 offer is to woste internet speed in Coimbatore tamilnadu.

                After applying porting (one year back) i visited vodafone store to pay the bill, at that time i have to pay around 250 i think so, asked them to cut from my deposited money which is having 500rs deposit with them and asked them to give me the remaining money, but they said you will get cheque after 1month. i dont know what rubbish is going on there. I left from there as they said your money will be debited for ur depsoit remaining you will get cheque after 1month. i lost my phone when i was travelling, few days later i got bill stating you have to pay 2000+ rs, i cant pay that i was not used by me. so i dont want to pay. i anyone wants to force me to pay, i will pay after vijay mallya pay to banks, and banks cleared some cores of money to vijay mallya, i want banks to collect all the money from him.

                    I raised a request for porting code on vodafone so that i can switch to any other network, and after that every hour i have been receiving call (6 times in total) from customer care, asking about my problem, and whenever am about to relay my problem, they are disconnecting the call. I have attached a screenshot of the same.

                    Moreover, on 31st apr, 2017, i raised similar porting code request, and submitted my documents to my new to-be-activated service provider, but as vodafone did not release me, i was not accepted by my new service provider.
                    At that very time too, i received calls asking about my issue, and i explained each and everything, but still my number was not released. For that very reason i again raised a portability request, on 17th-apr, 2017 after which the above issue began.

                    I am facing alot of network connectivity issues in bhubaneswar from vodafone, and other rural areas around, where i go travelling.

                    Please look into the request.

                        On 17th of april 2017 at around 03:05 pm vodafone india deducted 150 rupees unnecessary for the service which i did not subscribed (service name - TV all channel pack). I want my money to be refunded as soon as possible. There are many similar complaint as i have seen on the complain box. Vodafone India should look into this matter seriously as there are many similar complaint which is not expected from your company, otherwise you loose your customers.

                            15 day back i convert my Vodafone prepaid no.to postpaid Vodafone no.(port in ) from pune location circle.
                            At present my un billed amount automatically increasing up to rupee 230 under my Vodafone zone app, with out activating any vas(value added services) services by me.

                            If this is the way of your company for charging unofficial amount which we are not using your connection in future.

                            This type of fraud by charging extra amount is not exceptable.

                            I already called so many time to the customer care but they are not ready to.listen my complain .They all the time transfer my call from 1 location to another,

                            Please find the SS(screen shot for your refrances) mention in the attachment and please deactivate my account i m not continue with this type of fraud telecom provider company.

                            It’s with unpleasant experience, I am compelled to write to you about this episode.
                            As previous I already raise do many complained against Vodafone Fake commitment and Not able to do there service on Time. This is a clear case of cheating the consumer. I'm pursuing a legal option to take this up in the consumer court to fight this as this is completely false commitment being levied to My Corporate Company.
                            I decided to port My both no to Vodafone. I contacted vodafone customer care on my Office and talked to mr. Subod. He offered a plan of rs. 499 Red plan for both my Vodafone no with unlimited calling and 21 GB data with 2gb high speed 4g data for lifetime billed per month.

                            I agreed, executive hence came to my home the same day. To my surprise, the executive informed that they r offering 15 gb data only for 3 months, and hence i called back the customer care and tried to confirm again the bill plan. Another surprise came my way, this time a lady with name neha told me that only 6 gb is offered in this plan.

                            Three personnel from the same company with three different sayings. I was shocked. After that I raise a consumer complaint
                            After 5 min. Another call came from vodafone and expressed apology and said that it was executive mistake. So i asked once again about the plan. This time, the same plan became of rs. 399. What the # these vodafone people do. I was furious but felt laughing on their reponses. Totally unprofessional, foolish customer care service.

                              I am regular user of above sim since last three month. On 16th april 2017 i had borrowed an loan of rupees 10. Out of these 10 rs. I had spent hardly rs.2-3. The balance of rupees has been deducted from my sim in an unauthorized way. On enquiry of the same i was not given an satisfactory reply by the vodafone customer care. Pl investigate the same

                                I have shifted my 10 yr old post-paid no to pre-paid one in 10th dec'16. 10th of every month was my bill generation date, but the bill was not showing in the system, so whatever due it was showing, i had to pay the total.

                                On 16th jan, i received following:
                                Monday, january 16, 2017 5:06 pm
                                To: debasree das
                                Subject: refund notification

                                Dear customer,
                                This is with reference to your vodafone postpaid mobile number [protected]with relationship number[protected].

                                It’s been a pleasure having you as our valued customer. We would like to thank you for giving us an opportunity to serve you.

                                Your refund for the mentioned postpaid mobile number has been processed. The net amount payable to you has been arrived as follows:

                                A. Total deposit paid by you: 0

                                B. Less balance amount due from you: -159.[protected]

                                C. Less other adjustments/cancellation fee: 0

                                D.net amount payable to you: 159.[protected]

                                Your refund details:

                                Cheque no: 0, cheque amount: rs. 159.[protected], cheque date: 1/16/2017 drawn on: standard chartered

                                You should receive the cheque within 10 working days.

                                Neither i received the cheque, nor it was ever en-cashed! I have written 7 emails to customer care & no response till date!

                                You do not value your customer. Not that rs 159 matters to me or you.
                                This is theft & fraud.

                                I need an action urgently!
                                I will certainly quit all 3 vodafone nos now, which is being used by my family!

                                  Pathetic customer services.

                                  The system keeps barring of the number even if you were not successful in reachout to the customer care.
                                  Once barred had to wait for weeks to gether to get unbarred
                                  Cannot reachout to the customer care at all

                                  I can reachout to customer care from anther phone i.e., as Airtel or other services opting the option of new connection request. Only then they respond and we can catch the customer care. Pathetic services

                                  Even when we call them, their response is pathetic. They never try to understand the customers. The escalation matrix kept is waste. They are even more a bigger Idiots.
                                  Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                  i'm STRUGGLING to get my Postpaid no converted to prepaid ([protected])

                                  No help from Customer desk in spite of repeated follow up email to corporatecare.[protected]@vodafone.com

                                  No help either to provide nearest Vodafone store address location.

                                    I converted my prepaid sim to postpaid on 07.04.17. The sim got activated but from 10.04.17 im not getting internet facility. Sine then i have been calling ur customer care but not getting any positive reply from them yet.

                                    The only reply which i get is that internet facility is unavailable due to some technical reason. Your executive ms. Ankita & vaibhav assured me that it will get activated within 24 hours but its been a week now neither i received any call form your side nor did the internet facility got activated.

                                    Why the hell do you provide such kind of service??? You can contact me on [protected]. Hope some positive reply atleast here

                                      Vadofone activated somethinh callled Value added Service and I didn't notice my bill for years.This has been going on years and looted lot of monet from me. I never asked for VAS, but customer Service gave some wiered reason of visiting some sites for activating this.

                                      I need all my refunds and and apology for making a loyal customer fool over years.I also think this is a scam. I called the Customer Service Team and asked to create a ticket for the same, which they didn't.

                                      Hi my number is [protected]. Vodafone has charged me over 100 rupees for value added services for the month of march and i have paid it. However they some how spammed my number with their messages and for the month of April I have been charged over 500 rupees. When i call they provided me a reason stating Java script running in my phone but however i have a secondary sim for data and i never even used vodafone for calling purpose.

                                      Please note my base plan is 199 and i have been charged over 800 out of which over 500 rupees is VAS. I want them to rectify this problem if not i am sure i will go to all public forum with the appropriate proofs and make people aware of their unethical business model (Feel betrayed for being a loyal customer to Vodafone)
                                      I have been looted by Vodafone too in the name of value added services. They slide in these unknown charges in the bill which customers tend to ignore for a very long time, but how can service provider who’s been around for so long cheat customers by doing such petty things. Such a shame.

                                      After 15 years of service with Vodafone I decided to move on to other providers after I noticed this scam.
