Same problem.. even I also reported about such activation before also and I really want to switch vodafone now.. like this is the result to trust voda. I just love voda networks and always tell people about best services I got.. but these past experiences are forcing me to switch voda now. I didn't requested this glamshot service but it did activated and before also I just don't want to have a recharge in voda as it will deduct money for no reason. Comeon vodafone just be best like you were before. I really don't want to switch but it is happening now like for 8th time with me. I am fed up of it now! Even I have requested DND activation too and it is activated but still deducting money for no reason. Just stop it and this is the last time.. I want my money back right now!

    My Vodafone prepaud no is [protected]. I was using Internet last night and 2 service was enabled on my number without any consent and 80 rupees amount deducted from my account
    I called Vodafone customer care for the same but they replied you were using internet and you clicked on chargeable link and your amount deducted. This is the service we are getting from Vodafone and I want to know if customers has mobile data then he should not use internet and without any consent how these services enabled.
    Pls refund my amount.

        I have been using Vodafone corporate connection for the last four years and facing lot of network issues in my area.
        As soon as I enter my house, there is no network and I have to stand out of my house to make or receive a call. This is very much troubling and irritating as zero network coverage is there. Please help with installing a tower here if possible.

          On 09-03-17 a call is came, and ask me my card no, cvv by the way of connecting my account with my adhar no, so i give the information of my card
          Then he done transactions in mpesa, mumbai office and did some transaction about two times.

          The reference ids are

          Jrnl no[protected]
          Amount -10, 000

          Amount - 5000

          So i request you to kindaly take a quick action against him and do something of the transaction and please provide me some details of that transactions, so we provide the details to syber police.

              Yesterday 75 rupees was deducted from my balance for VDS Anentstore pack.
              Today 5 rupees was deducted for Click Nation.
              I did not request nor subscribe to either of these.
              I would like Vodafone to stop deducting unauthorised amounts and to refund my account with the 80 rupees deducted in the last two days.
              I spend a lot of money with Vodafone for data packs and if my requests are not implemented within 24 hours I will have no hesitation in moving to Idea Cellular who provide a good service in my area.
              Up to now I have been happy with Vodafone but this recent action by them puts them at the bottom of my satisfaction list.

              I called into my local Vodafone shop. They called Customer Services on my behalf. Later in the day I received the standard feedback form by sms re my call experience. I gave negative feedback. In the evening I received a follow up call re the feedback, asking what was wrong with the way they handled the call. I told them they kept saying it was my fault and that I must have clicked something on the internet to instigate the unwanted charges. I said I have 20 years internet experience and do not click on things unless I know exactly what they are. I complained that they would not refund my 80 rupees. Eventually the lady said they would refund the 80 rupees. This was done within 30 minutes. The matter is now resolved (until another charge for an unwanted service is deducted from my balance).

                Hi,

                This is regarding the VAS charges which I was charged 75 rs. When I contacted Vodafone customer service he says that I have activated some roots musicale. I seriously have no idea if I activated that kind of service. He said I have activated the service on 10/03/2017 10:12 pm. I have no idea how this service got activated. The moment I got message I have sent a message to deactivate. When I asked in which mode did I activate the service he says I might have clicked on some popup on Internet and this service might have been activated. This is absolutely rubbish that some roots musicale gets activated with a click of a popup. This is daylight robbery and it's not just me when I Googled it I found so many such cases. This is just unfair practices from. Vodafone. This is the third time I'm facing such unfair charges and had to write emails to Zonal officers and get the issue sorted out. Please look into this asap

                  I am a prepaid customer of vodafone india telecom system,
                  i had recharged for internet facilities form vodafone i also had balance in my account.
                  when ever i was accessing internet there were a popup adds promoted by vodafone team, which were repeatedly poping up not letting me to access my requirement, & they were also a paid type of adds where if i touch any where on my screen even on the cancel button my balance amount was getting deducted without my confirmation.

                  this has happened several time i was trying to connect to customer care each time when this has happened, but to connect to customer care there were several re confirmations for me to connect to customer service care, i was suppose to call service care for no mistake of mine, but the service support team has blocked me from calling service support further i was not able to contact support team,

                  also i had raised a concern regarding the same all the time when i called regarding balance amount deduction, i had complained about the issue am facing & requested them to register a complaint on the issue but this has not taken up by support team.

                  i also requested to add an multiple confirmation options with me before deducting the balance.

                  all the above mentioned concerns are unresolved by vodafone customer care team.

                  request you to look into this case & resolve

                    Hi I was on internatioanl roaming for the period between december 2016 18th to janaury 8th 2017.Subsequently, I was charged 9060 for the period of december -janaury 6th which I have paid and cleared in Janaury and February.

                    But.On the month of march, I recieved a bill amounting to Rs 3286.I was in doubt about such high charges as from Janaury 8th 11.57 p.m I was at domestic airport kolkata.

                    On 8th Janaury morning, I was at middle east and spend the whole day there and returned in 11.57 p.m to Kolkata airport.

                    They have charged me for 19 mins around Rs 1400.When I have asked them for the rate per min for international charges under international roaming pack for middle east, they are unable to furnish any information on this and have blocked my outgoing services and internet due to late payment of bill.

                    I would be highly grateful if you provide me a satisfactory resolution to this.

                          Vodafone India — Illegal charges of VDO mania

                          My mom got a messsge from Vodafone that Rs. 35 is deducted from her account for VDO Mania service which she never subscribed.

                          This is unacceptable, deducting balance and subscribing users to services without their consent is un-ethical.

                          Vodafone should be penalised heavily and the benefits should be transferred to users who suffered.

                            This is to inform you that today I have received a bill through Sms for Rs 514.40 for my Mob No - [protected]. (billing cycle from 6th Feb'17 to 5th March'17)

                            I had a plan of Rs 199 for voice calls + Rs 249 for Net Data. On 10th of Feb'17 I informed Vodafone to change my plan and cancel my Net Data plan with immediate effect. (which they did)

                            Today on inquiring from your office I was told that you have charged me for Net Data for the full month.

                            As a rule it has to be on pro rata basis only.i.e. I should be charged for the no. of days I have used the Net Data (5 days)
                            (for this reason I deactivated it on 10th Feb'17, otherwise I could have done it on 5th Feb'17 itself)

                            If it was not so, then why was I not informed? Your customer has the right to know the rule which you want to apply.

                                I just switched to Vodafone and it sucks. They have deducted 200 from my account and there only explanation is that you shouldn't press topups don't use whatsapp you might have gone tow weird sites. Suckers!. It's my phone I will visit any site I want. They don't even double check. They just deduct the amount which is not refundable

                                I am switching from Vodafone. Vodafone customer care is not helpful either

                                I just got my number ported to Vodafone Rajasthan and since then some services gets activated automatically and deducts my balance. When I call Vodafone Customer care they tell me it's nonrefundable.

                                Just now I talked to 3 of your executives and all of them were like you must have activated them. He told me mam do you use WhatsApp then it must be because of that and I was like I don't even have WhatsApp and then he was like it must be because of your youtube browsing.

                                I was like what the hell are you talking about? I am going to surf the net right that doesn't mean you are going to unnecessarily direct me to your VAS services.

                                Kindly look into the problem. I am completely fed up of your advertisement and flash messages.

                                I have been a Vodafone customer since a long time and I don't want to change but I will not be left with an option if this continues.

                                Hoping for an early response.

                                I have attached a photo of the flash message I keep getting and surprisingly there is nothing even mentioned about VAS service which you deceivingly activate in my number.

                                    I have taken 2 Vodafone Postpaid numbers last year and one([protected]) of which I never used(not even inserted in a mobile) and got the bill for 3 to 4 months for the same. Then I decided to pay the bill and deactivate the SIM and I went to the service center. After paying the bill I asked the representative to deactivate the SIM but he requested me to convert it into Prepaid. I have taken the new SIM for prepaid after about six months still I am getting mails to pay the bill. And today I got a mail to pay Rs. 915 immediately. Otherwise the mail is mentioned that they will file a legal compliant against me. This is very bad, as I already paid money for which I did not use and after requesting to deactivate they did not deactivate.

                                    I request you to kindly help me with this. I can pay the Rs. 915 but I don't want them to do this to anyone else again.

                                      Firstly they asked me to pay 200rs as a tax . they told me that your number is in first place so you are getting 2 lakhs 51 thousand rupees. they taken mine account no. and told that it will come from america. if your luck is good than you will get rupees in dollar which means 18 lakhs rupees . aftersome time the rs. came in dollar so they asked to pay 2700 rs more .
                                      now we dont want to pay 2700 rs so theyu taken oyr 200 rs also .which are valueable to us as we are not so rich.
