I am so disappointed with the vodafone service, that i have to use this forum to make vodafone to listen to my problem.

Recently i.e. 26.03.2017 i called up customer care for almost 9 times to resolve my problem which is i am not being able to forward my call to another number. They asked me to change my cell phone and try the service. Even after changing 3 cell phone still unsuccessful. And the worst part customer service executive doesn't have much knowledge and end up saying sir we can't do anything from our end.

Then, i try to call up the customer care on 27.03.2017 i am not being able to connect with the customer care. Since that day till now i am not being able to connect with customer care god knows they must have blocked my number for customer support.

I am using vodafone since last 6 years. I have never experienced such worst service. Would request vodafone to help me out with the situation or the last option which i have is porting out to some other service provider.

    Hi, I've recharged my number for an amount of Rs.345/- for Unlimited Calls and 28GB data with a limit of 1GB per day. Today I received my 1GB data but I'm not able to use it. Can you please check what's the problem on my number?

    I have restarted my mobile more than twice and still it doesn't work.

    And also it's taking a long time to reach the customer care at this time. I work in night shifts and that's why I can't contact the customer care at the day time. Can you please provide the customer care number for Vodafone other than 198?

      I am faceing too much problems joining the vodaphone postpaid service.I am getting heigher bills per month wheather i use these sims or not.Sir am being deceived.They are sending me a huge amount of bill every month but in real i am not using these sims.I want to deactive these sim cards as soon as possible.

          From my vodafone number [protected] balance is deducting continuously and I am not able to talk to vodafone customer executive on 198, recently Rs. 25 has been deducted from my number for some value added service even when I didn't apply for any value added service. So please refund my 25 rs and make sure that now my balance will not be deducted because of any useless value added service after any recharge.

            I have a prepaid connection of vodafone from maharashtra circe, i was living in pune before. Recently i shifted to bangalore and now i want to port my number to another operator but the port sms to 1900 always fails. I have more than 150 inr balance and i am trying to send the below sms

            It always fails. Already tried complaining to customer care but they say its a temporary technical issue which would be resolved by itself but it has been weeks already.

              All telecom company have letest internet plan for custmor, idea offer to me that 346/- in all call free and daily 1GB free plan but vodafone have not plan. its like vodafone is poor. vodafone when offer to me like plan when i port out company? hope full company offer to me daily 1GB plan to me just like JIO. i used only vodafone internet plan.

              vodafone not offer to me internet plan like JIO daily 1GB and all call free offer. how time i am wait for vodafone offer. IDEA offer to me Rs. 347 in all call free and 1GB daily free for 28days. ather wise i will port out vodafone company. reply fast as possible as fast. my vodafone no is[protected]. SURAT- GUJARAT.

                Sir you need to send a message as SMS “PORT space 10 Digit Mobile Number” (e.g. PORT 9892XXXXX0) to 1900” to generate the UPC code. UPC code is valid from UPC generation day + 15 days. SMS Charges would be as per the SMS Plan.
                Request you to visit the recipient operator to process the port in request along with the UPC Code & the fresh set of following documents
                1) Application Form
                2) Photo ID proof like pan card, passport, etc &
                3) Proof of address like passport, adhaar card, etc
                4) Donor operator latest bill & last amount paid receipt.
                Please carry original documents for spot verification.
                Please clear all the outstanding dues of the previous operator. If the dues are not cleared, then the number will be deactivated within 15 days.
                You will have to reactivate all the VAS and DND services after port in as these will be de-activated after porting-in.
                It takes 7 working days to Port out.

                    Sorry to use this word but this true because I am faceing a worst service by Vodafone, I took a SIM card on 25 March 2017 which include a offer internet pack 500 MB in day and 500 MB in night time but unfortunately I got only 50MB than I complained and I got complain number and now from 25 to till date I made a call to several time to get the internet pack but still getting a same responses from customer service whi thin 24 hour you can get.but nothing happen each and every 24 hour and they gave me a shocking respond by block my no for making a call to customer service.This is horrible, Redeculce and unacceptable service from Vodafone. So, hope in future I will be not a part of this telecom industry any more.
