Hi,

This is regarding my number [protected] which I am not using currently since last 3-4 months, I have given a request for Postpaid to Prepaid at your Bapunagar branch and paid 550rs also the executive named Roshni Gupta gave me a new prepaid sim closing my postpaid connection.

The prepaid sim didn;t started so I went at the store she said that your request is cancelled and now you need to pay the outstanding amount of postpaid is it my fault that the sim was not started.

I again went at Bapunagar VI branch and told the lady Roshni Gupta that due to your fault I am facing this billing problem, I told her that stop the connection I am ready to pay the dues even it is your fault but she told if I do so then also you will have to pay the bills from next month, It is better if you don't pay the bill.

Is this some kind of joke your employees themselves are not ready to take the request and customers are facing problems, I will put all these details in social media as well, There were so many customers who were facing the similar problem. I am filing a complaint against you people and I have an 2 post paid connections also of Vodafone which I will stop due to this incidence.

Requesting you to look into this.

      This is the 4th time I have recieved this message, company is deducting money without confirmations, stating that I have chose to access Games. I want this complaint to be resolved as quickly as possible

        I want to switch from vodafone due to frequent network issues, opted for mnp but it's not allowing and sending some message

        UPC cannot be generated as there are subsisting contractual obligations with your service provider. Please contact your service provider for further assistance.

        Want Vodafone to do the needful.

          Hi team, I have one nbr at home which is [protected]. We r using this nbr since last 8 years. In last week we had recharge with 399 for 84 days.. After recharge next day Sim card has stopped the working and not working for outgoing incoming calls.. No range as well.. I went to gallery to check wat happened they are saying u didn't do Kyc hence we stopeed.. But I didn't got any message for Kyc how can I get to know.. And they are saying now u need to convert this Sim into postpaid and then only it will reactivate... Or else no. What's is this voda...?first of all no network no calls and this Kyc stopped my Sim.. This is really disappointed. We need a my reachrge back i will port to airtel or jio.. Atleast they will help me in this situation... Voda this is really disappointed. No Kyc no calls no nesage now asking for poaspiad.. Very bad... Let me know what you thing.. [protected]

            Irresponsible Behaviour from Customer care Centre

            Today My mom lost the phone in which there was Vodafone Sim.
            For that I searched the number of Rajasthan Vodafone customer and found number-[protected]
            I called on the number, talked to customer care executive and he said that i need to dial a number [protected] for Rajasthan complains.I had dialled that in Mumbai.
            I called on number [protected] but it said wrong number.Then I called on the generic number 199.When i was talking to the customer care she said that I had to dial [protected](same number which i dialled in the starting). I again called on 199.Now the new executive said that I had to dial from Rajasthan number to get redirected to Rajasthan customer care

            My issue is that why you have kept so complexity in the system.Shouldn’t I be directly redirected to Rajasthan customer care if I am requesting.Also why these customer care executive guys have less knowledge and are not consistent in their response
            I called from the number [protected].You guys says that you record the calls for training and monitoring purpose so now check that

            In the call they also said that I will getting a link via which i can directly block my sim but I didnt get any

                To Whomsoever it may concern,

                I, Zubin J Patell, have been receiving constant calls from your personnel regarding me porting my number to another service provider.

                This has been happening non-stop since the 7th of September 2021, when I put in my porting request

                I have repeatedly requested them to stop contacting me but they keep calling from different numbers.

                This is causing me much distress and is affecting my personal and professional life.

                I will be compelled to take this up with the authorities if this is not rectified immediately.

                Please aknowledge reciept of this complaint.

                  On 22 July 2021, I contacted Appellate Office, Kolkata, for my Vodafone number XXXXX48702, with message “I noticed that for the past three months Rs 128 were deducted three times, ‘ to extend validity by 28 days’ ”.

                  I consider this unusually excess deduction. So requested intervention and refund of excess deduction.

                  As of September 09, 2021, the issue remains unresolved, and the deductions continue.

                  A further contact to the Vi, reveals that the deduction was due to “avail the benefit of outgoing SMS service”. I did not request any such “outgoing SMS” service, so the excess deduction is unfair.

                  I request your kind attention, refund the excess deductions and resolve the issue of “outgoing SMS service” or any additional service, as soon as possible.

                  I have not requested for any service. So these additional services are
                  imposed by the Vi,
                  without my approval .

                  Please keep the basic deductions required for extending validity of the SIM, and refund the excess deductions back to my prepaid balance.

                  It seems VODAFONE-staff are instructed to target its subscribers randomly, so that everyone does not become victim, yet they en-cash wrongfully.

                  There is no such rule declared publicly in visible places like vodafone website, at least I do not see. So Government may think vodafone is not doing anything wrong.

                  One example is: There was already the excess (Rs 128) deduction on 09-Sept from my prepaid balance (to extend "outgoing SMS" FEATURE for the next 28 days). Few hours later, I received another SMS stating the my prepaid validity will expire of 09 Sept, and vodafone will "adjust" Rs 128 to extend... Please note that this message is coming few hours after the deduction of the said amount.

                  Had there been a uniform rule, such repeat demand would not have occured. It seems that at least two Vodafone staff were asked to target me; one already deducted, the another did not know so taking these additional steps.

                  Next I received more messages, like "Alert! Outgoing Calls, Data SMS on Vi ... (number) are STOPPED." etc etc.

                  Another one can be considered as a threat, "Incoming SMS" ON Vi... (NUMBER) stop on 16/09/21. You will NOT get OTPs for Banking, Adhar, etc. Recharge NOW with Vi pack."
                  -- Means give more money to Vi for nothing.

                  Alas!

                  Until now I did not receive compensation-refund for the wrongdoing by the Vi. Looking into the statistics and complaints from other people, I am not sure whether it is wise to expect such a gesture from Vi or not.
                  It seems that the "Complaint Status" as 'Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. ' is auto generated.

                  In any case I wish attention of the Vi customer care, and wish it will be resolved.

                  If this complaint is resolved, I will make a note here.

                  Until then please consider this as unresolved issue.

                    I have recharged for 601 rs plan on 1st September, which included 3gb data per day plus 32GB, unlimited calling, 1 year subscription of Disney hotstar, and many more benefits..
                    Money deducted at once but no benefit was received.
                    I recharged through paytm gateway ..
                    Now both Vi and paytm both are blaming each other and no one is bothered about my mental and financial harassment ..This is just a shame..
                    I need the solution hy refund of my money back..As soon as possible.

                      Hi I'm Soniya B R studied BCA in Global institute of management... I have one back log in 5th sem due to some personal family issues n health issues I couldn't clear it...And three years of rules is not fair... because we undergo so many problems financialy and also due to pandemic for al this genuine reasons... Still our carrer will be spoile because of this...please grant me to reappear the exam again...

                        Hi All,

                        Just started Vodafone idea plan with bad experience.

                        We have got two numbers recently ported on VI with family plan 699 Rs. Starting month September 2021.

                        Today both numbers are not in service, out going calls and internet data usage stopped without giving proper explanation. We connected to vi store and 198 customer care for assistance and came to know that services are interrupted as usage amount of Rs. 3705 has crossed credit limit due to ISD calls on 7th September. This is ridiculous when no ISD was placed and system in counting ISD calls. In mobile call records are also available from last one year for local or STD calls only and no record available for ISD calls. My questions are-

                        - how come system record ISD calls when not placed by mobile. seems to be a major fault in system
                        - why service stopped after reaching amount Rs. 3705 when credit limit is Rs.2000
                        - how come data usage amount exceeded the credit limit of Rs 2000
                        - the bill record shows nothing pending as of now

                        Also, as per discussion with customer care 198 and vi store, this issue will only be resolved after paying amount of Rs. 3705 (for which no services used) or on 28th September once bill generated. In meantime both numbers will be inactive and service will not be restored.

                        I want to raise the complaint that all the incorrect charges from the month of Sep needs to be reversed as I have relied on the large service provider for their services and my trust is broken completely. Service provider should reply for all issue when the issue is from their side, in their system.

                        I request that my complaint shall be raised, and should get the positive reply.

                          I had changed my plan from entertainment 399 to a family plan 649/- with my husband’s number as secondary. The Vi store manager was not at all efficient to handle this account and since day one I have faced so many problems that I have decided not to continue with Vodafone though I have been a loyal customer over 2 decades. It’s really disheartening to see your service level drop so bad. First problem started with the billing, then my net not working for over two weeks, not able to detect the problem. Vodafone can change plans in minutes but can’t resolve problems at all and your customer care is not to service people’s problems but to argue with them. Your executives had the guts to argue with me even though it was Vodafone’s fault. I am very very disappointed with your service and hope you guys can look into the matter. Will share the store manager details if required who lied and made us go through all this stress and headache.

                              My deceased father's simcard is missing. I used the sim (for 2 year something) after he died . But unfortunately it was gone missing from me .The simcard is taken in his name. So I cant take a duplicate sim from vi store.I need to get back that number, I request you to solve the problem as soon as possible

                                Hello,
                                I am unable to send text messages from my vodafone number.
                                I raised complaint many times but every, i was asked to check in 24 hrs but problem did not resolved
                                Yesterday, again i raised the issue and got a call from them telling i have a negative balance of Rs 292 .
                                I do not understand how in a prepaid number there can b a negative balance.
                                When asked for history, i was told by customer care that they can provide as they do not have it.

                                  I would like to inform u that, i have many times call to vodafone customer care but they have said you have secondery no. but now is primary no. as request to vodafone and then said me you have outstanding unbilled amount but before i have paid all unbilled amount. and still now message me "see below attachment"

                                    Hi, I have been charged with service called Telsync Games which I did not subscribed to. I have received messages for charges applied on my contact phone number. When I reach out to the number to check with any service activated then it is replied with no service activate on this number.
