        I bought a new postpaid sim and paid for 3 months and I used only 1 month but after one month my sim got discontinued and the store employee is not refunding my Money for remainig 2 months and giving many excuses.

          Vodafone customer care is like Customer exploiter.

          (A)
          Since 22 July 2021, I contacted Vodafone customer care, for my Vodafone number XXXXX (with full details of my phone number and other relevant details), with message “I noticed that for the past three months Rs 128 were deducted three times, ‘ to extend validity by 28 days’ ”.

          I consider this unusually excess deduction. So requested intervention and refund of excess deduction.

          As of September 15, 2021, the issue remains unresolved, and the deductions continue.

          (B)
          They have not addressed my complaint, nor a rectification and refund

          (C)
          A further contact to the Vi, reveals that the deduction was due to “avail the benefit of outgoing SMS service”.

          WHAT IS THIS OUTGOING SMS BENEFIT?

          Is this a special benefit, that customers do not usually have with their SIM?

          Its a nice trick with words to fool.

          (D)
          I did not request any such so-called special service, so the excess deduction is unfair.

          I have not requested for any service. So these additional services are
          imposed by the Vi,
          without my approval .

          (E)
          Since long Vi ABOLISHED internet log-in feature, replaced with Vi App based login. So I can not login. This is another problem Vi has created.

          I can not login to see what Vi is doing with my prepaid account.

          The Vi application in my phones (Multiple handsets that I tried) do not work at all. It is a deliberate attempt to keep customers in the dark about what the Vodafone is doing with my prepaid account balance.

          It gives the VODAFONE-staff added freedom to target its subscribers randomly, yet not to victimize everyone.

          Government may think vodafone is not doing anything wrong.

          Another example is:
          There was already the excess (Rs 128) deduction on 09-Sept from my prepaid balance (to extend "outgoing SMS" FEATURE for the next 28 days). Few hours later, I received another SMS stating the my prepaid validity will expire of 09 Sept, and vodafone will "adjust" Rs 128 to extend... Please note that this message is coming within few hours after the deduction of the said amount.

          Had there been a uniform rule, such repeat demand would not have occurred.

          It seems that at least two Vodafone staff were asked to target me; one already deducted, the another remained oblivion, so taking these additional steps.

          Next I received more messages, like "Alert! Outgoing Calls, Data SMS on Vi ... (number) are STOPPED." etc etc.

          Another one can be considered as a threat, "Incoming SMS" ON Vi... (NUMBER) stop on 16/09/21. You will NOT get OTPs for Banking, Adhar, etc. Recharge NOW with Vi pack."

          Vodafone should stop such activities and rectify. My requests:

          1. Re-enable internet web browser based login .
          2. Allow customers to control their account.
          3. Stop Vodafone people to modify account feature without customer-approval
          4. Stop excess deduction.
          5. Refund excess deductions back to prepaid talk time balance
          6. Be responsible, do a CUSTOMER CARE.

          Until now I have not received compensation-refund for the wrongdoing by the Vi. Looking into the statistics and complaints from other people, I am not sure whether it is wise to expect such a gesture from Vi or not.

            The sim for the mobile no [protected] is lost by mistakenly and it is found that somebody is using the same SIM.

            So I kindly request you to block the SIM and issue a new SIM with the same NO.

              When I Was Called to [protected] (Airtel Nodel) for my Boardbrand Complain, I called And Press 1 for Service, Suddenly A message Arrives and Says You have Charged for 28₹ For sports Pack? I thought my Complain Will Register As Airtel Board brand but Instead of This, VZ-ViCMS Deducted My 28₹ from My number [protected]

                I received an Sms from 54300 about caller tune activation and deduction of Rs 99 from my prepaid balance. All this while I’ve not even touched my phone or requested any caller tune service. It has happened completely without my consent or approval. I request you to cancel the unscrupulous subscription.                       It's the second time I am getting a message from Vodafone saying they have deducted rs. 20 cos i have accessed songs. And when i contacted the customer care during the first time it got me 13 different executives to handle the issue. Everyone will listen and then will cut the call without giving me a resolution. And when this happened for the second time I contacted and got an executive who said I could contact them at the time of billing. And, today I contacted them and got an instant reversal initiation.

                      I seriously doubt why VODAFONE-IDEA is doing this. Are they expecting to snatch money from people who don't respond to them!

                        Number not downgraded after request given in January 2021.It was downgraded in July 2021.After paying a bill of 22k still 13k outstanding is Showing which is vodafone staff mistake of not downgrading. They deactivated my line in July and after repeated mails to Nodal officer and zonal head also no one is reverting or resolving

                          It seems VODAFONE-staff are instructed to target its subscribers randomly, so that everyone does not become victim, yet they en-cash wrongfully.

                          There is no such rule declared publicly in visible places like vodafone website, at least I do not see. So Government may think vodafone is not doing anything wrong.

                            A service named Bcafe portal was activated without my notice for cancellation of that service i called customer care, they told me send a sms to 144 toll free number to cancel the service and on explicit questioning whether the number is truly toll free the executive repeatedly told me the number is toll free even when I am situated outside India when the problem occured.
                            Due to this I incurred additional Rs 30 penalty.
                            Therefore I have two complains:
                            1. VAS Service activated without my consent
                            2. Wrong information provided by consumer care executive resulting in additional charges.

                              This is a complaint regarding a call "supposedly" made by my aged relatives (75 + years old) to 51717 on 30th Aug 2021 around 10 AM from the Vodaphone India number. The VI customer service agent stated that this call was made for 50 minutes resulting in a bill amount of Rs. 714.

                              This is absolutely incorrect, as 1stly they are unaware about such a number and 2ndly they are only using the mobile number to receive phone calls or to be used in emergency situations only.

                              I would like VI to look into this matter, refund this incorrect amount and stop such "backend-driven" fraudulent schemes to extract money from the customers.

                                I have 3 feature phones which have Vodafone prepaid sim in it and phone has a setting for Confirm Sim service actions which I have set to YES despite that Vodafone has deducted 25Rs from each for handset gaming service without my consent which is a legal offense and can be sued for it has already been penalized 27 lacks for same thing in past doing to customers If you are broke you can ask people for help but not steal from their pockets, people will happily contribute but what you are doing is called vandalism.

                                  With reference to the above subject I have recharged my vodafone number([protected])through indiatab. com website on 31 aug 2021 through online for Rs. 119/-, my account is debited after that only I came to know that plan is not exist.i have contacted vi customer care, they said that amount will be credited within 3-7 days but after that also I didn't receive amount again I have contacted customer care they asked me to give mail to [protected]@vodafoneidea.com.i have given mail to this id attaching my bank account statement plus transaction details but week passed till now I didn't get any proper response and my amount is not credited. I m very much disappointed with vodafone customer care service. They only follow their rules and not able to understand or provide customer need. I hereby attach the transaction details for reference. Kindly take proper action against VI customer care n provide me suitable compensation with my recharge amount.

                                        This is a totally fraud what is happening now a days . Earlier even though its network was not so good i wanted to be with Vodafone but now they are illegally taking out the money from.individual customer account every time u recharge talktime in your phone. From past 4 months its continuously happening everytime i have to call customer centre's and get refund. This is too hectic don't we have other works to do than correct Vodafone mistake all the time.

                                        Its totally pathetic i am fed up now. Every time i call them to stop all service in near future but it never stop. Now i am going to change my service to airtel and will recommend all to change there network. Vodafone is a fraudster company that can't even take care of small think and taking away money from everyone pocket for their own brnefit
