My no is [protected]. I find that that every 3 or 4 days one or the other value added services is activated in my account WITHOUT MY CONSENT & Rs35 is deducted from my account. THIS MUST STOP FORTHWITH or I will be forced to complain to TRAI. KINDLY DO NOT ACTIVATE ANY VAS SERVICE IN MY ACCOUNT. This kind of behavior is unbecoming of a company which boasts of a global reach. Kindly be warned.

      I had ported my another no. 9013xxxxx5 from Dolphin to Vodafone after receiving a call from Vodafone for their executive under the Corporate Plan. I furnished all the documents as well as address proof to your executive. The no. Got activated successfully after porting.
      But after only 3 days of activation, the outgoing as well as incoming calls have been stopped . After calling their complaint no., the executive informed me that the physical verification is pending and as a result the no. has been temporarily suspended. It may be noteworthy that no prior call/sms for verification was received by me. They further informed that in order to activate no., I have to go to a Vodafone Store along with all the documents and then the no. will be activated in one day.

      Till such time, my no. would remain suspended, now I went to the nearby store, the executives there told me that the issue is all together different. They informed me that the no. has been suspended since I am already having more than 3 no. registered in my name for corporate plan.which is the maximum limit. Now, I have to first convert the suspended no. to prepaid and then it would be activate it.
      Thereafter, I again called up '198' their complaint no. and they again misguided me by saying that their is no such bar for having more than 3 nos. in one name. I was shocked to see that both of the executives of a same company are having a different stand on the similar matter and the costumer is facing problem.
      At last I gave my phone to the store executive and they both after having their arguments confirmed that he store executive was right and I cannot have more than 3 no registered in my name.
      Now, you see what damage this service provider has done to me. First of all, they called up saying you can get another no. on Believing them, I got my Dolphin no, transferred after completion of the desired formalities. Thereafter, they have suspended my no for 4 days from now, which is causing immense loss to me. Lastly, now they are saying that the desired plan which vodafone had offered and for which I gave up my Dolphin connection cannot be acceded to.
      I am really annoyed at their behaviour and sheer ignorance of facts. Even now my no. is suspended and I an running from Store to Home to get it activated.

            Dear sir,

            My Vodafone no: [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected]. I am unable to receive incoming calls and SMS last 20 days for my residence area range. But I am able to send SMS and make outgoing calls. When others try to contact me it says "out of coverage area". I tried contacting the customer care for last 15 days please rectify the problem as early as possible.

              Many Value Added services was Activated on my number [protected] without my consent and has Rs 1461 charged in my next bill and which i never used. and I would inform to you that I am already has been paid the amount of last month bill in two installment may be first 750/- on date 24.02.2017 and 2nd 1250/- on date 04.03.2017 Total 2000/-and while my Vodafone plan is only 499. and now again due to value Added services 1802/- bill outstanding is pending in current month of march. which is totally out my budget.
              On receipt of the message i had to immediately stopped the service by way of a stop message and Customer care . Further i request you to ensure that no such service is activated on my number in future and ensure that Value added services charges are removed from my bill.

                    Ive been facing a lot of trouble in when it comes to internet connectivity even though I pay that much for your plans. I have been living and moving in the same places where there was internet connectivity before. Also some silk package got automatically activated for which I was charged for both activation and deactivation. Being your customer for the past 10 years this is the service Im getting now and its very disturbing for work.

                      D I have changed my plan from Rs.499 to Rs. 699.I was very happy during this period.But, last 15-20 days, I am suffering from interrupted network services because my VAS services charge which has start from Rs.100/- to Rs.6500 /- and my services was stopped due to excess use of credit limit.Each and every time, I have informed to customer care executives and they told me that first your bill will be generated than We will resolve your problem of waiver of charges.
                      I want to tell you that I am banker and due to this interrupted services I unable to make call and internet uses in corporate territory.
                      I have informed so many times to vodafone care executives for this automatically activation VAS services charges problem because it was automatically updated in my network and my services was stopped so many times.They always said that whenever you bill will be generated than we able to waive this charges but now, I am facing same problem since 2 days because my services are stopped even voice call.When I called to customer care executives, He/She told me that It will be resolved by 6 :00 PM on dated 07/03/2017.
                      But. Still I am facing same problem, Even, I did not get confirmation of waiver of charges on same problem.
                      I am requesting to you that please look into matter and resolve on urgent basis and start my services as soon as possible because I unable to continue my job over here.Please understand my problem and do the needful.

                        My vodafone [protected] number was blocked for SMS.I asked to customer care they said that i need to register with TRAI.Actually I did not do any kind of marketing .Every i will send messages to my friends and relatives only.Without my knowledge they blocked.How to un block? 3 Times I did speak to Customer care and visited 1 Mini Vodafone store.But Result remain same, They said that "We can not help you, You should have register with TRAI as Tele Marketer ".But I am not a tele marketer and I did not send any marketing Message and I used to send messages to well known friends only.VODAFONE is not maintaining good relationship with Customer.Last 10 Years I and my family have been customer of VODAFONE because of good service. But They did not inform and not giving any warning but suddenly they stopped service. Very very Poor ...

                            In the month of Nov 2016 I was given two sim cards by the salesman Mr Yuvaraj who claimed both the cards to be of plan 499.While one card I gave to my son, the other card I kept for myself. My son's plan turned out to be of plan 199 whereas my card was not working the message being 'mobile network not activated, '.After continuous reminder to Yuvaraj, he didn't rectify both the problem. In fact he stopped taking my calls.After more than a month another salesman Bhoopathy visited our branch and I told him my problems and returned my sim card to him.Since then I have been harrased by Vodafone by sending threatening emails and telephone calls regarding the bill payment. Though I have sent two emails explaining my problem, but they are still sending their agents to my office and threatening me.I am unable to understand how they can bill me when the sim they gave never worked. I request you to ask Vodafone to stop harassing me in this regard.

                                I am Jayesh Gangar staying in Chinchwad Pune. I am having Vodafone Number [protected].

                                On 6th March 2016 i received and e mail from your Customer service head mentioning that i have purchased a SIM (NO: [protected]) (Relationship No [protected]) in my name and address is given of Bhiwandi.

                                I wish to inform you that i have never purchased any Sim from you and hence some other person have purchased SIM in my name and you have issued the same without any verification of documents.

                                i have call your customer care and have talked to Mr Tukaram Giakwad and also Miss Akshita Marathe
                                Both have refused to lodge my complaint and this shows that some problem is there with Vodafone.

                                This is serious matter and i want you to provide me with all the documents you have received in respect to purchase of the SIM for phone no [protected].

                                Please note that if i dont get all the documents as demanded then i will have no option but to file a cheating case against you which you please make a note of it

                                  In the month of jan 2017 i have been charges rs 5200 for internet usage. Which is as per per mb usage charges rs 4. The first thing is that i didnt activate such plan and the second thing is that when i was getting that much charged then why you guys increased my limit without asking me. You should always ask customer before doing any changes. My every month average amount is rs 1500 you can check the record. My number is [protected]

                                    I have a vodafone number [protected] since many years, & now from vodafone monthly billing plan, I started a process to port out due to continuously wrong billing since last 3 months. I raised the port request on 28/02/2017, but it was wrongly rejected on 6/march/2017 23:55 by an sms, saying by bill is pending, which is due by 18/03/2017. without informing me in advance to pay before due date, to carry out port request which has a life of 15 days only as per vodafone. When i called vodafone customer care, the customer care executive, muzammal shaikh (manager's name: gaurav chintal) denied me to help & forced to pay the current bill before due date & again raise new port request. which is completely unethical. i requested to keep the port request open till i pay the bill & fully settle all dues, but they rejected forcefully. New port date will again fall between another bill cycle & this will continue. i request consumer complaint authorities to help & get my port request completed immediately. Also forward my complaint to 'trai' so consumers doesn't get harassed like me.

                                      I ported my number from Airtel to Vodafone. On 03/03/2017 I got a msg from Vodafone on approval of MNP from Airtel and on that night Airtel network went off. Later when I inserted my Vodafone sim there was no network in it for the whole day(04/03/17). On 05/03/17, there is signal of Vodafone but no service has been activated. No outgoing no incoming call. I am fed up of calling customer care... Going to gallery..etc. Even the vodafone executives could not figure out this issue.
                                      Vodafone should understand this issue and resolve the same. If Vodafone cant handle the customers then they should stop approaching the other operator's customer and making fool of them.
                                      Regretting on my decision to port in to vodafone.
