‪Hi all vodafone user recently vodafone had launched 342 plan.It's competitive offer and I hope might happy with offer and value for money beside I'm happy with the offer.But what happened is my balance was getting low everyday but I'm unaware Y? It is for so enquired about it they told that I had charged 3rs twice for a that day for using data but I had not consumed the data as per plan and the executive explained that at the time of data renewal if data is ON it will get charge.(If 23:59:00 data gets end and 00:00:00 gets renewed btwn that time it's chargeable)so my concern is about like me their might be some people. It is to awake the people like me. Some might think that just 6rs, but it is not about the money from me it's 6rs like me their are so many user's of same plan.but totally it is around 20+rs deducted and I got that money refunded.‬

      I here by want to register a complaint about Vodafone customer service and Vodafone mini store located at prime mall, andher(w). I join Vodafone Mumbai for their daily one gb net and unlimited call plan .! After successfully porting to Vodafone Mumbai.! When I proceed to make recharge for 347 customer care service call attendant told me to make first regcharge from Vodafone mini store only . When i went to Vodafone mini store at above location and told them to make first recharge he asked my number and without asking which recharge he made 1st recharge of 74 and i lost ma plan which was going to there for 1 year.! After talking to him and customer care service they told me to wait for few day by that time i will get my scheme on *121# but nothing appear.! After few days i recived msg on my number as shown in image about recharge of 348 from Vodafone. With old issues before recharging I went to same Vodafone mini store. They told me that no such recharge is available. After complaining to coustomer service they told me that because of old mistakes they can help us with me and they have one more recharge for me of same type .! He was going to talk with the mini store attendant who made mistake of 74 recharge and he will provide me one more plan .! But they cut my phone when it was on hold .! When again i called them they told me tht they are not responsible what their previous attendant told me and they were not ready to give me his name .! He told me that he will send me one email id where i can compalain but no such message was recived .
      It was such a bad experience with Vodafone .! They are sending fake messages to their coustomer which type of recharge is not available.! So we will waste our money.! Even no responsibilities what coustomer care told me .! It is totally unfair for me .! Wasting of time and money. I hope they will read this and provide me what I deserve and take action against Vodafone mini store and coustomer care service call attendant.!

        I have done prepaid recharge of Rs 83/- through freecharge. Transaction code is FCVA[protected] DATED 14/03/2017. But till date the same is not credited to my mobile nor the amount is added to my freecharge account.You are requested to do the needful immediately and confirm the same as soon as possible. I have made complaints to freecharge company also vide ticket no1385685 but they have also not credited this amount to my freecharge account.

            I have submitted my request to convert my mobile number from postpaid to prepaid on Mar 24 2017. Till date(Apr 13 2017)even after contacting customer care multiple times they did not convert my number.Today they are asking me to pay one more month bill to convert even though I did not use it from Mar 24 on which my billing period ended.

              I am vodaphone service user. I notice that whenever I recharge For Rs.50. I received talktime for only Rs. 40.48, service tax Rs. 6.52, AccessFee Rs.3 and new balance ... I am using this service since 3 years. No. Of times I recharge similar way. I want to know is is cusomer's loss each time what accessfee declared.

              I want to know who collect this accessfee .

              please give me reply early.

                  So i requested for changing my postpaid number's address at the vodafone store (Mayur vihar, new delhi 110091) on friday, 7th april 2017. I submitted the rent agreement as suggested by the customer care agent i spoke to the night before. I was told that after 72 hours i will get a call for verification, but didn't get any. Since then i'm calling vodafone to help me out with this but they are just failing to do so. On the 12th april evening, i again called vodafone and after a very long conversation with the customer care representative, i was told that there might be some problems with the documents i have submitted. So he suggested me to send my documents (Rent agreement, id proofs, passport sized photo) to vodafonecare. [protected]@vodafone.com. Still waiting for the revert on that mail. My problem is not that my issue is not resolved yet. I understand very well that problems may occur now and then, my issue here is, why vodafone is not telling me about the problem so that i can resolve it? It's their job to let the customer know that there are some issues. This is really unprofessional and very disappointing. I had to submit the my vodafone bill with the new address somewhere and i have faced so much embarrassment because of vodafone.

                    Continuous overbilling and additional charges - value added service charges of RS119 whereas I have repeatedly called to remove the charges.
                    Bill No[protected], bill date-19.3.17. This is cheating the customers if there's some value added services which are forcefully automatically added and then when we are taking the trouble to ask to remove it, then also it is not done and additional charges are imposed

                      I have recharged for Rs 147/- best offer for 2GB data for 28 days, at morning to -day, but still now i am unable to connect internet from my sim.

                      in past same problem arises and we contact to vodafone store but no solution found till day.

                      you are requested to start internet service on my sim or refund the said amount.

                          My vodafone number is [protected]. I've not been able to get a signal for one month. Despite changing sim twice and calling multiple times, there is no response from vodafone. I'm fed up with the service. Either fix my issue or allow me to port to another network, vodafone has become increasingly pathetic and customer service is the worst. I have literally wasted hours on a wild goose chase trying to get help.

                            Dear Sir,
                            I am a loyal Vodafone postpaid customer of Vodafone since last 7-8 years because of the service it has provided me. But it is very unfortunate to see my current bill of Rs.49000/-
                            I was on an international trip from 23rd March to 2nd April. For the same reason, I was pleased to see your international plan which stated international roaming free plan-
                            500Rs/ Day
                            Incoming calls -Free
                            Outgoing calls -Rs.1/min
                            Data Charges -Rs.1/mb

                            So I applied for the plan and was happy to pay Rs.6000 for the same.
                            My dynamic monthly limit is Rs.9000, so it was very shocking to see the bill exceed by more than 400%.
                            I am charged Rs.10 per mb which is ten times more than what I was promised.
                            Your customer care executives come up with silly and stupid excuses to hide the flaw.

                            I request you to rectify the mistake and resend me the correct bill for the month.Else, I will be forced to destroy the sim card and loḍge a court case against the issue, which will also lead me to join another network operator.

                            Hoping you look into the matter as soon as possible and come up with a solution.

                              I am living in a posh area of Kanpur uttar pradesh and I am deprived of mobile network of Vodafone in my house, we have 6 numbers of vodafone and none of them receive signals when inside the house.
                              Being fed up of such situation when I tried of initiating a MNP request by sending the port request at 1900, but I was not allowed to send such request mentioning again and again failure to send the notice.
                              It seems as if vodafone has barred me from sending sms to 1900.

                                Hi.
                                This is the worst company ever in india. Its my bad that i switched to this service provider. initially i started using it with rs 350 two year back, they charged fine for few months( around 5-6 months) then they started charging me more and more. every month with some plan with unnecessary services, hidden charges, lots of tax, and many fake charges, now from past 8-9 months i m paying bills more then what i had selected for unlimited plans which is around 400-600. last month bill was more then 950, where i have selected only one unlimited plan of 499. no other plans. I visited vodafone store and personally talked with them, they assured that next time bill will be reduced and according to plan which i choose. But i didn't find any difference.
                                Also i m not getting good internet speed at my home( not even proper 3g or even 2g)
                                Last hope is to chage this service provider.
                                Please check those bill and let me know why you charged more then what i opted always.

                                    I checked my data balance before surfing @ 11th april 2017 night 11 pm & it was 250 MB balance & I downloaded game around 80 MB later I check my balance I shocked. It was only 14 rupees but it was 120 rupees. N I tried to speak Vodafone executive. He straight way told we can't help n give back d balance amount how cheating they r. I need help.

                                        I have activated vodafone 343 unlimited calling and 1gb 3g per day pack on my number [protected]. But they are giving 2g instead of 3g. I have registered complaint on vodafone customer care but they are not responding and talking rudely. Other customers using 343 plan also facing same issue. Vodafone playing this dirty game on every customer using this plan.
