    Dear Vodafone,

    This is regarding the poor service and customer support providing false suggestion and explanation. On Monday 20th Feb 2017, was happened) evening activated free unlimited call and data both Local and STD [protected]with amount 295 only through online after viewing all plans. As such need to have free unlimited calling was not activated. Later on, I have contacted CCE on next day evening with an SR [protected] requested to me to have patience to two days for resolution. As day’s passes, I have received a call from the CCE regarding that pack was not available right happened like such converted to 295 rupees. Next day (24th Feb 2017), I have made a call to CCE (SR [protected]) but suggested me that need to have at least 50 paise in an account so that I can receive 300 minutes free for the days later on chargeable. Totally, frustrated I have decided to visit a Vodafone Store at Secunderabad with register complaint (SR [protected]).

    I requested them to call concern team and get the issue resolved. But failed, the whole issue makes me frustrated and dishearted to change Vodafone to any another subscriber, which I have been using from Hutch to Vodafone my whole family uses Vodafone.
    Hope, Vodafone listen through the consumer complaint. I want my unlimited call services activated right now.

        I had applied for port from AIRTEL to Vodafone on 13/02/2017.
        Later on 15/02/2017 & 20/02/2017, I got message from Vodafone stating your request for porting is rejected.

        Then again on 02/03/2017, I got message from Vodafone that your no will be port.
        My no got switched off from 02/03/2017.


        1)First of all when I applied for Vodafone your representative do not provide any sim card to me, as he said he will delivered to me in 2 days & charged 20 Rs to me (it was confirmed with your telephone executive also).
        2)Secondly, once porting request is rejected how can you again port my no without any intimation.
        3) I collected sim from Sion outlet, but till now my sim is not activated.
        4) Suffer a lot because of this nonsense.

          I have been charged Rs 3142/- in the month of January 2017 for my Corporate Vodafone Number [protected] where i have never been crossed monthly bill of Rs 350/- in my history.How can I call to 51717 with using Normal Nokia phone and talk for 156 minutes.Being a corporate Number I have a limit o[censored]sing Rs 149/- monthly billing plan(excl. ST).I have mailed to Vodafone Customer service center but no response has been received properly and they said that u called on 51717 and details had been given for call which had never made.

          Look into this matter at the earliest...URGENT!!!

          Yes, it also happened with me, but no proper response from Vodafone.
          I have thus migrated to Airtel.
          It is better than Vodafone as it does not cost any unauthorised charges.

            On 05-March-2017 I received an SMS stating that Vvidia Video Service is activated on my mobile phone and I will be charged for the same.
            I had never requested for this service activation. This service was forcefully activated and now I am going to be charged for the same.

            In the last 2 months also similar thing happened.
            MConverge Fashion Portal service was forcefully activated and I was charged Rs 100/- for the same for last 2 months bill.

            Please cancel and adjust the charges for the services forcefully activated on my mobile. I will not pay for the services forcefully activated to my account

              I have been in Capgemini Corporate plan of Rs149/month for long time. One day I got a call from customer care, asking for plan updation to 499 Rs/month. I said no to that. Still when in next month I got higher bill, I got to know through customer care that 400 Rs was activated.I raised complain on 21st Jan and asked them to revert the plan as I didn't ask for this. They raised a request for the same, and assured that the issue will be resolved. I didn't pay the bill as I was waiting for the ticket to be resolved. But next month again I got higher bill, and I called customer care again. This time too the same promise has been made. Meanwhile my two months bill exceeded the credit limit and my connection has been disconnected.Now the customer care says that I have to pay the bill first in order to have the connection back. Being pissed of the incident, thought to escalate it here.Looking forward your attention to resolve it ASAP.

                    My vodafone no. [protected] gets automatically deactivated last night(04/03/2017) and after many calls to customer care there is no action till now, customer care guys keeps on revolving you and gave new time whenever you call them.. Very bad service from vodafone. Really disappointing. It seems that vodafone don't care about there customers and fools them.

                      Dear Sir/Madam,

                      I am ABDULGANI KHATRI residing at New Anjar of Kutch district.

                      I am a Vodafone customer since a period for more than 8 years having prepaid mobile no [protected]. The number was initially was Aircel and has been transferred to Vodafone through portability service. I have another postpaid mobile having number[protected].

                      I use mobile number [protected] for my internet services only.

                      I received an SMS on 02/03/2017 in evening hours informing that the VAS has been activated as per your request and a certain amount has been deducted from your account. I shocked to know the same as I was not being requested for any VAS nor I have confirmed any request from your side.

                      Later on, I got many SMSs continuously during late night hours and got my sleep disturbed very badly. Finally I discontinued/deactivated my VAS around 4:40AM to get rid o[censored]nwanted SMSs.

                      Again the same were continue and charges from my account were debited without any prior intimation & out of my knowledge. Finally, I called to CC executives on 198 yesterday for thrice to solve this problem permanently, but their reply was formatted as "sorry for inconvenience to you & issue will be sorted out accordingly." You may check all SMSs sent by you and subsequently my replies. After assurance from your CC executives for permanent solution, I again & again receiving unwanted VAS SMSs and charges being debited from account as stated above.

                      One again I called today in morning hours to 198 to sort out my issue permanently, a CC executive replied me that total amount of Rs. 145/- credited to my account. I confirmed the same and requested to deactivate all VAS from my account to avoid difficulties.

                      In spite of all the facts above, I am still receiving unwanted SMSs of activation of VAS and my account is still being debited without my knowledge and prior intimation. Again I tried twice to call 198 to inform my problem, I got a system generated reply that we are unable to reply you right now. I tried to call CC executive through another prepaid mobile number [protected] and intimated my issue, the lady executive who was not interested to listen my complaint properly and given me formatted reply in improper way. Pl check all call records and communication held with your executives which are recorded by you under " Taalim & Gunvatta". Please also assess the theory of reply given by a lady executive on [protected].

                      I am really very disappointed, upset & heavy mentally disturbed due to this type of incidence by the number one of 4G network of Gujarat treating customer with improper service reply, false commitment, not listening proper issue from the customer since three days.

                      You may check my previous communication & records, where I tried to transfer my number to another service provider through portability on account of poor services of Internet, but there was an assurance from your management to provide proper service in future. On the basis of the assurance, I continued my number with your network.

                      In morning hours of today, my balance was Rs. 150/- in my account and presently it is Rs. 6/- only. Now I am getting SMSs informing me that due to insufficient balance, so and so service can not be activated!!! Who will be the responsible for this??? How can I call from this number to another if I am being required to do so where insufficient balance in my account.

                      In view of the above you are requested to check whole the issue from beginning to end and credit my account which has been debited from my account without any prior intimation & out of my knowledge.

                      I have given my feedback in my reply for the same case which is being asked by your system after service reply from the executives.

                      I hope that the whole matter will be investigated in a neutral way and a detailed reply given to me after crediting my account which has been debited wrongly by your system.

                      Your early action in this regard will be highly appreciated.

                        This is regarding the poor service and customer support providing from last 4 days. On Thusday (2nd March 2017) at afternoon, calling facility get barred in my vodafone number [protected]. SMS and data services are available. I was not even able to contact toll free customer care. Once I contact customer care at same day evening, they suggest me to visit nearest vodafone gallery and replace the SIM card. I was unable to reach vodafone gallery before EOD. Next day (3rd March 2017), I visited vodafone gallery of Thane (Gokhale Road) approx. morning 10:30 AM. A gentle lady said that when I change my usage plan i.e. in first week of Febuary 2017, it's not get complete transfer and this connection failure is result of this. They assured me the service will get resume within 2 hours (SR No.[protected]. The reason of disconnection was totally out of my understanding. Anyways, I waited till 4 o'clock but problem was not resolve that force to me to go again vodafone gallery. This time a gentleman register my issue and get is resolve within 5 mins of time.

                        Again, on 4th March eveing, suddenly my mobile was showing no network/no service. This time all facility including SMS and data is unavailable. That was approx. 9 pm so I prefer to go vodafone gallery at next morning. On Sunday (5th march 2017) I approched Kharghar vodafone gallery at 11:25 am. Concern executive provide me a new SIM card and asked me the service will resume within 30 mins. I perfer to wait there only so, if any further issue raised it will get resolved on real time basis. After waiting 30 mins, problem was not resolved. Same executive informed that card status is showing ACTIVE in system, but other details related to my number is not showing in system and it is totally technical issue. It's happen due to saparation process that I raised. They raised this issue with there technical team but due to sunday, they can;t assured when it get resolved. I requested them to call concern team and get the issue resolve. But failed.

                        Now I have some simple complain/query with vodafone;
                        1. I switched my plan in Feb'17. Why my facilities block after one month and that to without any communication?
                        2. Was there any TAT for resolving a particular kind of issue raised?
                        3. Once the issue resolved, why again my facility withdraw within a day?
                        4. If technical team is not aviliable on sunday, how technical issue will get resove?

                                The Vodafone number [protected] was ported from Delhi to Karnataka .
                                The porting request was completed successfully, the number was teliverified and it was working ..

                                Suddenly, on 4rth march around 9pm the number lost all calling facilities.

                                Also, if we call this number it says temporarily out of service.

                                Please understand that this is a corporate connection and loss of connectivity is severely...

                                  Informed on 3rd March about loss of SIM.

                                  Took a new SIM on the 4th March - Agent Kushboo in Indirapuram Vodafone Centre informed that it will be activated in 4 hours by the evening. SIM handed over to me at 11 AM.

                                  Had a Chat after log in Vodafone website . Had a Chat with Rajput who told me that SIM will be activated by 10 PM positively.

                                  Had another Chat with Sunil at 10 PM with Sunil who mentioned that he is a frontline staff and cannot do anything to facilitate the issue raised by me.

                                  From start to End why everyone is lying? Are you guys trained to lie to member of public who have been paying you bills since 8 years and more.??????????

                                  If a SIM has to take more than 12 hours to get activated, then I am sorry its not worth to continue with you...

                                  If you have any shame and have respect for the customer who you only loot . It is because o[censored]s, they get their salaries..

                                    EVERYONE WAS LAUGHING AT ME WHEN I TOLD THEM I AM PORTING FROM AIRTEL TO VODAFONE...AND TODAY I REALIZED WHY THEY WERE LAUGHING AT ME...BUT I WILL MAKE SURE I EDUCATE EVERYONE ABOUT THIS FRAUD COMPANY AND ITS PATHETIC NETWORK

                                    I MADE MY BEST FRIEND PORT OUT OF VODAFONE BECAUSE OF THE CHEATING WHAT VODAFONE DID TO ME. HIS NUMBER IS 9x[protected]sanjeev)

                                    THE PROBLEM

                                    I was a happy customer of Airtel but one fine day got a call from Vodafone promising 799 rental with 30 hours of free talk time and 6 GB of 4g data and i decided to port to Vodafone. In my first billing i see that they charged me 999 + taxes rental and when i spoke to Vodafone customer care they said the plan is 999 + taxes and i will be getting 200 rupees discount for first 6 months only. This was a big fraud that Vodafone did to me. I still have the call recordings of the plan and benefits that was promised to me. I was very disappointed but then i had no option to port out as i was trapped in that 3 months period. Next month also they charged me 999 + taxes. i called them again and they gave me 200 rupees discount. i was very angry at this that i had to call and beg for discount every month. Then 3rd full month i did not have 4g network...i was getting only 2g network...i logged a complaint with Vodafone which was never resolved...Then 3rd month my bill was 3400 which was a shock to me. So what they did was they removed all my benefits which was promised to me and changed my plan and kept charging me for 2g which i never opted. When i spoke to customer care no one helped me...they kept telling me to wait for 24 hours as complaint has already been logged and i should be getting a call from billing team... There is one supervisor who kept fooling me and his name is RAGHAVENDRA who kept telling me to wait for 24 hours and he will give me a call back...but never got a call back...24 hours became 5 days but never got a call from Vodafone. Now i don't have any option other than porting out of vodafone but the problem is i cannot port out unless i clear my bill which is 3400. This is how Vodafone traps new customer.

                                    I want everyone to be aware of their cheating plans. Also i would like to highlight something about Vodafone network. most the times your phone will be in not reachable mode. Also when your phone is not reachable you do not get a sms from Vodafone telling some tried calling you while your phone was not reachable.

                                      From morning my vodafone [protected] number was blocked for SMS & CAlls .I asked to customer care and visit vadaphone store they said that my number blocked by TRAI due to marketing call or sms but .Actually I did not do any kind of marketing .Every i will send messages and do calls to my friends and relatives only.Without my knowledge they blocked.How to un block?

                                      mera number [protected] abe tak activate nhe hua.. or yeh number mera goverments job k form me fill kiya h or other education me b yeh number mention.. agar es number k deactive hone ki vajah se mere education or goverments jobs k koe be exam me nhe de pata hu. to eske responsible app log honge..mera yeh number jaldi se jaldi activate karo otherwise mje court me case dalna padega or uske bad jo b mera education or goverment job k exam ko lekar lose hoga uske responsible sirf app log honge..
