We paid bill with wrongly data charges applied as per there mail dated 9/3/2017 Interaction no is[protected]. They have given waival of data charges. Following is there mail.when we have received March bill they have not waival data charges.when we enguired.They are refuse to give waival
We hv not used there net.Also I hv not applied for net connection .We are using Jio net.
This is there departmental issues.Which I am suffering.
Pl help me.
