Unethical without permission, without acknowledgement deducting rs10 in lieu of telesync games on 16th & 27th september 2021.Hilarious thing is its a feature phone in which the aforementioned sim is, just kept that phone for incoming.Vodafone idea customer care says its one time debit and asking customer " you tell how can we deactivate them".Hope your company has an response work ethos..

    Vi is deducting money sometimes ₹10 and sometime ₹15 in name of some Value Added service named Telsync Games/ Bcafe Portal, which we never ever activated neither used either. This is un ethical business practise. Customer care is not rechable tried multiple times from multiple days.

    We need refund of money deducted and Want this Un approved VAS service to stopp immeditely and don't want them to get activated in future.

    Vi deducted my money in the name of bcafe portal without any activation, screenshot of which I have attached below.

    I need refund of the money deducted.
    Even same happened for me today they have deducted money for bcafe subscription where I have not subscribed.

    I need refund ASAP.

      Need to port my prepaid Vi to some other service providers ( Poor service and unauthorised deduction)but, while sending SMS to 1900, msg won't go ( failed to send msg)...I've emailed to Customer care Vi but, they are yet to resolved ...they now started to call me asking so many questions in which I'm unwilling to answer...just need to port my number...they hav to unblock my SMS path to 1900 immediately..

            Vodafone started unethical and illegal deductions (as I understand)

            1) Vodafone added a service to my SIM, WITHOUT MY APPROVAL/CONSENT, and started deducting money from my talktime balance, and continuing even after I lodged complaint.

            2) When I complained to Vodafone customer care, they DID NOT GIVE me any unique DOCKET number.

            3) Status of my complaint is NOT accessible in MyProfile in Vodafone portal.

            Additionally:
            4) The latest deductions are not listed in MyProfile in Vodafone portal.

              They did not mention in a recharge pack of 98 rupees that it will not allow to send the messages instead of data. while in other pack you are mentioning the things. Now i want to port my number to other service provider but they are saying i have to do another recharge but i have main balance in my vi account. this is so ridiculous. i am attaching the screen shots of the app where it is not written that messages will not be sent.

                    Almost every month Vodafone is deducting some amount from my balance for games - i am just getting message like -

                    I have not authorised this, I have never heard of this game and I have not downloaded or played any games.
                    I want my money refunded...

                      I ported my jio number to vodafone and i came into roaming. Now when i call 59059 it says please dial 59059 for tele verification. I have tried customer care multiple times but they don't provide any solution. They only says please visit to nearest Vodafone store.

                      I neither able to find any vodafone store near to my home where i can get any help.

                        Was using plan of rs. 799.The signals was not there in my area.So i wanted to Port my number into Airtel.So I called 198 to separate all three numbers on, 17th September 2021.I need not wanted the other two numbers, so I told the person that please close the other number, he told me, Sir please don't close it do it into prepaid, so I told yes.So visited the nearest Vi Store at Datta Mandir, Nashik Road, Nashik.

                        The executive Swapnil Jadhav, told me that the service are down please come on 21th September 2021, so I visited the vi Store on 21 September 2021 he told me that you have to pay the bill of
                        rs. 250.I asked him for what reason, he told me that your billing date is 9th, you have to pay the bill from 9thSeptember 2021 To 21 September 2021.I have cleared all the outstanding amount till 17th September 2021, and I have port my primary number to Airtel, so you can also do it into prepaid.He told me that you have to pay the bill then only it can be prepaid.

                        It is your problem we that your server around from 3 days, and I am not going to pay the Bill.

                                  Sir/ Madam,

                                  I am a vodafone user. A balance deduction of Rs. 49 was made about a week ago, I dont remember the exact date. I could not understand the reason for this unnecessary balance deduction as I did not subscribe to any chargeable services. Therefore, I request you to refund my money as it is unwarranted. I have already tried contacting 198 but was unable to speak to any customer care executive. Please refund the charges deducted as soon as possible.

                                    I haven't activated any games portal in my phone.. I had recharged my number few days back and it had more than rs. 100 as balance and now the balance is rs.4. Your customer care is the worst service i have come across.. Im never able to contact your executive for any of my complaints.. If this goes on, i'll need to port my sim.. Deactivate the games portal as soon as possible.
