I hv called up customercare in mnth of jan to disconnect the line...yet they hv been generating bills and posting it to me...in the month of march again i called up and they said to pay 714 and assured me tht line will b disconnected yet it is not done and i m receiving the bills...inspite the sim is not in use since mnth of jan...extremly upset with customercare...its complete laps on their part and i m not at all liable to pay any amount ...

    I have already paid the said bill one year back still they are sending mail regarding overdues. i mailed several times but the people of this company dont bother to reply. they disconnected my no also without informing.
    i will request all the people not to use their post paid services bcz i am suffering since more than a year. for more info plz check the pics

      My colleagues are offered Red 499 + 6GB data for Rs 399.

      Upon enquiring with Vodafone executives, the same was confirmed by them.

      However, when I asked them to active the same plan for me, they made different excuses each time I spoke with them. Furthermore, some of the executives were extremely rude in their behavior.

      I wish to inform that I am extremely disappointed to know that Vodafone cheats their loyal customers this way and I regret that I have been with Vodafone for over more than 4 years. I am reconsidering switching my service provider

          You had deducted amount of thirty from my account for activation of some packs . I don't know how they get activated and i deactivated them but i didn't get my money back. I want my money back. Also i had activated unlimited voice call offer but you had charged for the national calls.

            My name is Rewa, i have ported my number from IDEA to VODAFONE recently ..But i am facing more issues in using this VODAFONE my number is never reachable .no one can contact me .

            it always gives a tone that no is not reachable i try to reach customer care any times but no proper response .

            i cannot change my number, i am using this from past 8 years .

            But i am really annoyed and not at all satisfied with this .

            can anyone help me to come out of this.

              On 27th march 2017, Click nation pack was activated even though i never requested for it. i have been a loyal customer to this network(vodafone), but this kind of cheap tactics was not expected.
              So i want a refund of 35 rupees in this number([protected]) asap.
              As there are many other players in this field, i wont hesitate to switch my network if this kind of incidents happen again.

              I am having same problem again and again .I have not subscriber to click India package but the active and when I call to customer care they put me on hold for almost 15 minutes so I just cut the phone and unsubscribed from it. This is not fare practice by Vodafone .if this happen again will switch to some other operater for sure.
              I'm at the receiving end of this problem too. How do they have authority to start a paid service on my phone without my consent? Does the TRAI approve of such practices?

                Hi Team,

                I am using vodafone for more than 3 years and recently when I moved to Hyderabad, I decided to port my number and keep vodafone but I think it was the worst decision which I took.

                As I am new to this place, I provided all the details to your verification person and provided him the timings also at which I will be available but he has still given negative feedback due to which my outgoing calls are barred.

                If this is the way you treat your old customer, its better to buy a new sim rather than keeping trust on you and staying with your network.

                It will be nice if you could teach him how to do the verification and how it should be carried on.

                  please find attachment vodafone 1st and 2nd Bills.
                  Please be informed that i am sumit buddhdev having mobile number [protected], i MNP my number from telenor to vodafone in the month of Jan 2017.

                  i have selected 399 postpaid plan, in that plan your executive has explained unlimited voice call, 1 GB 3G/4G internet free and after that unlimited 2G internet free.

                  i got bill for the period of 16-01 to[protected] Rs. 824.82. when i called your customer care there is not proper response from your side.

                  and than my out going and incoming calls was bared as i have not paid the bill. i have log a complaint regarding the same also but no positive response from your side, now i have received second bill of Rs. 1437.38. and my outgoing and incoming is also barred.

                  requesting you to please waver the extra internet amount in the first month Rs. 420, Rs.421 as usage charges and late payment charges - Rs. 100

                  Attached is the bill copy and plan copy with contact details of the person.

                    Vodafone keeps deducting my balance for no reason. They are activated some packs automatically, then they charged some amount in main balance. Today[protected] they are activated LIVE TV then they charged 21 rupees. This is actually 3rd time I have faced same issue.

                    After that they deactivated and refund the amount, But in some cases people are not aware of this kind of added service.

                    Vodafone team trying to cheat their customers.

                          This year feb i received a bill for 2999 INR when I was om 325 INR plan. I had to send multiple complaints after which my bill was re calculated to 1850 INR which was still way to high. I paid that and requested for removal of all the plans from my number . I had called vodafone on 198 to confirm that no plans were activated on my number . However I received a bill for 535 INR . I have not used he service to make calls/ Internet. all I had sent is 3 domestic SMS . I got a call from vodafone stating that I had registered a complaint for network issues which I had never done . I had called the vodafone to submit a complaint for 499 Vodafone red activated on my number which I had never requested.

LOKESH ( S.I), Living in Jahangir puri delhi. and doing his Job in bharat Nagar police Station, delhi -52, His behave and talking way with ladies and aged person is very bad. He do work only for Rich people, and Treat another person only Intention with bribe, on 26 feb 2017. in the night. he slap a Old man on road on front of police station.

                              Please note that I received a message from Vodaphone " Recharge Rs, 348/= and avail 56 GB Date +300 min talk time for 56days before 15th March 2017, I after some time recharge the said amount in my mobile phone. i found 3G internet was running setisfectorly one day but next day onwards till date, i found 3G service in not available, I tryed to contact customer care executive in 198 and 199 to file my complaint but I was not given connection to their Customer care executive any time till date.Due to this I am unable to do my trading business and continuing grate loos,
                              Therefore, requesting to the concern authority to necessary action against the service provider and direct them to activatte my sime to 3G connection immediately, and direct the service provider to extend the date of expiry to another 12 days as they are unable to provide 3G services till to day.

                                My vodafone number[protected] was blocked for sending sms from six months before. When i asked customer care they asked me to register in TRAI. I have sent sms only to my friends. But without giving any alerts they blocked my number. how to unblock?

                                      Hello Sir,

                                      I had purchased the vodafone number [protected] a couple of weeks back. I had activated it back then too, but regularly started using it 1 week back. Today I have received a sms I have to submit CIF form and other documents within 24 hrs enjoy uninterrupted service.

                                      First of all, as is ordinary practice, vodafone activated my sim only when I already submitted all the necessary documents and form. So why this short 24 hour notice now? And this is a very inconvenient time for me as I travelling in remote areas in Rajasthan at the moment. My personal security can be endangered at the moment.

                                      And this 24 hours notice comes at Saturday so Sunday will be closed. If it is counted my phone sim will be stopped and I do not have any chance to do anything about it. And in the first place it is completely unjust to ask me do that. It is your incompetence that you require documents and forms already submitted and filled.

                                      This could cause me grievous physical and mental stress plus monetary damage. I will be happy to submit documents online if I could.
