Dear Sir/ Madam,
It is cleared that you have no answer to my query and it is not also cleared to me why you are repeatedly pressuring me to take my consent for providing me with a bill discount of Rs. 25 while your plan offered it Rs. 100 and other are getting the same. It is a coercion.
I am totally dissatisfied with your response and non cooperation, However, I don't have any other option expect going to resolve the matter with the help of legal forum as mentioned .

Dear Sir/Madam,
I am very much surprised to see your response which totally unethical and cheating with customer. it is not understand at what basis you are asking for my consent where you have beached the contact.
You have admitted that the same plan is activated with my number.This is not cleared to me that what basis you are giving me a bill discount of Rs.25 whereas plan provides a bill discount of Rs.100 per month and my other colleagues are getting the benefit under the same CUG plan, already the sample numbers was shared with you as desired by you.
Kindly, give reply, with your justification within 2 days, failing which I have to go to the appropriate legal forum without having no alternative.

i am using following Vodafone no.[protected] with the CUG plan E_Connent_3G_375 and i believed i am a Vodafone customer for 10 years.
currently i have seen bill discount what was committed at the time of CUG plan activation have not been given for last two month bills consecutively even after complaining to your authorized representative by our authorized official and without having any positive response from your side i am writing to you to look into this matter and oblige.
Hope your cooperation this time.
Also I am requesting to waive the late payment charges which is charged at my current bill. That the late payment was not willingly but was for waiting for your response for the dispute mentioned above.
