I am a Vodafone Postpaid customer with a plan where I get 3 GB of 4G Internet, but Internet never works.
Most of the times, I have to rely upon my other SIM for Data Connectivity and end up paying unnecessarily to Vodafone without availing any services.
I have also registered a complaint in their website but haven't received any response yet.
Though Vodafone promises to provide me a 4G Internet connectivity, it can't even open www.google.com

I hope this will get resolved as soon as possible

    Hi,

    I cannot send port messages to 1900 for my VOdafone number [protected].

    i'm getting a message saying unable to send messages. my number is from maharashtra and i am getting one more local sim from Karnataka of Vodafone itself.

    The agent told me that to port a local karnataka sim for the same number, i need to get some UPC Code. but how do i work without being able to send any message to 1900.

    Called the customer care and they told me to change my sim, restart phone, select network manually and other things. i believed them and did all of it even if it sounded weird. but the problem persists .

    Can someone help me regarding this ?

        When trying to call someone all of a sudden network is gone and gives a prompt "Not registered on Network". Have to restart the phone many times in a day to be able to make calls.

          Hi Team, i did MNP & changed my service provider from Airtel to Vodafone, its being 2 weeks i am using Vodafone, since 1st day my phone is not running on 4G speed i made numerous calls to customer care, followed all the instruction for changing APN settings, phone settings even i factory reset my phone but all the efforts are in vain, my 4G Connection can't even load Facebook page also, whats app messages most of the time show 'message in waiting', once i talked to customer care executive & gave a negative feedback so i received a call, the executive told me it might be SIM Issue so she sent me a new SIM, i received it on Saturday i.e.1st April, 2017, but no use, speed is always the same, my residence is at indirapuram, Ghaziabad & my office at Jasola, Delhi on both the location speed is moreover same, sometimes speed is of .5 mbps & sometimes it is 5 mbps, it is quite odd that i can't access Facebook & Whatsapp just because of Speed. my consumption for data is quite high due to my job & it feels really embarrassing most of time when i require to answer some official mails it keeps on waiting to be sent.

          Please look into this matter or i have no other option to opt out from vodafone to airtel in 90 days.

          A message was sent saying that Rs 35 is deducted from my balance because of some dotbot pack being activated which by the way i never requested for. and now Rs 35 has been deducted from my balance unnecesarily.
          I need to change my Mobile number from Post paid number to Prepaid Number.
          Please guide me.

            Some DOTBOT service has been activated for my account even though I didn't request for it. Rs.75 have been debited from my account. I want the refund and the deactivation of this service as soon as possible

                  Hello, Vodafone send me wrong bill 2 times and when i contacted them they did not replied on email and on calll they disconected call they don want to resove this issue i wrote to nodal officer he is also not responding, i wrote to all higer authority they dont want to listen i will complain now in consumer court.

                    I have given my request from postpaid to prepaid in rewari Vodafone store o. 23/03/2017.
                    But still no any response to Vodafone side and I have visit also to your Vodafone store but no any positive response to Vodafone store.

                    I am not happy to Vodafone services and if you are not able to given good services then tell me I will port my no in other network.

                    I have paid my complete bill also on 23/04/2017. Rest amount I will not pay. Because it's not my fault

                      On 6th April 2017, Click nation pack was activated even though i never requested for it. i have been a loyal customer to this network(vodafone), but this kind of cheap tactics was not expected.
                      So i want a refund of 35 rupees in this number([protected]) asap.
                      As there are many other players in this field, i wont hesitate to switch my network if this kind of incidents happen again.

                        Sir please find attachment. Today in evening time I received a sms from Vodafone in this message if you recharge your internet with rupees 46 so your have receive 1 GB 3G internet.
                        Then I was recharge internet with rupees46 so I have received only 1GB 2G internet.
                        So please convert internet from 2G to 3G. It's urgent.

                          I was using a prepaid no for over 7 years which due to change of location had not been in use for a while, was declared inactive by your company without any information. After approaching the vodafone store in Sec 18 Noida, It came to my notice that it has been blocked by some vendor. Despite sincere requests and follow ups your company and employees couldnt get the no from the vendor. It has now been allotted to another customer.
                          The staff took no interest and were rude.
                          Only if you guys could understand the importance of a contact no that someone had been using for over 7 years.
                          No transparency. No management. No communication.
                          After posting this on social media, I recd a call from the team just repeating a sorry story. Didnt even make the attempt to talk to the new customer. Infact asked me to solve it myself. They dont care about old customers. Please help.

                            My number is [protected].
                            I recharge my number with 555/- full talk time & 1634 /- international romming for bangladesh on dated 3rd april'2017.
                            After arrival at bangladesh phone shows that switch off when any body called at that number.

                            Whereas at the same time airtel sim working that same phone excelent with out any
                            Phone now at bangladesh.
                            You have to resolve this problem on board.
                            Otherwise i have to lodge that complant in consumer court assuming the huge loos.
                            I seems you do something fast to solve this problem.

                            I am not interested to take any legal action for this types of fraught system.

                              Vodafone is unnecessarily deducting balance for various services (via silk pack ₹35) that their own costumer executives' don't have knowledge about. Don't understand what kind of customer care Vodafone is providing by enormously deduction balance anytime they want.. I never heard of this Pack and if I have not heard of it why would I buy it... Its a silly and petty scheme to gain money

                                I am using a vodafone post paid number ([protected]). I got a offer from vodafone store i. E. 999 plane all local and std and in roaming incoming and outgoing calls free on this pack i received my bill and i found that it has rs. 2600 which is shown as 999 plus roaming call amount of rs. Is 853 and some apps downloading charges of rs.400.
                                I called customer care and the executive told me that in 999 plan roaming call are chargeable and you have used some 753 min in roaming call
                                Now when i called vodafone care after seeing my bill they ask me we are waver of rs. 400 to you. I asked the executive to launch a complaint but he refused
                                I really hope u will do justice to me.

                                      Really pathetic.. After Jio entered into India market, Vodafone started stealing money from customer by activating one or the other services without customer knowledge.

                                      I think, Vodafone can steal money from customer directly than keeping accountable. WORST EXPERIENCE....
