i keshav gaur mob number [protected] balance deducted 180rs but refunded only 50rs . your executive said that your amount will be refunded soon with in 40 min.but still i am waiting for my remaining amount.kindly refund my remaining amount 130rs.refund my amount as early as possible .other wise i have many other option like jio, airtel, uninor.aircel etc.except this TRAI is also HERE FOR ME

    Received a call today from the above mentioned number addressing himself as a banker and influencing on providing card details. When resisted and told him his call is identified as fake which can put him into trouble by law he used all abusive languages to the extent he can hurting my modesty.
    When warned again of the legal actions against his act he fearlessly askd me to take action against him.
    Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

      Hii..
      I am from jammu and using vodaphone number of jammu but right now i m in punjab and mostly i m here with the vodaphone number in roaming. i Dont even use the data pack of vodafone and from the last 9-10 months unnecessarily i get charged for vas service..i have called many times and one time they have refunded me the half money back but after that no solution has been carried out.. I have till now paid around 600-700 unnecessarily.. Please look into this matter else i ll nt pay the bill nymore. I m very much harrased by this

          When i on sim data then some time internet working bt after 1or 2 minute data connection automatic loss... i also complain on 199 bt my problem is nt solve... so now what can i do please help me sir/mam...i'm using cell phone panasonic eluga turbo... its problem in all network like 2g 3g or 4g... they not work at all... that's it

            Hello, I am Vodafone prepaid user more than 2 year but my problems get started, A service name [protected]@It get enable with out my permmision In last incident charged amount (for same service) get refunded to me because i have not requested for the service but this time they (Vodafone) are charging for the same and Rep is not giving me sufficient reason for the deduction.             Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
            I just got the message saying that this service was activated. Rs. 30 got deducted for 10 days. I called up the customer care to enquire about it, and got a reply that I had activated it over the internet and he started giving me examples of how it was my mistake and not theirs (very rudely). I wasn't convinced and had requested to redirect the call to a higher up, to which he replied he cannot. Then I requested him to give me the details of the Appellate Authority as I wanted to take the matter up with him. The call was disconnected. I called up the second time and got to hear the same response. I requested to transfer the call to a higher up which he obliged. I got to hear that I have given the confirmation to activate the service via Captcha and hence the company cannot refund the money back to me. He gave me the contact number of the Appellate Authority, very rudely not to mention. After the put down the call, I get a message saying that my request to deactivate the service has been received and hence the service will be deactivated. So I pay 30 rupees and also don't get the service. Very bad experience with Vodafone.

                Yesterday my outgoing services got barred suddenly, when i called customer care, my plan is a corporate plan of 149-data plan, which has 500 rupees credit limit, customer care told me that i have 1700 rupees unbilled amount, and i need to pay them to activate my services.

                First of all, how can a phone having an limit of 500 can have bill amount of 500 and secondly the alerts which are provided for mb usage didnt give the current updates at all

                Now why should i pay the bill for services i didnt use.

                Edit 1 : First of all, how can a phone having an limit of 500 can have bill amount of 1700 and secondly the Alerts which are provided for MB Usage didnt give the current updates at all

                    I am a Vodafone Postpaid customer with a plan where I get 3 GB of 4G Internet, but Internet never works.
                    Most of the times, I have to rely upon my other SIM for Data Connectivity and end up paying unnecessarily to Vodafone without availing any services.
                    I have also registered a complaint in their website but haven't received any response yet.
                    Though Vodafone promises to provide me a 4G Internet connectivity, it can't even open www.google.com

                    I hope this will get resolved as soon as possible

                      Hi,

                      I cannot send port messages to 1900 for my VOdafone number [protected].

                      i'm getting a message saying unable to send messages. my number is from maharashtra and i am getting one more local sim from Karnataka of Vodafone itself.

                      The agent told me that to port a local karnataka sim for the same number, i need to get some UPC Code. but how do i work without being able to send any message to 1900.

                      Called the customer care and they told me to change my sim, restart phone, select network manually and other things. i believed them and did all of it even if it sounded weird. but the problem persists .

                      Can someone help me regarding this ?

                            Hi Team, i did MNP & changed my service provider from Airtel to Vodafone, its being 2 weeks i am using Vodafone, since 1st day my phone is not running on 4G speed i made numerous calls to customer care, followed all the instruction for changing APN settings, phone settings even i factory reset my phone but all the efforts are in vain, my 4G Connection can't even load Facebook page also, whats app messages most of the time show 'message in waiting', once i talked to customer care executive & gave a negative feedback so i received a call, the executive told me it might be SIM Issue so she sent me a new SIM, i received it on Saturday i.e.1st April, 2017, but no use, speed is always the same, my residence is at indirapuram, Ghaziabad & my office at Jasola, Delhi on both the location speed is moreover same, sometimes speed is of .5 mbps & sometimes it is 5 mbps, it is quite odd that i can't access Facebook & Whatsapp just because of Speed. my consumption for data is quite high due to my job & it feels really embarrassing most of time when i require to answer some official mails it keeps on waiting to be sent.

                            Please look into this matter or i have no other option to opt out from vodafone to airtel in 90 days.

                                    Hello, Vodafone send me wrong bill 2 times and when i contacted them they did not replied on email and on calll they disconected call they don want to resove this issue i wrote to nodal officer he is also not responding, i wrote to all higer authority they dont want to listen i will complain now in consumer court.

                                      I have given my request from postpaid to prepaid in rewari Vodafone store o. 23/03/2017.
                                      But still no any response to Vodafone side and I have visit also to your Vodafone store but no any positive response to Vodafone store.

                                      I am not happy to Vodafone services and if you are not able to given good services then tell me I will port my no in other network.

                                      I have paid my complete bill also on 23/04/2017. Rest amount I will not pay. Because it's not my fault

                                        On 6th April 2017, Click nation pack was activated even though i never requested for it. i have been a loyal customer to this network(vodafone), but this kind of cheap tactics was not expected.
                                        So i want a refund of 35 rupees in this number([protected]) asap.
                                        As there are many other players in this field, i wont hesitate to switch my network if this kind of incidents happen again.
