As per vodafone customer executive told on 11.03.2017, i have recharged Rs. 344 /- in my vodafone prepaid number [protected] to get the benifit of 56 days validity o[censored]nlimited talktime and 56 GB data pack..I recharged the amount Rs. 344/- on 13.03.2017 where i get talktime Rs.3.44 S tax Rs. 44.87, Access Fee Rs.295.69 (trans ID RBH[protected]) but later i get full talktime instead of the offer benifit.

So pl do needful from your end.

    I would hereby like to DEACTIVATE the Vodafone service for the number [protected]

    The number provided by your Personnel is showing to be pre-existing for a customer by the name of Ms .Arundhati. I have already complained to the Vodafone customer care regarding the same and have been receiving calls and texts from unknown persons. This is weird and not at all satisfactory for my usage.

      I wasgetting message to recaharge for rs 346 for unlimited local + std call & 1 gb 3/4g data per day for 56 days till 15th march 2017, however when i recharged from the vodaone website for rs 346 it say recharge not avaialbe & automatically tooked me to recharge for 348 telling as close recharge, however when i reacharged i did not get any such benefit as mentioned in the sms by vcare. What i realised is they are just fooling the customers to earn money.

        I am a customer of Vodafone India since 5 years and now I have ported my sim from up east to up west circle, I am getting offers on my number of Rs354 for unlimited calling and 56gb data for 56 days as per the msg I have received.
        I called customer care several time but they denied it that no such offer is prevailing of Rs 354. They advised me to visit Vodafone's store for the same, the store executive also not very supportive he just said " ki ap naye customer hai", just because I ported my sim from Vodafone up east to up west".
        how is that possible, I have the customer from 5 years and instead of porting my number to some other provider I decided to stick to Vodafone and they do like this to cheat on a customer.
        basically, they are cheating on me, from denying the offer the are sending to me.
        I am also attaching evidence that I have visited Vodafone store in achal tal, aligarh. plus a screen shot of the offers being send to me.

          My name is samarjeet deshmukh

          My no. Is blocked from your side i am trying to call customer care no. He is not answering my calls the answering machine is telling me that "sorry i didnt connect your call".

          First time he cut my money from my account balance rs. 45 for evernet videos pack @ 25/02/2017 that time i had balance amount rs.155 you cut rs.45 then the amount is rs.110

          Then i called customer care and he is not returned that money

          And today dated 15/03/2017 bollywood gossip pack is activated rs.35 and then the amount is deducted from my account balance now my my account balance is rs.11 now.

          Now i am trying & trying the call is not connected to customer care now i want my money back with apology amount whatever it is or scheme.

            Previously i was using vodafone postpaid number which is [protected]. My monthly usage on this number is approx 1500 but suddenly my bill generated was approx 3500 which i denied to pay and called badafone customer care and told them for settlement and close this number. But noone responded at that time. Now vodafone have raised a case against me and advocate called and politely i told him for settlement and ready to pay but by cash sp that i can have receipt later in future for proof. But advocate is very rude and his words are :-
            4 bje tk pay kr de othwise i will call all you friends. And vodafone vale kuch nhi kr skte ab.

            So please help me out as soon as possible as i am ready to pay the bill which i have consumed but i dont want to deal these tupe of people as i am a girl. After every hour i am getting call from him.

              My number is being off even i submit my proper document.
              I visited the nearest vodafone store but i did not get respond to my query and i my problems is still.
              Some days ago i change my postpaid plan to prepaid. And so then i sufferd a lot from vodafone services. When ever i visited the vodafone store i didnot get such responce every time. So i request to do so.

                For my respective phone number ([protected]) the value added services got activated automatically and amount had been deducted on MAR -05 of this month - Rs.60. I called to customer care and he didn't respond me properly but for now this scheme got deactivated without refunding the amount. Kindly look into this and provide me the solution.
                This process has been repeatedly disappointing me each and every month from Vodafone service. I would prefer that these value added schemes should not get activated until and unless without my permission. Please deactivate all the schemes.
                Please do provide the solution and refund the money.
                If the problem still continues I will be forced to change my connection from Vodafone.

                  Vodafone India is now-a-days activating certain stupid services like "PhoneMasti" without my permission and then they apply charges.This is new way of looting consumer.
                  This happened twice, even after deactivating the service they activate it again.
                  I think it is time to switch the network operator.

                    The silk pack has been activated for me as well and I did not ask or request for this pack so this is highly irregular from you. Also, the message saying as requested is a complete lie. I would request the pack be deactivated and my money be refunded. Please Vodafone do the right thing and refund the money wrongly deducted from my account.
                    Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                    More than 500 rupees is deducted for VAS services without my knowledge. That too after receiving a mail from VODAFONE saying that VAS are completely blocked.
                    Only in VODAFONE I have seen this type of cheating. Worst service ever.

                      Hi i am a vodafone user from amritsar,
                      I tried resolving my auto deduction balance case with vodafone customer care but every time i talk with customer care support they say me to cal them after 24 hours as they themselves having no details regarding my deduction..
                      I am using rs 343 recharger which have unlimited Calling and internet 1Gb daily..
                      Only they have details regarding my 18 deduction of internet usage over 2g data, while i am having a 3g pack and limit of 1gb daily, it sometimes automatically changes due to network problem with vodafone, how they can charge me for 2 g data while i have recharged for unlimited packs calling and data.
                      So i am filling this cheating of vodafone here @ comsumer complaints in hope i got my problem resolved
                      I was having 136 rs as balance when i recharged and now it shows 52 rs.
                      Daily some amount is deducting..

                        Today when i woke up from bed, i found a message inboxed to me from VF-VFCARE saying that "due to low balance we could not activate chak de patte pack."
                        and said it will be activated later when i recharge my vodafone no.
                        what the hell!!! i never subcribed anything like that...!!!
                        i want then vodafone service to be canceled as soon as possible...!!!
                        or i have to switch away from such service to another...

                          I received a fraud call from [protected] asking me for paying Rs10 for one of my pending bill. Somehow they insist me to pay amount immediately. So he asked me all the required information like CVV no. etc. I received a message for deduction of Rs.10, then what he did next is unbelievable. He made 2 more deductions from my account for Rs. 5000 & Rs. 19, 9970 respectively after activating 3D Secure Service. I lost my 25K due to your security breach, I have registered a complaint against these 2 fraud transaction. So I want a strict action against both fraud transaction. NOW I WANT MY MONEY BACK ASAP.

                            Vodafone recently charged me ₹49 for some chargeable content. I had not clicked any links. I had not consented to any money being deducted from my account. Vodafone decided to deduct ₹49 for a wap premium sms i didn't even sign up for. Their customer care executives have the same standard response. They can't do anything abt it. The wap code that they said was dnld-dwap_dls0049_ppu_kin00587001. This is a huge scam all over india. Several ppl have complained before also but i didn't see any positive action being taken against vodafone that is partnering with these fraud 3-party companies. ₹49 per customer and they have a user base of over 200 million customers.

                                of rs.300/- etc which already complaint last week still not yet corrected
                                revised bill yet to receive to pay the bill on the due date

                                secondly i was operating pre paid for the past 10 years now without my
                                knowledge it was changed to post paid inspite of keeping it into safe
                                custody when i went to USA last year.

                                service is not upto satisfaction

                                    Your company is cheeting the customers, please rectify the rs. 342/- special unlimited out going calls + free data plan. Please activate the that plan immediately and pay the penalty. If not rectify the problem immediate. If not i will go to consumer forum and complaint to trai.

                                    I have faced the same issue but there is no proper response from any one of them, even i tried to call the nodal zone they are not responsing any calls. They are cheaters.
                                    Give a complain..we need to be together..they are cheater looters, they are afraid of loosing customer with new plans from various network so they are make new strategy to make money. They are in hurry.

                                      As my balance in my mobile was more than 1000. Rs and it got deducted for international roaming for rs.149 (Incoming free) and then i made just 3 outgoing call. And rest all my balances got deducted completely. Still i couldnt get the answer for what i got charged. Though i have made another recharge of rs.1000 on march.7 and that too got banished. Well i spoke to the people in customer about my problem. Still they are not trying to resolve it. Where they are not giving me any proper responce and the bill copy too. Even in the local customer care office they are not providing my bill statement. What can i do to get my balance back or i need a bill statement where the money got deducted without making any outgoing calls.

                                        In last two months, i try to convert my postpaid sim to prepaid but we have can not give positive response from yourside... I go to vodafone store by 2 times at malad west near by sndt college regarding portable issue but they said to me server problem... And i also contact your customer care but they can not give any response... After 2-3 days call received from custmer care regarding payment but they can not solve my problem... Now sir my incoming, outgoing services are banned.
