I was under a corporate plan in the name of firm of my uncle's company ...the plan was of Rs 475 where 100 rs discount was there and the bill use to come around 425rs with taxes...this offer ended and bill amount increased...so I wanted to change it from postpaid to prepaid in my name...I had given all the required like letter pad with proper signatures identify proof of the proprietor dully signed with pictures and all my documents too...from December I am trying to change it from this scheme ...and had given email and many visits to Vodafone centre in my locality as well as other centres too...I was always sent back by them that bring this thing ...bring 2 copies then sometimes bring this document etc...I had all the documents required...then after January I did not pay my bill fr January as I was helpless ...the way they were making tantrums in changing the number...I gave up...then for 2 months my rental bill was added even when connection of my number was off...I tried again and visited centre too ...my bill amounts to Rs 2000 out of which only 525 rs is the amount I have used...today again I went for changing my number and now they wanted NOC of my company ...I would request you people not to harass your customers this way...I will make sure that none of my family and friends chooses such plan and suffers the way I did.

      I had paid my bill 1654 just this month and again I received the message that I have to pay 582. Please send me last 3 months bill statement in details how come this amount is showing in my bill. I have not receiving any statement past 3 months. In other words I am not receiving of my bill details from last 3.months and they are sending the bill with huge amount. I need to know Al my bill details for the past month.         We changed our CUG numbers for aircel and BSNL to vodafone recently (1 week) but the network is very slow (only one point) in our office and my home too and so the voice is not clear and disturbed.

        I complained about the same to tirupur, chennai and coimbatore (tamilnadu) offices, but the issue is not yet solved.

        Please resolve this issue or atleast please let me change back my network (remove the 3 months restrictions).

        Because, this network problem is causing a great trouble in my business. Hope you understand my trouble and solve the issue asap

          Hi Vodafone,

          We do not have proper signals in our area and it is very difficult for making calls/messages from here.
          Hardly we get signals in a particular angle and we are forced to literally bend in that direction and make calls/messages.

          Kindly get the signal issue fixed ASAP.

          From last 2 weeks the person sitting in the vodafone mini store in dhanori is saying that sim will get activate tomorrow.But the sim is not activated yet. I filled the form for the migration from postpaid to prepaid.I have received the new prepaid sim but its not getting activated.

            Vodafone India company is sending mavali people on door for bill payment Even though I said there executive I will make payment in few days .
            The telecom ministry should look into this issues and ask Vodafone India to change there process of doing business.
            They have right to make legal case but they are not doing right things.
            They should explain what is there bill recovery process and telecom ministry should take a serious action against them.

            This is very serious issue if this is the process Vodafone has to collect bill from peoples very disappointed Vodafone. Will Neve go with Vodafone in future even though they are offering free service for entire life.

              we are in corporate CUG plan (Our company employee-Stahl india private limited all are using Vodafone Corportate CUG plan),

                Vodafone has activated some plans called silk pack and glamour pack which I am not aware about the same and have not requested to activate. However I have been billed for the VAS which is heights of stupidity of Vodafone.
                Please look into the issue and avoid such issues where customers are being looted without their knowledge. Fixing such issue will help everyone all over the country who are using Vodafone network.

                I have done Vodafone mobile recharge through net banking n 31.03.2017 for

                Rs.250. the amount has been debited to my account. But recharge has not been

                  I want isd facitilty to make a call to east africa country south sudan (Juba) to talk with indian ambessy but since last 2 days i have not received any reply from your customer care officer.As per advised by you customer care officer made a recharge of Rs. 27/- but no isd facility was provided by vodafone. Please put your honest and hard working efforts to resolve my complain. Now when i am trying to contact your customer care department my call gets disconnected.

                    I don't want continue on Post paid, I need convert Pre paid again.

                    Now prepaid also having the same offers, but on post paid we have to pay 300/- Rs. additional.

                    Previously my connection is Prepaid so I need convert it from post paid to Pre paid.

                    I don't want to go for new number I need this number with Pre paid.

                    I am already complaint to Customer care they didn't respond.

                    I need a reply ASAP.

                      I did a recharge of 47 tarrif plan on my vodafone number twice once through paytm and second time through vodafone website and I received a message from VV-VFCARE that my std plan per minute will be @25p/min but that did not happen money went to add on my main balance. I have a screen shot of vodafone website showing me @47 rs get std mobile calls at the rate of 25p/min .

                        i keshav gaur mob number [protected] balance deducted 180rs but refunded only 50rs . your executive said that your amount will be refunded soon with in 40 min.but still i am waiting for my remaining amount.kindly refund my remaining amount 130rs.refund my amount as early as possible .other wise i have many other option like jio, airtel, uninor.aircel etc.except this TRAI is also HERE FOR ME

                          Received a call today from the above mentioned number addressing himself as a banker and influencing on providing card details. When resisted and told him his call is identified as fake which can put him into trouble by law he used all abusive languages to the extent he can hurting my modesty.
                          When warned again of the legal actions against his act he fearlessly askd me to take action against him.

                            I am from jammu and using vodaphone number of jammu but right now i m in punjab and mostly i m here with the vodaphone number in roaming. i Dont even use the data pack of vodafone and from the last 9-10 months unnecessarily i get charged for vas service..i have called many times and one time they have refunded me the half money back but after that no solution has been carried out.. I have till now paid around 600-700 unnecessarily.. Please look into this matter else i ll nt pay the bill nymore. I m very much harrased by this

                                  Hello, I am Vodafone prepaid user more than 2 year but my problems get started, A service name [protected]@It get enable with out my permmision In last incident charged amount (for same service) get refunded to me because i have not requested for the service but this time they (Vodafone) are charging for the same and Rep is not giving me sufficient reason for the deduction.                                   I just got the message saying that this service was activated. Rs. 30 got deducted for 10 days. I called up the customer care to enquire about it, and got a reply that I had activated it over the internet and he started giving me examples of how it was my mistake and not theirs (very rudely). I wasn't convinced and had requested to redirect the call to a higher up, to which he replied he cannot. Then I requested him to give me the details of the Appellate Authority as I wanted to take the matter up with him. The call was disconnected. I called up the second time and got to hear the same response. I requested to transfer the call to a higher up which he obliged. I got to hear that I have given the confirmation to activate the service via Captcha and hence the company cannot refund the money back to me. He gave me the contact number of the Appellate Authority, very rudely not to mention. After the put down the call, I get a message saying that my request to deactivate the service has been received and hence the service will be deactivated. So I pay 30 rupees and also don't get the service. Very bad experience with Vodafone.

                                      Yesterday my outgoing services got barred suddenly, when i called customer care, my plan is a corporate plan of 149-data plan, which has 500 rupees credit limit, customer care told me that i have 1700 rupees unbilled amount, and i need to pay them to activate my services.

                                      First of all, how can a phone having an limit of 500 can have bill amount of 500 and secondly the alerts which are provided for mb usage didnt give the current updates at all

                                      Now why should i pay the bill for services i didnt use.
