please note to the vodafone network, i dont have sent any company related sms but you are blocking my number under trai rules. if any way i need explanation and i will move to take complaint against vodafone. i need to activate call conference your agent told that send SMS ACT CONF to 199, i tired to sent this code but unable to access.
Plz release my number [protected]

i do not have any company and send sms but you are block my number.

This year feb i received a bill for 2999 INR when I was om 325 INR plan. I had to send multiple complaints after which my bill was re calculated to 1850 INR which was still way to high. I paid that and requested for removal of all the plans from my number . I had called vodafone on 198 to confirm that no plans were activated on my number . However I received a bill for 535 INR . I have not used he service to make calls/ Internet. all I had sent is 3 domestic SMS . I got a call from vodafone stating that I had registered a complaint for network issues which I had never done . I had called the vodafone to submit a complaint for 499 Vodafone red activated on my number which I had never requested.

I lost my vodafone sim, 23rd of march 2017 in night. I activated on that day. That's a new number of mine. I have been finding for last 3 days. Now, I want to block my number. Please block the number.

Please note that I received a message from Vodaphone " Recharge Rs, 348/= and avail 56 GB Date +300 min talk time for 56days before 15th March 2017, I after some time recharge the said amount in my mobile phone. i found 3G internet was running setisfectorly one day but next day onwards till date, i found 3G service in not available, I tryed to contact customer care executive in 198 and 199 to file my complaint but I was not given connection to their Customer care executive any time till date.Due to this I am unable to do my trading business and continuing grate loos,
Therefore, requesting to the concern authority to necessary action against the service provider and direct them to activatte my sime to 3G connection immediately, and direct the service provider to extend the date of expiry to another 12 days as they are unable to provide 3G services till to day.

My vodafone [protected] number was blocked for SMS in six months before.I asked to customer care they said that i need to register with TRAI.Actually I did not do any kind of marketing .Every i will send messages to my friends and relatives only.Without my knowledge they blocked.How to un block? Please w are get resolved the SMS blocked i am not sent a SMS with my friends and relatives please resolved a SMS

Suddenly start life style package without my concent. Several time Vodafone start valu added service even customer not requested for the same.

Hello Sir,

I had purchased the vodafone number [protected] a couple of weeks back. I had activated it back then too, but regularly started using it 1 week back. Today I have received a sms I have to submit CIF form and other documents within 24 hrs enjoy uninterrupted service.

First of all, as is ordinary practice, vodafone activated my sim only when I already submitted all the necessary documents and form. So why this short 24 hour notice now? And this is a very inconvenient time for me as I travelling in remote areas in Rajasthan at the moment. My personal security can be endangered at the moment.

And this 24 hours notice comes at Saturday so Sunday will be closed. If it is counted my phone sim will be stopped and I do not have any chance to do anything about it. And in the first place it is completely unjust to ask me do that. It is your incompetence that you require documents and forms already submitted and filled.

This could cause me grievous physical and mental stress plus monetary damage. I will be happy to submit documents online if I could.

Sir i have already complain about network and unable to connect customer care

Dear sir/mam
We want 3g and 4g network in ron city and near cities and villages in gadag district in karnataka state pin code 582209. As much as possible install it, we need for all transactions like bank purpose and etc and it also help for students for downloading teaching videos. This city people are waiting for your 3g and 4g network. Please install 3g and 4g urgently.

I had a plan of 699 before.then I changed to 99 plan. I was explained by the Vodafone store executive about plan and payment of 113 with service tax. Now i have got my bill and i have to pay 304₹.

1) I was told that i will get 250 mins local n STD calls, which after bill was just 150 mins.
2) as soon as my bill cycle got over of previous plan i went to change my plan bt they said only after bill generation we can change your plan.so in my bill they have added prorata service charge of 699 plan, which is not because of my usage. Why should i pay it.
3)after they change the plan there is no intimation or message which store person said you will receive. So they have charged me internet charges for 10 gb.

I am not happy with Vodafone at all.
Also when i was using 699 plan there was not a single call from Vodafone recommending me a plan according to my usage which was 1/3rd usage of wat the plan gave me. But when i started 99 plan i hv frequent calls.

I have lost my Samsung mobile phone and vodafone sim card in an auto rickshaw today.My Mobile number is [protected].Please block my mobile number. I tried calling on my number at least 20 times but the auto driver did not take the call. I am also filing a police complaint. I will submit my photograph and ID proof in nearest vodafone hub tomorrow.

I gave a request of sms not working may be 2 months before but no one bothered but told me to visit the nearest vodafone center... i visited he checked all and said no problem in phone contact vodafone center.
I stood waiting that someone will call but no one bothered.
i wrote mail on same... they repeated same. i called helpline they are not bothered at all... finaly they took request for portability... req no ...[protected]
i called from my jio number [protected]...
Now i wish to port my number [protected] to jio or airtel

Complaint against Unknown Mobile no.

i've been getting lots of miss calls and blank calls from mobile no. [protected] for over a month, my friend even gave a call to this no. and asked not to do this again, still i'm getting lots of miss calls and blank calls from this no. which is very irritating and harassing me mentally.

Please look into this matter as early as possible.

I have recharged with 346 wich is providing unlimited calling but my calling is disabled

I'm activated with below VAS Services without my consent on my postpaid mobile connection.

I want it deactivated & not billed in next billing cycle.
My question is, why this company is activating such services & looting customers. I have heard many subscribers complaining similar issues.
