Worst group of employees i have ever seen on any store. I am using two vodafone number since 2011. Visited store on March 30, 2017 to convert one of my number to prepaid from postpaid. After waiting for almost 2 hours my turn came and i narrated my issue to executive named Chetna, who was sitting on counter B(my SR No. 181). She told me to pay my balance amount of Rs.178 before processing the request. I did as she directed. She gave me a new prepaid SIM card after payment and assured that my number will be converted to prepaid in next 24-72 hours. But my number was not converted till April 04, 2017 and in this duration my new billing cycle started. I again visited the store on April 04, 2017 with my new SR No.179, i had word with the same executive (Chetna) and narrated my issue. She again gave me a new SIM card and assured that it will be active by evening. Waited two more days and till my number was not active till April 06, 2017, finally i called the executive (Chetna) on April 07, 2017 and requested her to process my request as it almost 8 days. She asked me to visit the store again and pay balance amount for new billing cycle which was generated due to her negligence. After a hot talk she finally agreed to activate the number by evening(April 07, 2017). Finally my number activated by April 08, 2017 morning. But the new problem is that she suspended my other postpaid number, called 198(inquiry no[protected] for help and to inquire the problem. They are not in position to answer as my other number is suspended since March 30, 2017 and its rental is changed from 149 to 0 without any information. They again asking me to visit store with documents and request to activate the number. All my bank OTPs and email login OTPs are coming on this number, i am not able to do any transaction since March 30, 2017. My official mails are also not accessible. The vodafone store is 17 KM away from home and it takes around 1 hour 30 minutes to reach. How can i visit the store on daily basis.
