Same problem continuing as i lodge complaint earlier also but nothing done.

Now same thing happening...now i will not accept this n damn i am serious about this.

    I want to block each and every incoming sms on my phone. i talked to your customer care representative but they are unable to help me.
    i think it would be done by sms barring, i tried that also but it say "connection problem or invalid mmi code
    can you please help me out there ..it is very urgent for me
    and really i want to block each and every sms i recieved please tell me how can i do it

      On 28th March 2017, some click Nation pack has been activated out of nowhere on my number [protected] and [protected] costing 35rs weekly. I need return immediately. Such cheap tactics for earning small amounts are, though, expected from Vodafone. It keeps doing this. Rubbish way of working and earning.

        I bought new simcard on 27 march and time is 4.30 pm from the vodafon mini store at mosali gujarat.
        A Store person give all instructions gently and said me my new sim will active within 24 hours.
        But still 30 hours gone my simcard is not active.
        So pl be needful and resolve my problem

          I am not getting any network on my phone for the past 5 hours. I am on a business trip and I am handicapped. The customer care executive told me that it will take 24 hours.

          Since this is the only number I have I am not in touch with my family and office.

              I was porting out of vodafone maharashtra when chnaging my circle to haryana and I was asked by vodafone to not port out tonother operator and change my circle in vodafone haryana only rather than going out and was promised same plan as jio saying i will get 346 rs plan with unlimited calling and internet. But now after porting to voda haryana they are deniying this pack saying not avlbl for my number. Please help in this regard and denial of service and cheating

                I am fed up of Vodafone... Sometimes there is unnecessary balance deduction and tariff activation... Now am getting roaming issue... When I was in roaming I registered a complaint of network blockade but when I returned to my own state the network came but then I wasn't told that the problem is of extra commercial use... I didn't receive any such warning... Again when I am in roaming I am facing this problem and the customer care executive simply says that u need to return to the state u where u purchased the sim which is seriously not feasible

                  after 8 month back today i have received post paid bill detail in my home i am very much surprise to see that you are charging monthly rental for data net Rs.250.00 from 28.Aug.2016

                  i have visited visited to your vodafone from their i got all detail more over we have not used not a single day you net you can check my record .

                  This month i pay full amout of bill Rs.784.00 mobile no.[protected]

                  If i am get refund of my my rental bill Amount Rs. 250.00 from sep .16
                  upto feb .2017 Rs. 250x6= 1500.00 . i will surrender this sim or shift to other company i have another vodafore connection No.[protected] i do cal many ISD by this phone that one also i will shift to other company..

                  Now its your company desire what they want and i am member of Hindusthan times, Delhi i will put this to complain addition also .

                      I am Vodafone postpaid customer and want to convert my connection to prepaid. I have given this request on[protected], and called several times to the vodafone customer care. But they have not done the prepaid connection till[protected]. I have paid the amount whatever the amount they have asked.

                      I am helpless, as this a quite important number and many of my friends, relatives and officials are having this number.

                      Kindly advise what to do in this situation.

                          Dear Sir,
                          Thanks for your response.
                          As informed in trailing email that I am only holding the MNP to Airtel for your clarification on matching the Airtel plan, as one of your phone banking executive promised me to activate on 13.3.17.
                          However, I am very clearly telling you that you are the worst service provider in this UPE circle in the following counts:
                          • There is no control of plan, any phone banking can promise the moon but do not honour the same.
                          • The VAS is being activated in the drop of a hat without any confirmation from the customer. Then reversed when the alert customer demonstrate.
                          • The billing is not transparent, the same promotional (8 GB free for three months) data plan has been activated twice in my number.
                          • The responses are with fake phone call from customer care which was never reached the customer.

                          This is my last email communication to you with a hope that you will improve on customer care front.
                          I would be giving the MNP code to Airtel for transferring my phone number at the earliest.

                            Money deducted Rs 100 for MOBILE MELA service for Mobile - [protected]. We have not asked to start this service, this is cheating to customer. Request Vodafone to reimburse the money.

                            Please take a strict action against service provider. I am a regular customer of Vodafone. Starting any service without asking concern and cutting the money is not correct. Request you to look into this concern ASAP.

                                To start of with i would like to draw your attention towards my Vodafone bill from 06/03/2017. On this date i was charged for VAS for which i called Customer care and it was waived off. After which the credit on my account was RS 992 as i made an extra payment. On 7th of March i was charged for Extra internet usage for which i also went to the Vodafone store and raised a complain with the screenshot of my Vodafone App. Also to be more precise, i received a Msg from Vodafone on 09th of march stating that i have used 90 % of the data bal and 308MB is left. However i was being charged for the data from 07/03/2017. At the end of the billing cycle i was charged for 860 MB wherein i only Used 72 MB.

                                  On 21st Mach, Rs 75 from my balance got automatically deducted on the name of some vodafone DOTBOT service.

                                  I have not opted for any such service and deactivated it in less then a minute, customer care said refund will happen which didn't ever happened.

                                  Again on 2nd March, service named BOLLYWOOD DIARY got auto activated deducting Rs 90.

                                  So a total of Rs 165 is take by greedy vodafone on unwanted services which they automatically activated. I plan to shift my number to another operator and drop a mail regarding this to TRAI. It's not a joke of matter. I didn't get response from your customer care number.

                                  I have not applied for any such nonsense services from vodafone.
                                  I am highly dissatisfied with the services Vodafone provides.
                                  Every other day there is some drama going on.

                                  And now this nonsense deduction.
                                  I do not have time to entertain such issues every other day and keep calling customer care.

                                  I will port my number if this doesn't gets resolved.

                                    Value added services activated and charged with out my concerns daily and i call customer care but my call can't connected Vodafone customer care.. When i call customercare it replied my call can't allowed to connect customercare. Vodafone well planned and cheat me. And they tell unlimited call free before recharge.. Now they tell i can call if and only if i have minimum amount maintained.. So i recharge 10 rupees.. They charged VAS service daily. Even though i stop VAS service. They again and again active VAS service with out my knowledge concern. Vodafone Big cheated me .my number [protected]

                                      Is there a some kind of game going on? There was three times deduction from my balance without my consent, without my doing anything for some stupid vas "fab zone wallpaper". I deactivated it once it was activated automatically again and more balance was deducted. This happened two more times within next few hours. I tried contacting customer care it was no help.
                                      This is completely wrong and no complain is being lodged by customer care. I am being told its my mistake, no human makes same mistake three times in a row.
                                      I want my money back as 95 rupees is no small amount for me
