      Sir,

      I am a active user of vodafone since 4-5 years. My name is sharadchandra mahale and vodafone no. Is [protected]. Today at 8.15 am i got a message that for unlimited pack is activated. Rs 30 have been charged and rs.30 have been charged for this. I never subscribed for this. How can they activate it without my permission. It had happened earlier also. When i called the customer care people they said that the service can only be deactivated but about the refund thing they said that if its the fault of the company then they would refund back within 24 hours. But till now no refund has been done.

      And today also i got a message that tomorrow again rs.30 would be deactivated!!!

      I want my deducted balance to be refunded asap.

        My vodafone plan 325 but this month i got the bill rs.1200. Usually i get 450 but from last 2 months i am getting more bill. I contacted to customer care they told that some plan is activated. I told them to deactivate but they didn't.
        So i called to customer care again and i told if i get bill like this i will change the network. And the very next day i got the bill as 1200. But usually i get the bill on 7th but this month i got on 10th.
        I spoke with customer care they told that if you continue using this network then we will reduce the bill.

        Should i pay the bill or not?

        Please revert me asap.

            Hi,

            Hi my self deepika kashyap; presently i am living in jammu.
            . I have complain against the disconnection of my two number +[protected] and +[protected].
            As i applied for disconnection of these two connection from jammu center with outstanding payment done on 03/11/2016. But till now these two connection are still active.

            And now i got court notice regarding the payment (As attached)

            Kindly note : i left chandigarh in october - end and on that time i visit vodacare in chandigarh and they say you will apply for disconnection after the bill generated. That's the reason i applied after the bill generated in november from jammu (J&k)

            I surprised when i saw today notice from court regarding the outstanding payment, as known that i already paid the bill for disconnection of these two number in jammu center (Receipt attached).

            Pls do the needful.

                  On my num every packs are getting activated due to pop ads why dont u send a conformation message before activating them and why am i not able to speak with customer care.

                    This is to bring to your notice that you have deducted the charges for dotbot services from my existing balance more than once. I had raised a stop service request yesterday for the same, but today again the amount has been deducted. I really wonder what kind of service you provide. First of all deducting the charges for an unasked for service is the cheapest thing to do and despite raising a stop request again doing the same thing doesn't look good on your part. I demand my money back and expect no further inconveniences like this to happen.

                      Even my number got charged for VAS four times in a period of 2 months. When asked it says i clicked somewhere. I am absolutely sure my internet connection was not active when it was charged (today 7:03 pm, even confirmed by myvodafone app). I was not even around my mobile device when it was charged. Can i have something which completely blocks VAS from my device? Even provide me details by which i can automatically initiate refund by deactivating VAS service within 24 hours like other service providers are providing.

                      Vodafone India — Vodafone Prepaid - Customer Care number (198 or 199) is not transferring call to the customer care executive. It automatically gets redirected to main menu without any further notice. I tried this almost 2-3 times but in vain. Sometimes it becomes irritating when its utmost essential. My number is [protected]. It would be really helpful if it is solved at the earliest. Thanks in advance.

                        Oh ! My God. I have been a very long time Vodafone user with 2 Nos postpaid, 1 for talking and other for internet. a third has been given as prepaid with recharge of Rs. 57/- but neither Internet nor Prepaid no [protected] is working. Receipt No as has been given above. What is this for Vodafone REPUTATION.

                            I am a vodafone customer for the past more than 6 years. Also, in my area (Melapulam, vellore district) more than 2, 500 people are using the vodafone network. Now a days vodafone is offering 3g/4g mobile network for their customers. But, we aren’t able to use 3g/4g network from my area. Even, 2g network also working very low speed. Pls solve this.

                              I am using Vodafone number I was having network issue that in my locality there is very poor 3g network. I called customer care executive complaining about the problem, they told me that my locality is still a 2g network locality.

                              I mean is this serious that now all you giving 4g ads and u don't even provided 3g network.

                              I have got this crazy bill of 23000 and when i called customer care after i came back to India after 15 days where i didnt use the number or sim card, the customer care executive couldnt help me.
                              Now my phone is not working and im using wifi to do all the work. They dont care about customers.

                                I wanted to know the name and address of this no [protected] because i'm getting many blank calls from this no and nobody speak when i pick the call the person on the other side of call used the very abusive and vulgar language When i complaint about the above number in Delhi police on dated 17/03/2017 the police officials try to make the call but he didn't pick the call and after some time he switched of his handset.

                                  Since past few months Vodafone bill deducted 99/- MConverge Fashion [protected]@99, which I never activated.
                                  However, i never noticed it earlier. This time i observed my bill since i was confused why i am getting so much bill since past few months.
                                  I never used any of this portal, how can i pay for this??
                                  Do I need to go for consumer court for this or can solve the issue here?

                                  I have been a customer with Vodafone from past 10 years. This is really unexpected what Vodafone is doing with there customers.
                                  I verified my last 12 months bill and found that this MConverge Fashion [protected]@99 charges have been applied in my all bills starting from May-2016.
                                  The customer care executive says that they can reverse this amount only for current bill and last bill. But what about my earlier bills. This is cheating with their customers. Applying such value added services without notifying the customer is not acceptable.

                                    This is regarding the very pathetic service from Vodafone for me on below points & getting into for consumer forrum complain for action & harassment from Vodafone -

                                    1. De-activation for pending payments for 1-2 months, 3 times deactivation done without intimation to customer/me though ready to pay the penalty for delay in payments.

                                    2. Rude behavior by Vodafone gallery in-charge-Ms. Anita at Kalyan-West(Maharashtra) towards the activation & further payment settlement.

                                    3. Change from corp. plan to personalized now but not able chage the port on various reasons for next 03 month.

                                    4. Its shame on Vodafone for very poor response to customer & further harassment on various part of payment/switch over to other vendor & rude behavior at Customer care center.

                                    5. connected with vodafone since last 02 year with Corporate plan, still not able to switch over to other on account of various reasons.

                                      श्रीमान जी आप से निवेदन है कि Vodafone कंपनी दिन प्रतिदिन धोखाधड़ी कर रही है कई दिनों से हम 18 का रिचार्ज कराते हैं अपने मोबाइल में बट यह लगभग आधे घंटे बाद एक्टिवेट करते हैं और इसकी सिर्फ एक ही घंटा मान्यता होती है जब हम Vodafone केयर से बात करते हैं तो वह सही से बात भी नहीं करते हैं और बता देते हैं किए जाओ यह जाओ मतलब यह लोग सिर्फ धोखा धड़ी कर रहे हैं अतः आपसे निवेदन है कि हमारी इन बातों पर ज्यादा ध्यान दीजिए यह बात सिर्फ ₹ 18 की नहीं है यह दिन-प्रतिदिन धोखाधड़ी की है
