Hi my name is ketan and my mobile number is [protected]. here i am fed up with vodafone store guys and way they do work. I went to vodafone bapunagar-2 branch in ahmedabad for my postpaid connection to convert into prepaid. I went there and paid my dues and submitted my adhar card as proof of id on 31 march 2017. I waited for couple of days and went again store to ask about my postpaid to prepaid conversion and guy said that i forgot to activate your service. I again submitted my request to finish my service and asked him to give me your store contact number and he gave me a mobile number and nobody pick the phone when i call this number-[protected]. Customer service guy name was sandeep and i am completely unhappy with this guy. I went there two times and still i get messages like visit local store submit your documents from vodafone. Today i tried to call vodafone customer care and even they stopped to serv me on phone. This is ridiculous.

    Glamour pack at35 activated at midnight.
    I deactivated it early morning next day as i don't remember having asked for it .
    Seeing a lot of complaints on this i requested for removing 35 from my bill today..to which they agreed but didn't answer my question WHAT IS GLAMOUR PACK?
    Reply is pop up come ...third party ..so on
    So not even vodafone knows what's GLAMOUR PACK

      My number is automatically activated with 2 vodafone services leading to deduction of rs. 185 from my balance. When I contacted the customer services they told that refund will be done and services will be deactivated bt I have not received my refund and now the customer care is not taking my call even after giving all the options when I choose the option for talking with the customer care executive they are saying the call can't be connected

        Worst group of employees i have ever seen on any store. I am using two vodafone number since 2011. Visited store on March 30, 2017 to convert one of my number to prepaid from postpaid. After waiting for almost 2 hours my turn came and i narrated my issue to executive named Chetna, who was sitting on counter B(my SR No. 181). She told me to pay my balance amount of Rs.178 before processing the request. I did as she directed. She gave me a new prepaid SIM card after payment and assured that my number will be converted to prepaid in next 24-72 hours. But my number was not converted till April 04, 2017 and in this duration my new billing cycle started. I again visited the store on April 04, 2017 with my new SR No.179, i had word with the same executive (Chetna) and narrated my issue. She again gave me a new SIM card and assured that it will be active by evening. Waited two more days and till my number was not active till April 06, 2017, finally i called the executive (Chetna) on April 07, 2017 and requested her to process my request as it almost 8 days. She asked me to visit the store again and pay balance amount for new billing cycle which was generated due to her negligence. After a hot talk she finally agreed to activate the number by evening(April 07, 2017). Finally my number activated by April 08, 2017 morning. But the new problem is that she suspended my other postpaid number, called 198(inquiry no[protected] for help and to inquire the problem. They are not in position to answer as my other number is suspended since March 30, 2017 and its rental is changed from 149 to 0 without any information. They again asking me to visit store with documents and request to activate the number. All my bank OTPs and email login OTPs are coming on this number, i am not able to do any transaction since March 30, 2017. My official mails are also not accessible. The vodafone store is 17 KM away from home and it takes around 1 hour 30 minutes to reach. How can i visit the store on daily basis.

          I have called coustmer care twice a day. But they hadn't helped me. a GLOUMER PACK service is activated and i have told to deactivate this service and refund money. Both coustmer care told me that you are our valuable coustmer. We will help you. Service is deactivated but they hadn' t refund my money. Sir please, i request you to see in this matter.

            These people deduct my balance every day for some package which I've not activated and when called customer care they asked me to download apps which aren't blocking any such apps. I've been calling so many times just to get my balance refunded and again it'll deduct in 2 minutes

              A balance of 35 is deducted and a service has been automatically activated named VIDEO DICTIONARY.

              This is illegal action of vodafone . I didn't demand for any service like this.
              This issue must be fixed, The companies are charging unnessesory amounts. The people of village areas are unable to complain due to lack of knowledge.
              ??? Can be Solved !!!

                I have never subscribed for the "tube world pack"! I received a message stating it has been activated and an amount of 35 has automatically been deducted. Please get this resolved immediately.
                I have never had trouble with Vodafone and have been using the company's services for over 6-7 years. I hope this is not the beginning of scam services. Thank you.

                  My mobile phone containing the above mentioned SIM card was stolen just a few hours ago in the Delhi Metro at the Rajeev Chowk Metro Station. I've already logged an eFIR with the Delhi Police. I'd be really greatful if you could block this SIM card so that it isn't used for the wrong purposes by the thieve.

                      I had recharged for special plan in Vodafone of amount Rs.345 of Validity 60Days.
                      Offers are:
                      All India Unlimited Calls (5hours capped)
                      1GB 3G/4G Data per day.
                      for 60-Days

                      Data is extremely slow even on 4G.
                      Not able to browse anything
                      3G poor worst ever.
                      Customer care support blocked my call.

                      One of the main reason for this complaint is : NO CONFERENCE CALLS
                      where as other operators JIO, AIRTEL allow conference calling services.

                      I would like to look into this issue and do the needful

                        I requested Vodafone by reaching out to the store (Ghatkopar & Bandra) to change my plan from corporate to individual. It is ridiculous to know despite I going 4 times to stores and calling 3 times on 198, there is no response yet. Each time I am told some 24 hours or few days &it is now more than 15 days that my complaints & requests are pending.

                        Each time I called the customer call, a different person picks up and they are so casual about the issues faced by us and are aware that no one in Vodafone will be taking any action against them. They simply tell me a lie that the service request will be resolved in a couple of days or 24 hours and just hang up the phone. I am helpless as I cant catch hold of them.

                        Further, the guys in store again... same issue each time I go I am told to get a token first... followed by some good waiting time... after my turn comes and my complaint is entertained the representatives simply make a note of it in their system and I get the same reply...'will be resolved in a couple of days or 24 hours and you may now leave'

                        Is this called service ?? really ? Vodafone claims to be number one network provider but I think it is just too much hyped. I am really upset about this entire thing.
                        Adding to the whole incidence, I am unfortunate that I use 6 connections of Vodafone in my name !!! I am sure if this is the case I will throw away all the sim cards and move on to other better service providers.

                          I Raman Kumar using the Vodafone no since last 2 years and my cell no. is[protected]. i am using the services of vodafone from last 2 years without any problem my average bill for the month is approx 2000 to 2500. but from last 3 months i m facing the issue with the services E.G there is some unwanted packs is automatically activated on my no.and after that there is a huge bill of net packs is raised against me despite i never use it.. know my outstanding is 5000/-.and the number is barred.pls intervene in it and resolve the problem so that i can use my number. you are free to call me on [protected] which is my cell no. if the problem resolved here only then ok otherwise i will reached the higher authorities of the company.

                              I had made a complaint regarding network about one month back. The complaint was closed without resolving it. The reason given was there was no outdoor coverage problem. As i stay indoors i get a very poor network and i am not able to talk to anyone until i get close to a window. Moreover there are frequent call drops.
                              I emailed after logging complaint with their customer care at vodafonecare.[protected]@vodafone.com regarding this problem but there has been no response.
                              In this situation since the service provider is not providing me service for which i am paying for, the entire amount, which i pay for my Postpaid plan RED499, should be refunded and problem should be resolved asap.

                                I, Dr. Rajiv Thukral, operate post-paid Vodafone no. [protected], which was on a Business Red 999 plan since inception (after porting out from Airtel)
                                On 04.03.2017, I requested my CSA Mr. Chetan Swaroop (at the Vodafone outlet in Noida) to change my plan to the newer plans available (499 unlimited), but he asked me to opt for a port out to avail the same.
                                On speaking to the customer care executive in response to the port out, I was ensured that my plan would be changed to the 499 unlimited option.
                                However, I found that I had been charged according to my previous plan (Business Red 999) when I received my phone bill on 03.04.2017, with an outstanding amount of INR 1479.11 (instead of approx. INR 650/-)
                                I immediately opted for port out (on the advise of Mr. Chetan again), and I asked customer care (on their call back) why they had not changed the plan the last month, to which the response given was 'due to a "software glitch', the plan was not changed'.
                                I urged them again (on 06.04.2017) to change the plan, which was confirmed this time by the customer care executive, and also asked for cancellation of part charges for the wrongly billed plan for the previous cycle, for which I was told I would get a call back.
                                Since I received no call back even after 48 hours, I called up customer care on 10.04.2017 and spoke with first Kuldeep, then his superior, and was informed that only INR 275/- would be credited back, to which I objected and asked clarifications for. In spite of waiting on the phone for 35min, I was not given any clarification/explanation.
                                In view of the above, I am writing to you as nodal officer to offer a reasonable solution to this issue, or I would be forced to opt out of Vodafone services.
                                I look forward to a solution to this issue (caused due to a deficiency in service by Vodafone)

                                    I upgraded my number from 3g to 4g just 3 days back on 08/04/2017, yesterday I got a message on my Vodafone number [protected] saying that namkeen pack was activated and Rs.15 deducted from my account balance as rental for 3 days. I would like you to deactivate namkeen pack and refund Rs.15 which you have deducted from my account at the earliest. I try to contact customer care but it was of no use so if you fail to do my request than I don't have any other option other than changing my number because it was like cheating and stealing from me without my knowledge.Kindly look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest.

Sir, I have requested many times to change my rental plan to rs. 124 from existing plan but the executives could not able to do the same. I had given application in your Vodafone Care Bhiwani office in October 2016 and the assure me to change my rental plan within next 7 days But still it is 375. I called a numbers of times in customer care for this but in vain. The company charging higher Rent and extra bill since October 2016.Now my unpaid bill is showing Ra. 1300/- which is unlawful and wrong ( Due to higher Rent). Kindly look into the matter and adjust it in my unpaid bill and refund me if any. My alternate no. Is [protected].
