I am so disturbed using Vodafone services.
Your customer care service is wrost. Executives just speak in manner, but do nothing about your problem.

Come back to problem, In any month, if I activated any net plan and specifically mentioned, that it must not auto renew, you deduct charges for 1 day of next bill cycle. What the hell is wrong with your System. Or you specifically put a command to steal money of a customer.
System problem can be understood, as its repeted from last many months, but when I go to Cust. Care executives, they just refused to waive off charges. Do you put somthing with their incetives, that if they make refund, it will be deducted from his salary.
I am facing this problem repeatedly from last many months.
What the hell is that. Do your cust. Care exe. Think I am getting salary for these calls just like them.
I just spoke to Mr. Jhalaram from your cust. care exe. team. He just dont want to help. He just made a complain. I asked him, why you cant waive it off, the same is refunded everymonth, its your system error and not my fault, He just said, he wont refund. I asked him reason, he said, no reason but I am creating a complain and I wont process a waiver.
Hats off to your cust. care service team.
At last, just refund my my money, or I will sue you thiefs.
Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
On 17th april I had about 520 mb data in my account. Before the expiry of the plan I did a recharge of Rs 27 which is 75 MB.But my previous data balance was not carried forward. After the recharge my data balance showed only 75mb left. 520Mb data was gone after the recharge. Please help me as I have not got proper response from the customer care.
