The silk pack has been activated for me as well and I did not ask or request for this pack so this is highly irregular from you. Also, the message saying as requested is a complete lie. I would request the pack be deactivated and my money be refunded. Please Vodafone do the right thing and refund the money wrongly deducted from my account.

Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
More than 500 rupees is deducted for VAS services without my knowledge. That too after receiving a mail from VODAFONE saying that VAS are completely blocked.
Only in VODAFONE I have seen this type of cheating. Worst service ever.

    Hi i am a vodafone user from amritsar,
    I tried resolving my auto deduction balance case with vodafone customer care but every time i talk with customer care support they say me to cal them after 24 hours as they themselves having no details regarding my deduction..
    I am using rs 343 recharger which have unlimited Calling and internet 1Gb daily..
    Only they have details regarding my 18 deduction of internet usage over 2g data, while i am having a 3g pack and limit of 1gb daily, it sometimes automatically changes due to network problem with vodafone, how they can charge me for 2 g data while i have recharged for unlimited packs calling and data.
    So i am filling this cheating of vodafone here @ comsumer complaints in hope i got my problem resolved
    I was having 136 rs as balance when i recharged and now it shows 52 rs.
    Daily some amount is deducting..

      Today when i woke up from bed, i found a message inboxed to me from VF-VFCARE saying that "due to low balance we could not activate chak de patte pack."
      and said it will be activated later when i recharge my vodafone no.
      what the hell!!! i never subcribed anything like that...!!!
      i want then vodafone service to be canceled as soon as possible...!!!
      or i have to switch away from such service to another...

        I received a fraud call from [protected] asking me for paying Rs10 for one of my pending bill. Somehow they insist me to pay amount immediately. So he asked me all the required information like CVV no. etc. I received a message for deduction of Rs.10, then what he did next is unbelievable. He made 2 more deductions from my account for Rs. 5000 & Rs. 19, 9970 respectively after activating 3D Secure Service. I lost my 25K due to your security breach, I have registered a complaint against these 2 fraud transaction. So I want a strict action against both fraud transaction. NOW I WANT MY MONEY BACK ASAP.

          Vodafone recently charged me ₹49 for some chargeable content. I had not clicked any links. I had not consented to any money being deducted from my account. Vodafone decided to deduct ₹49 for a wap premium sms i didn't even sign up for. Their customer care executives have the same standard response. They can't do anything abt it. The wap code that they said was dnld-dwap_dls0049_ppu_kin00587001. This is a huge scam all over india. Several ppl have complained before also but i didn't see any positive action being taken against vodafone that is partnering with these fraud 3-party companies. ₹49 per customer and they have a user base of over 200 million customers.

              of rs.300/- etc which already complaint last week still not yet corrected
              revised bill yet to receive to pay the bill on the due date

              secondly i was operating pre paid for the past 10 years now without my
              knowledge it was changed to post paid inspite of keeping it into safe
              custody when i went to USA last year.

              thirdly unwanted SMS AND MAIL CONTINUOUSLY coming though i asked them to block everything.

              service is not upto satisfaction

              please ask some representative to hear my complaints and solve it as early as possible

                Dear sir/madam
                I am not satisfy with your internet network
                Coverage n data packs... Hence, i thought to move to airtel... Then i have started
                To send sms to 1900 for porting...
                But, i am not able to send only for 1900... "message could not sent" is showing... Tried 10 time...
                By speaking to customer care for solution... They keep giving non sense / irreverent solutions.

                  Today early morning rs. 342/- special recharged as per your company message alert & advertisements, but not activated unlimited out going calls + free data plan. Just added rs. 294.39 to my account.

                  Your company is cheeting the customers, please rectify the rs. 342/- special unlimited out going calls + free data plan. Please activate the that plan immediately and pay the penalty. If not rectify the problem immediate. If not i will go to consumer forum and complaint to trai.

                  I have faced the same issue but there is no proper response from any one of them, even i tried to call the nodal zone they are not responsing any calls. They are cheaters.
                  Give a complain..we need to be together..they are cheater looters, they are afraid of loosing customer with new plans from various network so they are make new strategy to make money. They are in hurry.

                    As my balance in my mobile was more than 1000. Rs and it got deducted for international roaming for rs.149 (Incoming free) and then i made just 3 outgoing call. And rest all my balances got deducted completely. Still i couldnt get the answer for what i got charged. Though i have made another recharge of rs.1000 on march.7 and that too got banished. Well i spoke to the people in customer about my problem. Still they are not trying to resolve it. Where they are not giving me any proper responce and the bill copy too. Even in the local customer care office they are not providing my bill statement. What can i do to get my balance back or i need a bill statement where the money got deducted without making any outgoing calls.

                      In last two months, i try to convert my postpaid sim to prepaid but we have can not give positive response from yourside... I go to vodafone store by 2 times at malad west near by sndt college regarding portable issue but they said to me server problem... And i also contact your customer care but they can not give any response... After 2-3 days call received from custmer care regarding payment but they can not solve my problem... Now sir my incoming, outgoing services are banned.

                        My Vodafone SIM card wasn't recharged for over 6 months since i was out of the country. And by time i came back it was already blocked. I went to the customer service center in virar. They informed that it has been blocked and there is no way i can get a new SIM card with the same number. I wasn't given any prior notice with regards to the blocking of the SIM. No mails or emails were received from Vodafone prior to blocking my SIM. I request Vodafone to reissue me my SIM back. I'm ready to pay the cost of the reissuing.

                            I recharged with Rs345 Unlimited calling and 1Gb data per day plan on11th MARCH, 2017,
                            Despite activated internet pack my balance was deducted for internet usage around 12 am.
                            I called to the customer care on 198 and he told me that it takes around 10 minutes at midnight to renew the 1Gb daily data plan so my balance was deducted. He then told me about a service in which there will be no charging from the main balance if there is no internet pack. I told him to activate this service.
                            After cutting the call I received a message that my Data has been deactivated on my request. I did not tell him to deactivate my internet for which I had recharged.
                            Then again I called on 198 and registered a complaint against the misinformation provided to me about that service. I had not been informed that in this service the data pack is deactivated.
                            And this offer is available only till 15th March.
                            and still I have not received any call from them.
                            I want them to renew my internet or refund my money.

                                it is bought to your kind notice that i have lost my mobile number [protected] in[protected], and i again applied for the same number in between time someone misused my number via whatsapp and facebook. after 3 year of that, on 27 feb 2017 someone called me and used cheap language that i did chat with his dear one via whatsapp and facebook. i dont know what the problem is why after 3 year of that incident he going to take action but i want solution because i didnt use this number. i used this number only for income tax e-filling purpose only. i submit my FIR in traffic department for reissue of licence and RC of my bike. Now he is planing to complaint FIR that 3 year ago i did something wrong please provide me solution as soon as possible.

                                  I received a message saying "Glamour Inn pack is now active as requested. Valid till[protected] and a 15 days rental Rs.45 has been deducted to deactivate call 155223"
                                  Now if I deactivate my Rs.45 is not refunded
                                  I did not activate this service, then how can Vodafone deduct money as they wish, this is not the first time such VAS service got activated without my permission. What the hell?

                                  --> I had a chat with an Agent from Vodafone web portal, that person raised a complaint on behalf of me. --> I got a message from VX-VFCARE as "Based on your feedback, necessary adjustments have been passed for your Vodafone number" --> I rechecked my Balance and found that it got refunded.

                                      On 13th Mar'16 23:41, I got a message saying that "Hello!GLAMOUR pack is now active on your number, as requested.This service is valid till[protected] and a 7 days rental of 35 has been deducted".
                                      This is height of cheating by Vodafone as i have never requested Vodafone to subscribe for GLAMOUR pack as i am hearing for such pack for first time. PAY ME BACK THE RENTAL OF INR35 WHICH YOU HAVE DEDUCTED FROM MY ACCOUNT.

                                        This is a service complaint on my Vodafone number [protected]. I have been complaining and escalating to all cx care executives that VAS services are being activated on my account without my consent. This is a problem i have been escalating since more than an year now and now action has been taken.

                                        Again on Monday 13th March, another VAS service (Video Dictionary) was activated and i had called up the cx care centre to complain about it and ask for a refund (like always). However, this time the cx representative refused a refund stating i already have got a refund previously in this month and he can not process a refund.

                                        This is absolutely unacceptable. These services are getting activated without my consent and I'm loosing money cause of you. I'm simply not willing to agree that this was done from my end as i hadn't even touched my phone (i have sated this many times earlier). In fact one of your cx care executives previously stated that Vodafone is aware of this problem and working to solve it. So it makes no sense to decline my request knowing very well this is an existing issue.

                                        I want a refund of the amount asap
