    Dear Sir,
    Thanks for your response.
    As informed in trailing email that I am only holding the MNP to Airtel for your clarification on matching the Airtel plan, as one of your phone banking executive promised me to activate on 13.3.17.
    However, I am very clearly telling you that you are the worst service provider in this UPE circle in the following counts:
    • There is no control of plan, any phone banking can promise the moon but do not honour the same.
    • The VAS is being activated in the drop of a hat without any confirmation from the customer. Then reversed when the alert customer demonstrate.
    • The billing is not transparent, the same promotional (8 GB free for three months) data plan has been activated twice in my number.
    • The responses are with fake phone call from customer care which was never reached the customer.

    This is my last email communication to you with a hope that you will improve on customer care front.
    I would be giving the MNP code to Airtel for transferring my phone number at the earliest.

      Money deducted Rs 100 for MOBILE MELA service for Mobile - [protected]. We have not asked to start this service, this is cheating to customer. Request Vodafone to reimburse the money.

      Please take a strict action against service provider. I am a regular customer of Vodafone. Starting any service without asking concern and cutting the money is not correct. Request you to look into this concern ASAP.

        I have migrated my number from Mumbai to Karnataka and cleared my Mumbai bill but they have charged me again for the payment of the bill despite lodging several complaints nobody is ready to help out saying it's not their problem and the problem keeps tossing between Karnataka and Mumbai fed up of vodafone

          To start of with i would like to draw your attention towards my Vodafone bill from 06/03/2017. On this date i was charged for VAS for which i called Customer care and it was waived off. After which the credit on my account was RS 992 as i made an extra payment. On 7th of March i was charged for Extra internet usage for which i also went to the Vodafone store and raised a complain with the screenshot of my Vodafone App. Also to be more precise, i received a Msg from Vodafone on 09th of march stating that i have used 90 % of the data bal and 308MB is left. However i was being charged for the data from 07/03/2017. At the end of the billing cycle i was charged for 860 MB wherein i only Used 72 MB.

            On 21st Mach, Rs 75 from my balance got automatically deducted on the name of some vodafone DOTBOT service.

            I have not opted for any such service and deactivated it in less then a minute, customer care said refund will happen which didn't ever happened.

            Again on 2nd March, service named BOLLYWOOD DIARY got auto activated deducting Rs 90.

            So a total of Rs 165 is take by greedy vodafone on unwanted services which they automatically activated. I plan to shift my number to another operator and drop a mail regarding this to TRAI. It's not a joke of matter. I didn't get response from your customer care number.

            I have not applied for any such nonsense services from vodafone.
            I am highly dissatisfied with the services Vodafone provides.
            Every other day there is some drama going on.

            And now this nonsense deduction.
            I do not have time to entertain such issues every other day and keep calling customer care.

            I will port my number if this doesn't gets resolved.

              Value added services activated and charged with out my concerns daily and i call customer care but my call can't connected Vodafone customer care.. When i call customercare it replied my call can't allowed to connect customercare. Vodafone well planned and cheat me. And they tell unlimited call free before recharge.. Now they tell i can call if and only if i have minimum amount maintained.. So i recharge 10 rupees.. They charged VAS service daily. Even though i stop VAS service. They again and again active VAS service with out my knowledge concern. Vodafone Big cheated me .my number [protected]

                Is there a some kind of game going on? There was three times deduction from my balance without my consent, without my doing anything for some stupid vas "fab zone wallpaper". I deactivated it once it was activated automatically again and more balance was deducted. This happened two more times within next few hours. I tried contacting customer care it was no help.
                This is completely wrong and no complain is being lodged by customer care. I am being told its my mistake, no human makes same mistake three times in a row.
                I want my money back as 95 rupees is no small amount for me

                    I hv called up customercare in mnth of jan to disconnect the line...yet they hv been generating bills and posting it to me...in the month of march again i called up and they said to pay 714 and assured me tht line will b disconnected yet it is not done and i m receiving the bills...inspite the sim is not in use since mnth of jan...extremly upset with customercare...its complete laps on their part and i m not at all liable to pay any amount ...

                      I have already paid the said bill one year back still they are sending mail regarding overdues. i mailed several times but the people of this company dont bother to reply. they disconnected my no also without informing.
                      i will request all the people not to use their post paid services bcz i am suffering since more than a year. for more info plz check the pics

                        My colleagues are offered Red 499 + 6GB data for Rs 399.

                        Upon enquiring with Vodafone executives, the same was confirmed by them.

                        However, when I asked them to active the same plan for me, they made different excuses each time I spoke with them. Furthermore, some of the executives were extremely rude in their behavior.

                        I wish to inform that I am extremely disappointed to know that Vodafone cheats their loyal customers this way and I regret that I have been with Vodafone for over more than 4 years. I am reconsidering switching my service provider

                            You had deducted amount of thirty from my account for activation of some packs . I don't know how they get activated and i deactivated them but i didn't get my money back.                                 On 27th march 2017, Click nation pack was activated even though i never requested for it. i have been a loyal customer to this network(vodafone), but this kind of cheap tactics was not expected.
                                So i want a refund of 35 rupees in this number([protected]) asap.
                                As there are many other players in this field, i wont hesitate to switch my network if this kind of incidents happen again.

                                I am having same problem again and again .I have not subscriber to click India package but the active and when I call to customer care they put me on hold for almost 15 minutes so I just cut the phone and unsubscribed from it. This is not fare practice by Vodafone .if this happen again will switch to some other operater for sure.
                                I'm at the receiving end of this problem too. How do they have authority to start a paid service on my phone without my consent? Does the TRAI approve of such practices?

                                  I am using vodafone for more than 3 years and recently when I moved to Hyderabad, I decided to port my number and keep vodafone but I think it was the worst decision which I took.

                                  As I am new to this place, I provided all the details to your verification person and provided him the timings also at which I will be available but he has still given negative feedback due to which my outgoing calls are barred.

                                  If this is the way you treat your old customer, its better to buy a new sim rather than keeping trust on you and staying with your network.

                                  It will be nice if you could teach him how to do the verification and how it should be carried on.

                                    please find attachment vodafone 1st and 2nd Bills.
                                    Please be informed that i am sumit buddhdev having mobile number [protected], i MNP my number from telenor to vodafone in the month of Jan 2017.

                                    i have selected 399 postpaid plan, in that plan your executive has explained unlimited voice call, 1 GB 3G/4G internet free and after that unlimited 2G internet free.

                                    i got bill for the period of 16-01 to[protected] Rs. 824.82. when i called your customer care there is not proper response from your side.

                                    and than my out going and incoming calls was bared as i have not paid the bill. i have log a complaint regarding the same also but no positive response from your side, now i have received second bill of Rs. 1437.38. and my outgoing and incoming is also barred.

                                    requesting you to please waver the extra internet amount in the first month Rs. 420, Rs.421 as usage charges and late payment charges - Rs. 100

                                    Attached is the bill copy and plan copy with contact details of the person.

                                      Vodafone keeps deducting my balance for no reason. They are activated some packs automatically, then they charged some amount in main balance. Today[protected] they are activated LIVE TV then they charged 21 rupees. This is actually 3rd time I have faced same issue.

                                      After that they deactivated and refund the amount, But in some cases people are not aware of this kind of added service.

                                        I have unlimited net n calling free for my no. still more then 150rs got deducted from my no today. I dont know d reason bhind this. when i was trying to call customer care i couldnt conect to them. i tried 198, 199, 111, [protected] but still no response.
                                        I want refund of my amount deducted ASAP also a call frm ur end providng reason for stupidity.
