Hi my number is [protected], when I recharged for 350 to activate 1 GB/day data pack. when I dialed *121# to activate by pressing 1 and reply with No all I got was, Believe it or not 1GB 3G/4G data everyday+Unlimited calls for 28 days. Enjoy superior network, visit nearest retailer to recharge.
However they sent another SMS stating my request for Activation of beauty fix pack is activated, and cut 90 Rs for 30 days, I had to immediately deactivate and I am trying to reach an vodofone customer care person online but unable to do so. This is not the first instance that something like this had happened to me, because I had been using vodofone for the past 10 yrs and for the last two years, they have always activated some packs in the middle of the night or while browising and then deduct money, if asked for a repayment, they don't do that, may be its time to switch to other networks, have been receiving such complaints from most vodofone users but no one is doing anything in regards to this.
Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Write a your concern to you customer care mail id along with the Cc of "[protected]@trai.gov.in" (TRAI Mail id). They will initiate suitably.
