Bought a new vi sim on 25/08/2021. The networks appeared immediately. Since then I have been trying the tele verification for the same but no luck. 59059 is not getting connected at all. Tried contacting various customer care supports but their help didn't work either rather they appeared clueless. Retailer raised his hands too. Vodafone Idea customer care is worst no wonder why they are loosing so many customers....

Dear Sir Hello Sir I made a deposit at the store to get calls to my mom's phone about a month ago and she also transferred money to our mom's phone. Currently my phone shows that there is no communication facility when my mom calls me on the phone.My mom’s phone numbers are [protected].The call from my mom's cell phone shows that there is no communication facility and I humbly ask you to take care of it and fix any problem....

My sim is from maharashtra, my sim card shows "no service" from yesterday's morning.
I tried all these things
1. Manual select network
2. Two to three times restart the phone
3. Pull sim out and place it again

But same result is there.
Please help me to sort out this. Number [protected]...

On 18/8/21, my a/c was debited for Rs.358.72/- but recharge was not successful. I complaint twice to my bank, but both the times the complaints were closed by saying that the transaction was successful and I should contact the merchant(Vodafone India). But Vodafone denies having received this payment. Kindly help me in getting the amount refunded to my bank A/C....

I request for unsubscribing to this scam, because I didnt subscribe to it. I do not want further deduction of talktime and refund if possible.

I have vodafone number since very long time.

I was in Mumbai and number belongs to Mumbai Circle.

Since I am using this number for Business purpose i am very serious on the output.

Already Vodafone has lot of network problems in Pune and other rural cities.

I am chasing them in writing since a year for MCA services but the are saying MCA services are not available in roaming.....

i was forces to take 299rs plan being lowest. their was supposedly 40gb data in these plan per month. now they have sent me 700rs bill for using 31GB data for aug month.? how am i supposed to pay extra...

Hi, I am writing this complaint against message I am getting that thank you for registering with Bigwin Battlefield access games and you have been charged 49 for the same. I have not registered with any of the thing either not know about such thing. It's a money making business from vodafone . I will advice not to register with vodafone or think twice because in the you will gonna suffer....

Worst ever operator in India.. We can't even send a message until we recharge it with INR 130/-.
Not sure how TRAI allowed such network in country....

I am facing sudden drop of internet speed through out a few days. Even the 4g sign goes out. I have checked my mobile phone settings, and found nothing wrong. Please examine your system....

Vodafone - Idea is now deducting money from my number without my consent. This is happening again and again these days. Also I have not subscribed to their promo messages, I'm being charged for various stuff that I never used. This seems like a robbery. I have also share some of screenshots of deduction msg received from them.
When I inquired about any VAS, they're telling me I've not subscribed to any service still they charged me....

Vodafone is deducting some amount from my balance for games - i just got message like -

I have not authorised this, I have not downloaded or played this game (Battlefield)...

I have not activated any plan from this company but this company keep deducting money under 'sona jeeto contest', Company calls me when I receive the call and realize that it's from a company I disconnect it immediately but they start deducting money sometimes 5rs sometime 15rs
Please stop this scheme on my number i can't see any option to stop this plan please stop this scheme from your end, I also use airtel and jio but never faced...

I am not able to understand that for transferring one voda corporate number to vodafone prepaid your company is asking to clear outstanding amount of all numbers under this so called business relationship.

I have a postpaid plan of Vodafone([protected]) for which the minimum monthly rental is 499 for Bill period – 01-07-21 to 31-07-21, there is a misc credit / charges of Rs. 297 .
Why am i charged such an exorbitant misc charge . There are previous dues also with such charges.
Why wasn’t this being informed to me previously prior to changing to this plan.
Any breakup for miscellaneous amount is this bill....
