I am a customer of your reputed mobile network company. My post paid mobile No. [protected] has been registered in the Name of Mr. SUHAS RAY CHAUDHURI at BURDWAN, WEST BENGAL. On 25.03.17 I was taken a request vide registration no.[protected] for change my plan from postpaid to pre paid. It was informed me that query will be made on 28.03.17 through SMS but no query has been made. After one week, on 01.04.2017 I went our local Vodafone Store, near Tinkonia bus stand, Burdwan, W.B to complete my procedure, but I was return back. The people who attend me told, collect 2 form and come next Monday 7pm along with filled in the form without signature and other documents, today your job will not be completed. I was requested that person that I am suffering in Kidney problem. Just one year before my right kidney has been amputed so it is impossible to me further come at the store but he did not understand my problem. Lastly today (03.04.17) I went the store but I am sorry to say that my problem has remain unsolved. I was meeting that person but he replied that store has been closed you have to come tomorrow morning, then time was 7.05pm. I repeatedly requested that person please consider my problem on humanity ground, I have come along with all documents, please acknowledge it, but he desparately refused me. The matter has been placed before you for your consideration.

    VAS services are activated every 2 days unwantedly. Fed-up and called customer care several times. They are asking me to pay bill for which I have not used till now for my number [protected]. Now I have deactivated the number. Please provide resolution. My current number is [protected]. I have moved to prepaid now because of Vodafone fraud. Please help me solve this issue.

      We have received info from our friends in europe that one person with indian vodafone number 800xx-xx558 has been harassing them with prank and blank calls.

      5 of my friends in europe have been troubled by this person.

      There have been several calls... Here are the time stamps of 3 such calls:

      On mon, 3-apr, at 1:19 pm cest
      On mon, 3-apr at 12:10 pm cest
      On thu, 30-mar, at 1:05 pm cest

      Pls check and blacklist this number immediately.
      Am open to sharing more info whenever required.

        I got message as below for a service I never activated:

        Hello! Fab zone Wallpaper service is now active on your number, as requested.This service is valid till[protected] and a 7 days rental of Rs.35 has been deducted.Your current Balance post service activation is Rs.227.79.To deactivate SMS STOP to or call 155223(toll free).To visit the page click on www.myfabzone.com/devotional/

        Unnecessary my 35 Rs got deducted. This has to stop.

          Today I gave a complaint for not registering the loss of my vodafone sim card.

          On seeing this complaint I gave, Sh.Deepak, Manager, Vodafone India, Mumbai, rang up to me at 1923 IST of today and started asking my bank id and my ATM CARD number. He pestered me for ten minutes for my bank details. Why he needs all this data of my bank.

          What he needs is my name, phone number, credentials like address date of birth etc. But, this way of pestering consumers for their personal bank details is highly objectionable. He should never o try to get bank details of Customers.

          What I need is - my sim card with no. [protected] is to be deactivated, remained amount in the old sim card is to be transferred to my present postpaid card and a new card is to be issued with the same old number [protected]. This is what I want.

          i wanted to book appointment at nearby vodafone store at Southex part-I, DELHI.
          But iI am unable to do it because CITY selection is disabled.

          Is it the way for giving service ?
          Instead vodafone may declare that they can not book appointments online.
          why to arrange the facility and show cold hand ?

              I have recharge rs 249 3g pack on 2 feb 2013 i. E. 30 days packs, i got the sms from vodafone that my 3g data pack is activated within 2 mins. Till there everything is fine. My mobile no. Is [protected]
              Now when i used my sim in data card (Data card made by huwaei which support both 2g/3g network), that sim does not show 3g network, i have other sim also like of airtel, tata docomo that are showing 3g network in the same data card, & also i have checked the same sim in 3g supported mobile, so i made a request by email to vodafone that the sim is not showing 3g network, while it is showing 2g network but i have made recharge of 3g, so you must do something about it. [3g network is not available] so puja se soch my problem otherwise give my money back in my paytm account my paytm account number is [protected]

                Hi All,

                From last night I have spent 3 to 4 hors for just try to sending the PORT message which is used for mobile no portability but I am not able to send the message for that I talk with customer service executive, he suggest me to do some settings for sending the message and told me to do the restart the mobile once setting is done. After checking in setting I found that my settings are already updated still I make sure about it and restart my mobile. Still this issue is unsolved.

                Later on I called to customer care but no one is there to handle my request I have been in more that 1.45 hours on hold but my call didn't connect to customer service executive. I try another no but its on Mumbai's Circle so they told me to go with option 1.1 and to talk with customer service executive I tried that one also but still my call is not connected.

                So I want strict action need to be taken against the provider as they are not doing such shameful actions to prevent their customer to go on another provider.

                company haven't provide me any kind of satisfactory information about my issue. They just keeping me hold don't even try to connect my call with customer service executive. So I can ask them to look into my issue.

                This is regarding [protected] postpaid numberof, it’s a corporate connection.

                Now its showing balance is Rs.22000, is unpaid amount and we are not able to make outgoing calls.

                As we spoke with customer care, they said that we used 38mb in USA so 22, 000 charge.

                But we didn’t switch on the data in USA? why charges simply?

                  I was browsing the net when a pop up of look @it service came up in a new tab. I was trying to go to the previous page when my page said something about requesting my demand and then I got a msg from vodaphone saying thst Look @ it service has deducted Rs 45/- and my remaining balance was shown along with steps for deactivation. Deactivated the service but no sign of refund.

                  Network not available at home site 37, jai bhole bunglow since two years call to nodal officer and appellate officer but no solution my no is [protected], [protected]
                  This is rediculous. Some model Mania package is activated without my knowledge charging RS 35 per week. When I searched internet this seems to be an old issue with Vodafone. How.come.some.service gets activated without consumer knowledge? Vodafone needs to be punished for.such things.

                    I have used two numbers.

                    I asked them to stop the connection long back. But it wasn't done and now they have charged the billing amount which I am not ready to give.
                    Do look into the issue. M going to switch all my other Vodafone number to any other network. These two numbers haven't been used since December and they are showing me bill details all with per month rent. So if I have asked them to stop the connection how can they charge me for all this. I am not going to pay the bill in anyway.

                          I've subscribed to Rs.375/month corporate postpaid plan according to which I should get 1GB 3G data every month. But since last month my 3G speed has not been reverted back to this month's bulling after I had consumed all the data last month. Since then I'm using 2G internet which is very slow and problematic. I've registered a complaint 2 days ago but no update has been given to me since then. Please do the needful otherwise I'll port my sim to some other operator

                            Here is the sms i recieved "hello! Fashion fairies pack is now active on your number, as requested. This service is valid till[protected] and a 15 days rental of rs.45 has been deducted. Your current balance post service activation is rs.22.5105. To deactivate sms stop to or call 155223 (Toll free)."
                            I have not submitted any request to activate this pack. Already their told that these types of problems possible with unwanted touch of touch screen mobile. But, i have used my data via labtop through mobile. Here unwanted touch is not possible.
                            And i demand for complete refund and a system of confirmation before activating any packs on my mobile.

                              I have just received a call from a fake Vodafone number from Bihar. He was asking my bank details and doing some shopping through my SBI account.

                              When I tried to call him back there was no response. Maybe he has blocked my number.

                              I have made the complaint to TRAI also mentioning the sale of Vodafone SIM cards on fake id.

                              Kindly arrange to punish the concerned person before TRAI start investigation against Vodafone for selling SIM cards without proper verification.

                                Recently i got message from vodafone. You are activated glam zone service on your number weekly they will charged 35. I am shocked on that. I call the customer care and ask about that. He said you click advertisement on vodafone internet. But i didn't do that. I asked when i clicked on the advertisement you are alert or waring given to me or not. But they didn't tell anything. Vodafone cheating our customers so please wake up.

                                  I was working with Vodafone India ltd as a Team Asist (through Zeus marcom services agency). I had resign vodafone in 24th nov 2014, After that I had applied for my PF and all necessary documents, But I was not got PF yet, Letter I came to know that zeus marcom services has been shut, then I was not able to apply for my PF as company was closed, Also I was trying to contact vodafone HR team, But I have got nothing from them as well, Need your support and Need to know whole process how I can claim for PF

                                    They are bombarding all my phone numbers (ending with 3303, 5667, and 4171) with spam messages deliberately so that I will subscribe to their Call Filter service and when I did, I asked them on Live Chat as to how to use it. That a-hole exec named Jacob tells me that whether it is a smartphone or a feature phone, I would have to use the number screening feature on the phone. I told him that when my phone does that job for free, why should I pay these thugs at Vodafone India INR 99 per month? Even though my phone can filter only up to 10 spam messages, it is still better than paying these thieves. I realized my folly only too late. They do not even refund the customers' money. I started getting a lot of new spam that never bombarded my smartphone earlier. I wish I could use foul language here but I know it will be filtered by this website. Otherwise, I would have used it. 99 INR gone down the drain after trusting these dishonest people.

                                    * Note - That fellow Jacob tells me that there is No other way than to use the call screening feature on my phone and that the Call Filter / blacklist service is useless indirectly. I was so annoyed. Then, why do these thieves market it so voraciously? Unethical Indian a*holes working for an unethical Aussie company.

                                      On 19;26 the march 2017 click nation was activated even though i never requested for it i have been a loyal customer to this network. But this type of tactics was not expected so i want a refund of rs 70. They have stated i. Their sms you can deactivate this pack by calling 155223. Number. When calling the voice says thanks for beautiful service.

                                      And when any customer calls to file a complaint, if they know it s genuine then the customer support will disturb the call and disconnect it. I have experience 4 times...
