I had a postpaid connection bearing no.[protected]. Later on I requested Vodafone Customer Service Centre to convert it into Pre-paid connection after paying all dues thereon along with required documents.
But even after 5 month it could not be done, & again a due of Rs.850/- was recovered from me in the last week with required documents & they gave me a SIM as consolation, which is yet to be activated.
I m regularly visiting the service centre but every time I get the same answer "Tomorrow it will get activated " & all in vain.
Further, they talk to me with arrogance with out even looking at me, which shows the attention they have towards the customers. With employees of such attitude how would you serve your esteemed customer.
Please look into the matter, arrange for an enquiry, & take necessary action to resolve my problem & to retain a good reputation in the market.
