I have been using vodafone fo 10 years now i realize that vodafobe take new way to cheat customers. I got an offer that 2gb 3g or 4g with v2v calls. I also recharged the same but now I'm getting not even an 2g speed data too but its showing H+ speed. I had contacted the customer care and conveyed my problem buy they just blurred my issue.and they told me that their network is covered in my location. Ok, i agree that but now I'm in chennai alwarpet but here also the problem persist. Then i confirmed myself that vodafone is cheated me and stealing my money. And one more thing usually vodafone is proving their forgery by putting my number in blacklist when i tried to contact customer care. If my problem i not solved i give a open challenge to u and consider a life time achivement to port min 2000 vodafone customers to other networks.

    Dear sir/ madam,

    My vodafone prepared sim was active till last february 2017, but suddenly, it was deactivated in march with out any intimation. Since i am currently out of town so asked my wife to visit vodafone store to submit documents and re activate my mobile number [protected], but they told it can't be done as they have given this number in the market.
    Using this number for last 8 years being in kolkata, i am very disappointed to see such irresponsible behavior from a company like vodafone.
    I know i can't do anything at this moment, but will spread this information as far as possible to all social media and twitter and zee helpline staff to make alert and awareness about vodafone

        Sir,
        in my mobile no [protected], the offer was in RS 345 call and one GB data with 4G speed for 28 days free.

        I recharged with rs 345 then calling working but but internet speed is very slow I work like 2G

        I call to customer care and tell him my problem he tell me for Vodafone setting but after setting my mobile internet not work speedily
        I called to customer care 6-7 time but he say I will work but my internet not working seepdily

        my network place is garhi cantt Dehradun

          Hi Vodafone team,
          i took a postpaid plan of Rs 499.I am getting bill of rs 1871.06.
          Extra charges are value added services which is automatically activated without my knowledge(Rs 210)and content downloads charge of rupees 1018.00.I request you not to activate any automatic services and what is extra content download charge.If i have to pay extra, why i have taken data benefits from your company.I want you to minimise the bill as i have not used that much internet and bill is coming huge.Otherwise i have switch to other network connection.

              Hi,

              The mobile internet is working for my number for last 4 days and I have received only 1 call from Vodafone to resolve the issue but that also was information purpose only. Have called in the customer care multiple time but none of the executive is able to solve the problem. The service request was registered [protected] and I was told the SLA is 7 days which is ridiculous. There is priority on customer issues and really disappointed with the service.

                I have a vodafone number [protected]. I got it converted from postpaid to prepaid in march 17 after having used it as postpaid for over 3 years. It got blocked last month suddenly without having received any prior intimation or information. On visit to voda stores i was informed that number of sim issued on my id have exceeded the statutory limits. On verifying those number vodafone people informed that those numbers were issued on my id due to mistake and my number is blocked permanently. Now they issued sim on two occassions for same number but none has worked. I have lost all my important communication since then resulting in non payment of my income tax and service tax, non payment of insurance premium as all intimation would have come on that number and all my bank payment are linked on mobile. Request vodafone to get my number activated.

                  This in reference to when I had been given offer to use 1 GB internet and last bill I was charged additional Rs 299 and had it reversed after moving from 1 Dept to another, each passing the buck and not trying to resolve my issues. Which took almost 1 hour.
                  The same goes with the online chat not able to explain my advance rental reversal, instead highlights my reversal amount. My query is as below.

                  1) explain when I had changed my plans what happens to the advance rental paid by me on my first bill.

                  2) why my issues are not resolved at the first instance and they transfer my call and shun responsibilities.

                  3) as per the VF app screenshot, when can I start using the 8 GB and what are the hidden costs involved, or the terms. Confirm the same on mail..(screen shots attached)
                  I have send a second reminder and no revert from them after waiting for 3 says

                  The above complain was reverted by the Vodafone associate informing that the advance rental will be reversed and asked me to send the proof, instead of they investigating. I send the same and again by. Mail the associate came to square one explains the reversal of the current billing. This is becoming annoying when one understands the other messes the issue. Someone please help.

                  If you complaint not solved after discussing with customer care, suite the same question to Vodafone with RTI Act. They have to answer for it.

                  Dear Dear Ernie,

                  Write a letter with same content as above and affix the Rs.10 Revenue stamp on it (Photo copy of letter to kept with you for further reference). Send the same to Vodafone office through Registered Post (May be used for Track the package). After reach the Vodafone office wait for 10 to 15 days for reply. If you have not received any reply from them means file a complaint in RTI office and do the needful.

                      Today, on 13.04.2017, vodafone has deducted rs.35/- from my balance in mobile no. [protected] (Tamilnadu)
                      Aying i have requested for tube world pack. I have not requested any such pack knowingly. On my messaging them
                      Through their toll free number 155223, they say tube world pack has been deactivated. But i have not yet received
                      Rs.35/- back. I request vodafone to return rs.35/- as soon as possible.

                        ‪Hi all vodafone user recently vodafone had launched 342 plan.It's competitive offer and I hope might happy with offer and value for money beside I'm happy with the offer.But what happened is my balance was getting low everyday but I'm unaware Y? It is for so enquired about it they told that I had charged 3rs twice for a that day for using data but I had not consumed the data as per plan and the executive explained that at the time of data renewal if data is ON it will get charge.(If 23:59:00 data gets end and 00:00:00 gets renewed btwn that time it's chargeable)so my concern is about like me their might be some people. It is to awake the people like me. Some might think that just 6rs, but it is not about the money from me it's 6rs like me their are so many user's of same plan.but totally it is around 20+rs deducted and I got that money refunded.‬

                            I here by want to register a complaint about Vodafone customer service and Vodafone mini store located at prime mall, andher(w). I join Vodafone Mumbai for their daily one gb net and unlimited call plan .! After successfully porting to Vodafone Mumbai.! When I proceed to make recharge for 347 customer care service call attendant told me to make first regcharge from Vodafone mini store only . When i went to Vodafone mini store at above location and told them to make first recharge he asked my number and without asking which recharge he made 1st recharge of 74 and i lost ma plan which was going to there for 1 year.! After talking to him and customer care service they told me to wait for few day by that time i will get my scheme on *121# but nothing appear.! After few days i recived msg on my number as shown in image about recharge of 348 from Vodafone. With old issues before recharging I went to same Vodafone mini store. They told me that no such recharge is available. After complaining to coustomer service they told me that because of old mistakes they can help us with me and they have one more recharge for me of same type .! He was going to talk with the mini store attendant who made mistake of 74 recharge and he will provide me one more plan .! But they cut my phone when it was on hold .! When again i called them they told me tht they are not responsible what their previous attendant told me and they were not ready to give me his name .! He told me that he will send me one email id where i can compalain but no such message was recived .
                            It was such a bad experience with Vodafone .! They are sending fake messages to their coustomer which type of recharge is not available.! So we will waste our money.! Even no responsibilities what coustomer care told me .! It is totally unfair for me .! Wasting of time and money. I hope they will read this and provide me what I deserve and take action against Vodafone mini store and coustomer care service call attendant.!

                              I have done prepaid recharge of Rs 83/- through freecharge. Transaction code is FCVA[protected] DATED 14/03/2017. But till date the same is not credited to my mobile nor the amount is added to my freecharge account.You are requested to do the needful immediately and confirm the same as soon as possible. I have made complaints to freecharge company also vide ticket no1385685 but they have also not credited this amount to my freecharge account.

                                  I have submitted my request to convert my mobile number from postpaid to prepaid on Mar 24 2017. Till date(Apr 13 2017)even after contacting customer care multiple times they did not convert my number.Today they are asking me to pay one more month bill to convert even though I did not use it from Mar 24 on which my billing period ended.

                                    I am vodaphone service user. I notice that whenever I recharge For Rs.50. I received talktime for only Rs. 40.48, service tax Rs. 6.52, AccessFee Rs.3 and new balance ... I am using this service since 3 years. No. Of times I recharge similar way. I want to know is is cusomer's loss each time what accessfee declared.

                                    I want to know who collect this accessfee .

                                        So i requested for changing my postpaid number's address at the vodafone store (Mayur vihar, new delhi 110091) on friday, 7th april 2017. I submitted the rent agreement as suggested by the customer care agent i spoke to the night before. I was told that after 72 hours i will get a call for verification, but didn't get any. Since then i'm calling vodafone to help me out with this but they are just failing to do so. On the 12th april evening, i again called vodafone and after a very long conversation with the customer care representative, i was told that there might be some problems with the documents i have submitted. So he suggested me to send my documents (Rent agreement, id proofs, passport sized photo) to vodafonecare. [protected]@vodafone.com. Still waiting for the revert on that mail. My problem is not that my issue is not resolved yet. I understand very well that problems may occur now and then, my issue here is, why vodafone is not telling me about the problem so that i can resolve it? It's their job to let the customer know that there are some issues. This is really unprofessional and very disappointing. I had to submit the my vodafone bill with the new address somewhere and i have faced so much embarrassment because of vodafone.
