Yesterday my outgoing services got barred suddenly, when i called customer care, my plan is a corporate plan of 149-data plan, which has 500 rupees credit limit, customer care told me that i have 1700 rupees unbilled amount, and i need to pay them to activate my services.
First of all, how can a phone having an limit of 500 can have bill amount of 500 and secondly the alerts which are provided for mb usage didnt give the current updates at all
Now why should i pay the bill for services i didnt use.
Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
