      I am using vodafone post paid connection for last one year, every month they are activating some Value added services without my knowledge, I complained many times, some of customer care reps are not responded well, I try to port many times they convinced me with refunding the money but again and again I faced same issue so I planned to file a case on Vodafone

          I am complaining about this problem to Vodafone Customers Services but, they are not giving me any proper solution.
          I called many times for this problem.
          But, till they didn't gave me satisfied solution.
          So, I am requesting you please resolve my this issue.

            Not allowing to port by playing games...its a serious offence
            and not just one account they did it to both the accounts and i think to others also.
            i had applied for port to jio and asked for upc
            so they hiddenly charged me extra rs 90 as immediate charges (adjusments) which has now showen in my bill which didnt showed in unbilled amount and once i pay above the unbilled amount and still my porting get cancelled.
            and they now say it was system error and they will rectify it now.
            seriously vodafone thinks consumers are fools.
            they should be draged to court for this.

              I complained about the service calls are more disturbing to me. I contacted customer care and requested to stop such calls for about 2months but no response to it, I was told to wait till 7days but no regarding action for nearly 2months. so I am very hated to your network and customer service and I am going to change my network to AIRTEL.. Magizhchi..!

                I was getting a recorded IVR message every time i was making a call that by recharging my number with Rs. 348/- I will be getting unlimited calls both local and std and 1 gb 3g/4g data free per day for 28 days. So i recharged my number with Rs.348/- adn what i got was 50mb 3g data for 28 days along with unlimited calling. So I called customer care and they told me this offer is not valid for my number. I told him that i was getting ivr messages from vodafone about this offer so he told me that he dont know about this and can not do anything. He even refused to register a complaint.

                I am fed up with this kind of behavious and want to port out

                  My daughter had a Vodafone prepaid mobile connection bearing number [protected] with data pack facility. In February 2015 she became seriously ill and could not recharge the same till July, 2015. She recharged Rs.251/- at the end of July, 2015 but could not utilise the same as she could not operate her mobile Later on myself & my daughter visited a Vodafone Store and narrated everything . After listening everything in details from us the store keeper instructed us to change the plan from prepaid to postpaid & in post paid plan Rs.251/- will be adjusted automatically At first we did not agree with changing of plans but store people made us convinced & assured after 3 months post paid plan will be changed to prepaid. In November 2015 a representative from Vodafone came to our residence claiming an amount of Rs.3152.46 but could not show me usage details which was asked for. Please note my daughter took out her sim from the mobile in August, 2015 and got a new connection. My daughter is getting letters from them threatening her with severe legal action, confinement etc which is unexpected. Anyway yesterday she got another telephone call No.[protected] from Vodafone threatening her for paying the amount & at the same time quoted the names of some lawyers she should meet immediately or else pay the entire amount failing which serious legal action will be taken. As law abiding citizen we want justice & that's why praying for immediate intervention. My daughter brought this matter over phone yesterday to the notice of Shri Sanjay Pramanick Grievance Cell, West Bengal Consumer Forum

                        On 28th March 2017, some click Nation pack has been activated out of nowhere on my number [protected] and [protected] costing 35rs weekly. I need return immediately. Such cheap tactics for earning small amounts are, though, expected from Vodafone. It keeps doing this. Rubbish way of working and earning.

                          I bought new simcard on 27 march and time is 4.30 pm from the vodafon mini store at mosali gujarat.
                          A Store person give all instructions gently and said me my new sim will active within 24 hours.
                          But still 30 hours gone my simcard is not active.

                                I was porting out of vodafone maharashtra when chnaging my circle to haryana and I was asked by vodafone to not port out tonother operator and change my circle in vodafone haryana only rather than going out and was promised same plan as jio saying i will get 346 rs plan with unlimited calling and internet. But now after porting to voda haryana they are deniying this pack saying not avlbl for my number. Please help in this regard and denial of service and cheating

                                  I am fed up of Vodafone... Sometimes there is unnecessary balance deduction and tariff activation... Now am getting roaming issue... When I was in roaming I registered a complaint of network blockade but when I returned to my own state the network came but then I wasn't told that the problem is of extra commercial use... I didn't receive any such warning... Again when I am in roaming I am facing this problem and the customer care executive simply says that u need to return to the state u where u purchased the sim which is seriously not feasible

                                    i have visited visited to your vodafone from their i got all detail more over we have not used not a single day you net you can check my record .

                                    This month i pay full amout of bill Rs.784.00 mobile no.[protected]

                                    If i am get refund of my my rental bill Amount Rs. 250.00 from sep .16
                                    upto feb .2017 Rs. 250x6= 1500.00 . i will surrender this sim or shift to other company i have another vodafore connection No.[protected] i do cal many ISD by this phone that one also i will shift to other company..

                                    Now its your company desire what they want and i am member of Hindusthan times, Delhi i will put this to complain addition also .

I have given this request on[protected], and called several times to the vodafone customer care. But they have not done the prepaid connection till[protected]. I have paid the amount whatever the amount they have asked.

                                        I am helpless, as this a quite important number and many of my friends, relatives and officials are having this number.
