According to TRAI, I dialed 1925 and clicked on 2 to deactivate internet service. It deactivated my internet pack for vodafone mobile no[protected]. I activated it back again but my data pack of Rs 345 for 28 days is not activated again .I hardly used 3days. Now it is bugging me that I lost 25 Gb for useless 1925 procedure of deactivation. It is my request to restore my internet pack, failing which I will stop using vodafone services. Dear subscriber, beware of vodafone, they charge you heavily for their data pack and then they try techniques to deactivate your internet pack, so that you recharge again and they loot Again. I expect service for my money invested on vodafone and not techniques to annoy me. I checked with customer care for last 3 days and they informed data pack will be renewed in next day.but today when i checked again he informed me data pack is deactivated and i need to recharge again. Since after using 1 Gb of data Vodafone is deducting amount from main balance, i have send stop to 1925 but instead of stopping for the day Vodafone deactivated entire data pack.

I've lost my Vodafone sim along with my moto e2 mobile at Bangalore today (15/03/17). My Vodafone number [protected]. I want to deactivate that number asap. Calling customer care for last 1 hr. no response. Deactivate it Asap
Vodafone charged me 25 rupees for "Silk pack" which i did not activated. They are saying that as requested they activated the offer. I did not activated anything .
I have deactivated my Vodafone postpaid no [protected] 45 days ago
But I haven't received my security amount cheque till now pls proceed and check whats the matter
I ported my number from from Idea to Vadafone. But, they activated value added services for 10 days . I got unbilled amount of 1984. with in 10days 3 times disconnected outgoing calls. They disconnected stating limit crossed. I never activated any VAS. They can't able to show SMS request which is sent by me for Activating. only Harrasment.
My phone is lost and kindly please block my number [protected]

      I recharged 2 times my first recharge was of Rs.95 on 16 march 2017 talktime recieved was Rs0.41and Rs.82.20 was deducted as a subtitle of ACCESS FEE...i got only 0.01 as new balance and on my second recharge amounting to Rs128 on 19 march 2017 Stax was 16.7 and Access fee was 108.42 and my new balace was Rs 0.0... Is vodafone looting its customers as a term of Access fee????

        I had faced a unexplained deduction of Rs 75 on 16 march 2017 . After reporting the complain it stays unattended till date and also my customer care services are revoked . Whenever I call 198 or 199 it does not let me speak to the customer care. I had to report the complain from the gallery in Turbhe . My complain number is 87672177. And my number is [protected] .

          On 20th march 2017 i received a message from vd - vfcare that hello! Dotbot pack is now active on your number, as requested. This service is valid till[protected] and a 7 days rental of rs.35 has been deducted. Your current balance post service activation is rs.19.134. To deactivate sms stop to or call 155223 (Toll free)..

          Even i contacted the customer care online support, they are saying that. It has been activated form 3rd party website we are not responsible for that. You have only activated that purposely / mistakenly. Please change your settings and popup block settings in your phone.

          I am unable to use internet on my number [protected] regularly some time internet is working and some time not working data on symbol e, 2g and 3g is not visible on my mobile network

            I requested to move my number from postpaid to prepaid whislt i was in India. The female in bhyandar west store told me she has done it and within 48 hours il have to call 59090 to verify and use prepaid sim. I paid my outstanding bill and also 500 for a recharge. When i called vodafone after 48 hours they told me no actions were taken on the account so it was delayed. The next person took the request but it was delayed and i had to travel to dubai. Now they tell me to cll 59090 but i cant as iam in Dubai

              I am a valuable customer to vodafone since long 8 years but now this is extremely discreditable that since last 3-4 months various nuisance services/ packs are being subscribed on my number that too without clicking on any tab of my phone and huge amounts are also being deducted for the same without any intimation.
              This is quite reprehensible on their part that those nuisance services are keeps on being activated on my number while I keeps on sending deactivation requests on the very same day same time. I have contacted vodafone customer care toll free no. also, but nevertheless, they could not even provide me an acceptable answer for my query. Now, it is quite obvious that whenever I will do a recharge on my no., a new service will be activated and huge amount will be deducted.
              I have mailed them all the screenshots of the messages, then they have refunded the previous deducted amount and said that they will blacklist all those services on my no. but since last week again those services are being activated on my no. and amounts are deducted from my balance. And no use of their refund also because they have refunded an amount of Rs. 187 ridiculously out of which Rs. 125 have already been deducted again for their nuisance services.
              In spite of my frequent mails no proper actions are being taken. Now this is completely unbearable that how my money are being wasted for those so-called VAS services (I don't even know the uses of those nuisance services) and how their valuable customers are being cheated like this by them.
              Looking for some positive action from your end.

                  Hi,

                  I had requested for deactivation of my vodafone postpaid connection as there was no network on my number for 45 days. Immediately I got a call and was offered a plan of 499 (unlimited calls) for 249 applicable for 6 months. Since the executive was literally begging me to continue the number, out of irritation I said ok activate it. That executive instead activated a plan of 1299 on my number and since then I am being overcharged since 3 months. Instead of my requesting for deactivation, they are not deactivating my number and I am forced to pay the overcharged bill every month.

                  There is a executive called Navya Arun. She told me today that calling 198 is chargeable as 50p/min. Later on I came to know it's not. She is the most disgusting and unhelpful representative I ever spoke to.

                  I spoke to a customer care representative called Navya Arun. She has no idea about vodafone but still she is representating vodafone. She told me calling 198 is chargeable. And she refused to help me or connect me to her supervisor instead of me repeatedly requesting for it. She is very stubborn, unhelpful and the most disgusting representative I ever spoke to. My mom and dad also use vodafone but I am going to disconnect their numbers also.

                        Am using vodafone number [protected] and it geting automatically balance deduction from 19th of march 2017.first it was 104 then it become 63 then 22 i talked coustmer support but they told they dont have data about this issue.i want my money back.its not way of any service to give they dont have proper reason why balance deduct just telling not have data.

                          Dear sir,
                          It is my duty to inform you that in my residential area there is 3g tower of every other companies except my favourite and liked company vodafone.
                          Here we have only 2g network of vodafone. Due to this we face a lot of problem in working through internet as in the times of 4G we do not even have 3G network. The 2G network here is not suitable for doing download or watch videos online.
                          I don't want to change my service provider as vodafone calling and other services is better than others.
                          Please kindly look into this problem as like me many other users of my area are facing this problem which can cause to change provider.
                          Hope you will consider my request and soon implement it.

                            I have been charged for VAS Charge for Rs.1200 for calling a number 51717. I have never called this number and when i got connected to Vodafone customer service rep and asked which number is this VAS for, he does not to know what VAS number it is. I googled it and came to know it is astrology vas charge. It is seriously pathetic that they are charging when i have not called. I have also seen numerous complaints about the same on consumer forum where people are charged by Vodafone for the same to many postpaid customers. What do they think we are fools here to have a postpaid connection and they are charging us for anything. Their customer service rep Syed Ibrahim does not know how did i get charge and what should be done.Please look into this and contact vodafone and ask a reply.

                              So Vodafone has started earning money through unauthorized VAS activation over Customers numbers without taking their consent. This is 2nd time in the week I got some VAS service activated over my number [protected]), previously they refunded it saying that next time they won't refund it. So this time I got a balance deduction of 45 which was twice the last amount. I never activated any services named SILK PACK. Kindly help me get my money back.

I complain through phone & physically reapetedly to mr. Suman deb of burdwan vodafone store, located at g. T. Road. Burdwan - but till now my connection is invalid.                                   After vodafone cut amount from my main balance after my internet pack expired, I dialed 1925 and deactivated my internet service from my number. The pack I was using offered 1 GB /day for 56 days and free calls for the same. I called the next day and activated the internet service. But they deactivated my internet and call services. I called the vodafone customer care. Their explanation is that if I deactivate the service, my package which includes call as well as internet services will no longer be available. It is no where mentioned in TRAI regulations that existing packs will be deactivated. I felt really cheated after this reply. I had another 46 days left in the package. I got no indication after dialing 1925 that my existing data pack will be deactivated. So in sum I spend 347 rupees to use my vodafone services for 10 days. In any case there is no explanation for why my call services also got deactivated. I request you to restore both my internet and call services immediately.

                                    I have just received a message at 7:21pm today stating that "dear customer, your waiver of rs. 69 against the service dnld-d2c_verse_ipayy_verse has been processed and will be updated in your account today" and suddenly rs. 69 has been deducted from my account. When i called customer care, the respondent (Name mr. Partho roy) informed me that the service was activated from my phone. I know that is not true, as i have not activated or downloaded any such service. He also told me that there is no higher authority in vodaphone to whom i can talk and nothing can be done from vodaphone side and advised me to contact the verse_ipayy, whom i do not know. While searching from internet i found that many others have also launched there complaint to vodaphone for false verse_ipayy download service.
                                    Can't we be civilised and be customer friendly? I request to look into the case and provide justice.

                                        I have activated 300mb 4g data on 16 mar 2017.for booking my train tickets on irctc website.but no network or net signals even 2g were catch on that time.and I fail to book my ticket.on 16 march I have also complained on customer care but no action taken regarding.On 20th march I have complained avail to reversal of my data charges that I have useless, they deny to reversal for the charges.kindly help me for the same matter.
