I have very bad experience about complaint for vodafone customer care executive Mr. Dhruv Oza from Gujarat Nodal officer(Rina Patel) team and they are very bad answering to me... also they can't supporting to us for my 90 day, s ago problem for DND service complaint... every buddy pls don't use Vodafone services because they can't support 15+ years old customer (Premium customer ) so how you will trust for that services is best in India... i think that company is not number 1 in India. It is was good every one to use other network..

I too have had a bad experience with one of the vodafone executive NITESH PAREKH instead of listening to my complains he was agressively replying to it and cutting me out whenever I said something. I actually had to scream and say HELLO LISTEN TO ME FIRST. He purposely kept me on prolonged hold just to push me to a saturation point where I disconnect and he doesn't have to answer. Never select hindi on IVR or else you'll have to face villagers like NITESH PAREKH. He kept me on hold for e mins and when I answered another call in between my call was released.

    Hi this regarding new connection [protected].It has been more than a month now my no is deactivated although I have submitted my document but no is still deactivate. And agency who are responsible are not co-ordinating properly and also person who issued me the no is Rajashri- [protected], Rahul [protected] Rohan [protected] .Please help me to resolve this issue.Due to this I m really unsatisfied with the services provided by Vodafone.I have also Paid 500 for this which is not required as per company policy.

      My no. [protected] I find every now & then many value added services is activated in my account Without my CONSENT & DEDUCTED money from my balance account.This MUST STOP FORTHWITH or I Will FORCED to complain to TRAI. Kindly DO NOT ACTIVATES ANY VAS SERVICES IN MY ACCOUNT.pls not that every times I got massage that's you are still holdings my request for activates various vas services.

      Dear Sir,

      Kindly call to 155223 portal (Toll Free) and follow the steps and deactivate the VAS services which is currently acitve in your number. Also u may check frequently to avoid these kind of deduction from your account. Also u may active DND (Do not Disturb) avoid promotional call for which is the way to active the VAS. Pls do as above and save ur money

              with due respect I beg to state that I have just received a message from vodafone informing me the deduction of Rs. 3 for live Tv pack although I had not activated so intentionally. as per instruction in message I called the number as given in message and deactivated the same.

              in this circustances I am requesting you to stop this type of money deduction because for this type o[censored]nlawfull deduction I am afread to recharge large amount. because this type of money deduction occurs when there have some sufficient balance in my account. This is very unfortunate for us.

                Want to complaint about Vodafone who for captioned data card has disconnected my service after miselling and charged me unreasonably.
                The bill was sent after me following up for 2 months which showed hefty bill which as per them is correct since i singed the form.
                Now i have received legal notice from some Harish Gore...is it even legal???

                Just wanted to recover my money from this **** company

                  I purchased a vodafone sim on 03/02/17 but still now the sim is not yet activated and it always displays simcard registration failed, so please do rectify the problem at the earliest without any delay.The number is [protected]and the sim number is[protected], whenever i try speaking to the customer care executive they dont come on line. waiting for your reply

                    My no is [protected]. I find that that every 3 or 4 days one or the other value added services is activated in my account WITHOUT MY CONSENT & Rs35 is deducted from my account. THIS MUST STOP FORTHWITH or I will be forced to complain to TRAI. KINDLY DO NOT ACTIVATE ANY VAS SERVICE IN MY ACCOUNT. This kind of behavior is unbecoming of a company which boasts of a global reach. Kindly be warned.

                        I had ported my another no. 9013xxxxx5 from Dolphin to Vodafone after receiving a call from Vodafone for their executive under the Corporate Plan. I furnished all the documents as well as address proof to your executive. The no. Got activated successfully after porting.
                        But after only 3 days of activation, the outgoing as well as incoming calls have been stopped . After calling their complaint no., the executive informed me that the physical verification is pending and as a result the no. has been temporarily suspended. It may be noteworthy that no prior call/sms for verification was received by me. They further informed that in order to activate no., I have to go to a Vodafone Store along with all the documents and then the no. will be activated in one day.

                        Till such time, my no. would remain suspended, now I went to the nearby store, the executives there told me that the issue is all together different. They informed me that the no. has been suspended since I am already having more than 3 no. registered in my name for corporate plan.which is the maximum limit. Now, I have to first convert the suspended no. to prepaid and then it would be activate it.
                        Thereafter, I again called up '198' their complaint no. and they again misguided me by saying that their is no such bar for having more than 3 nos. in one name. I was shocked to see that both of the executives of a same company are having a different stand on the similar matter and the costumer is facing problem.
                        At last I gave my phone to the store executive and they both after having their arguments confirmed that he store executive was right and I cannot have more than 3 no registered in my name.
                        Now, you see what damage this service provider has done to me. First of all, they called up saying you can get another no. on Believing them, I got my Dolphin no, transferred after completion of the desired formalities. Thereafter, they have suspended my no for 4 days from now, which is causing immense loss to me. Lastly, now they are saying that the desired plan which vodafone had offered and for which I gave up my Dolphin connection cannot be acceded to.
                        I am really annoyed at their behaviour and sheer ignorance of facts. Even now my no. is suspended and I an running from Store to Home to get it activated.

                              My Vodafone no: [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected]. I am unable to receive incoming calls and SMS last 20 days for my residence area range. But I am able to send SMS and make outgoing calls. When others try to contact me it says "out of coverage area". I tried contacting the customer care for last 15 days please rectify the problem as early as possible.

                                Many Value Added services was Activated on my number [protected] without my consent and has Rs 1461 charged in my next bill and which i never used. and I would inform to you that I am already has been paid the amount of last month bill in two installment may be first 750/- on date 24.02.2017 and 2nd 1250/- on date 04.03.2017 Total 2000/-and while my Vodafone plan is only 499. and now again due to value Added services 1802/- bill outstanding is pending in current month of march. which is totally out my budget.
                                On receipt of the message i had to immediately stopped the service by way of a stop message and Customer care . Further i request you to ensure that no such service is activated on my number in future and ensure that Value added services charges are removed from my bill.

                                      Ive been facing a lot of trouble in when it comes to internet connectivity even though I pay that much for your plans. I have been living and moving in the same places where there was internet connectivity before. Also some silk package got automatically activated for which I was charged for both activation and deactivation. Being your customer for the past 10 years this is the service Im getting now and its very disturbing for work.

                                        D I have changed my plan from Rs.499 to Rs. 699.I was very happy during this period.But, last 15-20 days, I am suffering from interrupted network services because my VAS services charge which has start from Rs.100/- to Rs.6500 /- and my services was stopped due to excess use of credit limit.Each and every time, I have informed to customer care executives and they told me that first your bill will be generated than We will resolve your problem of waiver of charges.
                                        I want to tell you that I am banker and due to this interrupted services I unable to make call and internet uses in corporate territory.
                                        I have informed so many times to vodafone care executives for this automatically activation VAS services charges problem because it was automatically updated in my network and my services was stopped so many times.They always said that whenever you bill will be generated than we able to waive this charges but now, I am facing same problem since 2 days because my services are stopped even voice call.When I called to customer care executives, He/She told me that It will be resolved by 6 :00 PM on dated 07/03/2017.
                                        But. Still I am facing same problem, Even, I did not get confirmation of waiver of charges on same problem.
                                        I am requesting to you that please look into matter and resolve on urgent basis and start my services as soon as possible because I unable to continue my job over here.Please understand my problem and do the needful.
