I m corporate employee and using your service alst 6.5 years. Now in unsatisfied due to without my knowledge charges in last two billing cycles internet charges (2800rs and 1400rs). A nd your barnala stores agreed to reimburse only 70 %.

Now we require full reimburse hope you corporate.

O that we have use your service in futurea nd also suggest others.

    I'm satish bn ([protected]) from bangalore
    For the vodafone bill period 20.03.2017 to 19.04.2017 added value added service charges 35 (For cell9_tubeworld) + taxes applied for me.
    I never requested this service. It automatically gets activated and says, activated, send sms to stop it. I sent the sms.
    But charges applied 35 + taxes. I'm expecting my money back.
    Please refund it next bill.
    Cheating does not run for long time

      With reference to my above mobile no, i had asked for a change of monthly tariff plan from easy 375 to 199 plan in first week of march 2017 which i was told had a 350 mb data included with additional free data offer also as additional for loyal customers.

      I had shifted to a lower tariff plan to reduce my monthly costs on mobile bills. I had specifically asked the call agent that since i am using whatsapp on the said mobile no. I should have a plan which includes data, the call agent had reconfirmed that the 199 plan has 350 mb data included with a further free data which was not specified. (As the company was working on offering free data to existing customers to counter reliance jio’s offer)

      I now find that i had been billed for a plan which do not offer the data at all and my bill amount as calculated by vodafone has shotup beyond rs.2000. The offered 199 plan should have included 350 mb data pack which had been promised to me when i had changed my plan in march 2017 and would have kept my bill amount to not more than rs.300. I feel that the vodafone company had cheated me by billing for the plan 199 which didn't include data and send me inflated bill. On inquiry with vodafone in april i was told that the 199 pack with 350 mb data plan which was offered is not presently available and the call agent denied any such data pack on offer. If this is what is being done to a customer like me who has asked specifically for a lower pack plan including data, i wonder what the common customer will be billed.

      I wish the vodafone company to go through the full conversation recording of the call agent when i had specifically asked for a lower tariff pack with data in march.

      Kindly look into the matter and withdraw the inflated bill for the wrong pack offer and billed to me failing which i shall persue the matter with trai and the telecom ministry independently.

        I am unable to port out my number out of vodafone network. I send lot of messages to 1900 as PORT XXXXXXXXX where X is my mobile number, however i get not delivered message everytime. I called customer care and they cant help it seems, they trying to sel lme some other offers instead of porting, One customer care lady said use PORT number without space, which is wrong. Just giving excuses.
        I visited Vodafone gallery, they said me to call customer care and they cant help, so not sure why does the gallery even exist ? Just to sell cards with no issues solving ?
        My number is now blocked by vodafone to call customer care.
        My only option left is to open an compliant against vodafone through TRAI or PMO.

        Worst ever service.

          In my village since last 2 year we have major problems of networking problem we suffer more due to network problem my village people try to reach you but due to less information they can't

          My village is not to far from your network tower it's just 3 km far from my village then after I got this issue it's very bad I try to contact with my family from Australia but always I can reach there I always spent 30 min to talk with them but I can't that's a reason to I am complaining you my village people try to proteblity to other network providers but all have same issue accept idea network

            I got below message from vodafone-
            "Hello! MMovies pack is now active on your number, as requested.This service is valid till[protected] and a 30 days rental of Rs.150 has been deducted.Your current Balance post service activation is Rs.46.45.To deactivate SMS STOP to or call 155223(toll free).To Download Free Content Click http://180.179.103.247/sub/?id=5277"

            Even though i had not sent any message rs 150 were deducted from my balance. This is ridiculous.

            Please take some strict action against Vodafone. Please revert back my balance.

              My Vodafone postpaid number [protected]. I haven't activated any VAS services but they are charging me 140 RS/month for that. I tried many times to contact customer care on call but no one is picking the call. This is totally unfair and they are looting like anything. Please deactivate the services or deactivate the number itself. I haven't seen such a waste mobile service provider in my life.

                      For some reason (I using jio now want to switch to my old vodafone ) I can not use my vodafone sim for 1month, when I need to use that sim on my mobile, it was blocked by vodafone...without any kind of information they do it.                         Please refer the chain of trailing mails in this regard. I am surprised by the ignorance shown by Vodafone in this regard.
                        My [protected] number of corporate plan was blocked in Feb 17 due to non-payment of bill of May 2016. I visited Vodafone gallery in Thane & asked for duplicate bill. Also all subsequent payments of that number have been made by me on SMS those were sent. After that I raised the complaint with corporate assist. They sent me duplicate bills by email on 2nd April 2017. The said pending amount INR 549 is of May 2016 for which I received bill on 12th April 2017.
                        This and other bills were never sent to me earlier but still after May 2016 I have made all the payments. The greatest irony is the unpaid bill number is still working now where as my [protected] & [protected](Data card) is blocked although their bills are not pending.
                        When there is a delay of 1 day in bill payment, Vodafone charges INR 100 as fine but when there is lapse from Vodafone of 11 months in delivering the bill my numbers are blocked.
                        No one can remember whether eleven month back the payment is done or not.I need to check all my credit card statements, bank accounts for payment.

                        The lapse of vodafone is not punished but the customer is made to suffer.

                        Also Vodafone has not bothered to response to trailing mails

                          Maine customer care se internet ke baare mai kuch madad mangi lekin customer care galat suchana di unke kahe anusaar kiya to 113 rs main balance and 2gb data kat liya gaya us mater mai customer care se kai samprak kiya lekin hamesa alag alag log phon uttend karte hai aur kahate ki 24 hour mai balance and 2gb data wapish aa jayega likin pichle 5 dino se galat suchana de rahe hai mai Vodafone ka bahut purana customer hu 2 sim postpaid and 2 sim prepaid istemaal karata lekin prepaid customer care sahi suchna nahi dete hai isliye mai ya to meri madad kare nahi to meri 4 sim port karane ka kast kare

                            At the end of the month March _17, i went to Vodafone store in ankleshwar to convert my post paid sim card to prepaid .They told me to come at starting of month april .I went on 2nd april -17 with all necessary docs. at Vodafone mini store held at GIDC ankleshwar .I submitted my docs and a application for prepaid sim .They gave me 2 sim and told me that it will be activate in 2 working days .i paid all due bill and extra 30 rupees for 2 days more now it is about to end of month april 4-5 times I visited Vodafone mini store and 5-6 times I made calls to customer care they are not giving me satisfactory answer asking for more bill amount and asking for resubmission of docs. after 20 days now what should I do ? .

                              I recharged my number on 17 April by rs 352 but till date your data is not working on my mobile. I tried multiple time to contact your customer care but they are unable to solve my problem. I have Delhi number [protected] and now I am in Rajasthan and I receive my data plan that is active on my number but I couldn't use this. Now service to contact your customer care through 198 or 199 is barred on my number. Who will solve my problem. If you haven't any solution then refund my amount. I am waiting your response positively otherwise I am forced to take legal action against you.

                                I have a phone from Kolkata, which I lost in Pune. I could block the phone number, I got a SIM card from Vodafone office in Pune for Kolkata number but they are not activating the number for last 48 hours. Their customer support can only say that 'visit the vodafone office', which I have done 2 times already without any result but lots of false promises

                                        Hi this is to bring to your notice that I had called Vodafone customer service twice for a refund as the internet was not working at all for me. I talked to some "pooja" first and she could not connect me to her supervisor. Then I called after two days and I was transferred to technical team, who did not even pick the phone.had to be on line for 15 minutes. I just wanted the company to get another plan with the same money. I am frustrated with the services as I have been a customer for long.
