    I have talked with a person of your care at 29th March 06:43 pm.

    he told me that if you choice 349 Rs plan then you will get 1 GB 4G and then unlimited Internet 3G + Unlimited Call .

    but my question is as per my plan i got Limited internet.

    why you give wrong information ?

    Why you cheat me ?

    Already my plan was 399 with unlimited internet, then how i start 349 limited internet plan.

    so give response as soon as possible.

    i have also told with kuldip Bambhania who is in retension department at today 03/04/2017 at 09:32 am.
    but the response was not good given by him.


    give me solution as sson as possible otherwise i have the audio clip and evidence .
    i put all the things in facebook and twiter via social media.

    Better you may proceed with RTI Complaint / Legal Notice instead of Social media to resolve the problem as soon as possible.

    This is rediculous. Some model Mania package is activated without my knowledge charging RS 35 per week. When I searched internet this seems to be an old issue with Vodafone. How.come.some.service gets activated without consumer knowledge? Vodafone needs to be punished for.such things.

      Hi,
      I've subscribed to Rs.375/month corporate postpaid plan according to which I should get 1GB 3G data every month. But since last month my 3G speed has not been reverted back to this month's bulling after I had consumed all the data last month. Since then I'm using 2G internet which is very slow and problematic. I've registered a complaint 2 days ago but no update has been given to me since then. Please do the needful otherwise I'll port my sim to some other operator

        Dear sir/madam,
        Here is the sms i recieved "hello! Fashion fairies pack is now active on your number, as requested. This service is valid till[protected] and a 15 days rental of rs.45 has been deducted. Your current balance post service activation is rs.22.5105. To deactivate sms stop to or call 155223 (Toll free)."
        I have not submitted any request to activate this pack. Already their told that these types of problems possible with unwanted touch of touch screen mobile. But, i have used my data via labtop through mobile. Here unwanted touch is not possible.
        And i demand for complete refund and a system of confirmation before activating any packs on my mobile.

        Since last year I am seeing, VAS services are being activated automatically without any information and the same thing is also charged in monthly bill. Several times I informed to local customer team but they don't paid or took any necessary action against it.

          I have just received a call from a fake Vodafone number from Bihar. He was asking my bank details and doing some shopping through my SBI account.

          When I tried to call him back there was no response. Maybe he has blocked my number.

          I have made the complaint to TRAI also mentioning the sale of Vodafone SIM cards on fake id.

          Kindly arrange to punish the concerned person before TRAI start investigation against Vodafone for selling SIM cards without proper verification.

          Your early action would be appreciated.

            Recently i got message from vodafone. You are activated glam zone service on your number weekly they will charged 35. I am shocked on that. I call the customer care and ask about that. He said you click advertisement on vodafone internet. But i didn't do that. I asked when i clicked on the advertisement you are alert or waring given to me or not. But they didn't tell anything. Vodafone cheating our customers so please wake up.

              I was working with Vodafone India ltd as a Team Asist (through Zeus marcom services agency). I had resign vodafone in 24th nov 2014, After that I had applied for my PF and all necessary documents, But I was not got PF yet, Letter I came to know that zeus marcom services has been shut, then I was not able to apply for my PF as company was closed, Also I was trying to contact vodafone HR team, But I have got nothing from them as well, Need your support and Need to know whole process how I can claim for PF

                They are bombarding all my phone numbers (ending with 3303, 5667, and 4171) with spam messages deliberately so that I will subscribe to their Call Filter service and when I did, I asked them on Live Chat as to how to use it. That a-hole exec named Jacob tells me that whether it is a smartphone or a feature phone, I would have to use the number screening feature on the phone. I told him that when my phone does that job for free, why should I pay these thugs at Vodafone India INR 99 per month? Even though my phone can filter only up to 10 spam messages, it is still better than paying these thieves. I realized my folly only too late. They do not even refund the customers' money. I started getting a lot of new spam that never bombarded my smartphone earlier. I wish I could use foul language here but I know it will be filtered by this website. Otherwise, I would have used it. 99 INR gone down the drain after trusting these dishonest people.

                * Note - That fellow Jacob tells me that there is No other way than to use the call screening feature on my phone and that the Call Filter / blacklist service is useless indirectly. I was so annoyed. Then, why do these thieves market it so voraciously? Unethical Indian a*holes working for an unethical Aussie company.

                  On 19;26 the march 2017 click nation was activated even though i never requested for it i have been a loyal customer to this network. But this type of tactics was not expected so i want a refund of rs 70. They have stated i. Their sms you can deactivate this pack by calling 155223. Number. When calling the voice says thanks for beautiful service.

                  I also faced same problem on 03/04/2017. How can u activate any pack with out a concent of customer?. This happening regularly in vidafone.
                  And when any customer calls to file a complaint, if they know it s genuine then the customer support will disturb the call and disconnect it. I have experience 4 times...

                    I am a Vodafone subscriber and because of network issues in my locality I want to port to some other service provider. For this I need to successfully get the PORT code. I have tried to send the PORT message to 1900 from my number many times. Every time the message sending fails and I get and error "Messages not sent".

                    I can send and receive text messages to / from other mobile numbers.

                    I called up vodafone customer care, but they were not able to solve this issue.

                      My name is Rupesh Sinha (Mobile NO-[protected]) and I got Airtel Connection portable to Vodafone in August 2016. The sales executive explained my all the plans and I chose Rs.99 plan which was suitable to me. My number got activated. When the first bill came, I noticed that the plan was of Rs.375 instead of Rs.99. I contacted the customer care and they noticed the mistake, assured me to correct the same and credited the excess amount charged to me. I made one-time payment of Rs.1820 to company for my future usages to avoid repeated small payment and to avoid hassles of paying at frequent intervals. In the next bill also the plan was not changed and was of Rs.375 instead of promised Rs.99 plan. I contacted the customer care once again. They asked me to write to their complain management department. I wrote to them on several occasions. They informed me that the plan of 99 does not exist. I wrote back to them this is the responsibility of the company to provide me the promised plan. At the same time I requested them to change it to any plan of lowest value. That also was not done and the company kept on charging me Rs.375 instead of Rs.99. Meanwhile I wrote several mails to them and visited their customer care store on several occasions. Instead of solving my problem they always give a mail id to mail my complaint and assure me to get it solved.
                      I am very disappointed and feel cheated and harassed by Vodafone. I feel it’s a cheat company and does not care about the customer satisfaction.
                      I once again request Vodafone to switch me to 99 plan or 149 plan, reverse me the excess amount charged to me or adjust the excess amount from the future bills of mine. The calculation of exces is as follows:
                      No of bill since inception: 7
                      Amount of Bill : 99x7=693 +15% tax= 797
                      Amount Paid : 1820
                      Excess Amount to be refunded adjusted in future bills : 1023

                      I got my no portable from Airtel to Vodafone in August 2016. The sales executive explained me Rs.99 plan and I opted for the same. When 1st bill came, the plan was of Rs. 375 instead of desired for 99.00 Plan on my no [protected]. When I took up the matter with Vodafone store people, they rectified the mistake by crediting the excess amount charged by the assured to change the plan to Rs.99.00. However, in the next bill also, the plan did not get changed and I was Charged at Rs.375.00. I have complaint so many times and nothing has been done. Meanwhile i made onetime payment of Rs 1820 ontime. Seven bills have been raised and in all bills i have been charged excess amount. I have mailed to the company reagrding this more than 10times. i have also visited the vodafone store but they are not resolvong tge issue and simply asking me to mail at different mails. I am very harassed now and thinking of going to consumer forum.
                      I am requesting the company to change my plan to 99 plan and adjust the excess charged from me from the current outstanding and future bills.

                        My no is [protected] and have received a message that the Vodaphone Social Book pack is activated and Rs 90 has been deducted. It is altogether surprising to see such frivolous and illegitimate means of raising earning by Telecom Companies. I have made no requests for such activations and the same has been made without my consent. I want a refund on ASAP basis. Date of event 30th March 2017.

                              Today at about 8.15 AM, I made a payment of Rs.64, that is 54 plus 10, but just after the money is credited from my account, a caption appeared in screen that the service is not available now, try after some time, this seems quite ridiculous, arrange to to get the payment credited in Vodafone account or refund it.

But i am sure that l never activated this pack. When i called vodafone costomer care but only they said you activated this follo pack. I am very disappiontated with vodafone for this service.                                     My Vodafone no is [protected]. You(Vodafone) have activated some vas pack called namkeen pack and charged 35rs without my knowledge! Plz stop doing this silly business. Am waiting to be connected to your operater for the past 19 minutes and you are charging me 50p for every 3 minutes!What kind of service is this! Why should we pay for your mistakes ? Plz take a step to abolish this forgery for once.

                                      Vodafone cheated us.without my knowledge they activated this pack. Customer care not reply the exact reason.Such a thief I never seen.                                         i have deactivated my no [protected] on 16-03-17 but suddenly this no is activated today without my request and no vodafone employee bothered to confirm it from me. Since i have not made any request i am not going to pay any amt for that. On enquiry from customer care, it came to my notice that, some Mohit Dhawan mailed to activate it. This is year end target game of Vodafone employee on the cost of poor customer. Vodafone should take strong action against responsible officer and inform me the action. Immediately deactivate my no [protected].i have already made request through customer care Req no[protected] dt 01/04/2017
                                        I am not going to pay any amount. i have already paid more amt and i am waiting for refund. Very very poor service... kindly reply.
