Every now and then balance is being deducted from my Vodafone number. Kindly help to regain my balance back.

    VI 59059 not working for activating sim

    I've ported my contact no. from Airtel to Vodafone and I've also inserted new sim but the verification call to 59059 is not connecting. every time I try to call at 59059 it automatically disconnects....

      I recharged ₹ 79 to keep the SIM running as usual. I did not send sms to try again and again. Then comes the msg from vodafone. Recharge Vodafone for s 219 or ₹ 299 for sms service. So give me back the recharge so I can do a bigger rechagre. Calls to vodafone center they not answer my call.

        Again I Received this Message At 2:49PM

        (Â Hi! Your Vi SIM-related request is registered with reference number RTN-V[protected]. Your request will be processed within 2 hours. Please note, once your SIM is changed your incoming and outgoing SMS will be barred for 24 hours as per Govt. regulations.)Â

        Now It's (10:00PM )

        It's more Than 7 hours passed SIM Card haven't Processed, Restarted My Device Several Times.Â

        This Is My primary contact number & How do i communicate.Â

        Store Address: We're I bought the SIM Card.Â

        Second time I'm having the same problem with VI, Â

          Hi team,

          I am trying to connect customer care number of vodafone but everyone only listening the issue and not resolving.

          The text message is not going to anyone from my number and I m complaining this from 3 days but still the issue is not resolved.

          I have to do some important text messages but I am unable to sent it. There is outgoing call, incoming call and also incoming messages but outgoing messages is not going. Due to this i may be in danger because the messages i want to sent is very urgent for me.

            I have tried to send SMS to 1900 to port my number to a different provider. But looks like vodafone has blocked any outgoing messages to this number to avoid customers moving out. This is just a bad practice from Vodafone. I need this resolved ASAP

              I got a new Vi sim card. I was told that the sim will be activated within 2 hours and then I have to dial 59050 for tele verification. I have tried so many times but after selecting the language it quote that "this is only for tele verification call 199 for more details" and then the call getting ended every time. The network bar is full. I tried calling so many times but it happened every time. Then I called 199 but it said that i have to do tele verification through 59059 first.
              I don't know what to do anymore. Hope I'll get some resolvement through here.

                  Senario- vi network has got worse each day. A company that became 1st to capture corporate market in India lost itself. Now I want to port out. I have
                  1) a main balance
                  2) a validity recharge

                  I tried changing sim to different handset. No sms gets sent to any number.

                  No bank otps come. Uncessary telemarketing sms come despite full dnd and everytime complaint.

                  Anybody can help me out of this horrible company network?

                    Bought a new vi sim on 25/08/2021. The networks appeared immediately. Since then I have been trying the tele verification for the same but no luck. 59059 is not getting connected at all. Tried contacting various customer care supports but their help didn't work either rather they appeared clueless. Retailer raised his hands too. Vodafone Idea customer care is worst no wonder why they are loosing so many customers.

                      Dear Sir Hello Sir I made a deposit at the store to get calls to my mom's phone about a month ago and she also transferred money to our mom's phone. Currently my phone shows that there is no communication facility when my mom calls me on the phone.My mom’s phone numbers are [protected].The call from my mom's cell phone shows that there is no communication facility and I humbly ask you to take care of it and fix any problem.

                      The call from my mom's cell phone shows that there is no communication facility and I humbly ask you to take care of it and fix any problem.

                        My sim is from maharashtra, my sim card shows "no service" from yesterday's morning.
                        I tried all these things
                        1. Manual select network
                        2. Two to three times restart the phone
                        3. Pull sim out and place it again

                        But same result is there.
                        Please help me to sort out this. Number [protected]

                          On 18/8/21, my a/c was debited for Rs.358.72/- but recharge was not successful. I complaint twice to my bank, but both the times the complaints were closed by saying that the transaction was successful and I should contact the merchant(Vodafone India). But Vodafone denies having received this payment. Kindly help me in getting the amount refunded to my bank A/C.

                              "Hello!

                              I request for unsubscribing to this scam, because I didnt subscribe to it. I do not want further deduction of talktime and refund if possible.

                                I have vodafone number since very long time.

                                I was in Mumbai and number belongs to Mumbai Circle.

                                Since I am using this number for Business purpose i am very serious on the output.

                                Already Vodafone has lot of network problems in Pune and other rural cities.

                                I am chasing them in writing since a year for MCA services but the are saying MCA services are not available in roaming.. Horrible how come this will work. what is the use of this paid services then. I am in Pune now in Maharashtra circle and having lot of VI network issues and loosing many important call. Still i adjusted that, but requested them to atleast send me message so I can call back to my caller.

                                But no response from them..

                                Important point is that, I have another number in Airtel with same mumbai circle and they are sending messages for missed calls. How?

                                Now next i will approach to TRAI for this..

                                Another chitting approach, or their software fault, they were charging me twiCe in every month for more than 1 year may be. It's stopped when I noticed them.
                                Said will refund extra paid.. but no track of account or no summary email communicated to me.

                                  my number was barred by vodafone stating sim is old. when i went to gasllery to ontain 4g sim they forced me to take billing option or they threten tht my number will be givwn to someone lese

                                  i was forces to take 299rs plan being lowest. their was supposedly 40gb data in these plan per month. now they have sent me 700rs bill for using 31GB data for aug month.? how am i supposed to pay extra if i have used limit given to me..?

                                  what kind of service is this..? what kind of scam fraud is going on and tri is let it happen..? any money is deducted and charged for any reasons..?

                                  are we supposed to go to court for such pety theft..?

                                  sir they threatened me to steal my number [protected] unless i went for postpaid plan now they have started looting me sending me high bill while i am not using this number but only data for office work.

                                    Hi, I am writing this complaint against message I am getting that thank you for registering with Bigwin Battlefield access games and you have been charged 49 for the same. I have not registered with any of the thing either not know about such thing. It's a money making business from vodafone . I will advice not to register with vodafone or think twice because in the you will gonna suffer.

                                      Worst ever operator in India.. We can't even send a message until we recharge it with INR 130/-.
                                      Not sure how TRAI allowed such network in country.
