Almost every month Vodafone is deducting some amount from my balance for games - i am just getting message like -

Hello!
Thank you for choosing to access Bigwin Battlefield Games,
You have been charged Rs. 49
Your balance is Rs. 482.62
And
Hello!
Thank you for choosing to access Telsync Games,
You have been charged Rs. 10
Your balance is Rs. 472.62

I have not authorised this, I have never heard of this game and I have not downloaded or played any games.
I want my money refunded...

    I ported my jio number to vodafone and i came into roaming. Now when i call 59059 it says please dial 59059 for tele verification. I have tried customer care multiple times but they don't provide any solution. They only says please visit to nearest Vodafone store.

    I neither able to find any vodafone store near to my home where i can get any help.

      Was using plan of rs. 799.The signals was not there in my area.So i wanted to Port my number into Airtel.So I called 198 to separate all three numbers on, 17th September 2021.I need not wanted the other two numbers, so I told the person that please close the other number, he told me, Sir please don't close it do it into prepaid, so I told yes.So visited the nearest Vi Store at Datta Mandir, Nashik Road, Nashik.

      The executive Swapnil Jadhav, told me that the service are down please come on 21th September 2021, so I visited the vi Store on 21 September 2021 he told me that you have to pay the bill of
      rs. 250.I asked him for what reason, he told me that your billing date is 9th, you have to pay the bill from 9thSeptember 2021 To 21 September 2021.I have cleared all the outstanding amount till 17th September 2021, and I have port my primary number to Airtel, so you can also do it into prepaid.He told me that you have to pay the bill then only it can be prepaid.

      It is your problem we that your server around from 3 days, and I am not going to pay the Bill.

        I am getting multiple messages for purchasing the gaming service but I have not buy anything actively.

        Vodafone is keep on deducting the money from my balance.

        Vodaphone is deducting the money from my account and I didn't even logged in for the game and the game name is Contakt gaming and this is the 4th time it's happening please do something about it.

              Since morning 20.09.2021 I am not able to DO outgoing calls and even to customer care to register complaint. Also network switch from 4G to G when call is made or received . Not able to use data services during call

                Sir/ Madam,

                I am a vodafone user. A balance deduction of Rs. 49 was made about a week ago, I dont remember the exact date. I could not understand the reason for this unnecessary balance deduction as I did not subscribe to any chargeable services. Therefore, I request you to refund my money as it is unwarranted. I have already tried contacting 198 but was unable to speak to any customer care executive. Please refund the charges deducted as soon as possible.

                  I haven't activated any games portal in my phone.. I had recharged my number few days back and it had more than rs. 100 as balance and now the balance is rs.4. Your customer care is the worst service i have come across.. Im never able to contact your executive for any of my complaints.. If this goes on, i'll need to port my sim.. Deactivate the games portal as soon as possible.

                      Vodafone has debited my balance thrice in a day without my consent. It says I have choosed to access the below mentioned games, but I have not done anything as such. I have not authorised any such transactions.

                      Vodafone is CHEATING their customers by debiting the Balance without any consent of their customers.

                          Hello vodafone india,
                          This is a complaint regarding balance deduction from my vodafone number. I recharge my number with Rs.79 every 28 days but due to some Unusual service charges and game charges it keeps on charging me until I have 6-7 rupees left.
                          I really don't know the reason for these deductions.
                          It's been over an year I've been facing this issue and it really annoys me.
                          My number doesn't have any VAS activated since it was registered still these deductions are happening.
                          I request you to look into this matter and resolve this issue.

                                      I bought a new postpaid sim and paid for 3 months and I used only 1 month but after one month my sim got discontinued and the store employee is not refunding my Money for remainig 2 months and giving many excuses.

                                        Vodafone customer care is like Customer exploiter.

                                        (A)
                                        Since 22 July 2021, I contacted Vodafone customer care, for my Vodafone number XXXXX (with full details of my phone number and other relevant details), with message “I noticed that for the past three months Rs 128 were deducted three times, ‘ to extend validity by 28 days’ ”.

                                        I consider this unusually excess deduction. So requested intervention and refund of excess deduction.

                                        As of September 15, 2021, the issue remains unresolved, and the deductions continue.

                                        (B)
                                        They have not addressed my complaint, nor a rectification and refund

                                        (C)
                                        A further contact to the Vi, reveals that the deduction was due to “avail the benefit of outgoing SMS service”.

                                        WHAT IS THIS OUTGOING SMS BENEFIT?

                                        Is this a special benefit, that customers do not usually have with their SIM?

                                        Its a nice trick with words to fool.

                                        (D)
                                        I did not request any such so-called special service, so the excess deduction is unfair.

                                        I have not requested for any service. So these additional services are
                                        imposed by the Vi,
                                        without my approval .

                                        (E)
                                        Since long Vi ABOLISHED internet log-in feature, replaced with Vi App based login. So I can not login. This is another problem Vi has created.

                                        I can not login to see what Vi is doing with my prepaid account.

                                        The Vi application in my phones (Multiple handsets that I tried) do not work at all. It is a deliberate attempt to keep customers in the dark about what the Vodafone is doing with my prepaid account balance.

                                        It gives the VODAFONE-staff added freedom to target its subscribers randomly, yet not to victimize everyone.

                                        Government may think vodafone is not doing anything wrong.

                                        Another example is:
                                        There was already the excess (Rs 128) deduction on 09-Sept from my prepaid balance (to extend "outgoing SMS" FEATURE for the next 28 days). Few hours later, I received another SMS stating the my prepaid validity will expire of 09 Sept, and vodafone will "adjust" Rs 128 to extend... Please note that this message is coming within few hours after the deduction of the said amount.

                                        Had there been a uniform rule, such repeat demand would not have occurred.

                                        It seems that at least two Vodafone staff were asked to target me; one already deducted, the another remained oblivion, so taking these additional steps.

                                        Next I received more messages, like "Alert! Outgoing Calls, Data SMS on Vi ... (number) are STOPPED." etc etc.

                                        Another one can be considered as a threat, "Incoming SMS" ON Vi... (NUMBER) stop on 16/09/21. You will NOT get OTPs for Banking, Adhar, etc. Recharge NOW with Vi pack."

                                        Vodafone should stop such activities and rectify. My requests:

                                        1. Re-enable internet web browser based login .
                                        2. Allow customers to control their account.
                                        3. Stop Vodafone people to modify account feature without customer-approval
                                        4. Stop excess deduction.
                                        5. Refund excess deductions back to prepaid talk time balance
                                        6. Be responsible, do a CUSTOMER CARE.

                                        Until now I have not received compensation-refund for the wrongdoing by the Vi. Looking into the statistics and complaints from other people, I am not sure whether it is wise to expect such a gesture from Vi or not.
