Vodafone - Idea is now deducting money from my number without my consent. This is happening again and again these days. Also I have not subscribed to their promo messages, I'm being charged for various stuff that I never used. This seems like a robbery. I have also share some of screenshots of deduction msg received from them.
When I inquired about any VAS, they're telling me I've not subscribed to any service still they charged me.

    Vodafone is deducting some amount from my balance for games - i just got message like -
    Hello!
    Thank you for choosing to access Bigwin Battlefield Games,
    You have been charged Rs. 49
    I have a postpaid account

    I have not authorised this, I have not downloaded or played this game (Battlefield)

      I have not activated any plan from this company but this company keep deducting money under 'sona jeeto contest', Company calls me when I receive the call and realize that it's from a company I disconnect it immediately but they start deducting money sometimes 5rs sometime 15rs
      Please stop this scheme on my number i can't see any option to stop this plan please stop this scheme from your end, I also use airtel and jio but never faced such issue.

        Hello Seniors @ Vodafone

        I am not able to understand that for transferring one voda corporate number to vodafone prepaid your company is asking to clear outstanding amount of all numbers under this so called business relationship.

        In the attached letter my employer has clearly mentioned that they will continue to pay for all other numbers. You are forcing your customers to move out of vodafone network with such service levels ...if this is the level vodafone service team has dropped their standards(Which was once considered gold standard in India)...I would rather love to stay in a two operator regime in India.

        There is no point having a operator who does not value customer relationships which are as old as 15 years . Makes me think that I should port out all my other numbers as well to remaining two operators ...atleast they value you .

        Not able to generate UPC code 12 attempts -

        I am unable to generate UPC code from My mobile

        1.Tried doing it through SMS - 12 times ...shows reason as outstanding payment .

        2. Visited Store- They are also unable to help - They have said they raised it on mail

        3. Tried calling 198 multiple times...call getting disconnected continuously

        4. Tried connecting in chat - They asked me to mail it across to corporatecare.[protected]@vodafoneidea.com

        5. Mailed to corporatecare.[protected]@vodafoneidea.com...but still awaiting response

        6. Spoken to corporate helpline [protected]-Abhishek /Lovepreet - asking me to clear outstanding of entire business relationship ...pls have a look at attached letter and tell where in Past there is a single default on payment from this business account ...if this is how you guys have to treat your corporate relationship ...we pray that God does not help you to sustain in India.

        I need explanation that where in SOP shared with DOT and TRAI it's written that one mobile number cannot move out of corporate relationship by paying it's outstanding and giving employer letter that they will be paying for other accounts.

        I have already done advance payment in my account and it shows credit balance.
        I have attached the NOC from my corporate authorised signatory.

          I have a postpaid plan of Vodafone([protected]) for which the minimum monthly rental is 499 for Bill period – 01-07-21 to 31-07-21, there is a misc credit / charges of Rs. 297 .
          Why am i charged such an exorbitant misc charge . There are previous dues also with such charges.
          Why wasn’t this being informed to me previously prior to changing to this plan.
          Any breakup for miscellaneous amount is this bill.

                I Mr.Manyabara Behera (Vodafone Post-paid User) many times i complain Vodafone India for my network problem which i faced more than 4 months but still they not solve my solution every time the gave me false promise which is totally valueless. they always harass me. i pending my pending my payment for when they solve my solution then i will pay. if we follow to our indian law this is totally unconstitutional which is also an offence for Vodafone India. Sir kindly take my complaint with serious. and solve my solution as soon as possible other wise i will go to Our District Court. This is Also Violate our Fundamental Rights So if possible i will go to High Court Or Supreme Court Under Article 226 & 32.

                  Past few days i have recieved two messages of showing that that the certain amount of money is deducted from my account for choosing some particular inbuilt game

                  It is like this:-
                  Hello!
                  Thank you for choosing to access Handset Inbuilt Games,
                  You have been charged Rs. 25
                  Your balance is Rs. 49

                  Why the company is deducting my money without even asking me.

                    Hello Customer Care Team, I had taken a new vodafone connection ([protected]), it's services are now stopped with reason "Address Verification Failed".
                    I have asked to re-verify the address but no one has came to verify it. Even I had visited the vodafone store but no use. Aadhaar card with matching address, PAN card. Everything.

                    Is there any address where I can email them to get the address verification done? Thanks, Marco (+91-[protected])

                      I recharged with rs 599 and it was shown in the app that I'll get 3gb/day data but I'm getting only 1.5gb.
                      I have screesnhots of Vi app that it's saying I'll get 3gb data/day and then why did they give only 1.5gb /day .
                      I've my online lectures and can't work with 1.5gb/day so I want my refund or please give me some other plan like 3gb I'll pay for that but don't lose my 599 rs.

                        I recharged tonight at 12:14 and VI app shown me that I'll get 3gb/day data, and I recharged with 599 and got only 1.5gb /day data.
                        I've all screenshots related to recharge and want my recharge of 3gb/day or want my money back so I can go for other recharge.
                        and the app showing 599 rs plan will get 3gb/day data even now.

                            I've been charged Rs. 25 for pre-embedded games which I didn't even selected. This amount has been deducted from my balance which is wrong I did not selected this games. Even I haven't got any confirmation too. Am checking in internet many posted same issue.

                              Dear Vodafone,

                              I am trying to deactivate my postpaid connection for more than 6 months. your collection team collects the payment with a promise of deactivation but the number is not disconnected ever. This has happened twice.
                              I visited one of VI store and the representative suggested me not to pay the bill as even after filing a deactivation the collection teams are activating the numbers.
                              I do not know how exactly to get it closed, but for the same reason i have not paid my dues. I am ready to pay right away if i get assurance from someone authorized.

                                Complaint from Mascot Infrastructure. we took vodafone sim card in 2019. And the mobile number is [protected]. Since last few days, Mascot Employee received messages from different numbers which seems to be from other countries. The numbers are [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected] and [protected]. The conversation with [protected] is attached for ready reference. You are requested to confirm the availability of sim card and also confirm the mentioned sim card belongs to India.

                                  I have been raising tickets after ticket with Vodafone regarding issues with my mobile data and voice calls but their support team would just mark my tickets as resolved without doing anything. I am fed up of the service.

                                  If I do not pay the bill, they bar my outgoing and internet. How do you expect me to pay for the service that is not even delivered properly.
