Unexplained charges

I have a postpaid plan of Vodafone([protected]) for which the minimum monthly rental is 499 for Bill period – 01-07-21 to 31-07-21, there is a misc credit / charges of Rs. 297 .
Why am i charged such an exorbitant misc charge . There are previous dues also with such charges.
Why wasn’t this being informed to me previously prior to changing to this plan.
Any breakup for miscellaneous amount is this bill....

Vodafone India not still not solve my network problem

I Mr.Manyabara Behera (Vodafone Post-paid User) many times i complain Vodafone India for my network problem which i faced more than 4 months but still they not solve my solution every time the gave me false promise which is totally valueless. they always harass me. i pending my pending my payment for when they solve my solution then i will pay. if we follow to our indian law this is totally unconstitutional which is also an offence for Vodafone...

Unwanted deduction of money from my balance

Past few days i have recieved two messages of showing that that the certain amount of money is deducted from my account for choosing some particular inbuilt game

It is like this:-

Why the company is deducting my money without even asking me....

Vodafone India Address Verification Failed

Hello Customer Care Team, I had taken a new vodafone connection ([protected]), it's services are now stopped with reason "Address Verification Failed".
I have asked to re-verify the address but no one has came to verify it. Even I had visited the vodafone store but no use. Aadhaar card with matching address, PAN card. Everything.

Is there any address where I can email them to get the address verification done? Thanks,...

Misguided by VI app for recharge of 599 rs

I recharged with rs 599 and it was shown in the app that I'll get 3gb/day data but I'm getting only 1.5gb.
I have screesnhots of Vi app that it's saying I'll get 3gb data/day and then why did they give only 1.5gb /day .
I've my online lectures and can't work with 1.5gb/day so I want my refund or please give me some other plan like 3gb I'll pay for that but don't lose my 599 rs.
kindly solve the problem....

Misled by VI for recharge of 599 rs.

I recharged tonight at 12:14 and VI app shown me that I'll get 3gb/day data, and I recharged with 599 and got only 1.5gb /day data.
I've all screenshots related to recharge and want my recharge of 3gb/day or want my money back so I can go for other recharge.
and the app showing 599 rs plan will get 3gb/day data even now....

Vodafone Wrongly charged for games

I've been charged Rs. 25 for pre-embedded games which I didn't even selected. This amount has been deducted from my balance which is wrong I did not selected this games. Even I haven't got any confirmation too. Am checking in internet many posted same issue.

Permanent Deactivation of postpaid connection

Dear Vodafone,

I am trying to deactivate my postpaid connection for more than 6 months. your collection team collects the payment with a promise of deactivation but the number is not disconnected ever. This has happened twice.
I visited one of VI store and the representative suggested me not to pay the bill as even after filing a deactivation the collection teams are activating the numbers.

Service issues

I have been raising tickets after ticket with Vodafone regarding issues with my mobile data and voice calls but their support team would just mark my tickets as resolved without doing anything. I am fed up of the service.

If I do not pay the bill, they bar my outgoing and internet. How do you expect me to pay for the service that is not even delivered properly....

Money deducted for caller tune subscription

Resolution not provided- Number Does Not Exist

I am not receiving incoming calls- it says "please check the number you have dialed". But I am able to make outgoing calls .
Raised a complaint # Sr no KAR-V[protected] but no use. It is been a week and they are not properly acting on this. I have to make several calls to customer care and enquired about this. Very Very POOR service level this is....

Money deducted and automatically service activated

Vadafone team
I on my vodafone no ([protected]). I have received sms's saying that "re 1 store pack now active" and charges are being deducted.
