Vodafone postpaid — details

Wanted to complain why is vodafone not providing the details of recieved calls and recieved messages of my own number?
I am not asking for the details of those numbers. I just want a detailed list of numbers who called me up.

    I am vodafone customer mob. No [protected]. I have reacharged 199 data pack dated april 07, 2017 in brihanmumbai muncipal corporation building, bhandup west, 400078
    I have not got data pack but i got massage from vodafone, and they massaged that ‘your request to recharge 199 inr cannot be processed at this time transaction number is mrp[protected]. That shop not helping me. He is shouting to me. So please help me as soon as possible.

      Dear Team,

      Pls take note of my issue. I have made the payment for my number [protected] on 22nd Mar 17 via Internet Banking of ICICI BANK of Rs 2716. I am following up with your team since 26th Mar as my payment is still not credited and showing as outstanding.

      I have recvd multiple number of calls from your end and have confirmed each time the transaction details but everytime I am been told that no one was able to contact me. I am really upset with the kind of behaviour that vodafone team is exhibiting.

      On 31st Mar I got call from your end from number [protected]. There was some lady and I have given her details of transaction as well as fwded the below trail mail with Bank statement. Again on 4th April I have recvd the call from same number from Ms Reena. I have again given her all details. Again on 5th April I recvd the call from Ms Reena from number [protected]. To my shock she was again asking me same details on which I have told her to refer our talk on 4th April.

      On 5th April late evening when I have called up at your call centre to check on sts of my complaint I have been told that Ms Reena has put the feedback that she was unable to contact me and my complaint is still pending for resolution.

      This is height of everything.

        For deactivation, company needs around one month

        I have two numbers [protected] and [protected] in family plan. As I am not using the first number, I wanted to disconnect that. Bill of other phone too was high, so I wanted to convert that to pre-paid. On calling Vodafone, I am told that first I need to deactivate family plan which can be done only after end of billing cycle, which is 6th May (today is 12th April). After that, I again need to contact them for deactivation of number which will...

        Hi my number is [protected], when I recharged for 350 to activate 1 GB/day data pack. when I dialed *121# to activate by pressing 1 and reply with No all I got was, Believe it or not 1GB 3G/4G data everyday+Unlimited calls for 28 days. Enjoy superior network, visit nearest retailer to recharge.

        However they sent another SMS stating my request for Activation of beauty fix pack is activated, and cut 90 Rs for 30 days, I had to immediately deactivate and I am trying to reach an vodofone customer care person online but unable to do so. This is not the first instance that something like this had happened to me, because I had been using vodofone for the past 10 yrs and for the last two years, they have always activated some packs in the middle of the night or while browising and then deduct money, if asked for a repayment, they don't do that, may be its time to switch to other networks, have been receiving such complaints from most vodofone users but no one is doing anything in regards to this.

          For the last 4 months lots o[censored]nwanted VAS services are activating to my postpaid mobile number and charging heavy amounts. In-spite of repeated complaints the activations are continued till now. almost more than 1500Rs are charged in the VAS activations to my postpaid mobile connection. whenever talking to the customer care the response is also very poor. I was kept for more than 30min to talk to the next level executive

                Hi,

                according to the suggestion given by vodafone customer care i have recharged for 342 rs in Vodafone Mobile App for the number [protected].But Still i have not received any confirmation from Vodafone.Don't know where that money gone???But money deducted from my account.

                Addition to this last week there are so many ductions for service activations i never activated any service but money has been deducted from my account

                And the main thing is that am not able to connect to Customer Care Number by dialing 198.

                  Hi my name is ketan and my mobile number is [protected]. here i am fed up with vodafone store guys and way they do work. I went to vodafone bapunagar-2 branch in ahmedabad for my postpaid connection to convert into prepaid. I went there and paid my dues and submitted my adhar card as proof of id on 31 march 2017. I waited for couple of days and went again store to ask about my postpaid to prepaid conversion and guy said that i forgot to activate your service. I again submitted my request to finish my service and asked him to give me your store contact number and he gave me a mobile number and nobody pick the phone when i call this number-[protected]. Customer service guy name was sandeep and i am completely unhappy with this guy. I went there two times and still i get messages like visit local store submit your documents from vodafone. Today i tried to call vodafone customer care and even they stopped to serv me on phone. This is ridiculous.

                    Glamour pack at35 activated at midnight.
                    I deactivated it early morning next day as i don't remember having asked for it .
                    Seeing a lot of complaints on this i requested for removing 35 from my bill today..to which they agreed but didn't answer my question WHAT IS GLAMOUR PACK?

                      My number is automatically activated with 2 vodafone services leading to deduction of rs. 185 from my balance. When I contacted the customer services they told that refund will be done and services will be deactivated bt I have not received my refund and now the customer care is not taking my call even after giving all the options when I choose the option for talking with the customer care executive they are saying the call can't be connected

                        Worst group of employees i have ever seen on any store. I am using two vodafone number since 2011. Visited store on March 30, 2017 to convert one of my number to prepaid from postpaid. After waiting for almost 2 hours my turn came and i narrated my issue to executive named Chetna, who was sitting on counter B(my SR No. 181). She told me to pay my balance amount of Rs.178 before processing the request. I did as she directed. She gave me a new prepaid SIM card after payment and assured that my number will be converted to prepaid in next 24-72 hours. But my number was not converted till April 04, 2017 and in this duration my new billing cycle started. I again visited the store on April 04, 2017 with my new SR No.179, i had word with the same executive (Chetna) and narrated my issue. She again gave me a new SIM card and assured that it will be active by evening. Waited two more days and till my number was not active till April 06, 2017, finally i called the executive (Chetna) on April 07, 2017 and requested her to process my request as it almost 8 days. She asked me to visit the store again and pay balance amount for new billing cycle which was generated due to her negligence. After a hot talk she finally agreed to activate the number by evening(April 07, 2017). Finally my number activated by April 08, 2017 morning. But the new problem is that she suspended my other postpaid number, called 198(inquiry no[protected] for help and to inquire the problem. They are not in position to answer as my other number is suspended since March 30, 2017 and its rental is changed from 149 to 0 without any information. They again asking me to visit store with documents and request to activate the number. All my bank OTPs and email login OTPs are coming on this number, i am not able to do any transaction since March 30, 2017. My official mails are also not accessible. The vodafone store is 17 KM away from home and it takes around 1 hour 30 minutes to reach. How can i visit the store on daily basis.

                          I have called coustmer care twice a day. But they hadn't helped me. a GLOUMER PACK service is activated and i have told to deactivate this service and refund money. Both coustmer care told me that you are our valuable coustmer. We will help you. Service is deactivated but they hadn' t refund my money. Sir please, i request you to see in this matter.

                            These people deduct my balance every day for some package which I've not activated and when called customer care they asked me to download apps which aren't blocking any such apps. I've been calling so many times just to get my balance refunded and again it'll deduct in 2 minutes

                              A balance of 35 is deducted and a service has been automatically activated named VIDEO DICTIONARY.

                              This is illegal action of vodafone . I didn't demand for any service like this.
                              This issue must be fixed, The companies are charging unnessesory amounts. The people of village areas are unable to complain due to lack of knowledge.
                              ??? Can be Solved !!!

                                I have never subscribed for the "tube world pack"! I received a message stating it has been activated and an amount of 35 has automatically been deducted. Please get this resolved immediately.
                                I have never had trouble with Vodafone and have been using the company's services for over 6-7 years. I hope this is not the beginning of scam services. Thank you.

                                  SIM card number: +91-[protected].
                                  My mobile phone containing the above mentioned SIM card was stolen just a few hours ago in the Delhi Metro at the Rajeev Chowk Metro Station. I've already logged an eFIR with the Delhi Police. I'd be really greatful if you could block this SIM card so that it isn't used for the wrong purposes by the thieve.

                                      I had recharged for special plan in Vodafone of amount Rs.345 of Validity 60Days.
                                      Offers are:
                                      All India Unlimited Calls (5hours capped)
                                      1GB 3G/4G Data per day.
                                      for 60-Days

                                      Data is extremely slow even on 4G.
                                      Not able to browse anything
                                      3G poor worst ever.
                                      Customer care support blocked my call.

                                      One of the main reason for this complaint is : NO CONFERENCE CALLS
                                      where as other operators JIO, AIRTEL allow conference calling services.

                                      I would like to look into this issue and do the needful
