With reference to my complaint no[protected]

I Raj Kishor Raj one of your value Customer using a no [protected] Â would like to bring you a kind notice that i have port my moblie from Airtlet to Vodafone on last month.

My service got activated on 25th of march 2017. As per the treffplan I had choose 199/ month where i will get 500 Local &std call + 2gb of data. But at the beginning of the month on 1st April 2017 I got a bill of Rs 407.5 Pisa which was total unacceptable .

As I made 5 or 6 calls, 1 or 2 sms and used almost 1gb of data.

When I port  no one had inform anything that what ever the date of activation would be but at the end of the month I had to pay + there are lot of things are activated with my no 499 Rs  plan + 100 Rs local Vodafone.

When I  called the customers Care no 199 they said these thing and I am surprised to hear these  word. even i had word with Manager Sujit Paul on 5th April as per his word he asked me 3 days to resolved my issue and had promised that they will Inform me about the update . But yesterday they tried to called me 4 times but before I could speak anything they hang up the call  finally I got a sms asking me to call Customer care which u did but I come to know about my issue that they have done nothing and one of the guys said he will arrange a call back from his seniors by 10 a.m but it's almost 12 no one has informed anything.

I think it was my great mistake that I had port my no from airtel to Vodafone.

This is mistake I had done that's why I have to suffer. So I want this  matter to be resolved or I had to take some steps as it is total case of customer harassment. I am getting more benefit from Jio is offering 3 month free calling and 28gb per month if I pay 402 Rs. And in your case I had to Rs 407.52 for just 6 days. Which is total unacceptable.

    I am trying to PORT out from the Vodafone network as they are not delivering the service they are promising. I tried to send a PORT request to 1900.
    The SMS gives me an error saying "Unable to send".

    The problem started when I did the recharge of Rs.349 from MyVodafone app from the "Best Offers" section. The recharge promised to deliver UNLIMITED local and STD calling with 1GB 4G data per day for 28 days. After the recharge I did receive a confirmation SMS stating the above service is being activated on my current no. But insted I received only 1GB 4G data and as I was making calls the money was being deducted from the main balance. I tried to call the customer care which told me that the mobile handset has to purchsed after 1st of October 2017 (the app. did not mention any such condition). Though my handset is purchased after 1st October and I have already changed my SIM to 4G SIM, I am not getting the service I was promised. I also called the Nodel centre where no one is answering the call

    Due to this issue I tried for PORT out and found out that the SMS is not being delivered.

    All other text messages are being sent except the PORT out message to 1900.

      Hi Team,

      I have ported my Vodafone prepaid into postpaid corporate connection on 30th of March 2017. My usage are in Pune and Mumbai but some reasons you peoples haven’t activated Roam life service (roaming for Maharashtra and goa, Mumbai region) on my account.
      I have requested to activate this service on my account after finding roaming charges on my last bill and in current month’s unbilled amount. I have requested this service on 4th of July and got date of resolution as on 7th April. But on 7th of July the service was still in processing status and your customer care executive asked me to wait up 12 o’clock and it will activated automatically.

      In 8th April morning my service still in processing status, I again called Vodafone customer care and they said: "The request was taken previously was wrong and outcome of request was incorrect". They again taken my request on 8th and again said to wait till 10th April.

      My current plan is corporate 499 plan with unlimited STD and local talk and 6 GB of internet. But now because of your mistake I am getting charged for this calls. The problems that I am facing after converted into Vodafone postpaid is:
      1. No one informed me about Roam life service for (Maharashtra and goa, Mumbai roaming). This should be informed from your end or should be activated by default.
      2. Your customer care executive don’t have enough knowledge or information for activating and deactivating service with parameters.
      3. Some services I want to activate for immediate effect but you peoples are asking me for wait till 3-4 days. And after 3-4 days I get to know that request taken was "INCORRECT".

      I have ported in Vodafone postpaid because of Vodafone strong network but I was not aware with your services quality that you are providing. I agreed this like your network is very strong but I am not expecting this quality of service from Vodafone, This this really make me Unhappy/unexpected/unsatisfied. Because of your care executive mistakes I am getting charged.

      Please help in this, I sill believes Vodafone as good service provider. Don’t make me unsatisfied.

          I was watching YouTube and i received a message containing ' Hello! Follo pack is now active on your number, as requested.This service is valid till[protected] and a 7 days rental of Rs.35 will reflect in your next bill.To deactivate SMS STOP to or call 155223(toll free).'
          whereas i never subscribed for the same at first place.
          I have requested already to deactivate the service but i want refund of 35 as the service above was started without my permission.

            Sir on april 3, 2017 I did vodafone recharge of rupees 143.and on this recharge vodafone give me 2GB data and all local and std mobile calls free. But I meet only 2GB data and not local mobile calls free.I call customer care but my call could not joined with them
            Sir I assure you, If you read this complaint then you really give me my recharge advantages

              I have never been activated any such service called skilderby whereas company has send me SMS that an amount of 35 has been deducted from my account as the renewal charge for this service . This is totally cheating by company and not acceptable. Though I have completed the stop services facility through SMS service but would like to know who and why the services has activated in my number and why should I bear the charge

                I have been writing to Vodafone in regard to the refund of my security deposit of Rs. 1872. I transferred number to my wife and deposit was to be paid and they kept saying its sent and I have never received it since last 3 months. I visited vodafone galley twice.

                  VAS being activated without confirmation. Silk pack, WWE Zone pack. Almost 150 rupees, deducted without any warning or confirmation. Requesting an immediate refund.
                  And no, customer care is not helpful in the least.
                  Not what is expected from a trusted company, to cheat individuals for their money. I can also say that a large number of people have been victim for deeds, and there is not much that can be done by them to regain the lost currency.
                  A refund, along with an assurance that such activities will come to an end, is necessary for future continuation with your services. Please provide the same as early as possible.

                      This is my second compliant to Vodafone in one week span. Last week it was follo pack. Now it's tube world pack. 35 has been detected today for activation of tube world pack. Which I never activated. I don't even get details about this packs in Google.
                      Is Vodafone trying to cover its loses by deducting extra amount from customers on the name of dummy packs.??
                      I want my 70 back into my account.

                                    I purchased Rs 30 top up card in my village near CHANDRAGIRI ( a small town 10 km near to tirupati)yesterday evening i.e on 7-4-17. My Rs 30 top up recharge card's one digit of 16 digit secret code was damaged when it was scratching . The top up card's serial no is 59872491 and its batch no is 271116. It's date of package is 11/11/2016 and expiry date is 11/02/2018.
                                    My vodafone contact no is [protected].So please send me the complete secret code to my contact no to get the recharge the amount or recharge the amount to my contact number.

                                      I had a postpaid connection bearing no.[protected]. Later on I requested Vodafone Customer Service Centre to convert it into Pre-paid connection after paying all dues thereon along with required documents.
                                      But even after 5 month it could not be done, & again a due of Rs.850/- was recovered from me in the last week with required documents & they gave me a SIM as consolation, which is yet to be activated.
                                      I m regularly visiting the service centre but every time I get the same answer "Tomorrow it will get activated " & all in vain.
                                      Further, they talk to me with arrogance with out even looking at me, which shows the attention they have towards the customers. With employees of such attitude how would you serve your esteemed customer.
                                      Please look into the matter, arrange for an enquiry, & take necessary action to resolve my problem & to retain a good reputation in the market.
