Sms blocked to 1900 number

VI has blocked me from sending SMS to 1900 though all my bills are cleared. This is violation of my individual rights. There customer care is chasing me not to switch but have smartly stopped me from porting....

I have been a user of Vodafone for 7 years, and recently from last week I have been having some issues in receiving incoming calls.

It says "to check the dialed number" and being disconnected whoever dials to me.
Whereas I am having no issue in any outgoing facility. I have raised a complaint against this through customer care last week but there is no result.

I am facing a lot of issues because of this as this is my primary number. Am I going to have any solution for this if not then I have no choice but to switch to some other network for the poor response/service provided by VI.

    I have charged my vodafone idea no. on 22nd July 21 with Rs. 447/- and expecting your service to be credited. Unfortunately it didn't happen so far and no refunds were received at the bank account where I have done the payment from. Subsequently, I have charged again to resume the services.

    Since I havent received the credit back to my bank after 7 days - as expected, I had taken upo the case with their customer care by sharing my bank statements through email. I have assured with appropriate action soon and advised to wait for it. Since, that was not happening after the expected time - I have taken up the case again with customer care and received a somewhat unusual response that, their bill desk hasn't received the credit advising me to take up the case with my bankers - is it the customers responsibility to find the whareabouts of a financial transaction done online - where ordinary customers have little or no acces to such systems ?

      I'm facing very serious issue on my number [protected]. When someone calls my number I'm unable to get calls . This shows caller error msg like this number is not existing.
      This problem I'm facing from many years can I have given several complaints regarding this issue . Repeatedly no use because of this I have happened to face my problems and mental tention lost many previous events .
      So no one is ready in vodafone to address this issue so I'm now finally decided with no hope with Vodafone addressing legally.

        I called up customer care number 199 at 10.05 PM on 12.08.21 regarding slow internet since last 7days. I explained him the issue and it seemed that he was not interested in the issue. He was threatening me that my number will be blocked without any prior information or reason. I can't understand how such people who doesn't have minimum knowledge of how to deal with customers were assigned to such a role. He was so overly loud, so rude.

        I would be very thankful if you kindly take a legal action against Vodafone customer care executive.

          We would like to lodge complaint on behalf of residents and thereby putting the life of residents in vicinity in hazardous situation.

          Our complaint is specific that a resident of 64, Dr. Ambedkar road, near punjab sweets, opp. Drege house, Bandra West, Mumbai- 400050, Maharashtra– had licensed her premises to Mobile Company for installation of Mobile Tower in midst of residential area of Bandra West, Mumbai.

          When residents know about the hazardous effect of radiation, which eminates from the said Mobile Tower upon the human body.

          As you know that, it is general rule that, the Mobile Tower has to be installation 50 meters away from the residential area as the radiation eminating from the said Mobile Tower causes various effects on human body and works as slow poison upon the human body. Therefore, various building societies are against the installation of the said Mobile Tower. Hence, the said Mobile Company choosing residential areas as they know that, few people are very greedy about the money and ignorant of their effect

          As per the rules it is the necessary to give structural stability certificate and drawings AND no objection certificate from neighbors and surrounding areas and other documents. The no objection certificate has not been given and the neighbours' have objection to this installation of the towers.

          We therefore request you to kindly look in to the matter personally and see that the above tower is removed immediately from the above House in order to prevent further damage to the health of innocent people of the area.

              My number ([protected]) has received a message saying that I accepted the Mydala power deal, and deducted RS.49 from my account. I have not accepted any deal, nor have I visited their website either. Kindly refund the money back to my number for unlawfully deducting the money.

                Vodafone Idea has been deducting my balance for services I have not used or have made any intention o[censored]sing. Over the last few weeks these services for which I have been charged include,

                1. Caller tunes
                2. Games World
                3. Bcafe Portal

                This is all illegal and purely unethical.

                    Hi,

                    I have raised at least 5 tickets in last 6 months regarding issues with my mobile data and voice calls. I have not recieved any resolution till date despite of paying bills month after month. Every time i speak to their customer care, I am being told that someone from the network team will look into my issues and will call me back but never have I ever received a call from them and my ticket is marked as resolved without working on it.

                    I want a waiver of the bills I have paid till date.

                    Consumer forum team -
                    Please introduce laws and legal remedies or someway to compensate consumers. Currently, we have a very corporate friendly culture which should actually be consumer friendly. This will result in better service quality.
                    If a person fails to pay the bill on time or EMI on time, he is penalised with higher interest or later fee. What about corporates not able to deliver even mediocre levels of service? Any way the same person be compensated? This is a shame, big shame. Corporates governing everything.

                    I had raised one more complaint with Vodafone regarding my network issue and calls issue but that was marked as resolved without doing anything.

                      Hello, My name is Rahul giri.
                      I was using vodafone postpaid number in kolkata and after some time moved in to my hometown. Service was running good but after sometime the internet speed was very low and I have compliant several times and the keep asking me to change the proxy and all. I did whatever they asked me to do, still nothing changed. After sometime, they asked me to change my phone to use there service. I asked them to port my number to some different network provider but it can not be done. Pay cycle was running at the same speed. They send me the bill for the service I have not used for. I refused to pay and asked the to change the bill amount because I am not going to pay for the service tha I have not used. I start using some other network, I was working from home and it was highly necessary for me. They keep calling me and stop my service. The number was very important to me for my banking and it is also linked with aadhar. I have waited 3 months and still they are not releasing my number. I need help about. Please help me.

                        I am using vodafone ( [protected] )postpaid service with long time.now with 2-3 months service are disturbing spicily internet and incoming call not working.i have 4g service but getting 3g, 2g speed.mostly called switch off and not in range area i.e. out of coverage area.

                          Vodafone wrongly charged rs 20 for games world which I did not buy. This is pure harassment. Unethical practice u r following. I am indignant as a consumer.

                                this is Shaikh last 6th August I recharge 199. From 6 facing problem till now not single call have done bcz of bad service incoming outgoing call stop. After one of agent VI said restore you device. I have done also I can't call call service fully stop I call customer care I call said call tomorrow not today there not taken complain and use misuse. After again call them someone take complain he said tomorrow it will be work. Unfortunately today 8th August till not solved my problem. Really it's very bad service as you can check my name [protected] have done port. Now my second number also like this problem. It's very bad. Who will give me this 3 days I can access call. Now I will port this number also my father number also will be port. I will complete consumer also now. Bcz who will give me this past 3 days.

                                  My father received a message on 8th August 2021 at 2.56pm saying that i have been charged Rs.49 for accessing Bigwin Battlefield games. Which he neither installed nor played. he is losing money unnecessarily. I demand refund of the money which was deducted from my father's account.

                                    I have recharged my mobile no [protected] with Rs 48 for 3 gb data validity..this was valid until September 2, 2021 and vodafone sends a message stating your incoming call discontinued within 2 days..I later charged with a pack 79 again valid for 28 days..now again today (8 Aug 2021) I received message stating your outgoing incoming messages stopped. Vodafone needs to reset my validity else offer me refund of excess money.unresolved compliant shall be taken up withTRAI and Twitter and other consume rforums
