      I m Roop Kishor meena one of your postpaid connection customer([protected]) while ago...I lodged a port request in November last year...it didn't succeed...I begged for this almost 4 months ...I paid your bill and switch on to another connection...I didn't use connection for last 1 and half month...and you still sending me a bill...I already through your sim.so please don't send me your bills and please stop my no too...if you don't than I have to take some legal action on that.

        I had sent STOP meaasge to 1925 according to TRAI, my internet services has been deactivated including my data pack which was more than 800 MB 3g/4g data also my data plan is Rs.342 per day 1GB for 28 days, lastly i had to send START message to 1925 to get my net activated, after activation my data which was more than 800mb got lapsed...and i had been explained by customer care to set new data pack...these companies are violation the guidelines of TRAI, According to TRAI, start or stop is meant for internet usage in main balance & not for data packs.For using data packs, it deemed to be restricted to the specified data volume...my mobile no. [protected]
        Also it has been deducted Rs.6 while using net I want it to refund and also it has been noted your customer care service in Karnataka after 6pm no people customer care executive were not answering the call if it so remove the tag 24x7 and we are happy to help you. I will surely complaint TRAI if you were doing this again because I was done PORT de cause of your balance deduction happened before.

          This dotbot pack has got activated just by it self are you kidding me. Just sending me a stupid type of message like this

          "Hello! DOTBOT pack is now active on your number, as requested by you on[protected].This service is valid till[protected] and a 7 days rental of Rs.35 has been deducted.Your current Balance post service activation is Rs.4.9999.To deactivate SMS STOP to or call 155223(toll free)"

          And detected 35rs from my account are you all making us fool... I want my money back

              On 7/04/2017, at 11:11pm, Vodafone company sents me a message as below.

              Hello! Silk pack is now active on your number, as requested.This service is valid till[protected] and a 7 days rental of Rs.35 has been deducted.Your current Balance post service activation is Rs.11.1.To deactivate SMS STOP to or call 155223(toll free).

              Now, first of all I didn't request for the silk plan. I don't even know what is the plan about. I tried searching for it and found zero information but loads of similar complaints. After reading some of the complaints on this site, it seems that Vodafone has no prospects of resolving the issue. The problem has been faced by many and should have been resolved by now.
              I had been trusting Vodafone tone a better telecom company but I am proved wrong. I shall hope that my 35 rupees will be refunded soon. If not, and the messages keep coming, I shall switch to Jio.

                I have Recharge the Vodafone 342 plan, sir as per the plan they need to provide unlimited STD and local calls and 1 GB per day, I got internet activation message immediately but no talk time, it says in sufficient balance, called 198 customer care number, after waiting for 15 mnt they pick the call but nod body was speaking other end, kachra company.

                  Dear Sir/Madam, This is Atul. My complaint is vodafone has activated some VAD called DH GAMES, GLAM WORLD, GLAM ZONE which I am not aware about the same and have not requested to activate. However I have been billed for the VAS which is heights of stupidity of Vodafone.
                  Please look into the issue and avoid such issues where customers are being looted without their knowledge. Fixing such issue will help everyone all over the country who are using Vodafone network...

                    I was under a corporate plan in the name of firm of my uncle's company ...the plan was of Rs 475 where 100 rs discount was there and the bill use to come around 425rs with taxes...this offer ended and bill amount increased...so I wanted to change it from postpaid to prepaid in my name...I had given all the required like letter pad with proper signatures identify proof of the proprietor dully signed with pictures and all my documents too...from December I am trying to change it from this scheme ...and had given email and many visits to Vodafone centre in my locality as well as other centres too...I was always sent back by them that bring this thing ...bring 2 copies then sometimes bring this document etc...I had all the documents required...then after January I did not pay my bill fr January as I was helpless ...the way they were making tantrums in changing the number...I gave up...then for 2 months my rental bill was added even when connection of my number was off...I tried again and visited centre too ...my bill amounts to Rs 2000 out of which only 525 rs is the amount I have used...today again I went for changing my number and now they wanted NOC of my company ...I would request you people not to harass your customers this way...I will make sure that none of my family and friends chooses such plan and suffers the way I did.

                          We changed our CUG numbers for aircel and BSNL to vodafone recently (1 week) but the network is very slow (only one point) in our office and my home too and so the voice is not clear and disturbed.

                          I complained about the same to tirupur, chennai and coimbatore (tamilnadu) offices, but the issue is not yet solved.

                          Please resolve this issue or atleast please let me change back my network (remove the 3 months restrictions).

                          Because, this network problem is causing a great trouble in my business. Hope you understand my trouble and solve the issue asap

                            We do not have proper signals in our area and it is very difficult for making calls/messages from here.
                            Hardly we get signals in a particular angle and we are forced to literally bend in that direction and make calls/messages.

                            Kindly get the signal issue fixed ASAP.

                              Vodafone India company is sending mavali people on door for bill payment Even though I said there executive I will make payment in few days .
                              The telecom ministry should look into this issues and ask Vodafone India to change there process of doing business.
                              They have right to make legal case but they are not doing right things.
                              They should explain what is there bill recovery process and telecom ministry should take a serious action against them.

                              This is very serious issue if this is the process Vodafone has to collect bill from peoples very disappointed Vodafone. Will Neve go with Vodafone in future even though they are offering free service for entire life.

                                    I want isd facitilty to make a call to east africa country south sudan (Juba) to talk with indian ambessy but since last 2 days i have not received any reply from your customer care officer.As per advised by you customer care officer made a recharge of Rs. 27/- but no isd facility was provided by vodafone.                                       Now prepaid also having the same offers, but on post paid we have to pay 300/- Rs. additional.

                                        I did a recharge of 47 tarrif plan on my vodafone number twice once through paytm and second time through vodafone website and I received a message from VV-VFCARE that my std plan per minute will be @25p/min but that did not happen money went to add on my main balance. I have a screen shot of vodafone website showing me @47 rs get std mobile calls at the rate of 25p/min .
