I have activated data plan which is 4g/3g.. Unlimited in 18rs... It was activated around 11:36and i did not get speed... I did not use data and it was on 2g speed.. And that was not working. Time is almost finishing... I am. Sending you snapshot. I got sms it will be activated in ten minutes.. Almost one he finishing and 4g /3g did not activated. And got sms that is following...
Hi! You have reached 50% of the data allowance on your internet pack. You still have 1800.00 secs. Check usage on myvodafone app (www.vodafone.in/b4) or dial *111*6*1#
Last night i activated.. And it was activated i used today what happened. I want that activated... Data back in next one hrs.. Before giving me let me know... It's not fair... I did for study.. And all time finished.. It totally wrong... When money deduct from account... Instant it should have been activated... But it was not... It's not right.. Please look into this serious notes... My time is consumed and work is not done...

I am surprised that a well now service provider like Vodafone chose such cheap methods of making money.         Activation shown in bill without any notice through SMS or email and getting charged every month. since nov 2016 until feb 2017
        How can this be taken to consumer forum or consumer court?

        btw, I see so many similar complaints by others and no replies from Vodafone, I believe Vodafone wants to close the business in sometime..as jio, airtel competition in addition to their pathetic or money sucking service is going to rejected by many people like me in coming days... Hope they wake up early to avoid closing the shop.

          I am using a postpaid sim for 1 year ago. From the beginning onwards i used a plan of rs.149 but now suddenly plan has changed to 199 without any prior notice or information. I haven't got any info about the change of plan an dhow can you change the plan without any intimation. I had contacted to the vodafone main store they said you had changed the plan but i haven't done it. Please solve my problem.

            I have been using Vodafone Prepaid connection since quite a few years. Also, I used to renew my internet with 2G plans. Since the past few days I have found that my 2G plan has been switched to 3G without my consent. Also, the call rates applicable on local calls is Rs. 1.60 per minute. I have not applied for any plans.
            These changes have been done without my consent.

            How can such unauthorized changes be made. It's ridiculous.

            Please resolve the issue at the earliest and reinstate my status.

                This is to inform you that I am using Vodafone Postpaid connection since long. I received the first plan of Rs. 299/- 1200 local+std minutes plus unlimited 3G data post 1GB speed get down 512kbps. I was getting a bill of Rs 500/- and more but I didn't complain I was just paying my bills on time because the amount was not so big. after some time suddenly my plan has been changed and my bill increases above 600/- I complain but finally the deduct all the additional charges, But there is no permanent solution. I am getting higher and higher bill amount every month. Now i don't want to continue with Vodafone as i am facing the same issue from last 4 month.

                  Of monthly rental 499 on [protected] in which all calls were free they saying that I called on a special number for 90 minutes and charging be 1200 for one call

                  I requested them but they are saying that I have to pay they are charging wrongly

                          I bought a new vodafone 4G sim.It was working fine until yesterday on 21/3/17 an service got activated on my vodafone number named DOTBOT .I didn't requested to activate it. It also deducted RS 35 from my account.I then deactivated the service.It got deactivated successfully but i didn't got my money back.Please give it back as quickly as possible.Thanks!

                            According to TRAI, I gave STOP sms to 1925 to deactivate my internet service. You did not deactivate my internet service, instead u deactivated my internet pack. When I activated it back my balance data pack has gone. I lost entire available data. According to TRAI, start or stop is meant for internet usage in main balance & not for data packs. For using data packs, its deemed to be restricted to the specified data volume or the specified period.But u r against the TRAI regln & u r cutting down the data pack & u r looting the data balance. I kindly request u to revert the data balance in my account.Now time being, I have recharged again today for my internet usage. My mobile no [protected]

I called to customer care complaint service nearly 10times the language is in Hindi and they transferred my call to English department 3 times i waited nearly 10-15 mins for every call and i asked about my recharge they said that we will resolve your problem with in 20th of this month and my complaint registration number is [protected].

                                  I am constrained to report that, inspite of trying several times in last fourtyeight hours to send a message to 1900 to port my Vodafone mobile number [protected], I have been disappointed to receive a not sent/pending report. The most unfortunate thing is, I am successfully sending and receiving SMS to and from several other numbers.
                                  If it is part of some tactics to block subscribers to opt for other networks, then it is deplorable and unbecoming of a company of your reputed.

                                    I recharged with Rs352 on my Vodafone No.[protected] on 21 March 2017. And according to TRAI, I sent a STOP to 1925 to make data stop after daily 1gb data. But instead vodafone stopped my daily 1 gb data. This was clearly against TRAI regulation.Even after sending START to 1925, my daily data is not credited to my account. I request you to kindly revert my daily data pack .

                                      I am writing this after I had to call up and complain to the vodafone customer care for the 2nd time today and 3rd time in a week to remove unexplained VAS activation on my mobile numbers.

                                      A few days ago Video Mania was activated on my mobile without permission. I complained, got it deactivated and the debit of Rs. 35 reversed. Again, today, the same blasted service was activated again. I had to call up again to deactivate and reverse the charges.

                                      An hour ago, another 35 Rs. was debited from another number this time for video dictionary. Again, called up customer care to get it reversed.

                                      My question is that who authorized Vodafone to debit or activate anything on my phone without my permission? Debiting my account without my permission is FRAUD. I don't want to believe that this is a fraudulent company, but unfortunately, the explanations I am getting from customer support are quite perplexing.

                                      Customer support is saying that some third party is activating these services and I should do specific browser settings on my phone like pop up blocking, etc, to prevent these issues. The joke is that all these settings have been in place on my phone all these days.

                                      In any case, I have bought the phone to use it the way I want and not according to what Vodafone says. The service provider has no right to ask customers to make any specific browser settings.

                                      The situation is so bad that I am afraid to keep any balance over Rs. 10 on my phone because the moment I put the money, all these crazy services start getting activated. I wish I had not opted for Vodafone and will be moving out soon unless this problem is fixed once and for all.
