As much as possible install it, we need for all transactions like bank purpose and etc and it also help for students for downloading teaching videos.     I had a plan of 699 before.then I changed to 99 plan. I was explained by the Vodafone store executive about plan and payment of 113 with service tax. Now i have got my bill and i have to pay 304₹.

    1) I was told that i will get 250 mins local n STD calls, which after bill was just 150 mins.
    2) as soon as my bill cycle got over of previous plan i went to change my plan bt they said only after bill generation we can change your plan.so in my bill they have added prorata service charge of 699 plan, which is not because of my usage. Why should i pay it.
    3)after they change the plan there is no intimation or message which store person said you will receive. So they have charged me internet charges for 10 gb.

    I am not happy with Vodafone at all.
    Also when i was using 699 plan there was not a single call from Vodafone recommending me a plan according to my usage which was 1/3rd usage of wat the plan gave me. But when i started 99 plan i hv frequent calls.

      I have lost my Samsung mobile phone and vodafone sim card in an auto rickshaw today.My Mobile number is [protected].Please block my mobile number. I tried calling on my number at least 20 times but the auto driver did not take the call. I am also filing a police complaint. I will submit my photograph and ID proof in nearest vodafone hub tomorrow.

            I gave a request of sms not working may be 2 months before but no one bothered but told me to visit the nearest vodafone center... i visited he checked all and said no problem in phone contact vodafone center.
            I stood waiting that someone will call but no one bothered.
            i wrote mail on same... they repeated same. i called helpline they are not bothered at all... finaly they took request for portability... req no ...[protected]
            i called from my jio number [protected]...
            Now i wish to port my number [protected] to jio or airtel

                  i've been getting lots of miss calls and blank calls from mobile no. [protected] for over a month, my friend even gave a call to this no. and asked not to do this again, still i'm getting lots of miss calls and blank calls from this no. which is very irritating and harassing me mentally.

                  Please look into this matter as early as possible.

                      I'm activated with below VAS Services without my consent on my postpaid mobile connection.
                      Dotbot pack Activation Rs.35/-
                      Click Nation Pack Activation Rs 35/-

                      I want it deactivated & not billed in next billing cycle.
                      My question is, why this company is activating such services & looting customers. I have heard many subscribers complaining similar issues.

                        I paid bill of Feb month around 570 rs by cash at vodafone store. It is updated in system and after some day it is reverted back from system. Store says different answer and vodafone 198 executive says different answer. No one is solving problem. Please vodafone raise your standards and quality otherwise you will lose your valuable customer. Do needful and resolve it as soon as possible

                          I made online recharge yesterday amounting to Rs. 108.00 to my Vodafone no. [protected] vide transaction id ISBI[protected]. But, the receipt was not generated to my email id '[protected]@gmail.com', though recharge message came to the said no. Please mail it because it is very necessary to submit a copy of the receipt to my department for claiming refund. Your co-operation is highly solicited in this regard.

                              Dear Vodafone,
                              My Vodafone number is [protected]
                              I got your postpaid SIM in last year 4th quarter (forgot the month).Frankly speaking I'm just using this number as my secondary number .When I got the SIm, I clearly told the person in the Vodafone store that I don't want data service and I need only voice service and told them I'm going to change the number to prepaid after 3 months, they said ok and all.

                              Then I paid the bill for 2 months,

                              Then this happens in the third month, my nephew who is 5 years old, took my phone and turned the internet on and started watching videos in youtube (you know how clever the kids these days are ) .Within minutes I got a call from Vodafone saying overuaage of data ( I mean what the hell ?? They activated the data service which I didn't ask for ) that's when I took the mobile from my nephew and saw that the data service is on.so I immediately turned it off

                              Later I got a bill from Vodafone saying 2300+ ruppes which I have to pay for using the services

                              I explained what happened to the Vodafone store in my town about the incident.

                              They told me to pay only 1000 rupees instead of full amount which I paid immediately. And they told they will viber it ( this happened in January 2017)

                              It is march now, till now they didn't close my bill as they said, and They are asking to pay the bill immediately to stop legal proceedings .

                              I have something to ask

                              1. Why should I pay for the service which I clearly didn't ask for
                              2. I'm getting calls from various number daily, have spoken to MORETHAN 20 people from Vodafone collection office.( I mean what the hell man, I can't explain the issue to each and everyone in your collection office )
                              3.Why single person is following the bills ??why I get a call from multiple collection office executives????
                              4.isnt the company responsible for activating the data service which I didn't ask for ??
                              5.isnt the local store responsible for this incident ???
                              6.who the hell is this collection office people, ??Why so many people are calling me ??Why can a single person handle this??
                              7.isnt the local Vodafone store responsible for activating the service which I didn't ask for ??
                              8.some collection office people talk harshly and speak like threatening me

                              Today also I spoke to the local store ([protected]). She clearly understand the issue and when I asked her why my bill is not settled yet, she asked me to pay the remaining bill. What is this?? She only told that she will viber the balance amount in January, but now telling me to pay the remaining money, this is not good.

                              And By the way
                              Do you know what she told now, she told she is able to viber only 100 ruppees, and she told I have pay because I used the data service, I asked why she activated the DATA service to my number ???She did cut my call...Is this how you treat the customers ?

                              Today also I got 2 calls from the collections office asking me to pay the bill and if I don't they told me they will send me a legal notice ..Their numbers are [protected], [protected]
                              TTELL ME WHY 2 PEOPLE CALLED ME TODAY, WHEN I EXPLAINED THE ISSUE WITH THR 1ST CALLER .??????

                              Worst service ever .
                              Activating the service which I didn't ask for is your mistake, not mine.

                              I have attached the bill copy for 1000rs I have paid earlier..

                                    I am active user of vodafone from last 6 years and my numbers is [protected], [protected], [protected] I have 3 sim which I am usings. From last 1 year I have so many issues. I did not Any complaints because I am a busy person. In October I got a massage from Vodafone Re 99 you will get the benefits of 1GB 3g internet and I did it and I get the benefits, when ever I recharged internet pack I did only Rs 99 and I get the benefits of 1GB 3g data. But today when I did Rs 99 recharge I did not get the benefits same.
                                    It is cheating and misleading from Vodafone.
                                    So many of my friends using the Vodafone network and they say same.
                                    I am thinking I will change the network

                                      On 16/3/17 i received a call from +91 [protected] stating that calling from sbi credit card for redeem of my reward points. Asking otp to upgrade my card, but they used my otp and did online transactions for an amount of rs.4999/- at vodafone bill desk and for an amount of rs.4999/ at mpesa these are all fraud transactions cheating me through phone.

                                      Please reverse the transactions and refund back the money to my account.

                                      Credit card is already blocked.
