To disconnect above no.[protected], i had visited vodafone store at Powai and as per suggestion received there, I had send email on vodafonecare, mumbai for disconnection on 12.10.2016 and received acknowledgement. To my surprise, I received bill in February, 2017 for the same no. I had never used the no after Nov.2016 . When inquired with vodafone store, they replied that instead of disconnecting the no, their representative have changed the plan and billed accordingly. How can your representative can change the plan and billed me without my consent and without considering my request for disconnection.I had again sent emails and also provided facts at vodafone store, powai which was verified and recorded. But till date, your representatives are calling me to pay bill and harassing.You are requested to kindly delete the bill raised and disconnect the no. as it is not in use.
