I paid bill of Feb month around 570 rs by cash at vodafone store. It is updated in system and after some day it is reverted back from system. Store says different answer and vodafone 198 executive says different answer. No one is solving problem. Please vodafone raise your standards and quality otherwise you will lose your valuable customer. Do needful and resolve it as soon as possible

    I made online recharge yesterday amounting to Rs. 108.00 to my Vodafone no. [protected] vide transaction id ISBI[protected]. But, the receipt was not generated to my email id '[protected]@gmail.com', though recharge message came to the said no. Please mail it because it is very necessary to submit a copy of the receipt to my department for claiming refund. Your co-operation is highly solicited in this regard.

        Dear Vodafone,
        My Vodafone number is [protected]
        I got your postpaid SIM in last year 4th quarter (forgot the month).Frankly speaking I'm just using this number as my secondary number .When I got the SIm, I clearly told the person in the Vodafone store that I don't want data service and I need only voice service and told them I'm going to change the number to prepaid after 3 months, they said ok and all.

        Then I paid the bill for 2 months,

        Then this happens in the third month, my nephew who is 5 years old, took my phone and turned the internet on and started watching videos in youtube (you know how clever the kids these days are ) .Within minutes I got a call from Vodafone saying overuaage of data ( I mean what the hell ?? They activated the data service which I didn't ask for ) that's when I took the mobile from my nephew and saw that the data service is on.so I immediately turned it off

        Later I got a bill from Vodafone saying 2300+ ruppes which I have to pay for using the services

        I explained what happened to the Vodafone store in my town about the incident.

        They told me to pay only 1000 rupees instead of full amount which I paid immediately. And they told they will viber it ( this happened in January 2017)

        It is march now, till now they didn't close my bill as they said, and They are asking to pay the bill immediately to stop legal proceedings .

        I have something to ask

        1. Why should I pay for the service which I clearly didn't ask for
        2. I'm getting calls from various number daily, have spoken to MORETHAN 20 people from Vodafone collection office.( I mean what the hell man, I can't explain the issue to each and everyone in your collection office )
        3.Why single person is following the bills ??why I get a call from multiple collection office executives????
        4.isnt the company responsible for activating the data service which I didn't ask for ??
        5.isnt the local store responsible for this incident ???
        6.who the hell is this collection office people, ??Why so many people are calling me ??Why can a single person handle this??
        7.isnt the local Vodafone store responsible for activating the service which I didn't ask for ??
        8.some collection office people talk harshly and speak like threatening me

        Today also I spoke to the local store ([protected]). She clearly understand the issue and when I asked her why my bill is not settled yet, she asked me to pay the remaining bill. What is this?? She only told that she will viber the balance amount in January, but now telling me to pay the remaining money, this is not good.

        And By the way
        Do you know what she told now, she told she is able to viber only 100 ruppees, and she told I have pay because I used the data service, I asked why she activated the DATA service to my number ???She did cut my call...Is this how you treat the customers ?

        Today also I got 2 calls from the collections office asking me to pay the bill and if I don't they told me they will send me a legal notice ..Their numbers are [protected], [protected]
        TTELL ME WHY 2 PEOPLE CALLED ME TODAY, WHEN I EXPLAINED THE ISSUE WITH THR 1ST CALLER .??????

        Worst service ever .
        Activating the service which I didn't ask for is your mistake, not mine.

        I have attached the bill copy for 1000rs I have paid earlier..

          My mobile number is [protected] from Maharashtra circle... some LOVESUTRA pack activated on mobile without confirmation and 35 rs deducted...customer care person name Sandesh said he cant refund money and he even refuse to register complaint...this is not happened fiirst time..very disappointed with vodafone ...as a very old customer not expecting this from vodafone..please refund my money as early as possible ...

            I had been continuously facing problem of activation of VAS services without my consent from past three week and daily i had to call Customer care to resolved and refund..my pop up is always on off mode. But now its too much ...i not able to connect to service person in 198.its saying sorry u had failure...to connect call.

            Please resolved issue as i am helpless to resolved,

              I am active user of vodafone from last 6 years and my numbers is [protected], [protected], [protected] I have 3 sim which I am usings. From last 1 year I have so many issues. I did not Any complaints because I am a busy person. In October I got a massage from Vodafone Re 99 you will get the benefits of 1GB 3g internet and I did it and I get the benefits, when ever I recharged internet pack I did only Rs 99 and I get the benefits of 1GB 3g data. But today when I did Rs 99 recharge I did not get the benefits same.
              It is cheating and misleading from Vodafone.
              So many of my friends using the Vodafone network and they say same.
              I am thinking I will change the network

                On 16/3/17 i received a call from +91 [protected] stating that calling from sbi credit card for redeem of my reward points. Asking otp to upgrade my card, but they used my otp and did online transactions for an amount of rs.4999/- at vodafone bill desk and for an amount of rs.4999/ at mpesa these are all fraud transactions cheating me through phone.

                Please reverse the transactions and refund back the money to my account.

                Credit card is already blocked.

                        Sir,

                        I am a active user of vodafone since 4-5 years. My name is sharadchandra mahale and vodafone no. Is [protected]. Today at 8.15 am i got a message that for unlimited pack is activated. Rs 30 have been charged and rs.30 have been charged for this. I never subscribed for this. How can they activate it without my permission. It had happened earlier also. When i called the customer care people they said that the service can only be deactivated but about the refund thing they said that if its the fault of the company then they would refund back within 24 hours. But till now no refund has been done.

                        And today also i got a message that tomorrow again rs.30 would be deactivated!!!

                        I want my deducted balance to be refunded asap.

                          My vodafone plan 325 but this month i got the bill rs.1200. Usually i get 450 but from last 2 months i am getting more bill. I contacted to customer care they told that some plan is activated. I told them to deactivate but they didn't.
                          So i called to customer care again and i told if i get bill like this i will change the network. And the very next day i got the bill as 1200. But usually i get the bill on 7th but this month i got on 10th.
                          I spoke with customer care they told that if you continue using this network then we will reduce the bill.

                          Should i pay the bill or not?

                          Please revert me asap.

                              Hi my self deepika kashyap; presently i am living in jammu.
                              . I have complain against the disconnection of my two number +[protected] and +[protected].
                              As i applied for disconnection of these two connection from jammu center with outstanding payment done on 03/11/2016. But till now these two connection are still active.

                              And now i got court notice regarding the payment (As attached)

                              Kindly note : i left chandigarh in october - end and on that time i visit vodacare in chandigarh and they say you will apply for disconnection after the bill generated. That's the reason i applied after the bill generated in november from jammu (J&k)

                              I surprised when i saw today notice from court regarding the outstanding payment, as known that i already paid the bill for disconnection of these two number in jammu center (Receipt attached).

                              Pls do the needful.

                                      This is to bring to your notice that you have deducted the charges for dotbot services from my existing balance more than once. I had raised a stop service request yesterday for the same, but today again the amount has been deducted. I really wonder what kind of service you provide. First of all deducting the charges for an unasked for service is the cheapest thing to do and despite raising a stop request again doing the same thing doesn't look good on your part. I demand my money back and expect no further inconveniences like this to happen.

                                        Even my number got charged for VAS four times in a period of 2 months. When asked it says i clicked somewhere. I am absolutely sure my internet connection was not active when it was charged (today 7:03 pm, even confirmed by myvodafone app). I was not even around my mobile device when it was charged. Can i have something which completely blocks VAS from my device? Even provide me details by which i can automatically initiate refund by deactivating VAS service within 24 hours like other service providers are providing.

                                        Vodafone India — Vodafone Prepaid - Customer Care number (198 or 199) is not transferring call to the customer care executive. It automatically gets redirected to main menu without any further notice. I tried this almost 2-3 times but in vain. Sometimes it becomes irritating when its utmost essential. My number is [protected]. It would be really helpful if it is solved at the earliest. Thanks in advance.
