    I'm using 4G network of Vodafone but it's never connect in my company TATA motors Nano plant even it's speed is like 2G can't even load any website.Whenever i call to customer care they never receive my phone.
    Why this network team always say that this is world best network provided by company
    i have purchase a plan in my prepaid vodafone mobile number but due to network issue i do not capable to use i'm daily wasting my 550Mb to 750Mb due Internet speed.

      My vodafone number was[protected] blocked for sms in six months before. I asked to customer care they said that i need to register with trai. Actually i did not do any kind of marketing. Every i will send messages to my friends and relatives only. Without my knowledge they blocked. How to un block? I am do not sent sms with my friends and relatives. So sad with no sent sms. I am really feeling with not sent a sms. I am do not sent a sms in universities. Please unblock a ams

        I want to make portability from vodafone and they give me this plan (RED499+7GB+100 RS DIS ) so i activate that plan .

        For help i make two Complain

        And plan is not updated till now 10 day passed . And received Call from HO and told me that they cancel that plan and update wrong plan which is very costly.
        Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
        This seems as if i am a beggar'Even after issuing a PDC your company has failed to start my mobile service, hence I am dishonouring your cheque which was due on 28th March 2017. I want you to start my number [protected] at the earliest
        I had kept my phone aside and was working on my laptop. I saw that suddenly the screen of my phone turned on. When I checked that there was a message of 42 INR sectional charge. I had recharged my number just 20 min. ago.
        I have lost my balance. I would be very if vodafone refund my balance.

          I had complained abt my bad data connectivity issue. Got a call from this no.
          [protected] kuldeep from Vodafone(thats how he introduced himself)and was completely misbehaving and telling me to change from 3g to 2g sim to get better connectivity.(seriously)
          And when i asked ki give me your nodal officers no. He refused. Not even told his official address.nd started threatening to to post my no. On internet.he said he was speaking from gomtinagar, lucknow, uttar pradesh.how can vodafone employ such people.please take quick action.i am a postpaid user and this is the type of people you employ in your service.

            Sir Few days later i was lost my no. which is [protected], and after that i am Going in gellery to recollect my same number, but when i am entered in vodafone gellery which is located in kalyan near station, that gellery boy not ready to give my number and reason is what that i am not ready to take POSTPAID card.MY NO.was Prepaid number, and he was forcing to get postpaids no.when i said i am noit ready to take postpaid he was started to misbehave and not raedy to give my no.in prepaid card.

              I can't access my iCloud even though download speed highest 50-60kbps.
              So this month I was recharge rs: 344...
              No internet speed and every time call drop problems...
              We are face it
              So plz doing some action in this problems, ...
              We are very helpless...
              And i can't port at this moment so please we are need to help!

                    This is to notify you that we have 8 Vodafone postpaid connections out of which one is used as broadband sim[protected] under the company name Sri balaji traders. We seemed to have a very poor broadband service from the time we got ur service and even after making a lot of complaints during bill payments the service was yet very poor. Due to the poor service we planned to stop using the broadband and we haven't payed the bill for the month of February. Your people from Vodafone reminded us about the bill delay and we explained them our issue but inspite of solving it they made a legal complain which is totally unfair because we can't pay for things in which we did not get service. They should have informed us before they make a legal move. So I request your higher authorities to look into the issue and again if this continues to be an unresolvable issue we would further proceed to publicise your bad service in social media websites which you will regret for in future.so please do contact us and do the needful

                        I have taken rs. 346/- plan. 1gb limit was used yesterday, auto renewal did not happen till 12 noon... When i open net connection, balance received after rs. 20/- recharge was consumed without my knowledge..

                        Tried complaining on 198, but customer care executive does not come online
                        This is a fraud...!!

                        Return my rs. 20/- recharge value asap or i will move to consumer court

                          Two weeks back, I was getting a much better plan with Airtel and so I decided to port my number. However, I get a call from Vodafone and they offer me “Red Plan” of Rs. 399 with 8GB data and unlimited local and national calls for 12 months. Though not as attractive as Airtel plan, I decide to be with Vodafone and get my plan changed. My plan change becomes effective on Saturday, 18th March, 2017.

                          I get a message of 250 MB + 750 MB of free data on 18th March. I immediately call 198 for complaint regarding the balance 7GB data. They assure me that it will be credited to my account within 3 working days. i.e. by 22nd March.

                          Then I come to know that a friend of mine has been offered a better plan by Vodafone i.e. “Super Retention Plan” of Rs. 349 with 10 GB data and unlimited calls local and national for life time. I call 198 and ask them the status of my previous complaints and also about this plan. They have no update on any of my compliant. They only say that they will arrange a call from Service centre and then I can change my plan to Super Retention Plan.

                          Its 30th March today! But none of my complaints are solved. For the balance 7 GB data till today I have not received any message. I have not been offered the plan that I asked for.

                          I did call more than 5 times in last one week but no resolutions to any of my complaints!! I even wrote to corporatecare.[protected]@vodafone.com but all i get is standarised reply. Is this the kind of service offered by Vodafone to its customers. Vodafone should have a policy of standard plans and when offered, actual benefit that was promised should be made available to the customer.

                                I am facing some issue with my sim activation and i tried to connect vodfone care with the all feasible rights but no luck. They are not looking in my issue serioulsy and making me fool for allwhere even i go to vodafone care for the same but they are not taking the right action on my issue. Please help me out with the issue. Thanks in advance.

                                Hi Team,

                                I am contineously chasing my request from last week but i did not get any solution from all the care executive.

                                There are the few points which i want to highlight from the begining of the case.

                                1:- On sunday i went to vodacare regarding my issue and there is a executive (female) handled my case and she promised me to get reply to me by tomorrow and i did not get any response from her till now.

                                2:- After one day i.e. Monday night i called 12:48 AM vodacare regarding the issue and someone has picked the call after 12 min but could not speak. After 15 sec he cut the call without any word but i can sense that he is hearing my voice also i can hear background voice as well.

                                3:- Again i called vodafone care and this time someone has picked my call after 30 minutes but he behave very rudely with me without knowing the issue and opposed my all the request with the case.

                                4:- Then i complaint to vodafone for all the things which happened with me then i got a call from someone (attached email) and he talked with the gentleman and understand my issue and promised me to get a same call to you with the issue resolution but as the same i did not get any call from them.

                                This is very serious case which i am facing right now. My mobile number is deactivate due to some reason and it has my some personal number which i have given to my offices and banks and i am facing so much trouble due to this.

                                I am tried everything for the same but no luck to reach to the resolution and this is very shame on vodafone and their executives that they are doing with their customer.

                                Now i have only one option to go to consumer court for the same and register a complaint against you as this is very high sevierty issue.

                                  I have been completely stressed out with the most ridiculous services of vodafone CSE's since the 27th March. My repeated requests have been overlooked and calls have been placed on hold for 10mins atleast.
                                  A simple request of changing my data plan has not been sorted and I have to waste my time and money contacting the customer services. I need someone to get my issue resolved at the earliest and given some sort of compensation for the mental stress caused to me. After being a valued customer for years I'm being treated like some dirt.
                                  Also the CSE's need extreme cs training and how to provide good service to customers.
                                  I need my complaint to be sorted on high priority.

                                        Please find the below details of the complaint

                                        I have sent a couple of email in the recent past as advised by your customer care, however, I did not receive any reply.

                                        Coming to the point of concern, ..I had recently ported by prepaid sim to postpaid.

                                        Now the postpaid people issued me a sim the very next day and also collected my documents.There was a charge of Rs 300 as "deposit fee" for which i did not collect any receipt.

                                        Now the sim started working fine until the Vodafone verification dept came to the scenario and after reviewing my Bachelorhood life, considered it inappropriate to avail postpaid service as I live in a 2 Bhk Flat with 4 other mates.

                                        As per Vodafone, there cannot be more than 4 people living in a 2 bhk flat.

                                        Anyways I was unable to show my rent agreement but provided them with the electric bill.The Sim got activated and then deactivated once again.

                                        Now The Vodafone Baner outlet being very supportive told me that verification team will be visiting your flat on Monday(27th March 2017) once again.I am still waiting for those people!!

                                        I waited till 1 pm today and decided to end this by reverting back to prepaid.

                                        Now, my deposit fee does not reflect in Baner System and I had to pay an additional Rs120/- considering the usage I did while my postpaid sim was active.

                                        Its been 4 days and i have no access to my phone thankfully because of your services.

                                        Questions for you now:

                                        1 Why is these mail ids even valid when their is no response?
                                        2 How does vodafone decide how many people can live in a flat and how do they relate it to credit amount?
                                        3 If a loyal vodafone customer was using a number for the past 3 years how can Vodafone team even decide on the credit amount?
                                        4 I was not able to use my sim for 4 days. Just like you guys can claim that i had to pay 120rs for the usage, how much amount will you be considering to refund?
                                        5 When a postpaid sim was issued under my name why was the deposit amount not reflected in the Baner Store?
                                        6 I need the reason why my sim got blocked twice in two days without my prior notice?
