    I am using vodafone postpaid connection. My name is pankaj soni. Email : pnkj. [protected]@gmail.com. My complaints are as follows :

    1. I was using this number in karnataka circle till december 2016.in january 2017 i got ported it to rajasthan circle & had cleared all the outstanding bills at the time of getting new sim from the vodafone store situated at nursery circle in jaipur. I paid the last bill of karnataka circle by swiping my debit card at the nursery circle store.

    But even after that the same amount has been added in my bills & sent to me. I have sent mails with the screenshot as a proof of the payment on "corporatecare. [protected]@vodafone.com", "vodafone. [protected]@gmail.com", "pavan. [protected]@vodafone.com". & apart from that countless times i have explained the problems i have been facing to them, but it is of no use.

    2. There has been some issue with internet connectivity since the time i got ported the number to rajasthan circle. These jaipur people never told me that in jaipur i will not be able to use 4g data connectivity on my iphone 5c due to some reasons 4g connectivity is not supported in rajasthan for iphone 5c phone, this i got to know from one of the customer care agents to whom i complained about the issue.

    The other problem is that the network mode is changed automatically from 3g to 2g while using internet. Then again i have to change the setting to 2g & switch back to 3g after which my phone takes a while to change the data speed, which is very very frustrating.

    3. I have very poor connectivity at the place of my residing. There are lot of call droppages, poor voice quality etc.

    All the above mentioned problems are since january 2017. I have explained them to many employees of vodafone. But these people are showing very careless & unprofessional attitude on this matter, they do not keep any records of the complaints of the customer & every time the customer has to repeat everything to a new company employee.

        Vodafone india — complaint regarding vodafone deduction for gaana khazana

        On april 18, 2017 vodafone deducted rs. 35 from my account ([protected]) for a service "gaana khazana" i did not subscribe for and again on same date rs. 45 is deducted from my account for the activation of service "dwap_vid0045_hollystoref_a". That is total rs (35+45)= rs80 is deducted from my account in 1 days for the services i did not even subscribe for and this is happening every 2 months bill. Earlier i have complained regarding this topic to vodafone care. So, kindly i request you to refund my money of rs.80 and request you to avoid this kind o[censored]nwanted subscriptions.

          Hi,
          I'm a customer to you guys from past i don't know how many years and i'm having a network issue from the month of january and since then i wanted to talk with retentions and i have been calling your call centres for about 8 to 10 times abbout the same everytime they simply ask me to wait for 24 hours. But on 21st april in night i again called to check about this and was talking with you guys and where the guys on phone very arrogant and then when i was talking about the same issue with your floor manager he said his name is srikant and then he was also arrogant and abusive and hung up over me. Then i called back once again but i was simply kept on hold for 30 minutes. Is this the customer service a customer who is paying you bills should get if yes then this is indeed the poorest service provider which doesn't even know how to respect customers emotions or feelings.

                349 recharge

                I have recharge my mobile by 349 offer and I got massage also but didn't get talk time. When I make a call sound came that u don't have value money so I did a call to customer care but they had not attended my call. I had spend a long period of 4 hours but no customer care executive received my call this was disgusting for me.please register my complain and solve it immediately because I m totally fed up by ur services....

                  Dear Sir/ Madam

                  i recently ported my airtel to Vodafone, seeking the better data from your end. but i am sorry to say i was totally misled.
                  I was having a family plan in airtel with 2 nos ([protected] and [protected]) which was using the same plan of 1200mins talk time and 5 GB data.
                  Vodafone care team offered me 699 red plan +99 red plan for linking both nos. with 8 GB data and unlimited talk time.
                  initial team has informed me to subscribe 699 plan for both the nos. and then next day they will convert the other no.with 99 rs plan, but till date i didn’t get any respond form your team.
                  Again, i went to Vodafone gallery, i had informed there that if i opt for family plan then only 2 gb data and 1000min talk time will be applicable. Now I will have to pay both bills of 699 each, The lady I am speaking with are Anjali, sapna, Poonam ([protected] and[protected].

                      I have opted a plan which gives me 4 gb of 4g data every month. Vodafone is charging 499 rs for the same. but in real I am getting only 1 gb and then my data speed is getting dropped. Vodafone is charging me incorrectly and despite of several communications made Vodafone is not responding.

                      I am getting incorrectly charged.

                              I am so disturbed using Vodafone services.

                              Your customer care service is wrost. Executives just speak in manner, but do nothing about your problem.

                              Wow Vodafone.

                              Come back to problem, In any month, if I activated any net plan and specifically mentioned, that it must not auto renew, you deduct charges for 1 day of next bill cycle. What the hell is wrong with your System. Or you specifically put a command to steal money of a customer.

                              System problem can be understood, as its repeted from last many months, but when I go to Cust. Care executives, they just refused to waive off charges. Do you put somthing with their incetives, that if they make refund, it will be deducted from his salary.

                              I am facing this problem repeatedly from last many months.

                              What the hell is that. Do your cust. Care exe. Think I am getting salary for these calls just like them.

                              I just spoke to Mr. Jhalaram from your cust. care exe. team. He just dont want to help. He just made a complain. I asked him, why you cant waive it off, the same is refunded everymonth, its your system error and not my fault, He just said, he wont refund. I asked him reason, he said, no reason but I am creating a complain and I wont process a waiver.

                              Hats off to your cust. care service team.

                              At last, just refund my my money, or I will sue you thiefs.

                                I have 1.3 gb data balance and i recharge with 28 rs. On 25.03.2017 at 00:52 hrs. (75 mb for 28 days) plan before due date but my balance data lost. (Not carry forward). I also talk with costmer care of vodafone about this issue and as per him you gate balance but finely i can not gate it. Also my phone costmer care service stop by vodafone.

                                On 17th april I had about 520 mb data in my account. Before the expiry of the plan I did a recharge of Rs 27 which is 75 MB.But my previous data balance was not carried forward. After the recharge my data balance showed only 75mb left. 520Mb data was gone after the recharge. Please help me as I have not got proper response from the customer care.

                                    I mailed this earlier on dated 14/04/2017 but no reply came from Vodafone India.It is embarrassing o[censored]sing Vodafone sim.If this time my complaint and money of Rs.75 not get return to my phone number account I will change the sim company to other mobile sim.
                                    On 13/04/17 When i was just open a internet for a 20 sec Rs.40 has been deducted and again 14/04/17 when just open for a movie downloading site Rs.35 has been deducted and a message came that it's AVG Antivirus pro pack is now active. I don't need all these things I just want my money back to my account.
                                    Try to solve as soon as possible it happened already four times but they not solve it so i request you to solve this tim
