I got the message about free data and unlimited calls for 56 days @352 rs/-. I recharged my account with 352 rs/- and got the same benefits but validity is 28 days, which is not as expected. I want validity for 56 days. As well as, the offer was till 15 March 2017 and I did recharge on 15 March 2017. So as per the offer I should get all benefits that was mentioned in message. So please do the needful.

I've sent the image of the offer which I had received from Vodafone and now I'm sending image of that message which I've got after Recharge of 352 rs/-.

I have got my vodafone mobile number recharge with rs 250 four days back, i didn't received my recharge amount on my number, instead got a message (attached below). i have complaint them through mail and their facebook official page as well. but all in vain.

    Vodafone is really cheating customers. Without activating any service they automatically deduct my balance.i have lost the money because of 1.night out pack 2.vip games.i haven't activated these services.so redeem my amount immediately.

      I am using Vodafone Prepaid sim since many years.

      yesterday[protected] night at about 8.50 pm, I called your customer regarding the offer of 348 and your executive told that recharge with 348 and you will get unlimited call with 1gb data per day valid for 28 day I have recharged (on line) with 348 plan, through Vodafone eshop. But on 17-3-17 i was not able to access my net on my moblie so again i called your executive on 17-3-17 nd they told u cant get the benefit of 1gb as it was in offer till 15-3-17.

      Detail as follows;-

      My payment id- IHMP[protected]

      I am totally disappointed and frustrated with this.

      I request you to look into the matter seriously and direct Vodafone to give me all the benefits as above and as promised with immediate effect. Alternatively, direct to re-credit the entire sum of Rs.346/- to my Bank Account, from where recharge was made, to enable opt for similar package of other service provider.

        3 months back, I was forced to migrate from Prepaid to Postpaid services by a Vodafone store, Garia (Kolkata) branch representative and I accepted. The bill of Rs 775 became Rs 2100 as I delayed the payment for 14 days! One of the customer care representative, named Pratik Bhattacharya used slan languages and treated me like a stray dog! I paid Rs 2100 tonight and cleared all my dues! I promise that, I will never ever become a customer of Vodafone India! They are the worst people in the world! I would recommend, never use their services! Fully duffers! They will suffer very soon! Jai Hanuman!

        Furthermore, I can fully remember that, I paid Rs 775 for the 2nd month, and paid the fees with my sister at the Bunty (Garia) branch. But, they are saying that, I did not paid any money!!! I had to pay Rs 775 twice! WTF is this? Are the Vodafone India MAD??? They will go out of business! I will curse them, with Kali Maa's blessings!

          I bought a new postpaid connection by calling on 199 vodafone care on 7march. They provide me the postpaid no. [protected] with 199rs corporate monthly plan. Same day 7march the documentation was completed the vodafone executive call me and come to my residential address to take all the necessary documents his phone no. is [protected]. They take all of my documents provide me the post paia sim and plan details and told me the no. is activated in 48hrs. Then few hours later i got call from sale and service department from vodafone for confirming whether the documents are successfully submitted or not. And told me that they activate the no. by 8march just allow me 24hrs his phone no. is [protected]. Now almost 1 week already passed I can't get any responce from the activation of same moreover my they don't know about the status of the same. This is the whole service of making the fool of customers. I already have 3 postpaid connection but now I don't want any relationship with this wrost serice provider there are so any choices in the market so I moving to these operators. Now I know they won't be able to activate my postpaid connection so simply wants to return my documents and photograph which i submited to your executive at the time of documentation. Else activate my number. Moreover they are not providing any responce to me I called his customer care no. many times. I also attached all the receipts and sim details.

            If try to call their customer care means they are not responding.

            For that they have charged me 35 rs i dont know whats the service is..

            Is there any way to claim the amount back...

              Dear Team,
              Togay again a Vodafone store(Shakarpur) executive misguided on the topic of conversion from Postpaid to Prepaid. As per my trail E-mail I have already visited to same Vodafone store for conversion of my captioned mobile number.
              As per the telcom regulatory authority of India customer can change their connection from Postpaid to Prepaid and Prepaid to Postpaid anytime as their convenience.
              If the case of Postpaid to Prepaid conversion operator need to calculate bill on Pro rata basis & It should done by operator within 48 hours. but I Visited there twice of times and both times Vodafone executive misguided me against the law of telecom. They said it can be done after bill cycle (After preparation of bill) & when I again visited today after preparation of bill same executive attended me and said the bill has not been updated in the system hence he is not able to take the request for conversion but my bil has been already delivered on my email id today 16th March 2017 at 09:24 hrs of Rs.578.02.

                I am writing this complaint due to the Vodafone services actually I having a Vodafone post-paid number [protected] and this a ported number those they have activated on 6 march 2017 into Vodafone postpaid with plan of ₹499 rental but suddenly the barred my calls and when I contacted to customer care they said actually you have some deactivated number of Vodafone postpaid [protected] and dues are outstanding so this is This is the reason for blocking but they didn't inform me earlier at the time of documentation. Kindly do the needful for me.

                    These rentals deduction is becoming frequent.

                    I did not use net at all for browsing for the past few months but got a message saying deducted as rental. Month on month bill is unbilled amount is so high i try so many times to log a call complaint still not resolved yet.

                    I did not use net at all for browsing..in my no. [protected] still you have send me a bill worth rs.1980 approx amount.

                    Please take necessary actions regarding this issues.

                    I don't want value added services, as far as i'm able to call and use relevant data using vodafone network properly i'm more than happy if i apply for another cellular company.

                    Note: no pop up came asking for yes/no and i have not blocked any pop-ups in browser... And also that some executive without call me at present my home and ask for money this is stupendous behaviour at all. I m a regular pay my bill but some how your services so bad for unbilled amount given me.

                    I have two card of vodafone services both are closed forcefully without any intimation.

                      I am using Vodafone Prepaid sim since many many years.
                      I also understand that, to combat Jio 303 Plan, Vodafone has come with new 345 Plan with benefits (a) UL talk time, (b) UL sms, (c) 28 GB data, validity 28 days, (d) first time activator of this plan would get 56 GB for 56 days. Only condition was that re-charge should be made before[protected].

                      Accordingly, yesterday[protected] night at about 8.45 pm, I have recharged (on line) with 345 plan, through Vodafone eshop. But Vodafine eshop website automatically chose 346 plan saying there is no 345 plan. Benefits of 346 plans were also the same as above as depicted in the said website.

                      Therefore, I hurriedly recharged. After completing the re-charge, I received message from Vodafone (VM-VFCARE) as under:-

                      "Hi, your internet pack is now active and valid till 11.04.2017 23:59:59. Balance 10240.00 MB. Track usage on MyVodafone App...".

                      I am totally disappointed and frustrated with this.

                      I am attaching herewith screenshot of the messages received on my mobile.
                      I recharged my hard earned money only because of the offer of 56 GB for 56 days and UL talk time and UL sms all for 56 days. Otherwise, I would have shifted to JIO 303 plan.

                      I request you to look into the matter seriously and direct Vodafone to give me all the benefits as above and as promised with immediate effect. Alternatively, direct to re-credit the entire sum of Rs.346/- to my Bank Account, from where recharge was made, to enable opt for similar package of other service provider.

                        I saw the special offer by dialing *121# and decided to get the Rs.348 offer and thus got my number recharged for Rs.450 as it was full talk time. Now when I went back to *121# to avail the Rs.348 pack it says to contact the nearest operater the same but i want to reacharge the offer through my current balance and don't want to reacharge again for such a huge amount.

                          Yesterday I submitted a complaint about Vodafone deduction of balance of Rs 35 on my number for some Follo pack which I did not subscribe.
                          Today again I got a message saying that my balance has been deducted by 45 Rs for some Glamour pack. Whats going on. This is not the first time this has happened either. And I am quite sure that I am not the only customer Vodafone is cheating. Only yesterday I recharged my phone. This is outrageous. Can these cheats be brought to book. I am also putting up a screen shot of the messages. Please help.

                          Again today my account has been deducted by 35 Rs for some Fone Masti pack. I have not subscribed to any pack. These people are doing it deliberately. Is this Vodafone's response to my complaint. This is too much.

                            I received a message late last night which said "fashion bunny service has been activated".

                            I was totally surprised as my phone number is in dnd list and i never received any information about the said service. I also never activated the service.

                            An amount of Rs. 35 was deducted from my balance. It was activated automatically without my consent.

                            There have been multiple cases as mine with my friends and family in the recent present!

                            What is going on? Why is Vodafone stealing money from our balance? Please help

                              This morning, I see a message from Vodafone that a glamour pack has been activated on my phone and that Rs 35 has been deducted for 1 week rental. I did not request for this service. Vodafone has done this to me quite a few times in the past few months, randomly activating some useless packs. I have repeatedly complained about this and even put it up on their Facebook page, in the hope of shaming them, but in vain. I want this money returned into my account ASAP. I am porting my number to another telcos. Enough is enough.

                                After recharging accordingly, I received SMS that the validity is for 28 day...

                                also i discussed ur customercare axcutive before recharge.He say that you can do this its ok. also i have recorded call i[censored] want.

                                    After recharging accordingly, I received SMS that the validity is for 28 Days. Furtehr, onreading the T&C, following shocking details emerged :

                                    For time period validity in Paragragh 2, "The Offer is open from 00:00 hrs of 24/07/2015 to 23:59 hrs of 30/09/2015" (2 years back)

                                    Similarly for data offer the validity "The Offer is open from 00:00 hrs of 4/08/2015 to 23:59 hrs of 30/09/2015"

                                    I have written to Vodafonecare.mum in this matter.

                                      Since last few days vodafone is deducting some random amount from my balance and sends a message that "as requested your ... service started and Rs . ... has been deducted from your balance."

                                      When I make a complaint on their website they return my money back. Today is consecutively third day when I made a complaint on their website.

                                      They return the money if I make a complaint but if I fail to make a complaint they will eat up the amount, which is unethical.
