Hi Team, i did MNP & changed my service provider from Airtel to Vodafone, its being 2 weeks i am using Vodafone, since 1st day my phone is not running on 4G speed i made numerous calls to customer care, followed all the instruction for changing APN settings, phone settings even i factory reset my phone but all the efforts are in vain, my 4G Connection can't even load Facebook page also, whats app messages most of the time show 'message in waiting', once i talked to customer care executive & gave a negative feedback so i received a call, the executive told me it might be SIM Issue so she sent me a new SIM, i received it on Saturday i.e.1st April, 2017, but no use, speed is always the same, my residence is at indirapuram, Ghaziabad & my office at Jasola, Delhi on both the location speed is moreover same, sometimes speed is of .5 mbps & sometimes it is 5 mbps, it is quite odd that i can't access Facebook & Whatsapp just because of Speed. my consumption for data is quite high due to my job & it feels really embarrassing most of time when i require to answer some official mails it keeps on waiting to be sent.
Please look into this matter or i have no other option to opt out from vodafone to airtel in 90 days.
